Have really cleaned up and organized this store. I love the food section!!!
They had a good amount of stock and a nice variety of brands. The store was a bit messy, but overall I had a successful shopping trip.

Im a loyal customer to TJMaxx and their companies. But I will never return to this location as I was followed by the same associate twice in different areas of the store. Pretty sure it was because of the clothes I was wearing (boots, horror movie shirt)...yet nobody said hello or anything.The only nice person was Madeline at the cash wrap. I wasnt going to buy my items but I needed them as I moved to a familys home temporarily as I was just promoted here for a job.Unbelievable.

Shopping in this Marshall’s Home Goods store for the past 15 years was usually a great experience. I guess with current pandemic situation, which seems to have affected most employees in this store, customer service took a big hit. Today we found a rug that we kind of liked but it was missing a price tag so we asked a sales associate for a price...20 minutes later when this young sales associate finally found another young associate, the two of them called the manager named Lindsey. She came up, acting very important but still didn’t know the price. After some more time passed, the two other associates finally found the price. This particular rug had some damage on it which I had pointed out to the two associates while the rug was still hanging and the manager said she will take 10% off, which is their normal policy when selling something with damage. Then they got the rug down, being that it’s 10x12, there was not enough room to even normally roll it. As they rolled and brought it upfront, I found Lindsey because she needed to provide cashier the approval for discount and had to be paged for it. She said she wants to see damage and let’s unroll the rug again in the middle of the dirty floor in front of registers where people are walking up and down. I said it’s enough rolling it up and down. She said well I can’t give you a discount of $40-$50 dollars for no reason even though her two sales associates saw damage and asked her about it before rolling up the rug in the back of store. This is a big, light colored rug for my family room, where kids will be sitting and playing on it and I wasn’t going to expose it to any more germs and dirt in front of the store over $40.00. I asked to see the store manager and Lindsey replied she runs the store 🤣🤣🤣 I find it hard to believe that someone with such poor customer service and communication skills would run this store. Will be contacting Marshals corporate office... not because of the discount, but because of how she treats customers.

I didnt not find what I was looking for, but understand they are doing the best they can in getting merchandise out. They need to have cart wipes, though. Thats important, right now.
Great store. Great customer service. Huge selection of items. I have bought so many nice things from here. I actually travel from Philadelphia to come to this location which is about 45 minutes from my house. Im willing to travel just for good savings and bargains. This is my favorite Marshalls location. The only thing is, is that this place stays packed so be prepared to wait in a long line just to checkout. Everybody loves to shop here. Its usually always crowded. Great store overall. Love it!
A lot of home goods and clothes assortment. Big variety presents and toys gifts for kids. Big choice of shoes and bags.
This is our favorite Marshalls and HoneGoods location. The customer service here is outstanding, and the store selection is wonderful. The store is always clean with inventory properly attended to. The customer shopping experience here is really good, and we enjoy coming here every time. This location is very highly recommended!!
The shoes department isn’t as full as other Marshalls stores but they do have better selection of clothing!
Great! I was there with my class from High School where we did Christmas shopping.
I had a wonderful time finding 5 items 3 dresses and two bathing suits. This is the first time I found things I loved. Size and simple design are my objective and going pretty season is important because of finding small sizes. Thank you

The store is fine but it definitely seems like theres mold growing somewhere around the womens fitting rooms. It smells terrible and upsets mine and my mothers breathing quite a bit. I hope something is done about it.

Sometimes staff is kind and helpful other times theyre rude. Especially the older ones. They spend a great deal of time barking orders at the younger staff. Its Marshalls, ladies, not boot camp.Also, what is going on with the mens section? Did we assume men dont need clothing and that the womens section needs to fill the entirety of the store? Where are the mens shoes that you once had or the WHOLE section of mens dress and casual attire? Its ridiculous that I can only shop for myself and the rest of the household goes empty handed. Super disappointed.

Need to watch broken items, some tags on items upside down... But you can always find something at a great price... They have so many different departments. Beautiful holiday decorations
Typical discount store. Hit and miss as to what you will find. Clothing sizes are mixed up. Womens and junior sizes are mixed up so you really need to be careful of sizing. Boys toddler sizes are rare. However, aisles and aisles of toddler girls. Use to be a great place for shoes but lately not as big selection. Mens dept is usually very well stockec.
They are fully stocked and fun to shop there.

This is a good place if you want to nose around for a bargain. Dont come in with something already in mind that you want to buy because their stock changes regularly. Clothing, accessories, furniture, luggage, nonperishable food, and more.
Keep in mind the store stops letting people in its doors early at 6:24. An employee told me to go ahead in since I had just walked up, then when manager Lindsey( unsure of spelling) came out she refused and blocked the entrance even though the woman had just said to go in. She then said oh no that was the woman ahead of you which is a lie. The woman ahead of me had already gone in and was inside the store when she said this. They refused multiple other customers as well because we close in a half hour and the line is long

This was 1 of the top Marshalls where I could find good quality clothes & shoes all the time. Lately it seems like they havent been having much of anything anymore.
Two stars because I like this store a lot, but restrooms are such a shame for that kind of area.believe me Marshalls at Franklin Mill Mall is a way cleaner despite the area and amount of shoppers everyday is I believe three times higher than here. Please DO something about this issue!!!

I usually love shopping here. Ive been shopping here for the last 4-5years now this is my always to go store when I need something right away . Never had any issue while shopping or returning item .So today I bumped into the most horrible manger Maureen if I spell her name right and the young lady at the checkout her name was Allison . So as soon I got to the checkout I told her I needed to do some return and I also was purchasing some item . I handed her a pair of pants for return because they were a bit tight so she said right away to the lady at the register next to her ohh did we sell this brand for this pant and the lady at the next register said I dont know and then Allison had to call the manger to come up to her just to verify the brand, yes just to verify the brand . I mean that was just so ridiculous , its Marshall theres so many brand sold at this store can you really name it all . Its not like its Victoria Secret , Abercrombie, or Hollister where they only sale one brand . I mean were you even the one who delivered this clothe to the store if you were the one can you even guarantee that you never saw this brand here at Marshall before .So, when the manger came up she was acting like she ruled the store as if she think this place belongs to her but no it does not. So then Allison ask the manger hey do we sell this brandthe manger showed the weird face like where in the world did this pants come from and not only that she had sniff the pant in front of me like I found this pants somewhere and she told me the most funniest answer ever she said this pants because of the brand she said its sold at Kohls so she was trying to say I brought this pants at kohls and return it at Marshall from what her her facial expressions was tell me.I mean like hello its obvious that kohls is several steps away from Marshall I can return it back to Khols if I brought it there why would I return it at Marshall for ?? And just because Kohls have that brand doesnt mean that Marshall cant have it . (Like Hello Common Sense ) .And then I wanted to return a Nike active wear shirt as well and Allison said the tag doesnt match the shirt I was like what this is what I paid for and I have the tag with the shirt and this is what the receipt said and she said I cant do the return for you because the tag doesnt match the shirt (she was so not thinking at all) so I told her well you guys should check the item of the pricetag before attaching it to the shirt and then selling it to someone but Alison decided to ignore me and said I cant do this return for you ? So now great I cant return a shirt and a pants that I brought here at Marshall in total thats $45 bucks wasted . Honestly, its just seem like from the beginning to the end her of the situation Allison and her manger Maureen was not using their brains at all and did not wanted to refund the money !! I personally think this is the worst shopping experience I ever had and since they think I brought the items at kohls I will be shopping at kohls more often now . Im sure they would love more business and I know their manger and the ladies at the register would be much much much more nicer and much much much more reasonable than Marshall.

I was looking for a large area rug and they had plenty to choose from, including some made of wool.
Marshall is always amazing!!! Im there almost every day to see what they have new. Really hope the bring back the layaway in the willow grove location.

I just discovered Homegoods after moving out of Center City and I love this store. There is a wide variety of furniture items, unique pictures, decorative pieces, and much more.This store is very organized, displays are well laid- out, there seems to be a constant influx of new items, and the prices are very reasonable.

Fun for shopping if you are not looking for something specific & are excited to come across a good find...not as many high end goodies as in the past but occasionally they are there! the line is always long & most of the employees dont seem to like working there & arent afraid to say so...for those of us who still like to go out & live shop, a good local option 😀

2021-09-22Nicely goods are arranged, and pretty good collections of clothings, but woman shoes and purses, and kitchen and bathroom items are very limited.

2022-06-29Literally just left this location. The place is always a mess and the employees who work there can’t be bothered. Just spent 10 minutes at the register while a girl rung up 5 items. She would ring up and then look around and watch everybody else and what they were doing. At one point she put one of my items down to adjust her bracelet on her wrist since I guess she was not able to focus until the bracelet was ‘just right’. I bought clothing, and she would start to fold and then ultimately every item ended up as a rolled up ball in the bag. At the end of the transaction- never even looked at me- no thank you, goodbye or any other type of acknowledgement- put my receipt in the bag and then clicked on her light for the next customer. Horrible customer service. Will NOT be back.

2022-02-05Gotta love Marshalls. Where else you going to do your bargain shopping? Outlet stores in Redding or Lancaster? Not with a Marshalls near by... Anyway, its been a while since Ive found clothing there that Ive liked, other than coats, but my wife manages to find clothes there. The kitchen supplies are great. Gourmet food items too. Theres often a line at checkout, but the staff does a good job keeping it moving.
