Worker overcharged me after letting them know the cost was too high (used a coupon code) & didnt get 3 of our items. Wouldnt recommend.
The worst place to come. Right now because the machine froze, it took my card payment but in the system appear as none. They stole from me. Also the front guy is extremely rude. Avoid come here serioisly.
Update: This McDonalds had gotten better in the past year. Before it was much longer waiting time but now its a bit quicker, but still room for approvement.They just got a new look within the diner and staff are more professional. Ive ordered two sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and a hash brown with bottled water and it was delicious! Not messy or put together like they didnt care. Would of took a picture of it but it was too good not to eat! They also have a lock on the bathroom doors but I understand why they need to do so within the area.
The order took forever and it was incorrect.
Went to go thru drive thru line , got to order board then saw they had a little hamster wagon sized drive thru and no way my truck was gonna fit thru it. So parked and went inside. Waited 5 minutes to place order, only 2 people waiting for their order, even thou, several people looked over, no one could be bothered to come to front counter so I left. Wont ever bother to go back to this location
Poor customer service. Girl at drive thru was rude had an attitude then when we got to the window to pay she had overcharged me and then the manager comes and has an attitude as well. They got the order wrong after repeating 10x
I hate this place! There workers just kept walking bye me. They wear no gloves while handling the food. Please stop paying for garbage food.

UberEats driver here... Went to pickup an order for a customer and they are only allowing people in cars to pick up orders through the drive thru. The line is wrapped around the building. A Grubhub driver in front of me said hed been here for 45 minutes and was still waiting for his order to be ready. They do have it set up inside so people can only go to the register and out but arent letting people in to do so. I guarantee I missed out on other possible deliveries while I was waiting in line outside.
7/10 times they’ll give you the wrong order or forget an item. if you mobile order they’ll say the money didn’t go through and you have to pay at the register but conveniently forget to mention that the deals/discounts you get through the app aren’t gonna apply. By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve experienced through multiple states
Sandwich was terrible. Forgot to give us straws and then wouldnt bring them to us. Had to park the truck and go on and get them only to find the guy bragging about it to his manager. Never eating here again!
The staff was completely rude god forbid you ask to use the restroom they where even smart mouthed when I said thank you after waiting 5 min just for them to unlock the door and then had some guy check on me while I was in there this is rediculas and Unprofessional I ended up leaving before even ordering my food
This was by far the slowest McDonalds Ive ever been to in my life. Plus all I ordered was two McDoubles and a sweet.. one of my burgers was just a normal cheeseburger. All after waiting for almost 30 minutes for it.

I just went here and I order icecream after doing a longggg line the lady to get me out so I can leave she say there no ice cream😑I always go after school with my daugther to get her icecream . bad customer service . Gas is to high for her to say that at the last minute. Not recomended

I ordered at the self kiosk. My receipt didnt print out. I informed someone who was giving out the food. Granted she tried to help but after awhile when I made a remark about never going back to that location she said nobody told you to come here, and completely ignored me. I even rounded my change 35cents to the Ronald Mcdonald donations. My order was 19$ exactly. My bank statement AUTOMATICALLY took the money out and next to it had mcdonalds F5901(I even asked an employee if that was the store number, and she was clueless) which is how it made it so easy for me to find the exact store on google. I work in foods so I get it. If the paper was easily replaced at the kiosk all the reciepts would quickly print out. It takes less than 1min to replace printer paper and will avoid this from happening not only to me but any future customer. Suddenly my order was apparently lost and never came up on the screen which is complete LIES! TECHNICALLY McDonalds stole from me. When it was all said and done EVERY employee ignored me acting like I lied about ordering food. The order I recieved was nothing that I ordered my boyfriend got a meal I dont remember exactly which sandwich it was. I was missing a large coke which was apart of the meal. This was a small problem with a SIMPLE SOLUTION. PRINTER PAPER. When I asked someone to just please give me the large coke she completely ignored me. There also has to DEFINITELY be a way you go into the register or kiosk and print out a summary of the order history/ transactions. The woman who initially was helping me was going up to all the managers making it seem like I was just some crazy person. Management completely ignored me. I want to say I am NOT a karen, but I also work hard for my money. I even asked the one girl if she was able to replace the printer paper she said ok I will let someone know. Than proceeded to ignore me. I see videos of people going nuts at chain fast food places. I will say I completely understand why. Being under staffed wasnt apart of this problem either. I saw atleast 12 staff members. Better training and simple tasks is a huge part of avoiding problems. Had someone put new paper in the machine the moment it ran out the problem would have been avoided. Im so mad that I was ignored and beat for my money. This McDonalds locations staff is a joke!! Guess the joke is on me had I flipped I would have been the bad guy though.
Ordered a Quarter Pounder meal with no cheese, no ketchup, and no mustard on the burger. First burger came out with everything, sent that back. Second burger was a regular cheeseburger in the wrapper stuffed into a quarter pounder box, so I sent that back as well. Final burger came with no cheese and no mustard. Figuring Ive probably gotten the best the cook can do, I left.Do not go here, do not order from here from delivery services. They will mess up your order if you do not get everything that normally comes with the food.
So My sister and I order food. We order a Large Coke, Mcchicken with No Lettuce and LIGHT mayo, a snack wrap with NO SAUCE, a coffee and medium fries. Upon receiving our order we realize they didnt add our coke. We ask the lady kindly if she can give us the coke, we ordered it but it appears we were not charged for it. She charges us and in the back I see and hear the manager stating in a sarcastic manner yeah ok they ordered coke, dont let anyone else do last minute orders Freaking rude as hell! Then we drive off and the snackwrap is flooded in Ranch and the McChicken flooded in Mayo, disgusting. Our fries were pretty nasty too. Rude people and nasty food.

Told pickup only at 11pm on a Saturday in the drive thru, ordered for pickup and the drinks I had already paid for were not available.
There was a lot of noise, and I waited longer than usual for my order to be ready.
They forgot the apple slices in the kids meals and the sauce for the nuggets, but everything else was decent.
Can order inside but cards only on order on app and pick up in store no inside eating or restroom. I used drive through wait was a little long but still same nice service with smile from staff
The worst McDonalds Ive ever been to the burgers were old and the customer service was horrible I was told to come in and that Ill get reimbursed for their meals I purchase I spent well over $35 unburnt burgers and its supposed to be fresh the chicken nuggets also were like cardboard where my kids could not even bite into them so I go in the next time and spoke to a manager and they told me unfortunately we can only reimburse you for hamburger when Im showing pictures and receipt its the worst McDonalds Ive ever been to but not only that the wait there its outrageous I waited way over 45 minutes to pay $35 for burnt burgers and cardboard chicken nuggets and I love McDonalds but I do not recommend this McDonalds to anyone it has been the worst experience Ive had it in any fast food restaurant
Its Mickey Ds everybody knows Mickey Ds. Foods about average its pretty much consistent throughout all the Mickey Ds some are a little better.
This McDonalds is lacking and slacking. The food here is really disgusting and the employees arent too far behind. Im surprised this establishment has kept their doors opened so long. Management needs to step up their game. Kids love McDonalds and dont understand why they cant be taken there to eat. Its so sad to see the McDonalds name going down under. However, not all McDonalds are owned by the same person so this one here should shut down seriously.
Nothing spectacular its fast food but I do enjoy McDonalds triple cheeseburgers theyre very tasty I had to give them a three-star because the presentation of the food was lousy when they put the burger together and wrap it I expect the burger to look like a burger when I open it instead I got a triple cheeseburger with the top of the bun slid off pickles and onions all over the place along with the ketchup how hard is it to put a burger together and wrap it. I frequent different McDonalds in the area the ones that I would give a four-star or a maybe even a five-star would be the one in macungie and the other one in trexlertown. They know how to make burgers and present them the right way LOL

Working near by so ive been here quite a few times whether drive thru or inside its always really crowded... NOT bc ppl r Lovin it ~ bc theyre extremely slow!! and often not well stocked imagine sitting in the drive thru 20+mins. to often hear srry were out of it and another 15 more to maneuver out of their ridiculously small lane&Lot.

Ive lived in Allentown for a very long time, and often go here to get my child a happy meal amongst other thing. Its been about 7 years and I still have yet to get my order right. Service is terrible as everyone has an I could care less attitude and especially at night.
Save yourself and dont bother going here. They seem to be closed from 12-5 am everyday for no reason other than were closed. Ive never seen a fast food place so casually be closed every night without fail even though there sign says 24 hours and theyre clearly staffed on the inside. Something is going on here and nobody seems to like it(see reviews) . What I want to know is why say 24 hours, be open, have employees, and yet be closed without fail every time. Somebody is directly responsible for this and whoever it is doesnt seem to mind all these bad reviews. This place only survives because of their prime location. Everything else about it is failure with no signs of improvement. 0 stars. were closed.
I order through drive thru but they told me that the apple pie will take a little longer so I go inside and I ask if my Apple pie were ready and the girl in front taking the order was absolutely rude never again going back
Customer service is a zero stars! The workers are very rude and ghetto! So unprofessional! I asked a simple question asking why does it say 24 hours if it’s not 24 hours! I’ve been there plenty times and some days they picked when they’re open late and some days they choose when they only deal with “door dash” and “pick up” I also recorded the worker cursing us out in the nastiest way telling us that it doesn’t matter what we see the times that’s put up was before covid! Instead of explaining that to us politely! She was very rude! I will NOT take this lightly and I definitely will be reaching out to the better business bureau!
I put in a mobile order and they freaked out on me. My Uber is yelling at me and then I have your star employee yelling at me for no reason. He told me to pull he then yelled at me. How does that make sense? I work at Burger King and I know customer service there was none found at this place. I get it’s late but treat us better. It’s embarrassing.

I was there as a delivery driver. No, the food wasnt ready. When it was, the person up front wouldnt give me the order until I was by a table. After that, she decided not to give me SOMEONE ELSES ORDER and said later (after identifying it) that it wasnt there.Keep in mind, this IS NOT my food. She opted to keep it just to be clever (and failed miserably). So far, this seems to be like most McDonalds in the Lehigh Valley so far. Believe the bad reviews...
I ordered apple pies at this location two times now and they are so stale to the point where the filling is gummy and hard to chew...come on Mcdonalds you can do better than that. 👎👎
Very confusing how to use the kiosk when ordering. The sign said use kiosk to order and then it appeared there was a window to order manually. When using the kiosk to order there were several questions and instructions that were difficult to understand or follow. There should have been a person available to assist when you first come in. To someone who hasnt used this system at McDonalds before it seemed a bit chaotic.
After I made my order I waited 20 minutes and then I was approached and informed that the steak egg and cheese biscuit was no longer available after I payed and ordered on the kiosk. I asked for my money back.
One of the worse McDonalds I have her gone to. They just lock the door randomly after being open for so long. The wait time is about 30 mins. They ignore the phone when its ringing. Lack of consideration for the customers and delivery partners. They need better managers and a better team.
Yesterday at 4 am I went to get breakfast, cua drive thru. “We open just not serving.” I just went now, 7am vos drive thru, “Mobil order only”. So I download and order my food. Go back around. “It’d it’s mobile order, the system is doing and update. You’ll get your money back”. Like really in 5 minutes I went back around and it’s updating ant that something. CEO really need to check out the stuff that be going in in this place honestly!
Waited at the drive thru speaker for atleast 5 minutes with no response from speaker ,so I pulled around to see if it was open. just found 3 employees hanging out at the drive thru window ignoring the customers. at that point even if I could have ordered food I would never trust this place to make it.

Ordered for delivery and I got everything I ordered wrong. I ordered a Double quarter pounder with bacon , the paper on top says that is what I ordered and inside I got a single quarter pounder with double cheese and the meat was burned and hard. I also ordered 2 medium drinks, a Mountain dew and coke and a large grape soda and got a large mountain dew, a large coke and a medium Dr pepper. The nuggets were dry and hard as a rock. I do not recommend this place .
I went to this McDonalds for lunch there was 8 cars infront of me in line. I sat in the Drive-Thru line For 29 minutes. When I finally got to the window, they didnt even have my order. So I had to reorder and wait even longer. Meanwhile the staff had a terrible attitude towards me. Like I did something wrong. And finally when I got my food. There was 3 items missing that I paid for. (No toy in the kids meal, they forgot an order of fries, As well as forgot a burger) so I tried to call twice to speak to a manager. No answer. Also its a 24 hour McDonalds amd on google it says theyre closed. 0 STARS

It wasnt busy. The inside is closed. And there were maybe 3 cars in the drive through, still though... they managed to screw up my order. Simple changes like dont put mustard on my sandwich is too much for them to handle. Simply put, worst McDonalds service-wise in the Valley by a long shot.

This location does whatever they want. They have the option on the mobile app to pick up in store, but when you get there they have the lobby closed and they want you to go through the drive-thru, even though their hours of operation is still effective. When they do this, the drive-thru line is so long it goes down to Thilghman St.

This location fails my kids each time. On Sunday we were going on a 1hr trip,they forgot the extra fries and their juices. Last month they gave us seltzer water!5 to be exact! Today they robbed them of their drinks again! Its not hard to put the juices in a bad with the rest of the order especially when its a large order! Ive called they dont answer or just hang up without a hello! Smh

I went to the McDonald’s on tilghman street. The line for drive thru was extremely long so I decided to go inside to place my order. I used the kiosk machine to place my order. When I received my food it was totally wrong. I asked for a sausage McGriddle with cheese and no egg. I receive the total opposite. I got egg and cheese mcgriddle. I am in total disbelief and will not return to this location again because they always are messing up orders as usual!
The soda machine was not working, the shake machine also not working. They were only able to offer me apple juice or milk. Neither one could I drink. So I had to place my order with nothing at all to drink.I left wondering why they were even trying to serve the public under that condition.
Stopped just for my shamrock shake since they are limited just for March.
Nice to eat. But kids you have to pay attention to what you are doing please!!! Take the attitude out the door and care for your customers orders right.... I don’t have a problem with our kids working it is a good experience for them also they have the working habit. But come on.. I know you can do better.

I have gone to this location twice at 3am after getting off work. Each time the staff at the drive through window say they are closed until 5am. They advertise as 24 hours on their google page, and i have called during the day to confirm that the drive through is supposed to be open 24 hours. Why is there staff operating the drive through if they are closed?
I had gotten my order through Doordash. The dasher was great, however the McDonalds were horrible. I ordered two McChickens, cookies, medium fries and two apple pies. Upon opening my bag which McDonalds stickers shut, a receipt for another order inside of the bag had a note on the back (written in fainted marker) telling me they ran out of apple pies, I also noticed my fries were missing... I still got charged for both of them though. My chicken sandwiches had a weird/gross smell to them and one of my cookies had a bite in them. Disgusting.Not only should the health department shut you down but your service could do better.

Talk about a horrible experience. I came in before 7 am for a simple oatmeal and an egg sandwich for my coworker, the ordeal that would normally take a few minutes turned into almost half an hour. A worker was not acting properly and this threw off the entire staff which at that point didnt care or didnt have the professionalism to work as a team and get the job done for which customers were expecting them to do. The food was tasteless, the demeanor poor, the establishment a mess, the overall experience was just rather trashy and what bothered me the most was that they, the staff, just didnt care & lost all customer service morale.
Worst McDonalds Ive ever been to. Service is consistently unacceptable. Employees are rude. Sometimes you fries are half full, other times your hamburger is missing the meat completely. Today I bought my daughter one of the frappes (caramel) only it tasted like strawberry... We both tasted it only to have the manager tell us that was impossible.. if I were the owner of this franchise I would do a complete remodel... Of my employees attitudes.
So didnt realize McDs does this price thing where one store charges more than another. Yea I get they do that in big cities compared to smaller towns but one Mcds and the other one down the street cost more?! Get the app and compare the prices folks could be a $5 difference in the big box or $1 difference on kids meals.. This one is cheaper btw but service isnt always great here
I had only gotten food through the drive through. The time I was there, it took about 40 minutes to get through the whole drive through. The food was just okay, the normal McDonalds food quality. They did also have a sign up saying that you couldnt get sodas at the time, but then when we got most of the way through our order they said it actually was fixed and that the sign was now incorrect. One of the servers also complained about the other customers complaining about the wait which was quite annoying.
They closed inside at 1am (they are 24/7) we got in around 12:50 and didnt actually get our food until 1:33am. Had a small order and people who came in after us got food first. They have no idea whats going on here. This is always my last resort McDonalds.
The food is normal. The service is slow, they seem to get overwhelmed very easily. Two days in a row, first day 30 minutes waiting for a drink only, second day 15 minutes for a happy meal. If you have plenty of time visit, if you are in a hurry, skip it.
If I could put no star I would. My husband and I went to this mcdonalds at 130 ish waited in line for about 15 mins to order. We ordered our food and went to pay for it. We realised we didnt get our French fries and went back to get them. When we pulled up to the speaker they told us they were closed. We proceeded to tell them that they forgot our fries and they then told us to pull to the second window. We sat at the window for about 10 mins and nobody came we honked the horn and still nobody. We called the store 6 times and they hung up each time. My husband even went to the window and was out there for 5 minutes they saw him and told him to go around so we did and they did nothing but ignore us. This mcdonalds is rude and they RIP you off. Never again are we coming here!!!
I went to the drive thru area with my family and waited more than half an hour on the car line there were 5 cars in front and about 6 cars behind me, after waiting all that time I observed 5 employees talking in a group inside the area that gives you the orders, the fries were cold and soggy the service was horrible, but the McDonalds corp should see the videos and change the staff, I love McDonalds, and I ve have been taking my family there for years, but I will never visit this place in Allentown PA again, the franchise should see the inside and outside videos and retrain their staff ,,, starting with the manager
Took forever to get thru the 24 hour drive thru. They also had problems hearing some of the customers on their headset. At one point the employee told the customer either speak up, cause I cant hear you or Im going to close because its pissing me off...

I went through the pickup window during rush hour and the ladies were very nice. I am a dummy when it comes to describing the ice coffee i wanted and the lady was just very patient foe it to be rush hour! Also i was afraid the line would never move but it went fast! Thanks!
I dont like having to use the kiosks to order my food. I feel like they should be paying me or giving me a discount for doing their job for them. I hate giving bad reviews but their food isnt always well prepaired. Especially the Big breakfast. They give you half the eggs and many times the eggs are runny.

My husband & I went here to grab a quick bite while we were out running errands on a Sunday afternoon. We ordered 2 mcchickens with heavy mayo & pickle. 1 double cheesburger & a small fry. Total cost of only $6.26. We sat in the drive thru for a total of 11 minutes. When we got up to the window we could see more than enough employees in the back, they certainly werent short staffed. A lot of people were just leaning on items shouting & cursing in Spanish. There was absolutely no apologies for the wait at all. Just slow lazy service.
This McDonalds can end up with a long line because of the location of the building. The line does usually move reasonably fast, but can get backed up during peak hours. The workers are usually kind, but the drive-thru can feel like you are being rushed. This is the only McDonalds where Ive ever seen a worker in the parking lot actually sweeping up garbage. That alone is why I wrote this review. Thank you for having some care as to what your restaurant looks like inside and out. This McDonalds gets a bad rap because its inner city, but Ive never had an issue.
I was expecting your normal McDonalds fare but boy was I wrong! I walked in and this cute little snack in a Mcdonalds crop top bounced over to me and took my order, thats how I knew I was in for something special! Turns out this McDonalds only hires femboys. Interesting.
They made me wait 15 minutes in line to tell me then the machine was broke. I ask for my refund because they didn’t have a sign and then said okey I’m gonna try to make it. They don’t care about their job they just go their to waste customers time and get paid for nothing

Took forever to place my order and receive my food. I asked for extra pickles and no mustard on my burger. When the lady confirmed my order she was very rude and scuffed at me. The lady that handed me my food was very rude too and practically threw the food at me. My food was cold and had no onions and no pickles on it when I specifically asked for extra pickles. Never coming here again.

Very slow service! Workers have extremely poor attitudes and managers allow it! I can’t believe they talk to me in such a manner. I just asked if my Order was called. The place was filthy trash everywhere.At least my Sunday tasted good. Which I had to wait over 15 mins for.
The drive thru was a little slow (of course it was 1 in the morning and this was probably the only fast food place open) but the staff still seemed friendly. Only due to the speed of service is it not 5 stars. Management should prepare for things like this knowing their busiest moments in the day. At least i know where to eat when im back in town
Waited an hour and a half (not exaggerating) in the drive thru. Thank God I had cash because at the order point, which was 45 minutes into my wait, was when they informed me they werent taking cards. Do not go to this McDonalds unless you like waiting forever for really rude service and food that is not even what you ordered .

I ordered delivery and when it got here I was extremely upset that they had forgotten my fries and my nuggets so I immediately tried calling multiple times and no one ever picked up the phone I didnt even bother leaving a message because if they dont pick up the phone what makes it a difference that theyll listen to a message.
I tried the new crispy chicken sandwich. Very good. Fresh piece of white chicken breast and cooked well. I will be going again for this sandwich only.
This place is dirty. Tables disgusting n uncleaned EVERY time i went. Always a wait. Certain hrs are filled w loud HS kids. Im sure i was one once also but i was taught to respect others around me esp an eatery. I have a trusted acquaintance that worked here and said the back is worse than dirty. He will not eat there after seeing it.
Tonight (its happened before) asked for a #1 with a Coke and 2 fish sandwich with a large fry. When I got to the first window I paid. Second window the girl recited to me some other order. I told her what I got. She came with the bag 1 fish sandwich missing. Anyway showed my receipt to 2 different people to finally get my simple order. With all the confusion I got home without my drink. They didnt give to me. Slow dont get it right. I wish there was another one close to me. Night manager..... No good
Cant stand this McDonalds. Slow service, always have to wait. Managers have no clue what they are talking about. They just repeat themselves even when its not the right answer. Mobile ordering is always botched at this location. I give it 2 stars, because the actually workers are super nice.
If I could give half a star I would. Food was edible at best. I asked for a double fish filet and they gave me a single, at first I was like okay its just a slip-up everything else came out correctly, then I watched as they simply slid it back added a fillet and slid it back out to order. Then too top it all off, the manager bent down and half of his rear end was revealed to all the customers. Here I am, eating cruddy food and I get mooned by the manager, who is behind the counter where all of the food is stored and handed out to consumers. Completely unacceptable. Never going back.

Good service, unsweetened ice tea only in back counter couldnt refill myself. Had to wait in line for each refill. This was not convenient. After the second refill girl said with a smile but a nasty boy you drink a lot. We had 3 unsweetened teas at our table
It was ok, they are saying use card or exact change. They are one of the many places who says the cant give you change back.
Cold food Long wait n then they gave me food which wasnt wat I order they must have heard me wrong but I had a long order so I would have been ok but when I paid I ask her n she said yea she had it then told me my card was declined 2x but she was doing it wrong cuz my card didnt even show a transaction I just paid cash at the drive threw so then I went inside for the 5 med fries I wasnt charged 4 and paid with my card without an issue.
Whatever happened to fast food? Visited here at 2:05pm on a weekday. Was the only customer in line. Waited eleven minutes for my simple order of 1 Big Mac and 1 drink. When it came, it was another sandwich I did not recognize. The server exclaimed. Somebody back there screwed up. Never apologized; re-ordered the food and it took another four minutes to obtain it. Last visit to this particular location for me.

It doesnt matter what time you go the service just flat out sucks. Rude employees and unprofessional in the back. The past three visits they kept getting drinks wrong. They should really do a better job of screening who they hire cause they dont have any good qualities.

Been here a few times mostly at night drive thru wasnt too bad long wait time stage worked very slow but last night was the worst. How many McDonalds you know dont take cards? This location said they werent accepting cards cash only so I had to leave to go to the atm after driving 5 hrs back to PA just to have to wait on line for 20 mins then by the time I get to the speaker its takes another 3 mins for someone to take my order then he kept asking for my drink order when I had told him 3 times what I wanted them quite for 20 seconds asked for the drink order again quite for yet another 20 seconds then told me to pull up. All that to get back home ready to eat and to be disappointed at the soggy cold fries and two medium waters when I asked for sprit. Dont go her let this place go out of business go to another location these people dont want to be there working.
This McDonalds has slow service, rude employees and horrible service. I have been here on numerous occasions at a variety of times and it is the same no matter what. I waited in the drive thru line for 25 mins today waiting to order my food. I have come here at 3am on my way to work and waited in the drive thru line for almost 35 mins to order while the employee stood at the window having a personal conversation with the girl in the car in front of me. Horrible.

This McDonalds is horrible! I have traveled alot in my life time. And stopped at a McDonalds all over the place even in other countries. The one on 15th st in Allentown Pa. Is the worst. Stay away from this place! The employees care more about their cell phones then they do about paying customers.
The food was cold and not prepared correctly. The fries were cold and steel , Both the apple pies where unwarmed and a little unbaked. they forgot to give my Soda. Through the service was quick, the place was beyond dirty. The floor was greasy. The staff was loud and acted like it was a party. I sat and ate my burger and heard the young lady yelling like she was at a dance club.
The drive thru took forever. Our fries were room temperature with no salt, my snack wrap was overcooked and chewy and the double cheeseburger was also dry and overcooked...not to mention the meat had the same diameter of a soda can. I know not to expect much from mcdonalds but this was the absolute worst!!
I would give them 0 stars if possible! Long long wait to order, then a really long wait for the food. The quarter pounders were ice cold. My boyfriend said the bathroom smelled like marijuana! I give this restaurant a second chance to redeem there mistake but they made it worse I got a raw hamburger and the sad part is no one picks up the phone in this location. Id normally give the 5th star but they need to train newbies better. Just about every business day I get a ice coffee, lately there had been a red head who charged extra fit. Creme and sugar in my ice coffee which wasnt even wanted.

Waited in the drive through for almost 30 minutes. With only a handful of cars in front of us it shouldnt have taken nearly that long. It was later at night so only the drive through was open. Idk if they have two people working here or what but it was ridiculous. Food itself was ok but not worth the wait whatsoever.
My experience here was great, thanks to Michael and Erica whom show a lot of pontential and dedication to their job. Also, they make every customer feel like one more friend. Worst experience in all my years visiting McDonalds with this new kiosk push they refuse to take orders even if you waited on line there. You cant place orders here only pay thats the girl behind the register with the large sign above her ORDER HERE. We got home only to discover we were missing part of our order. Well first of all on a Wednesday 9/30/15 at prime dinner hours you dont run out of crispy buttermilk chicken sandwiches. When I approached the 2nd drive up window, the you my man working at the window asked if I would like to have grilled sandwich instead of crispy, which is fine, however I said no and he again proceeded to ask and try to sway me towards a grilled sandwich. I again said I ordered crispy and that is what I want, he proceed to ask me to pull over to the reserved 1 spot for the drive thru. I said ok, said it would be a approximate wait of 5 mins. Also while the young man was giving people their food, there was a young African American female standing at windOw texting on her phone. As I was waiting for my meal I had order ( which didnt really care I had to wait), the young man came out and brought part of my meal, aka sandwich and fries.... However he forgot my drink, I had to flag the young man down and ask him about my drink.... He said oh yeah what did you order again I told him a Coke and he goes and gets it and brings it back to me....however it wasnt a Coke, it was a Dr Pepper, no t what I ordered but at this point I was getting fed up if having to wait so I just left. Suggest when people have to wait for the food they ordered, when you are in a hurry, make a line of the orders of people who are waiting and make sure you get everything right before delivering it to them in their car.....never have any problems at any other McDonalds I go to, just seems to be the one on 15th and Tilghman in Allentown Pa. I dont know if it the management or what but things need to be looked at in this location.
Took my young daughter here for a happy meal, and in April, they gave her Valentine Invitations as the toy. Went back a few days later to make up for it... same thing. I called to complain, and they didnt believe me. Never went back, never going back.

Well if u go in there to charge ur phone while eating or do some work while eating. Not happening. None of the outlets work. GFI is not tripped they are turned off. Customers ask about it and said it would taken care of and never happens.
This is for the Union boulevard location. The orders are consistently wrong, Items are always often missed. Theres no napkins or condiments in the bag. The French fries are often passed their prime and soggy. The manager ,whose name is Barb, Is extremely condescending and rude and does not know the 1st thing about customer service or talking to people. She needs a serious attitude adjustment and her tone corrected, staff aside from her are very pleasant.Tip # Ask for your fries with no salt if you wish them to be fresh and flavorful and not soggy they would have to make a new batch. And then you can always ask for salt on the side and you can put as much or as little as you like on it.
Its McDonalds.... This one is clean, service was friendly but the cashier was extremely loud. I dont know if she realized it or not though. She had a customer that did not speak English a few before me, but every customer afterwards she spoke slowly, loud, and over pronunciated her words. I do believe she was just trying to help, but it came off as condescending and a little rude.
Dont get me wrong food is good but the service is awful. Most of the time have to wait from 30 min to 1:30 in car service.From fast service to slow service. It is frustrating, specially if it was a hard day and the only think you one to do is get something to eat go home and relax. But no stuck in line is what itis 😏.
The new set up is really nice. The people are nice and fast at making your order. Easier to order on the screens instead of waiting in line. Line wait isnt long either.

Really, if you cant handle taking an order and flipping a burger, best believe I worked for catering serving about 100,000 in a week for Thanksgiving, then you need to find yourself a different job!
I personally Work in this place for 3 years back in the day, Management does care about their costume and making this place welcoming from everybody but they poorly fail to hire good employees that care about customer service, nights shift are always short staff and the main reason why not to go to this place at night time.
Quarter Pounder was dry as could be, bread was stale, fries were way over salted. The only positive I can think of is it looked clean. Oh, and bathrooms are locked. You have to ask a cashier to unlock them... whats that about
They are very friendly, but they take as if there were 300 people in a row, or with the remodeling that are happening they have rapides, they must be a little aware that we are going to these services because they have little time to break to prepare a good breakfast or lunch.

Waited 52 minutes for a family box, then the meat was old, some of the food had to be replaced. I wasnt the only one with long waits and bad experiences that night but disappointed manager did nothing to resolve the quite clear frustrating situation
I was hungry for a burger. Nothing special. So I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. I got home and it was dry. Zero moisture and hard as a rock. Imagine my disappointment. !
By far the worst McDonald’s in the Lehigh valley. They lock dining room doors hours early although dine in is until 1am. Not to mention they’re dining area is always filthy. On top of having to wait in the drive thru 20-30minutes multiple times a night to pick up Uber orders, they just so happen to screw up every order. Don’t go to this location and expect to get “fast food”. Ohhh and their ice cream machines are down 20/24 hours of the day ;)
Absolutely terrible. Night service took over an hour and half for approx 5 people that were in line. Manager refused to give a receipt and only accepted cash. Food was promised to be fresh and then tasted like food that sat for days.

This is the slowest McDonalds I have ever visited. I usually see many employees standing around and talking. It is in a great spot near my house so Im forced to go here once in awhile for the kids.
Super slow, very confused on how the drive -thru operation works there because they tell you to park while youre waiting. Is it that understaffed or slow that I need to wait in the parking lot for a meal that takes less than 5 minutes to make?

Dont come here anywhere between 2 am and 5 am. It says 24 hours but they close and if you try asking why or anything you will be berated for it... 2nd time Ive come here and 2nd time I was given attitude for asking the reason why.

Went through drive thru and only order large diet coke and they gave me the wrong soda. I had to park and go in to get it replaced. Maybe if the drive thru person wasnt on their cell phone texting maybe the order would have been right
So its 2:15am and everything we order, they say they are out of it. We ordered a orange soda/juice and they didnt have it. Then we ordered a frapp and they didnt have that. Lastly, we ordered a Fish Filet sandwich and guess what? They didnt have that. What are vegetarians supposed to eat? Thats not just. And do you not wear uniform? Someones wearing a blue hoodie. The breakfast hash browns had a funky taste, probably from the oil they use. Our sausage egg and cheese mc muffins were to greasy & had the same funk taste! We were very disappointed!

2022-04-07The location is clean and the staff is Courteous.On to the bathrooms, they are locked and you need a manager.The mens bathroom is clean, but its basin/sink, is not on, so it doesnt give you water. I should hope that no employee is using that bathroom. I did bring it to the attention of a associate behind the counter.Lets hope McDonalds actually reads these reviews, but if not my next email is to corporate.3 stars for associates, and for quick and hot food.

2022-07-21Not my kind of place.Although requested at kiosk, no number tents available to let server know where to deliver order. No receipt at kiosk. No pancake syrup came with order. Hash brown barely warm but WAY over-cooked.This place would benefit from either:1) mystery shopper who could inform owner of deficiencies2) fully-engaged flame thrower to level the storeIn summary. ..if youre NOT looking for a meal that could pass minimal McD criteria and simultaneously fail an inspection by the local health department for acceptable food, this is the place for you.

2022-05-21Upon my arrival to the drive thru placing my order while using my reward points, the order person said she would not honor my rewards because it can only use one car at a time then she called the manager who was very very rude telling us they would not honor both rewards even though we have given them our codes to be redeemed for our orders to be used which the manager was very very arrogant and rude. When the manager became rude to me, I got off the drive thru then parked my car and went straight to the manager expressed ourselves to him then he apologize and started telling the situation that he has been encountered since this afternoon.

2022-07-17Mcdonalds on Tilghman in Allentown PA is operated by either rip off artists or incompetent idiots. The picture clearly shows the breakfast menu item #2 as 6.79 for the combo and 5.49 for the sandwich. Im not a math major but I do know the sales tax. 6.79 + 6% sales tax is 7.20 not 9.50. Shown a picture of the menu board the cashier replies thats what the computer came up with. The reply of the manager is even funnier. One: we are not unionized. Two: we are privately owned. Sorry, but what do those 2 reasons makes it ok not to honor your prices listed on your menu? Basically what they are saying is they are making up the prices as they go along depending on the customer. Just stay away
