Went at 745pm 11/23/21. The staff in the back were repeatedly making macaw- type calls to each other and laughing about it. No regard for customers and certainly no professionalism. I ordered a hot tea and got on the road. On the road we discovered the cup had hot milk in it, not water. Wow.
The Employee Anthony Wickersham Helped me get my Food very quick after another Employee maid me wait over 10 Minutes to order my food.
One of the few stop in that area and the doors were closed at 8:15am so we couldnt use the washroom. Oh! and Super weird curved access off the I-81. Be sure to slowww down!
Literally sat in the outside lane for 10 minutes after being told to hold on. Then they took 3 orders in the inside lane and ignored us. Tried to go in to order and the building is locked while the workers look at you while they sit by the registers. We will have to drive farther up the road with a now angry toddler hoping to find him food.
It literally took 50 min for our order to be in our hands. The worker there said they had 5 ppl show up for an entire shift and their manager wouldnt answer her phone or any texts within 10 hours.

Its just McDonalds..its not that great. There new chicken sandwich sucked. It was squeaky, rubbery and full gristle! Hamburger meat flavorless..just Macdonald how it has always been. The place to go when there is no where else to go in a hurry. Sorry just the truth! Customer service was great though.
Its a hot or miss. Sometimes the coffee is spot on sometimes its watered down. Sometimes the food is good and sometimes not. Idky. Never had a problem with the drive thru. Unlike bk in Shenandoah. I try to avoid that place so I do go to mcds alot. I just wish you could use points to order multiple things.
Ordered a 20 pc nugget and paid for extra sauce and they didnt give me any sauce what so ever dive through is terrible

Sat at the far lane of the drive thru to order food, watched two people in the left lane order while I kept asking if anyone was there. Someone said “sorry” on the other end and then took the other lanes order. I left before a 4th person from the inside lane got to order because they didn’t seem to care I was there.
This place is a joke ... Waited over 10 minutes to place my order.... Then waited over another 10 minutes to get my food.... I ordered 2 McDoubles, med fry, large coke and a happy meal ....
I asked about a special on the fish sandwich and was told it was available. But when I paid for it I realized that they didnt charge me the special price. I called and was told that apparently the employee who took my order didnt know that the special was over. I payed double price and honestly Im never going to that store again. Employees that dont know how to do a job right and have no knowledge of prices and specials. Mc Donalds is going down the drain.....

Took 20 minutes to get food in the drive thru. Fries and chicken nuggets were old even though it was lunch time. The 1 star is for the big mac which was good... Kid at the window had to ask what we got for drinks 3 times, messed up our food order as well... Fortunately the older lady working came out and cleared things up. Also it is not easy on easy off I81 as the advertisements on the highway state.
Tables were nasty floor was stick food was okay.

McDonalds is McDonalds, I am not to much of a fan but I love the fish sandwiches, currently they are 2 for $6....used to be 2 for $5....but I was hungry for fish...and I love the sweet ice tea...
I got a drink and it was half way full I also asked for fries they were all over in the bag and so was my burger no wrapping
My reviews are based on personal experiences of one or more visits.The extra gas to the Pottsville McDonalds is well worth it. Attitudes at this one are terrible on top of the fact the hardly ever listen to special requests, you get rushed through the drive thru the whole way, plus they are not 24 hrs. Dine in is most likely decent. I would honestly just go to the Pottsville one if you dont feel like chancing it.(Special note, there is one employee who makes you feel appreciated for choosing them though, he works dayshift thats all I know)
I came from over a hour away to help out at a local medical center. I stopped to get my thank you meal. The lady at the window who said she was the manager was very rude. I did not have my badge but had scrubs and a letter stating I was in the medical field. She gave me the food and shut the window with force without saying a word. Very rude and unprofessional. This isnt my hometown which if it was would of never been disrespected. Customer service is always 1st!
The customer service was absolutely wonderful, but the food and drinks were of a lesser quality. Nothing to write home about, and nothing that should stop you from eating here either. I mean, its McDonalds, you know what youre gonna get.
Staff not too friendly. They acted as if we were interrupting their slow time. Took a little too long to get out food and coffee. They werent even busy. Not too clean either.
AWESOME EXPERIENCE, we were met at the counter by Crystal P. We could not have gotten any better service. She took our order, brought our order to the table and came back to check on us several times. Not pushy, just friendly. We recommend this McDonalds to anyone who want great customer service!!

I waited 30 MINS for a Travis Scott and it wasnt no bacon on it. Nor was there lettuce and no barbeque sauce in my bag and my cookies was supposed to be hot they were the coldest cookies Ive ever eat in my life. My milkshake didnt taste like a chocolate it tasted like carbonated poop water in a milkshake flavor.
Slowest drive thru ever and the restaurant closed before 830. Why put it next to the highway, charge high prices cause your are next to the highway and not have bathroom service.
This mens room stall has the largest door gaps i have ever seen. There might as well be a window into the stall. Their maintenance man obviously has little experience. This McDonalds itself isnt bad. Inside is always dirty though.
Fast food just off of an interstate 81. Busy is an understatement, but the staff had it under control. Table delivery of our order was unexpected but highly appreciated. Nice job McDs.
Our family trip brought us to this location in the middle of the night. I would have never found this without Maps pointing the direction, but we made it. On the scale of McDonalds weve been to when we have been desperate for quick fast food this was about average. Lots of truck traffic being right off the highway, but it is an awkward location. Clean place and fast food.

I recently used their self serve kiosk in an attempt to save time.Simple, basic order took an outrageously long 10+ minutes. So then, not only was I late, but because I used the Kiosk, I had to question if I was part of the problem. This led to confusion and shame which was, of course, compounded by the fact that I was eating McDonalds. Then, after I left, I got lost and couldnt find the Interstate. So there I was....shamed, confused, and lost. Needless to say, not my favorite experience. The one bright side was that, at least, it wasnt a Hardees.

2022-04-28So its 9:10 pm tonight and we were wanting burgers. So we got thru drive thru and had the best experience ever. We ordered 2 Qtr Pounder w/Bacon meals and they were PERFECT!!! Perfect seasoning, frys were HOTT and right amount of salt! The customer service was IMPECCABLE!! Michael and the Mgr working tonight were awesome and they need a raise!

2021-12-10As with almost every fast food place the food is delicious. The price was fair. The restaurant and property was very clean. I am taking 1 star away due to the slower food preparation. Maybe it is not the stores fault, but when they are expected to make 300 different items, maybe the issue is with corporate for making the selections available.
