Came in to get fitted for my wedding tux. Had some guy named Nate help me out...probably new....but this guy was amazing! He had a great sense of humor so if you are lame dont ask for him but if you want a good experience definitely do. He made the stress of everything needing to get done just fade away. Thank you Nate, you were awesome!
Staff was very professional. They showed us all their options and gave us plenty time to make selections for my tux. Their products look great. Cant wait for the big day.
My experience at this location was above and beyond what I expected! I showed up about 30 minutes before closing time feeling a bit guilty about showing up so late but the gentlemen that greeted me was so friendly and accommodating! I had received a suit jacket from a family friend as a gift to wear to an upcoming wedding and I was seeking some advice on some pants and shirts that might go well with its design. The gentleman at the store was more than eager to help me out even though the jacket was not even purchased from their store. He told me to throw the jacket on and step up to the mirror so we could check out some styles that might complete my outfit. His advice was great and I ended up finishing off the remainder of my outfit with a perfect shirt that he helped me pick out for this special occasion and I cannot thank him enough for his help. During this difficult time with the pandemic and all that it has effected it is safe to say that it has not touched this mans enthusiasm for his profession! I would recommend this store 100 times over and I wish that we could all show as much care to a complete stranger as the employee did tonight. Five stars sir!
Worst experience of my life. Me and my soon to be wife one of the groomsmen (which happens to be a women) and our son all went into this store trying to find suits for the wedding that is fastly approaching. We went in with the thought to be fitted and get colors, boy were we wrong the service we received was less than acceptable. The selection they gave us didnt even have what we wanted and they were unwilling to really help us get what we wanted. Truth be told we felt very discriminated against for the fact we are a lesbian couple. The gentleman helping us kept leaving to go help other men in the store instead of trying to make our day special. With all this being said we ended up just walking out and going to davids bridal. This place could really use some customer satisfaction pointers from davids bridal. They ended up getting our money and our service.
Only stopped so a friend could get fitted for a suit. Super helpful. Store was a little dusty, but Im sure they are bare minimum bataffed on the pandemic and dusting isnt a priority. Staff was friendly and professional.
Worst Experience ever!!! Basically I got told a woman shouldnt wear a tux for a wedding. They were totally judgemental about My sister in law and her soon to be wifes wedding. They also told us we didnt have to money the buy a custom fitted tux! However Davids Bridal was amazing and so much cheaper and so much better at everything!
Great friendly staff. The guy that I dealt with was very helpful and nice. Ive used other tux rental places in the past just to be extremely disappointed. This is the 3rd time Ive rented from them and never had any issues. Great place to buy jeans too.
The manager and workers here are incompetent babies. Neither the employee or the manager could answer simple questions or find a basic rental suit quote. Then the manager proceeded to complain about the bankruptcy filing and covid after blaming me for his inability to use a computer. Don’t waste your time here and go to Cuffs instead.
My husband rented for his sisters wedding. The grooms tux had strings hanging just not of quality. Mens wearhouse should be embarrassed.
Super disappointed with our experience here. We needed a suit for my fiancé for our wedding and suit pieces for the groomsmen. We were told once my fiancé’s suit came in, they’d call us and let us know. They never did. We also purchased all of the ties for the groomsmen (which MW had no problem charging us as soon as they could for them) but some had to be ordered in. Once we picked up the suit we (stupidly) assumed everything was with the order. Two days before our wedding we realized 1/2 of the times we ordered were not included when we came to pick stuff up. We had to make an extra trip to Erie (live in Greenville) two days before our wedding. It honestly seemed like no one knew what was going on or willing to help us in anyway every time we came in. I won’t go back here and I wouldn’t necessarily recommend them to anyone.
So helpful during a difficult time. They worked with us, helped make sure alterations were done on time and answered all our questions. Second full suit from this location and we have been fully satisfied both times. Would absolutely recommend.
Manager had to call Texas store to figure out what to do when he found out that the tuxedo my son picked out would not be available until end of October. Excellent customer service

The associate that helped us was very helpful and pleasant. We never felt rushed or hurried in any way. He also told us of several sales and promotions that might help reduce our total bill. A great experience.
We rented from other place to start because it was way cheaper. But we did get what we paid for, along with the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Then we came here. The customer service is above all expectation . The suit quality exceeded past experiences. Friendly staff, great product, I would and will always recommend this place for all tux needs. But a pluse here is that when you rent a tux for you whole groom party you get a choice of a fitted suit or a $400 shopping spree. I made an appointment to talk about getting suits for my wedding party , i needed 8 suits.I walked I got a a warm welcome. Then handed a book and ignored so I walked out and took my business elsewhere don’t make appointments if you don’t have time to spend with you clients
One of my Groomsmen was measured here for a rental suit. Simple process right? Couple of weeks later, during the pickup on the eve of the wedding at a different location we discovered the measurements were completely botch, with the suit being the size of a parachute. Whoever did the measurements at this store completely botched it, but thankfully the other location in Oregon managed to FedEx in the correct size replacement rental suit by the next day, in time for the wedding. The stressed caused a day before the wedding was the last thing we needed, so beware using this store!
Years ago, I got married in Findley Lake. When I was putting on my tux, I noticed the shirt was missing. Turns out it was forgotten at the store during final fitting and alterations. When I called, the manager told me he would take care of it, and he did! The manager (whose name escapes me) took the time to find the shirt, and drove all the way out to meet me in NY state; apologizing on the phone the whole way. I did manage to get the shirt on just in time for the wedding.Accidents happen, that’s a fact of life. How we handle those accidents is where character comes into play, and the way Men’s Warehouse took care of me was superb! They made things right, and the suit fit like a glove. I would highly recommend them for rentals or just fashionable clothing choices all around.
Not happy with them advertising they had$199.00 coats. so we stopped in today and ofcourse the salesman says, well we sold a lot of them but we can order some.Im confused. Needless to say we went to Macys and he bought a very nice suit,shirt and tie for $187.00 total. Might wanna talk to your ad guy.
This is the first time at Mens warehouse that was a bad experience. The guy that helped us seemed short and unwilling to really want to sell much. Had to bluntly ask to help find a matching tie. Inquired about suits , he mentioned the price but didnt bother showing a single one.
Everyone here is very helpful. I had an issue with my tux rental and they made sure that the correct size jacket was sent to the store that was the closest to the wedding venue, which was out of state.
Was a good experience. Employees were helpful and werent trying to push us too much to buy more add ons like some other suit stores. Would definitely recommend
Ive rented from them a couple times, the second time Id forgotten to return my tie and they were cool about sending it back later.

Create customer service but terrible selection.
The staff is knowledgeable, but not pushy. They know their styles and their cuts. This is the only place I go for suits, sports coats, and fitted shirts.

2022-07-29My son (who needed a suit) and I were treated very poorly. The saleswoman, who was inappropriately dressed for her job, had absolutely no enthusiasm and treated us like we were poor peasants. She showed us three of four jackets (we never got to the pants), at which point we decided to leave. Then she recommended that we go to the mall to look for the suit.

2022-07-15Didn’t actually visit this store, but we were on our way to a wedding in NY when a groomsmen realized he’d forgotten his *very specific linen pants*We called multiple stores on the way, and a lot of the associates were incredibly unhelpful. Then, we got a hold of James. James went above and beyond finding the pants that were not at his store. Asked for our route, found the store… just a delightful human being.

2022-01-22Every trip to Mens Warehouse in Erie, PA has been successful. Within the past two years we have probably been there close to ten times for a variety of reasons (purchasing a suit, alterations, groomsmen tux rental, groom tux rental) and we have never been disappointed. The staff are extremely helpful & have went above and beyond to serve us. We are so thankful for Mens Warehouse and the incredible staff that work there.
