The cashier had an attitude from the time we ordered. Once our food was ready he brought it out to us and drops it onto the table huffs and walks away. We had chane from our order and asked to put the extra change 4 the Ronald McDonalds fund.. nope we watched him put that into his own pocket. Not cool very disappointed by the service.
If I could give less than one star, I would. Had to repeat one order 5 times and they still didnt get it right. One day you dont get a spoons for your oatmeal, the next day you dont get the fruit for your oatmeal or straws for you orange juice. This McDonalds is on the way to a venue were working, and thats the only reason we stop here. Todays answer to why theres no fruit for the oatmeal...we dont have fruit for the oatmeal, never have. So I guess the fruit I got yesterday was a fluke. Luckily were only here once a year, and if youre local then you already know the issues with this place and avoid it.
Get dior dash orders right PLEASE. Also the prices on door dash are a lot higher than the store.we already pay trip fees and tips. Why do they have to jack up the prices. Its ridiculous.
Getting breakfast or dinner is always nice. I especially like getting their Carmel Frappe it always hits the sweet and caffeinated boost. I would also recommend the classic crispy chicken and Bacon sand sandwich for that extra protine boost.
Easy ordering process via the kiosk inside. Order was delivered quickly and accurately. Definitely will be back!
This McDonalds sucks and when you complain the manager blames it on teenagers working there. Ummm I worked at McDonalds as a teenager and wasnt trained to be rude or incompetent.
Great McDonalds service and food here. My little ones loved the Play Place, which was our biggest reason for stopping here. Staff were all kind, service was fast. Dining area, restrooms, and play place were all clean and well maintained.
They never get my order right. This time they gave me a whole thing of chicken nuggets and no freaking sauce. The manager, assistant manager, I dont know who she is but shes rude as hell and she was working the window yesterday. Probably not going to order from this location again.

Took forever in the drive thru. They were taking multiple orders in lane one. Every 4 or so orders they would take an order from lane 2. Also the doors were locked so couldn’t go inside to order or use the bathroom.
The people working there are nice. Pretty busy but doesnt take forever to get your order.

So, mobile orders dont fulfill as fast as drive thru orders. Driv thru goes right to ready. Mobile orders to be picked up in restaurant stay in process. Gone are the full service cashiers fulfilling your order in less than 2 min.

Positives:For a McDonalds this is pretty good. The workers are new but not bad at their job. The output is good for a McDonalds. Never a hair in my food anything to ruin the experience. This is an overall pretty good place.Negatives:Some customers are quite rude to these inexperienced workers, and that ticks me off sometimes as they are doing their best. This isnt a problem with the place specifically but this will happen when the main customer base is kids young enough to still have booster seats. The workers have been dwindling in numbers which causes the food to come out slower. Prices are outrageous.Overall: Good place with fine working staff. Quarantine has hit this place very hard which causes the owners to higher less good people. Not a lot of people are applying though which makes the surface slower than usual. 3 Stars is what I feel this place deserves.
Mobile order and we got the job done. Had a great experience, quick service and just left. They even provided good portion of napkins and sauce for our nuggets.

I frequent this McDonald’s as it is very near my work and hundreds of times Lois has served me or taken my order and even though I typically only order one large coke and it could just be another quick easy transaction for her, she ALWAYS takes the time to tell me to have a good day and stay safe. It’s the smallest thing but it’s become very comforting for me to hear before I go into work. Thank you Lois :)

Terrible all around. App doesnt allow more than one special. They werent serving breakfast anymore. They were out of Sweet and Sour sauce...I could go on but not worth my time.
Customer service was horrible. They will let you guess if it was your order or not. No care at all.No manager overseeing the orders to make it more faster, nobody was checking if your order is correct. They did not have a system. We went there ordered ahead when we get to pick it up. We waited for about 15 minutes.
I’ve gone to this McDonald’s for years, almost daily (hooked on your iced coffee). Twice this week, while going through the drive through, I ordered only to be told they did not have the product - iced coffee on Wednesday and milkshake for my granddaughter just today. In thinking back, I’ve been told iced coffee was not available once a week for the two weeks prior also (no sugar-free syrup the first time and then no cream).I’m now inclined not to visit this establishment again and would rather go to one of the other McD’s near me, although I’ll miss seeing Lois when I pay (she is a total gem).I just felt the need to share my recent experiences with someone. If you don’t know there’s a problem, you can’t fix it.
I generally do not have any complaints for this location. But today I made the mistake of choosing curbside pickup instead of going through the drive-thru. I parked in the pick up space, checked in with my parking space number and waited 15 minutes before calling into the restaurant asking for my order status. After letting it ring for an incredible amount of time, the person on the other end told me that the order didnt exist and never made it to their system and after giving them my receipt info several times, I was finally told to come into the restaurant to figure it out. I explained to the person at the counter that there was a mess up with my curbside order and she just disappeared. While waiting for the supervisor to finish bagging some food, I noticed two bags with curbside, the parking space number, and my name on them. Once greeted by the supervisor I pointed to my bags and said that I have been waiting 20 minutes for my curbside order that I was told didnt exist. She gave me my food and walked away not apologizing at all and telling me that they are busy. I dropped an f bomb which I am now sorry for doing asking why everyone elses food was more important than mine? I checked the order for completeness and the fries were warm enough to not have to continue with this debacle. I give tonights service one star, but because service is generally very good, I will give them 4 stars. I just will not choose curbside anymore...
MacDonald is not the same fries the burgers the meat doesnt feel real anymore its taste like process food it feels like every food industry is out to get us🤢
Two nights ago I came to this McDonald asking for fresh fries and received old fries!! I called the location three times no response, I came back a few hours later requesting fresh fries and returning the old ones. This lady who is also a manager and her name in something like Giselle ( not sure if spelled correctly) decides she wants to refuse me and telling me to leave, trying to argue with me and then calls me the B word because I wouldn’t move to the next window. Unprofessional manager and she needs to be fired!! What type of person are you to call me a B word over a $3 French fry.Not only that but the workers was in the back joking up jumping me. Worst customer service ever and I do not recommend. I called the next day and spoke to a manager named Brianna and she was extremely helpful and sympathetic! That is the type of person I expect when I go to McDonald’s, but instead I came across Gisselle
Not sure if the order taker was new or what was going on this morning. Had to repeat myself 3 times at speaker, reconfirm twice at pay window and order was STILL wrong. At pickup window the young lady was VERY accommodating and corrected my order. Food was nice and hot.

Came here so kids can play during rainy weather. Food is decent. Service was friendly. Establishment was horrible. Trash can were full and ready to burst. Restrooms were disgusting.

This place has its ups and downs. Some days everything is kept clean. However the food today I just ordered tasted really odd. This isnt the 1st time Ive noticed an order like this today.
Its McDonalds. A lot of folks that work there its their first job in their learning how things were. So I expect things to get messed up from time to time but this McDonalds does a little better than most. Be nice if the fries werent always soggy and limper than me after a sorority party but what can you do. My advice to yall is simple. Just ask him to drop fresh french fries for you and you should do just fine here :-)
This MickyDs is clean, newly renovated and enlarged. Since Covid hit the indoor dining is nill, but the drive through is always busy. VERY busy. Thats good and bad at same time. They have 2 order lines but everyone must funnel into 1 line to pay. Food is good, always hot, and my favorite part is going in the morning because the older ladies take your order and money. They are so personable, its like getting breakfast from your grandma. Love it !.
My biggest complaint at this particular McDonald’s is that they undercook the fries every single time. Very pale with some soggy and they go cold fast. Can you please leave them in for the proper time. I’ll wait the extra minute!

Only time worth going is in the morning, when there is actual people who believe in quality and professionalism. Mc Donalds quality and food value has steeply declined as prices have increased through the years. Dont go to this Mc Donalds in the evening. Numerous times they have forgotten items in order. Frys are terrible because oil isnt changed. Food cold when received and just thrown together.

Usually has quick drive thru service. Great hot coffee & since I dont eat pork, love you can now get chicken on breakfast sandwich. Young people are good servers both friendly & polite.

Too many times, especially on the weekends, I get 2 sausage mcmuffins and the muffins are burnt. I eat them in my vehicle on the way to work. I called the store and explained to the manager, who I couldnt fully understand, and she argued with me that she made them and they were fine. She wanted me to bring them back immediately. She basically called me a liar when I have proven to an uber friendly elderly woman at the drive thru they are frequently burned. She gave me a refund when I was early once and had the time. Another younger female manager also doubted me and after she checked to make sure the muffins werent burnt and I ordered 2 ,she then hollered back to make sure they were not burnt. She was being a sarcastic child. I only want what I pay for, I dont need an attitude from managers who are supposed to be the mature, responsible people representing a multi billion dollar company
It took 25 minutes to get an order of nuggets, a burger, fries, and a milkshake. The person who seemed to be the manager handed out bags of food and then yelled out what ended up being mine but it was missing the milkshake. I tried to tell her and she ignored me. It was busy and I understand that it gets tough to keep everything together. I felt incredibly disrespected. She finally came back and I told her I was missing my milkshake which I was pretty sure had been sitting on the back counter for more than five minutes, so she got me a new one which I appreciated. My food, however, was cold and soggy. I didn’t want to wait any longer because I had already been there for 25 minutes. So I left. Worst experience at McDonald’s ever. They should have spent all that money they used on the remodel to hire more people.
This McDonalds should not be visited. For some unknown reason you can go inside and order but not eat there. There are tables open but do not sit down. Instead go to your car and run the AC which requires the car to run. So much for global warming . This fake pandemic has so many hypnotised I cant even wonder what will happen when a real one come along.DO NOT EAT HERE LET THEM SUFFER WITH NO FUNDS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT SERVE THEIR CUSTOMERS.We have been to many others that are OPEN.

I went through this drive thru today. I had to repeat my order several times. When I got to the window to get my food. I noticed an item was incorrect. The girl instantly got an attitude and snatched it out of my hand. Then she said well you ordered it wrong. I was then handed back the exact same item. She continued to talk for smart and rude. I will be contacting corporate.
Waited for curbside after placing one order thru drive thru the sofa was just soda water NO Syrup. When they brought out other orders they forgot the other two soda and when told about the girl said oh yeah our diet was low. Didnt come back w drinks had to go tonsrive thru window no one was even woekinhbij the drink guess theh figured I could wait even longer. Smh

A high quality franchise. It gets a lot of business and usually those franchises are good. I often swing by for a quick breakfast on my way into Harrisburg for errands. There is often a line in the drive thru but it goes quickly. Never had a bad experience here. Good service. They offer all the national promotions. Ive never asked for ice cream though!
They are always forgetting something I ordered, this last time I didnt find out till I got home!! I called them up; I told them my order number, the guy in charged that night said there was nothing wrong with my order because he packed it!!! I will now drive the extra 2 minutes down the road to the other McDonalds.
Good food but very poor management atleast the manager I saw. Very rude to her cashier a very nice man forgot to give us our fries and it was a small he accidentally grabbed a large fry carton for our meal and the manager snarled at him over it being a large when it shouldve been a small. All he did was make a simple mistake and realistically giving us a large wouldve seemed professionally smarter for messing up the first time. Treat your employees better and I would have a higher thought of this establishment..

Weekday mornings for breakfast is the best here. The staff seems to be mostly older women, but they are very friendly, efficient, and accurate. I have never had my order be wrong and the drive through moves faster than any other time of day.
Walked in, went up to the counter where it say order take out here, stood there for three minutes & left! No one considered that the customer might want to spend money. Manager on duty did nothing!
Clean with great food, great service! Especially the woman that waited on my family named Anna. My husband has celiac so we requested the sausage not touch the biscuits that we ordered and she went to the grill and made sure they did it right!! She was extremely friendly and made our experience great!
Brand new play place with two large touchscreen game tables for ~ 4 kids each. Recently renovated location, clean, and friendly staff. No complaints with the food, as expected from a typical McDonalds. They use the touch screen ordering system but you can order at the front. If you bring your kids then don’t forget the free small ice cream cone.
Their drive-thru etiquette is terrible. I drove up to the kiosk and no one was there to greet me or ask for my order. I calmly kept saying hello to the speaker about 4 times (it wasnt broken because there were a few more cars in front of me that their orders taken immediately). I was upset that no one responded for 10 minutes and I left the drive-thru. The other McDonalds near me will get more business from me than this one.

I have lost count on my fingers the amount of times I heard employees and the manager yelling the F word at each other. Seemed to be very disorganized. Went inside and people in the back just looked at us as we waited for our order to be taken. No one came. Finally decided to use the kiosk to get our order in. I had to help myself to grab a cup for my drink. Only good thing was the food was hot. Bathrooms were disgusting because there was toilet paper and people’s soil all over the stall. Garbage can was also over flowing. I would not recommend stopping here and I surely will not be back.

I can’t even begin to tell you how HORRIBLE the customer service is at this location. My husband and I waited 15 minutes for large fries and a Mc Chicken. While we were waiting, a women walked up and also ordered a Mc Chicken. One of her friends who works there, but was not working at that time, went into the kitchen and expedited her order. When I started to “complain” he said something to some who was actually “work”. He threw a sandwich into a bag along with fries that had been sitting there for as long as we had been waiting.I decided to wait a little bit before I called to cool down a bit. When I did call I spoke to a manager named Maria. I explained exactly what happened and told her I was hoping to Resolve this before I emailed corporate office. I told her I would NOT be visiting this location again. She told me to go ahead and email corporate.
The atmosphere is awesome. They make your food to your perfection. They treat you and your family as if you knew them for years. The employees and management go beyond there way to make you feel welcome. I highly recommend this McDonalds to everyone. The place is always kept clean and neat. If there is any problems with customers or employees you can rest a sure it will be dealt with. I give them 5 stars. But if I could I would give them 100 stars for there service as well as there profecinal service.
Old food. Watery cokes. Long waits. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes good, sometimes not. Not the worst place, but alot of room for improvement.
This is a very good McDonalds, usually. However good service depends on which particular shift happens to be working when I get there. I have had issues with orders being wrong and food being sub-par when visited during some of the shifts with the younger employees. I hate to generalize people by age, but honestly the service is far better at the times of day when the older ladies are working!Dont go through the drive-thru of this McDonalds late on a Saturday night...you wont get spoons with your sundaes.As for the managing of this particular restaurant: I think it was poor planning to start the renovations to the Play place right before Thanksgiving. I, and many other parents, had disappointed children on Black Friday because we stopped with promises of going to the Play place, only to see it closed off without prior notice.
As far as McDonalds go this one is about as good as they get. Food is always hot (especially fries) and they service is quick and friendly.Restaurant and restrooms are clean and well kept. Plenty of seating and the kids play area is separate from the main dining area.If you like McDonalds food this is the one to go to.
This is a great McDonalds. Very friendly service, awesome play place (clean with restroom & drink station included within play area. There are also a few plugs for charging devices.) Dining room is clean and has plenty of seating. Overall, a pleasant experience.
The drive thru line was out into the street which it often is while interrupting safe traffic flow. I worked my way into the parking lot to go in for my order which I only ever get Sweet Tea because the food makes me sick, the service and cleanliness of the staff is questionable, and you never know if you are going to get what you order. I ordered/pay on the kiosk which was dirtier then the bathroom floor. Used sanitizer afterwards and I had to ask for a cup to get my tea. Rumor has it that they are planning on another drive thru lane. I can not see it and that means the service and accuracy will only get worse. I suggest they improve what they have going on before adding to it. And I was also disappointed to learn that not even the tea is fresh brewed. False advertising!

Scott was the BEST with his customer service. My children had a blast in the play place. Food was fresh and from what I saw, the entire staff seemed very cheerful, happy, and personable. GREAT JOB GUYS, KEEP P THE GREAT WORK!
Kids had a great time playing after lunch and loved the free mini ice cream cones. Food was great, except the fish sandwiches have not been the best lately. This place is ABSOLUTELY disgusting. I found a bone in my McChicken. The employees are rude. And the overall cleanliness of the store is a 2/10.
Absolutely terrible. Although the workers were friendly enough, they messed up my meal four times, put everything into to-go bags even though I was eating there, failed to give me my receipt, there was no ketchup in the bins at the ketchup station and when I approach the manager he checked and said there was none there but he was on his 30-minute break. The girl behind the desk said they were out all day long and they didnt even know if they worked. None of the tables were cleaned the entire hour-and-a-half we were there. And they had four or five people while we were standing there all waiting for different things that the store orders that were messed up. My daughter wanted to play in the play area and needed to go to the bathroom but I chose to walk across the street because I figured if they could not take of take care of their establishment or have clean floors, drink station or tables I was not even going to try their play area or bathrooms. Good luck for trying this restaurant but I would definitely tell you to go up the street at the gas station.
Its okay place. Best part is play place area also has a rest room with diaper changing station. It was clean. But play place is good for 4yrs old I think. My little one is 2yrs old. But she cant go up herself because of big step.

This is a great place to take the granddaughter for the afternoon. It is also very clean. The bathroom in the play area is well kept. We had a great time. My granddaughter didnt want to leave, we were there 2 and a half hours lol.
Ordered the feast meal and 20 pc nugget. Received 12 cookies, 1 mc chicken 1 fry and 12 cookies. Thank goodness it was uber eats they refunded me most of the cost. Ridiculous! Supposed to be 12 sandwiches, 4 fries, 12 cookies and the addition of the 20 nuggets!!
The staff and helpful and friendly. They even brought my food to the table where we sat. The food was hot and my order was correct. A brand new big play area that is great for the kids. Kids even got free kiddie cones!
This is by far one of the best McDonalds in the area.. I ordered the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, hashbrowns, fruit parfait and large coffee... it was fast, hot and so good. Service was polite and super nice...I went to a McDonalds by the Colonial Park Mall the night before ordered the same exact meal...and it suckedThis one was perfect...I will only go to this one no matter what time it is...

Line goes by generally quickly in each the drive thru and inside, they have the order it yourself machine inside so the line is a bit shorter. Sometimes I find the place to be not so clean in certain places but overall not bad.
The fries where got and fresh. Shamrock shake was perfection. Big Mac could have been a few minutes old though 😉

This McDonalds gave me a sugared iced coffee when I asked for sugar free with Splenda instead. This could have caused me to be severely sick if I didnt notice the difference between sugar and sweeteners and drank it. Then when (not rudely) asked if there was sugar in it the cashier was huffy when she took it and then gave me a drink with no sweetener in at all. After sitting at the window for a long time her manager came over and gave me sweetener when I asked her. I wouldnt have given one star except the manager was nice, the food was good, and after the drink was made right it was delicious.
The coffee that was supposed to be hot was cold and they made us pull aside and wait for it. Later, when I walked in to see what was taking so long, it took forever to get their attention. The iced coffee was far from a full cup, and they didnt pay any attention to my waiting at the counter until they wanted to gripe at me for leaving my empty cup there. Horrible.

This McDonalds was remodeled in December 2018. Of course, everything is nice and new. The play place is much better than the old one. It is bigger and has more to do. My 3-year old played there for an hour, ate lunch, and played some more. Other than that, it is your typical McDonalds.
I’m from New York where Mcdonalds is very fast paced and employees are typically nonchalant. I came with my family of 11 so we had a pretty big order. The food was served fast and warm. They got the whole order right (I’m used to having to argue because they usually mess up the order at other Mcdonalds). The cashiers and staff are super warm and welcoming and it’s adorable because today many of them were elderly but they are on top of their game. I also noticed when we were eating a man with a walker placed an order and sat down and Anna walked over to his table with his order. They are very patient and kind and by far the best Mcdonalds I’ve visited among the many in the states. I’m glad they employ and value their older workers!! Well done! The food the service it’s all impeccable!! Thank you❤️❤️
SLOW!!!! Stopped at 4:15 pm on a Thursday. Took 15 minutes to get through drive thru. I pulled up to the window, got my food but was parked an additional 3 or 4 minutes to wait for my frappe??! I dont know WHAT the deal is with the fast food restaurants around here, but they are consistently HORRIBLE!
Im only giving 3 stars because they just remodeled the entire place, but couldnt add simple awnings over the windows to pay and receive food. When it is pouring out you get drenched and are rushing to put window and up quickly while paying and receiving food.
Very kind and considerate employees! I was driving through on a 600 mile motorcycle trip and my phone/gps ran out of battery. An employee offered to charge it for me while I waited outside (couldnt go in due to COVID). This got me through that leg of the journey! Lifesaver!
McDonald’s is pricing itself out of t he Fast food market.and the service is slow. The food portions are not worth the price. For 2 people to eat it was 15.78. The food came out barely warm. I had to wait 13 minutes . Not enough help either
Crab and cheese omelet was delicious.I did substitute American for the pepper jack cheese.
WOW! I guess it is true when they say Attitude reflects Leadership! This place lacks a strong conviction to customer service. Their new motto should be Lets WOW every customer! Lets pay attention to details and have a spirit of being WINNERS! if the Leader represents that everyday, it will become Contagious....
We came to this McDonalds with two of our Grandsons tonight and the place looks like a tornado went through it,. All the tables were dirty, trash all over the floor and the condiment/soda area was a mess. We gave it a two because our food was hot and cashier was OK.

Nice place and main advantage is having kids play area along with it. Reducing one star, as parents need to help kids to climb on to it (second step), as its not at suitable height for 3 feet tall kids. Hope there should have been some arrangements to cover that drawback. Other thank that, everything as expected.
Fantastic location. The drive-through worker was very polite and they got through the line quickly. Even with 4 people in the car, our orders were correct and timely. 5/5 Drive-through McDonalds!
Waited to place order. Then had to wait in car to get order manager came out after about 7 minutes with an order that wasnt mine it was the people behind me...really I just order a bacon egg cheese biscuit... During breakfast.. He said he would go get it I said forget It...seriously people go thru fast food generally due to they are on a hurry not for the nutrition...so irritated right now will drive extra to go to the 39 McDonalds or the one by the mall if I want a frappe.
This was the worst McDonalds we have ever been to. Completely out of control. 26 minutes to get an egg McMuffin on a Fri at 1:30. Well stop there with the list of issues. Needless to say we will choose a different location next time.
Would of gotten 5 stars....but cant read register tape. This store does such a great business they need to put ink in the register more often than they do. most of the time the register receipt is barely readable.... not only at the store but other McDonalds
The building itself is very nice, the staff that run it not nearly as good. After they rebuilt it they couldnt get the same people back so the service hasnt been nearly as good as it used to be. But they are trying to bring it back. still a damn good McDonalds
Usually great service during the day, ok in the eve. Ordered a number 3 with a coke for my hubs, and a happy meal for my kid. Kids nuggets were cold, and got a diet coke with no ice with the number 3??? Ew! Who even drinks diet coke number one, and with no ice? Even more disgusting. Hopefully just a bad night.:)
Employees including supervisor too busy being loud and goofing off. Had to wait to get someone to give us a milk they forgot for grandson. Floor being mopped and extremely slippery when customers trying to get to drink machines.

Here for my daughters birthday with 7 children. Service was quick anf the facility was clean. Very happy children. This was an unanoinced visit as well. Staff was great.
I went here on my lunch break and the ONLY reason I came was to use a gift card I was given. I tried to use the APP to order with it and it didn’t give me an option to add the gift card In so I went to a location that I’m use to getting lunch from and using the app at. Once I got there from the manager to two other associates told me it was nothing they could do and was trying to charge me full price for (the deal and the gift card was the only reason I was there) told me sorry and it was nothing they could do and continued to help other people and they told me the APP has nothing to do with them. I told them I will never be back and I just might not ever go to a McDonalds ever again because I know what managers have the power to do, and they just didn’t want to do it for me. Instead they wasted all my time on my break.

Very disappointed. We had to wait at the counter until someone came from yhe kitchen area to take our order. Both beverage stations were out of diet coke. When we reported that to the counter employee she said she could get it for us at the drive thru beverage station. We took our order to go. When we arrived at home, the diet coke was 90 percent carbonated water. Half of the cheese for my quarter pounder was melted to the inside of the box. Not planning to use that store again.

Worst McDonalds Ive ever been into.Service is horrid, incredibly rude. Drink stand filthy, no ice in the machine, out of lids.Didnt even ring in my order properly and it was only hashbrowns because they dont offer hardly anything else for breakfast. Store needs a complete overhaul or closed down!!

Okay so we all know that McDonald’s hash browns are $1.00. So someone please explain to me why I bought 7 hash browns and the total came out as $11.80 ?? I then got out of the line before paying at the drive through to go to the other McDonald’s just down the road and the total was $7.42

I visited on 6/12/19 The food is delicious as always. My only issue is the high chairs are not well made, They are to small for even a two year old. Please invest in new high chairs please
Not a good experience had to pull to the side and wait for our food 15 min.then when we got our meal I just clance into the bags missing a sandwich had to go back in and get it the young lady never said sorry or anything so by the time I got home food was cold and I was missing a cheese burger,fries,and my 10 piece chicken nuggets I called them and they said ok we will take your name and next time your in we will give you it.i said no I will be in for it now that was our supper what we all couldnt eat. it just really upset me cause I had to run all the way back there and by the time we all ate food was cold.and they didnt even say sorry all the young lady said was ok our mistake .never had that said to me before a sorry would have been better.

Not allowed to sit inside to eat yet the delivery driver was allowed to. Well I was on the road for 5 hours before this stop.
New quarter pounder delicious but I ordered a diet drink because the need to limit sugars and I was given sweet tea. Called the number on receipt, no one has gotten back to me as indicated.
Ordered an egg McMuffin NO cheese, a sausage McMuffin with egg, and two hash browns. In the bag an egg McMuffin WITH cheese, a sausage McMuffin NO EGG, and ONLY one hash brown. Id hate to think what customers would receive if McDonalds counter was also open.
We came in at 6 a.m. everyone is tired long night moving and packing.. The energy and overall feel of the employees was very welcoming almost energy providing.. Made me feel more awake... The place was very clean ( i myself came from a samller town getysburg) and the mcdonalds in the city was cleaner.. Always thought bigger cities meant dirtier nor the case here....
This is easily the best McDonalds in the area. Fresh and hot food! And salted fries!
Weekdays up until 4pmish this place is great except for a little backuped at lunch time.Evenings and weekends are absolutely horrible with extremely long wait times in both drive thru and inside and forget about ordering anything special, they will consisting get it wrong.This location has been this way for the 7 years I have come to it, and I regret it everyone.

I agree with the reviewer that tells you to forget about asking for anything different on your sandwich (like, hold the onions). When I was charged $1.00 extra for lettuce and tomato on an Angus Deluxe, but DIDNT RECEIVE the lettuce and tomato, I complained. The owner of this McDonalds, Kim Nelson, claims that she made several attempts to speak with you personally, but I was not successful in reaching you. Really? I gave you my home phone, cell phone, email and home address. I have voice mail and caller ID and no record of your several attempts. She writes in answer to my complaint, Im sorry you feel we have let you down and If I may make a suggestion, you may find it easier to order an Angus Deluxe sandwich without mustard and onions and add bacon. This way you will get lettuce tomato and mayonaise [sic] and only pay for bacon. HUH? Their ice cream machine was broke when I was there and I couldnt get a receipt! So, I went somewhere else! Either order is wrong or they dont have something every time! Ridiculous!! Lights out at nights..are they closed?

2022-03-05This McDonalds was fast and the food was hot. However the women taking the order was very pushy for us to hurry up even though no one was behind us. I thought it was the greatest thing there was a pay phone .. I havent seen one in 10 years

2021-12-14Food was okay but management need to focus little more for cleanliness. Restroom was dirty, out of order and basin was even overflowing. Showing plenty of employees inside, laughing and talking but seems they dont care or it may not their duty.

2021-09-05This McDonalds is usually fine in regards to service and about 75/25 as far as order accuracy - so the review reflects more than just todays visit - but this is how I just received two plain McDoubles with only cheese...one has both top buns and no cheese and the other has both bottom buns and cheese.

2022-02-14Cashier was unfriendly. Wouldnt give me my bottled water while i waited, didnt thank me. Food came out fast. Fries were barely warm. Zero salt. Crispy chicken sandwich was soggy. All 2 pickle chips were falling out one side of the bun, like they were tossed on by someone who doesnt give a chip. I couldnt choke it down fast enough.My table was clean. Didnt see the bathroom.I know its a McDs, but this one sucked more than others.

2022-05-11This specific McDonalds is very dirty inside, they do not clean their bathrooms nor their kitchen correctly. They serve hour-old food to customers and let their workers come in when sick. The Management of this establishment is absolutely terrible and the managers are racist and are open about it. The supervisor and general manager do nothing about it. They all need to be fired.

2022-05-29Please get it together. I just went thru the drive thru. Asked for a large mocha frappe. The guy had no clue. He asked if I wanted it hot or cold and if I wanted Carmel drizzle. When I got to the window to pay the lady had to call mgmt to see what I wanted. At the pick up window I asked for salt and ketchup for my fries. He looked at me like I was from mars. Than he came back with one packet of ketchup and told me they were out of salt. Lol. I just can’t. Lol

2019-09-13Needed some food and decided to take the exit to go to this McDs on my way to NY. It was after 1 when I stopped by and the drive thru were busy. The cashier was friendly and gave my finicky dogs some dog treats that they didnt eat. It was very sweet that she had dog treats for their doggie customers. The food was perfectly cooked. The fries were crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside, just the way I like it. The fish filet was not centered in between the buns that I had to adjust it. The chicken nuggets were perfectly fried and when they got a little cold, they didnt get hard and dry. One of the best McDs meals I have, and I have eaten many over the years.

2018-12-21Brand newly renovated with the ordering kiosk. We ordered at the counter. Cashier was friendly and efficient. Food served exactly as ordered. They bring food to the table now.One negative..quite a few of soda options out of order. I dont particularly like the new decor.
