Extremely grateful to Metropolis Passenger Logistics for coordinating ground transportation to Spain! It was my first time overseas, and I was a little nervous getting around. It turned out that our Villa was in an obscure location that even local Taxis were unfamiliar with. Fortunately, Metro stepped in with 2 days notice and ensured getting around was easy and worry-free. Highly recommend!

2022-08-07We used Metropolis Passenger Logistics for our wedding day and the service we received was nothing less than the best. Andrea and Mike were extremely accommodating and made sure all of our needs were addressed. Metro not only provided shuttle transportation for our hotel guests, but also provided transportation for the entire wedding party. The day of our wedding we received updates on the arrival and departure times of each shuttle, who the drivers were, and everything else we needed to know. The drivers were always on time and personable. We couldn’t have asked for better service on our wedding day! Thanks Metro Team!

2022-06-08Great experience from beginning to the end. Andrea was very professional through the whole process, and always flexible to the changes my clients have to make. I loved the fact that we were sent text messages to let us know about the guests pickups and drop-offs, it made everything feel safe. And what I loved the , most was the transportation coordinator, to make sure all the guests get on the bus and that nobody is left behind.I would definitely recommend!!!

2022-05-24Amazing experience from start to finish with Metro! It was extremely easy figuring out what vehicles, how many and timing for our wedding day. All of the details were sent prior to the day of. On the day of our wedding, the drivers were on time and provided excellent service. I couldnt recommend Metro enough!!!

2021-08-24I recently used Metropolis Passenger Logistics for an airport transfer service to PHL. The service was top notch! From the most professional and courteous drivers to the cleanest vehicles I have ever seen. The drivers were super helpful with all of our luggage and finding them for our return trip home was very easy. I will continue to utilize their services from here on out and I cant recommend them enough for any of your transportation needs.

2021-07-13I highly recommend this company. They handled our transportation for our wedding. From the hotel, back to the hotel and to an after party. The vans were incredibly clean, Andrea who handled everything was amazing, quick to respond, friendly, and the drivers were incredibly nice and professional. It was so nice to not have to worry about any transportation on our wedding day. Highly recommended!

2020-09-25Metropolis was highly recommended by a friend and colleague that recently needed a car service. He said that they were prompt, courteous, and very professional taking the time to accommodate his needs which involved an additional stop. He was happy to say that he still arrived at his destination ahead of time (pretty unusual when navigating a city). I was impressed and called them for a similar service. I was also impressed by their care and will use them often. Once I find a service that exceeds my expectations, I’ll call them every time I’m in the city. Great company.

2020-10-19We used Metropolis for transportation to and from our wedding venue. Andrea coordinated the logistics. She was great to work with. The limousine was clean and comfortable. Jerry was our driver for the evening. He was gracious, friendly, and an excellent driver! An overall wonderful experience with this company. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!

2020-09-26I cannot give enough stars to Metropolis! They were attentive to my every need. I had a situation where my plans were radically changed and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. The drivers are always pleasant and professional. The vehicles are spotless! In this age of COVID, I had no concern about the environment within them, which is very important to me. I will always use this service on my frequent trips to Philadelphia and HIGHLY recommend this company.
