Great first experience. I got a new battery and tempered glass screen protector for my iPhone 6. They also helped me solve an issue with my audio in my computer. AND I got a new official apple charger for Mac book. The prices were very reasonable. They were friendly, quick, clean (very aware of the corona safety = they wiped everything down and wore gloves) and super knowledgeable. I will definitely go there again.
Brought my phone here this morning because my screen was acting crazy and hitting random buttons and needed something done quickly since my whole job revolves around my phone. They had It done in 40 minutes and It was a very reasonable price! I also appreciate how conscious they were of COVID and took extra steps to make sure you and themselves were safe. Hopefully I don’t break any of my devices any time soon but if I do Ill definitely bring It back there!
Highly recommend this business for any MacBook / MacBook Air issues!Ive been here twice for liquid damage and battery issues with my MacBook Air, and both times they repaired it quickly at a very fair price. Today I walked in with my computer, told them that the battery wasnt holding any charge, and within 20 minutes they had diagnosed the issue, explained my options, and replaced the battery on the spot. 10/10

After several hours, Apple folks told me that there was no way to fix this.I then went to Manayunk iPhone Repair. They fixed the phone is less than 10 minutes!!! I had a full backup done and my phone is fully functional now. They just charged me $75. I took my ipad there to be serviced and it was broken again a month later. The owner was very pleasant, but he pretty much told me that my broken charging port was accidental damage and that hed need more money to fix it again. The total cost of his repairs would have been more than I paid for the iPad. I brought the ipad to another store a day later and was told that regular use of a charging port isnt accidental damage, it was repaired for half of the cost, and is still holding up really well.Im giving two stars for the owner being very good with communication and explaining everything to me but hes a bit overpriced for his work to be so shabby and there are better places to go.

Fast and efficient! My 10 year olds screen was damaged. They fixed it easily. They wouldve gotten 5 stars if they couldve given him a discount on his dying battery (my wallet was accidentally left at his Pop-Pops and hadnt come in the mail yet). I would definitely recommend them.

I came here to get a replacement screen for a Pixel 3a. Theyre quite busy and handling it well during a pandemic. Theres a table setup outside so very easy to drop-off and pickup. Ill definitely come back here if I have any issues with my apple devices.
Super easy and fast experience! I had a hard time finding a place that would replace the battery in my iPhone SE but it took them even less time than they projected to do it. I was in and out in 30 minutes with a new battery and a 90 day warranty.
I ONLY GO HERE. I’m writing this review because they can always diagnose what’s wrong with my cell within minutes. And they do a great job with repairing my screen (Quickly) because I have a tendency to break my screen on a 6 month basis. But today I stopped in because it wasn’t charging (port was just dirty) it he discovered my screen was a knock off and worth $10. I was like no...you replaced it. After talking to an employee of mine I came to find out she broke my screen while invoicing and took it to a place near her to have it fixed (I get it no harm no fail and she thought she told me) but this other company charged her $90 for a $10 screen replacement which is a total rip off. These guys are honest and are good at what they do, and apparently there’s people in the phone repair industry that aren’t. Even when he popped the screen off to investigate a screw fell out (face palm) anyway if you have an issue with any tech device you can trust these guys.
Reasonable prices and flawless repair. Wish the follow-up process was better. Had a missed call with no voicemail that I found out was them days later. An email, text, or vmail would have solved that hiccup. Have and will continue to recommend though.
Completely broke the display on my iPhone after getting home from work (6:30pm). They close at 7. After a brief phone call with the store , i found out there was a shot they could repair an IPhone 6 in about 30 minutes time. I ran down to the store only to find out that i actually had an iPhone 7 ( I know, I’m a genius ). Well, they repaired it anyways and were super nice about it . Top quality work, could not recommend them enough .. thanks !
Wonderful, wonderful people to work with! I needed to get my phone screen replaced, and they completely worked with my hectic schedule to let me bring it in. There was a small issue with the first try (part defect not their fault) and they followed up with me when I got extremely busy and kept forgetting to bring it in again. They wanted to make sure that they completed the job correctly, and I greatly appreciate that. 100% would work with them again.
Made an online appointment as iPhone was not charging, figured I needed charging port replaced. Withing two minutes of arriving, Matthew cleaned it out (removed lint) and good as new. There was NO charge for the service...who does that? Highly recommend, will be back for all future phone issues, for myself and family...thanks MackTech of Manayunk!!!
These folks are top shelf. They know what they are doing, they do it quickly, and for a fair price.They fixed my cracked screen several weeks ago, much more cheaply than i was quoted elsewhere. At that time, I also bought a new case and belt clip.I was a bit unhappy with the belt clip - it didnt stay attached all the time - too loose. I stopped in today and they replaced it for free - no questions asked - and the new one works perfectly.Very happy.
I broke my iPhone 6 before so going here was the second time I got it fixed. The man who fixed my phone (dont remember his name, but he was a blonde) was very friendly and knowledgeable. I got my screen and LCD fixed and he was done rather quickly. He also let me know that the person who previously fixed my phone used cheap products that were just bad quality. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend coming here
Couldnt be happier. They use high quality parts and offer a 90 day warranty for their repairs. My screen was terribly smashed and was replaced in under 30 minutes for a very fair price. The break came from an impact in the top corner that left the frame noticeably bent, and now it looks perfect thanks to Rob. A night out drinking, I had my phone in my back pocket & managed to drop it into the toilet. Of course this was right after I took my LifeProof case off - go figure. I live in Manayunk so Ive seen this shop quite a few times on Main Street. I took my phone in to see if there was any saving it (mind you it hadnt turned on for 2 days). I watched meticulously as he took my phone apart right in front of me! Within 30 minutes he had my phone up & running again. Thee only guy I know who can take an iPhone completely submerged in toilet water, & restore it back to perfect working order within a few short minutes!!! I didnt even know it was possible. He saved me a few hundred dollars considering my Apple insurance is expired - I would have had to buy a new phone! Overall, very friendly & accommodating. Low prices! Fast service! Highly recommend! I dropped in randomly today with a shreaking toddler and a broken iphone screen. The man behind the counter was busy with broken screens and customers but took the time to get my information and gave me a quote. He told me it would be an hour, which didn’t work for me as my son was flipping out and I was far from home. He said come back in 30 minutes. I got lunch and returned in 30 minutes. He was just finishing up. My phone is fixed like new, and I’m incredibly pleased with the customer service I received. I’m horrible with phones and I’ve broken many in my years. This is the best repair facility I’ve been to. Will be back here if I ever need a new screen and will be suggesting this place to my friend. Look no further for your broken screen. Worth the trip...
Absolutely perfect service, Matt (the technician/owner) did a stellar job at repairing my laptop. It was a hardware error and unlike other repair shops he did not ask for my password into my laptop for example. Very professional!He fixed my laptop also very fast (he did it over the weekend!) and pretty cheap! This has been a very good experience!
I went there to get the charging port on my Iphone 6 repaired. My technician Robert did a great job! And it was fixed within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this place. They also include warranties on their repairs.

My iPhone 5 earpiece was quiet and driving me nuts because I needed to talk to people on speaker phone in order to hear them. I randomly was passing Manayunk iPhone Repair on Main Street and asked the guys about it. They were so helpful and fixed it on the spot! Now it works great and the price was super affordable!! The real Apple geniuss dont work at Apple.Long story short, Apple wanted me to pay $150 to replace my phone for an issue they couldnt fix or upgrade to the new iPhone 5 for $200 (typical). I brought it over to Ed and he discovered it to be a simple fix which he did free of charge. I have never in my life gotten service like this!

AWESOME SERVICE!! I had a classic spider-web break to the screen of my 5S. After getting nowhere with Apples customer service regarding my warranty I did some searching and found this business was only mere blocks away from my home. I went over there and Rob swapped out my screen on the spot in only 20min!! They even added a complimentary protective screen as well! The price was a lot cheaper and did not come with the agony of dealing with the Apple Genius Bar. Win-win for anyone in the area with a damaged iPhone. Thanks again guys!
I need to share the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. I am 43 years old, and this is the first bad review I have ever written, so you know it was really bad. I hesitated even writing this one, but customers have the right to know what happened to me can happen to them. About 3 weeks ago the glass breaks on my screen of an ipad that I have owned for over 5 years. Ok, it happens. I bring it to Manayunk Iphone repair, and they fix it, or so I thought. Fast forward to yesterday. The glass breaks again out of nowhere. Obviously, this is either a flaw in the material they used or in how it was applied. So I bring it back expecting them to correct their mistake. Not only do they not accept responsibility for what they did, they actually tried to blame me for it, saying there must have been an impact. Now I have a childproof case on this thing that an elephant couldnt crack, so I know it was nothing i did. He offers to take $15 off a $140 service. What a joke. As a small business owner I know the most important keys to success are good customer service and standing behind your work. Manayunk Iphone repair failed miserably at both. Beware. BTW, I wanted to give 0 stars, but they force you to give at least 1.

My granddaughter broke her iPhone twice. You could not read the screen because it was all cracked up and dark. They fixed the phone quickly, and also repaired the camera which also had stop working before she dropped the phone. Her phone looks and works like a new phone. She is supper happy. I highly recommend this place.
My nintendo switch stopped working and I was unbearably distraught! Getting a new one wouldve made me cry because the game i play cant transer its save data. Today I dropped it off at 11:15 and I got it back at 3:30! Playing my switch is the only reason I wake up in the morning during the pandemic, I cant thank Matt enough for fixing it so quickly!!! The shops resposne to the pandemic is also very professional and clever and Im sooo glad they were open!

I brought in my Iphone 6 to get my broken screen replaced. I came in the morning when they opened and simply dropped off my phone. 45 min later I came back to a perfectly useable screen, which costed around $90. Was in a time crunch and these guys did the job. Appreciate the help.
I was so sad when I dropped my iphone and my screen shattered. I was lucky to find this shop online. It was a little tricky for me to find. The owner was really nice and helpful. I thought it would be much more expensive and take more time to fix my screen, but the price was very reasonable and in 10 mins, I had my iphone back with a beautiful new screen. Quick, easy, and reasonably priced battery replacement for my iphone 6s - in and out in 25 minutes. By contrast - the geniuses wanted my phone for 3 days and quoted a price about twice what I paid at Manayunk iPhone Repair.
Went there today and it was an exceptional experience. I left with not only a superior product but greater knowledge on telling the difference between a fake product and an apple certified product. Fixed my ipad pro screen, cost about $200 less than the apple repair service. screen seems basically same as original . repaired at a good speed and value.
They installed an OWC SSD I had bought elsewhere which I was unable to get working on my own. The folks at the Apple store looked at the machine, kept it over night and said it couldn’t be done. These guys figured out the problem and found a solution.

2022-06-29Hands down the best repair shop and shop for pre-owned mac products in all the land!i found my lucky 2012 mac pro here years ago and it continues to work because of the talented, attentive and extremely kind team here. My wifi recently stopped working and after lots of trial and error, they found a solution (pictured) and charged the price for the piece only.this beautiful long-running small business is solid proof that pre-owned technology can still be productive!!! =)

2022-01-07I was having such a difficult time getting my cracked iPhone 7 screen fixed. The Apple store didn’t have any appointments for over a week. Then, I tried Best Buy’s geek squad and they couldn’t fix my phone because they said that they couldn’t replace the back of my phone, which was perfectly fine?! These guys know what they are doing! I would 100% go back to them again! If you have any doubts, give them a call and actually talk to them, excellent customer service!

2022-06-16Such courteous and professional gentleman working at this shop helped me today. They kindly evaluated my iPad mini in a timely fashion and delivered the bad news that my previous so-called repair job (done elsewhere) was shoddy at best. They actually showed me photos of the poor workmanship (and damage) that was done to my device and gave me good advice about possible recourse. Although I was not able to move forward with the recommended repairs today I was treated with kindness, respect, and empathy anyway, even on a busy day for them. This was appreciated and memorable customer service. Thank you guys so much.

2022-03-30These people are incredibly nice, helpful and honest. I went to get my Google Pixel 6 fixed. After telling me how expensive it would be, they called another phone repair shop for me. They said that company had a deal with Google and that it would be $100 cheaper to go with the other company. Not everyone would be that helpful or honest. Please give them your Business

2021-09-17Go here first. I went to both Apple and Verizon. They both insisted there was no fixing my iPhone. Matt opened the phone up and got right to work. Less than a day later, everything is squared away and for a very reasonable price. Friendly, helpful service- highly recommended.

2021-11-10Absolutely terrific service. I was taken aback when the square device asked me if I wanted to tip. I don’t tip my accountant lawyer, shrink, or urologist. Digging into one’s iPhone is about as personal as all these professions. With exceptional level of professionalism demonstrated by these folks, I would not expect to tip. All that being said, I will probably return on Friday to drop off a 12 pack of beer.

2021-10-05I needed my screen replaced, they had enough information posted to help me determine if I wanted generic or IEM. Checked battery also and they made recommendation. Repairs/replacement took and hour, plenty of stuff to do on Main St. for that hour. 2 mules and a kale salad later work was done. Pleasant, smooth transaction
