This is a no-nonsense place. They were very efficient in the fingerprinting process that I need it done 4 my CDL license. If you have anything you need them to do for you such as return packages, fingerprinting, and the other services they provide. Have your s*** together! They will not tolerate POS!
Great place. The chocolate lady owns the place. Shes great. Very to the point. Some people would say shes rude i think she is business oriented .. in and out. If you come in with all your stuff in order shell have you out of there quick as possibleI think this is my new favorite spot

My daughter went in for IdentiGo services and was unaware that this IdentiGo site did not offer paper prints. The Mayfair Hub offered this service but did not inform her it was not through IdentiGo and at 3 times the cost. When I went in to inquire the woman was defensive and ignorant and would not offer a refund. It was an “expedited “ service but a month later and my daughter’s school has still not received her prints. $87 down the drain because she now has to go to IdentiGo to get reprinted. Shame on this business!
This is the best place for dropping off packages. Although the employees can be a little dismissive sometimes, they are always respectful. The shipping is always fast and efficient
Mailed a package through the Mayfair hub store using the UPS service.Be very aware of the up charge that will be charge to you that may exceed over 300 times the mailing rate using UPS. Call UPS to confirms a estimate rate for my package to find out the cost for shipping. Mayfair hub has charged me about three times the going rate UPS charges. Call the manager of the store and I was told that the computer generates the cost .they do not charge a service fee for shipping. But based on the pricing that UPS charges for the same size and weight of the package lead me to realize that I was charged three times the amount of shipping for my package. I will never use this store again please be very aware of overcharges at this store.

Staff is VERY IGNORANT & UNPROFESSIONAL! Took employees to get fingerprinted several times and on each visit the service was horrible! Cancelled our next appointments and went to a Elkins Park location that offers the finger printing services minus the attitude and minus the Ghetto-ness!!
Not Friendly, I accidentally wrote Appointment time 5 min late( 5:55 p.m. instead of 5:50pm) for fingerprint. She got mad at me saying you should be responsible for what you doing and now I cannot find u in the system. Meanwhile another young lady came without any documents, a day later for her appointment and she said dont worry we will find you from the system and do the fingerprints for you. I guess she didnt like me. Please treat everyone same.
Walked in for a scheduled fingerprint service, no one was at the register or anything, so I just signed what looked to be the sign in sheet that everyone was using and got in line. An angry woman came out a few minutes later and scolded everyone in line individually for not reading her mind and knowing exactly what to do. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she was incredibly rude and hostile for no reason. If everyone wasnt there for a serious and time sensitive reason like fingerprinting service, I wouldnt be surprised to see a few verbal altercations/walkouts.All in all it was a very quick service once I was called back, but that woman, who was presumably in charge, ensured Ill avoid this place for any future services. Very unprofessional customer service.
There was a lady that had an additude with me assuming i had to pay and when i asked how much shes like check your email and there wasnt any payment requirement, like its my first visit i dont know what to expect but there was a lady that was professional and helped me out so i was able to go in and out WITHOUT payment like my email told me
Incredible customer service! More shipping and mail locations should follow their standard. Every time I go there, I automatically feel an important customer. I highly recommend MAYFAIR HUB with handling my shipping and mail.
Had to pull my business address services with them immediately. When I called to confirm that the address was set up, the woman automatically assumed I didnt fill the form out right, first words out of her mouth before viewing the forms, obviously. She then said she would give me a confirmation email that never arrived. No thanks.
I been going to Mayfair Hub since summer 2016 after i Google a place to ship packages, they are very friendly and very fast, they will go beyond to help with what ever you need.I will give them A+ in customer service.
Very helpful and kind staff. Ive gone there a few times to ship packages. I will be there again Im sure. They fax and ship. You get options on how you want your package shipped and the different prices. All size Boxes and packing material. Staff is very helpful.
Love Mayfair Hub! The ladies there are super nice and they always help me out with my unfinished packages! Since the post office closes very early, its such a treat to have a place like this in the neighborhood!!

Been going here since they opened 2 summers ago. Today went to the hub ro get document printed. 2 staff members where their however one was giving off nasty attitude. When I told her to i.prove her customer service she wanted to have an altercation with me. She claims she is the assistant manager of the hub.The owner is great but the staff is disgusting
Make sure you call or make an appointment before you come if you are getting fingerprinted. Don’t go by the hours on the identogo guidelines. The Mayfair Hub had a sign posted on their door stating “no walk-ins today,” though there were only two other patrons in the Hub. Hope I can help someone else avoid wasting their time!
I went 50 minutes before my appointment time and they did my fingerprint as soon as I got there and the ladies were very helpful and polite.

My overall experience from the minute I walked threw the door was excellent. I went here to ship a package. Very professional and friendly staff. Mayfair Hub is the real deal!! I hated standing in that long line in the post office down the street. So happy your here!!

This place had a staff who is professional quick and efficient to get finger prints.
Slow, inattentive employees. Very very expensive. Charged me $30 for something that weighed less that 1/4 lb UPS. Also sent a think paperback book that weighed less than 1/4 lb $15 USPS! Heartless!
Quick and easy process to be fingerprinted for FBI background checks as well as HAZMAT, printing and shipping services, was in and out in 5 minutes. Great service.
Over priced. I was charged $18 10 day delivery to mail an envelope which is $3 5 days delivery via usps store. The young immature employees need to be a little friendly.

2022-01-27Let me start by saying that I was there a day prior to today for fingerprinting and that was easy breezy. The owner was nice and I made small talk while I was there. Fast forward to today. I had a tv to return to Walmart via fedex so I googled and saw they were a fedex provider. I said cool, I’ll go there and return my items. I get there and I figured it would be a charge for printing but $2 for one page was a little high. She was nice before so I said cool. Then to tape the top of my box closed, she charged a whooping $4….. for tape across the top!! Her reasoning was they have to pay for tape. I could purchase a whole entire roll for the price of taping one box! That was just downright excessive and predatory if you ask me…… I won’t be returning but you can!

2022-05-16This place needs 0 stars that lady with the glasses is the most horrible lady I have ever dealt with she does not need her job or company she is very nasty and a lazy worker I mean when u deal with the public u have to have patience this lady thought she would play with me but she thought wrong do not go to this place take your belongings to the post office she charges all these fees trying to make money because obviously she is struggling and charging extra for tape etc. smh DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

2021-05-17I am not familiar with the area but had to visit the Hub for fingerprinting for my job. It was a Friday afternoon and I was concerned about parking as well as finding it.Parking was far easier than I expected and even though I was a half hour early for my appointment, they took me almost right away. Very business like but also warm and friendly. They seemed well staffed, I was back in my car before my scheduled appointment time.Great experience!

2022-03-02I had to come here to use the IDENTIGO services in order to complete my FBI Fingerprinting for a new job. The girls inside the store were friendly and really helpful cuz I didnt know wth I was doing ... I was literally in and out within 10mins, super easy and painless and I had scheduled my appt ahead of time on the IDENTIGO website. They seems to offer a lot of other services there which Ill be checking out AND Bonus! Franks Steaks is right across the street and I love their cheesesteaks. So bonus easy lunch for the kids.

2021-07-23If I could give this place zero stars I would. First of all the staff was extremely rude and ignorant. My daughter came into get her finger print taken and felt as if we were getting dirty looks immediately. They ran out of the minor forms (which they could’ve just printed more of) and continued to charge me three dollars for ONE piece of paper. Honestly it was overall ghetto and smelled so bad.
