Horrible experience. This agency has given my mother the run around the entire time when they were supposed to be servicing my aunt. They have a lack of communication with the caregivers and leave the clients with no one. This company sounds like a scam - they do not service the hours yet authorized the hours. I would not recommend this agency for any loved ones.

Marscare is a joke! Please believe me I was an employee here and let me tell you they are so backwards I dont understand how they are up and running still and why someone has yet to contact the state and let the know about the conduct of the people at this agency. The workers are untrained ans sent to cases without properly training and info...there are barely any up to date medical administration records in the home....the nurses and or aide dont show up for cases yet they still submit time sheets and received checks for services never rendered. Some of the clients will tell you that they are unhappy with the service but at times are afraid to speak up for fear of retaliation. They have client who go hours without and aide and coverage and resort to sitting in urine and feces until they find coverage. Some of the aides even steal and verbally assault the resident. If possible find another home care agency because Marscare is not it!!!!!

I grew up in Pittsburgh with a bounty of nationally renowned healthcare options, and MarsCare would easily thrive amongst them. I have nothing but positive remarks to give for their employees’ professional nature and prowess. 5/5!

Ive been a client of Mars care for 6 years. My experiences with the staff, and the quality of the service has fallen drastically. I personally dont recommend this agency at all. Theyre very petty unprofessional people. I wonder how theyre still open and theyre not trained to I am sorry that I ever got involved in the agency.

Mars Care is the top of the worst Agencies No staff my son is a Quadriplegic and the took the case knowing that they didn’t have the skilled nursing that he needed because they knew that I was home they would have a call off and wouldn’t call to let me know that a nurse was not coming I would call them once the nurse didn’t show up I talk to them and they would tell me that they are working on finding a nurse that was BS also the Nurse that brought over to Mars Care the let him work and when he went to pick up his check they told him that he could work but he wouldn’t get paid and they didn’t pay him to this day he went for his check and they told him that they have a check for him . This Agency is the worst They will leave your love one hanging without service I have reported it to his Support Coordinator and they reported it Am going to report them to the News because they need to be closed DOWN they don’t care about the people they just care about the money . And I just also want to add this is how you know that they are not on top of there job. HOW about on July 3rd 2019 the nurse called me asking me if she could come out for a home visit I asked her are you from Mars Care she said yes I said to her you want to gone a see who she said my son name I said they didn’t tell you that he is no longer with MarsCare she said Am sorry but No ONE TOLD ME that he had left the Agency I told her it’s been two months now She was so ashamed I told her that MarsCare is Very unprofessional and Lack of communication not just with clients but with staff what kind of Agency is this state you need to CLOSE THEM DOWN and it’s so true they don’t ever have Medical information on the patient the nurse that comes in is blind to the whole situation it’s a Shame.

Very bad experience here ,they do not pay their workers and over work them just to not pay them .when you call to ask about your owed payment they hang up on you and question if you’ve really done the hours .worst place ever !!do not work for them or go to them for care .

I worked for them and am sorry to say they don’t care about their employees time or concerns. They’re not honest about the clients they send to you concerning their serious health issues family issues or mental problems. The corporate staff is unapproachable unfriendly and arrogant and the coordinators look down on the aids. If you’re a good skilled aid don’t work here.

I have great experience with the Marscare company, I have a great caretaker, he is never late or absent, he has made my quality of life so much more acceptable, he goes above his duties to make sure I’m secure and safe! Thank you Marscare!! I think he deserves a bonus! Lol

Theyre some good people working there however Ive had the worst experience with them and my mother. She encounter bedsores, there was promiscuity in household interaction, untrained workers sent without an overview of my mother case, overworked and frustrated workers and the worst wasshe has been left alone(I mean no one was at my home not even my children(teenagers) the nurse just left said it was an emergency) for hours during nurse shifts while I was at work. Currently, figuring out a way to make a formal complaint.. try to resolve with company manger..was unable to get in contact with them and then the figure pointing started with the nursing coordinator towards me even lost two job and had to sit out of grad school for a year because of the stress and incidents from the aid/ nurse staff. The quality of nurses were a roller coaster ride.. Horrific.. again there are some good people however my experience was mostly horrible with a few exceptions..be careful and set up a nanny camera- Honestly. Im not perfect but it was truly a bad experience and should be noted.
