Our experience with Mattress Firm in Lebanon exceeded our expectations.After 15 years on our current mattress we stopped by Mattress Firm without having researched about mattresses, but knowing we had to replace our current one. We typically research prior to shopping around for large ticket items, and rarely make a decision based on one stop.We were at the store for at least two hours as the salesman, Tyler, pointed out a few mattresses that met the types of needs and sleep habits he had inquired about before we began the process of testing mattresses. As we tested each of three brands/types of mattress, lying on each for an extended time, he explained the characteristics of each and how they could meet our individual needs. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured.Given it is not our habit to buy on the spot, we left the store fairly convinced of the brand and model that best met our needs. The next day we researched comparable brands and models, using Consumers Report and other websites, and decided on the very mattress that we and Tyler felt would suit us best.The next day we called to confirm our choice and to see if there was any give in the price. Some price considerations were made with approval of the manager, Pete, and we sewed up the deal.We were pleased that Mattress Firm was able to provide mattress, base, delivery, and removal of our current mattress and box spring.

Mike was very courteous and knowledgeable. He helped me narrow down exactly what I was looking for in a matter of minutes. From start to finish I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with a new mattress.
I cant say enough good things about my experience in choosing a mattress at Mattress Firm. The sales man, Peter, was so informative and was very well educated in what one needs as far as comfort and support in a mattress. Not pushy at all and gave me all the time I needed to choose.

As soon as I walked in, Mike was there to assist me with my selection. Mike was very knowledgeable in the technology they use and with the algorithm to help me find the perfect mattress. After a couple of different mattress types I found my perfect mattress and checking out was smooth going.

We had been shopping all day to find the perfect setup and price. The other stores had pushy salesmen and saleswomen who were spending our money for us. Mattress Firm in Lebanon was our last stop. I actually wish it would of been our 1st stop. Our salesmen Stephen Zimmermann was awesome! He wasnt pushy. He made suggestions. He left us test and browse without bothering us. We had questions and he had straight forward answers. Once we found the perfect mattress and adjustable base we wanted, it was time to crunch some numbers. Stephen got us a great deal! He got us a lower price on the same mattress and base than the store before. We even added a cooling mattress protector, 2 king size cooling pillows, a king size bamboo sheet set and the price was still cheaper! I would recommend Mattress Firm in Lebanon to everyone. Very nice staff!! Walked in and they made us feel right at home. They werent about the quick sale, they gave us the time we needed to look at the mattresses without standing over top of us. They were very knowledgeable on the mattress we were interested in. Definitely recommend them!!
Rod was knowledgeable, super helpful and really allowed my wife and I to take our time trying out mattresses. He also left us alone to have a discussion amongst ourselves. He wasnt pushy at all, and patient as we decided on a mattress that was completely different than what we thought we wanted originally. Were excited to get our new mattress in just 3 days!

The wife and I decided we were tired.. no pun.. of waking up feeling sore so decided to not spend our Memorial day sitting at home.. we went to find a new mattress and hope to score a sale. Well we found Mattress firm and stopped in to feel out a few beds.. Our salesperson Pete was very helpful and extremely patient.. my wife an I were taken from one mattress to the next.. the seemed to get better as we went on. He asked us what we wanted in a bed and now we wait for our delivery and hoping many good nights of sleep.

Tyler was great! We came into the store about 30 minutes before they closed and he was very patient with us and answered every question we had and was very knowledgeable on all the products! He was able to get us what we wanted on a short notice and for a great price!
I ventured into matress firm on an evening with my wife and newborn daughter looking for a simple, cheap memory foam matress we had seen online. We were warmly greeting by the staff who were wearing masks, and we told them what we were looking for and we got to it. Of course they showed us the more expensive matresses first, then worked our way around the store. The staff was very patient with us as we made up our minds and were very upfront and honest with prices and what we should and shouldnt spemd money on. We ended up buying a much more expemsive matress than we came in for but only because it was our choice, we felt no pressure from the staff and did not feel like we were being hard sold, which is nice. They worled with us to figure out some financing options and what worled best for everyone involved. I was very happy with the service we recieved. Our matress has not been delivered yet so as far that end of the transaction I cannot comment. I would reccomend this place to anyone, as I saw others come in and make small purchases that were treated with the same attention to detail as everyone else!

I appreciate the time Peter took with us to help make a difficult decision easier. I visited the store 3 times before I was finally able to make a decision. Obviously I don’t make decisions lightly without careful consideration. My new bed will will bedelivered in 4 days and I sure hope I made the right decision but if not I still have options thanks to Mattress Firms. 120 day guarantee.

We came in New Years Eve looking for a mattress. Our salesperson was Jenny. She was ahhhhmazing! Blown away by her demeanor and friendliness. I did not feel like she was trying to sell us something. He did not shy away from questions and took his time in explaining everything from delivery options and how that works to even knowing what mattresses to show based on what you are looking for. He does not try to sell you something you dont want or cant afford. If you know what you want going in as I did, it is a very direct purchase with no games. The store is very clean and boasts an expensive set of brands,you are invited to take your time and look around and of course latly on the beds to get a feel for what they offer. Will definetly be coming back to our new bed in a few weeks and im sure my kids will be happy with theirs... you just cant beat the prices or customer service!.

Im gong to give this a 5 star because I love our mattress and the gentleman that helped us was great! I just have to say something about the bundle we ordered with the pillows, sheets and mattress pad. For the price we paid it was ridiculous! The pillows are GREAT! But, the pad isnt worth it and the sheets wrinkle up and the pillow cases keep coming off. For the pillows, pad and sheets we paid almost $300. Definitely not worth it. Dont fall into that bundle. Otherwise, we are extremely happy with the mattress, pillows and the customer service we received there.

Matress I was looking for is not on display to try so tried simaliar type of in a box matress. It was the Sleepys brand Plush and Curve. What wasnt was the matress itself. I bought the Curve . It was firm , tried it for month , not softening up much. Got 2in. matress topper. Seem to help some till matress gets broken in. Nope . 4 months later, 120 day try or return it. To return ,139.00 pick up (they have to) then 10 or 20 percent return or restock fees. Paid 500.00 on sale. Not worth return for over 200.00 so giving to my daughter.

We had purchased a new bed almost a year ago through Sleepys. We didnt skimp, so when we both started having back problems... we looked for a lot of other reasons. We didnt figure it could be the bed, because it wasnt cheap. After a few days of vacation, and no problems with the hotel bed... we decided it must be the bed after all. We were expecting issues, because of the change in ownership and all new employees... but or salesperson, Tanner was terrific! They are honoring the Sleepys 365 night guarantee, and were having a new mattress delivered with no problems at all! Tanner couldnt have been more accommodating and professional. We will certainly recommend Mattress Firm to friends, and will be back for any other bedding needs!

Which I never done before, Debralee who was the sales associate that was helping me made the experience an easy one.
