Pedro Castillo was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the day and was a pleasure to work with. We are extremely happy with our purchase on our luxury car LeXuS LX570 from BMW and MiNi of the main line . The process was great and working with Joe made the day go smooth! Definitely will be buying a car again from there down the road! Special thanks business manager Joel Breen..he is really big professional and great person…I am very happy with your team.besr regards .Avtandil svanidze
Bought a certified pre-owned 2019 Mini Cooper S. The car didn’t look like I bought it from an actual Mini dealer. It looked like I picked it up for cheap from a bank’s repossession lot. Absolutely trashed, the interior was sticky to the touch and I’m pretty certain they didn’t even wash the exterior. I didn’t have another option. I needed a car and had already taken a couple days off work to find and go get this one. So I dropped it off at a detail shop near my home. It looks great now, but what a shame and disappointment. I did give Main Line the opportunity to reimburse me for the detailing before reviewing
The service was terrible. I made appointment and was told the car will be available same day. But nobody called me back for the status by the end of the day, no matter I sent text message and left voicemail, one lady had me on hold for 15 minutes and hang up on me. Finally a lady in sales department helped me to connect the service people, it turns out the car had nothing wrong
I couldn’t be happier with my new Island Blue Mini Cooper, and recommend Darius Tuller at Mini at the Main Line. Darius was professional and passionate about the cars and made the whole buying process as easy as winking. I just stopped by to think about purchasing a Mini and before I knew it I was driving it home!
I have owned my mini for 7 years and have loved having it serviced at Mini of the Main Line. As a result of the superior service I have received, it was no surprise when I was shopping for a new vehicle I would go there. Michael Madera, the sales representative, was terrific. He was very knowledgable about the various models and he took time showing me the different features. After my first look around, I then emailed him several times asking various questions. Michael responded promptly with accurate information. On the day I picked up my car, Michel took time to show me all the features and even sat in the car to ensure my phone and features were personalized to me. The picture below is him showing me the fantastic features of the Cooper. If you are in the market for a car - I strongly recommend a mini and without doubt urge you to visit Michael at the Mini of the Mainline. As Michael said to me he enjoys helping others and you can certainly tell when you deal with him.
I absolutely LOVED my experience working with Darius at Mini of the Main Line! He made our work together so positive and efficient (I literally went within 2 days from walking into the dealership, to sitting in my new car). I am a Mini lover, and Mini of the Main Line really delivered! I would also like to give a shout out to John, who took care of me in a special way as I was signing my papers. (John, you know what Im talking about -- and thanks!) All thanks to Darius, John, and everyone at Mini of the Main Line. You guys gave me the best Christmas present, ever! Love you xo
My only comment is that an appointment was made for my car on Friday and was told the tire was in stock. My car was dropped off on Thursday evening for my appointment on Friday but my car was not finished until SaturdayI did not understand why my car was not finished on Friday, it was most inconvenientI made the appointment, dropped the car off earlier than the appointment and still had to wait an extra day for the service to be completedMy car needed a new tire but had to wait for the alignment until Saturday morning
I bought my mini last year, and every small or big problem has being solved effectively. My mini is great, I come here 2-3 times a year, including the times I change tires for the snow. They communicate quickly with you and If needed they will offer a car if yours will take long.I recommend buying a MINI here.
I had a vet positive experience with Mini of the Mainline! Scott the gentleman taking care of me was very on top of things ! He constantly let me know each and everything that was going on with my car! Mini also checked things that U didn’t even know was a problem a totally took care of each and everything . I was given a loaner until my car was completed so other than the drive up I didn’t skip a beat and I use my zMini as a work vehicle to get me around and deliver !! I’m totally satisfied with Mini and especially my service guy Scott who’s the best that if there’s any problem again I will not hesitate because if my 5 star experience!!!
The convenience of my service experience was awesome. I had my Mini Cooper clubman towed to the dealership after closing last night. This morning I received a video message showing the results of the vehicle assessment, including close ups of specific problems and the screen with vehicle diagnostic readings. I placed a brief call, answered on one ring, said do this and not that, got the price, hung up. A couple of hours later I got a message that the car is ready and a link to make payment. Then I picked up the car and easy to follow summary of services. They even vacuumed her out. So from a customer experience standpoint, score is a 10.She purrs like a kitten again, score on repair is a 10.While I didn’t expect it would be cheap, I suffered some sticker shock, and couldn’t repair everything at the moment. This was the most expensive battery replacement that I could imagine. So on cost, I’ll say a 5 because it did come with some services.Overall, strong recommend. Just know that it will be on the higher end of expectations.
Scott at MINI of the Main Line is a pleasure to work with. My MINI had a couple of bad issues, and no matter how many questions I asked, Scott always answered me. I know I was a PITA, but Scott took the time to explain what was wrong and keep me up to date on my service. They did a great job repairing my car in a timely manner ! I certainly hope it doesnt need to be repaired any time soon, but if and when it does, I will definitely call Scott at MINI of the Main Line !! Thank you so much for you patience and knowledge.
Good location (there’s a Starbucks right next door) and excellent customer service. My Service Advisor, Scott Haines, was very pleasant to work with. The waiting rooms were clean and they had several cubicles available for those of us who were working while we waited for our cars to be serviced. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
Took my Mini Countryman in for a headlight-to-taillight check. It took a week, but this wonderful car performs perfectly. Being a European vehicle, I was fully aware that the engineering was beyond my expertise. The Service Department kept me informed of ALL necessary repairs and completed them as the manufacturer would require. Because of Mini of the Mainline, I have a like new Mini that I can comfortably and assuredly drive.
Frank got me set up quickly.Id been a customer of Mini of the Main Line in the past, however, my new car had its first visit for service. I had an appointment to have brake pads replaced and they were not available. Frank offered me a loaner and brought the brake pads in the same day to finish the service. It was a big help to me and I am appreciative of the great support.
I was at the Mini Dealer for a PA inspection on 10/2/21. I arrive at 8 am and did not leave until a little after 10 am. I am not sure why it would take so long to inspect a 2021 Countryman with only 4k+ miles. I also ask them to take a look at the wipers and replace them and they never did. He told me the windshield was just dirty and the wiper will work. Which was not the case. My wipers still make noise. Guess I am going to have to go to Mini of Mount Laurel to have my wipers replace. If it were not for my car needing an inspection in PA, I would not go to Mini of the Main Line. Mini of The Main Line was a great place. Shame. I hope they get back to the Exceptional service they use to provide.
Avoid this mini service department if you need anything other than routine service. My mini was idling rough. Brought the car in for a diagnostic. They said I had a bad air intake hose and needed a new thermostat housing. Funny I just got a new thermostat two months ago. I pay the diagnostic fee and bring my car back to the mechanic who installed the thermostat. I get a new air intake hose and ask him to redo the thermostat. He is really upset but still does the work as it is under warranty.Still the car is running rough. It seems like the tech at Mini just pulled codes without really looking at the car.I call Mini of Mainline and they tell me to bring it back.I ask them not to just pull codes. A few hours later they said it was bad spark plugs and coils. At this point I laugh. I asked them if I get new plugs and coils and if the problem persists will I be responsible to pay for the new parts. The service rep does not give me a straight answer. But basically it was a yes.At this point I am upset. Im no mechanic but I know it isnt a plug and coil issue. I request the master mechanic to take a look. Mini of Mainline charges over $300 for this.He runs a compression test. All cylinders are fine. He also runs a leak down test check. He also smoke checks the intake. No leaks. He recommends a new vanos and solenoid. This is close to 2k in parts and labor. I ask if the issue is not fixed will I be responsible to pay. They said yes again.Mini was asking me to gamble with $2,000. I say no at this point. When I went to pick up the car, I opened the hood to see if everything was put back the right way. Guess what? The hood latch was broken. I let the service rep know and she tells me I have to come back next week.Great another trip wasted. A few days later I get a call saying I have to pay for the part. I laugh and after a phone conversation with the manager, he waives it.I pick up the car and bring it to a reputable BMW mechanic in my area. He fixed my car and now it runs fine. While doing the repairs my mechanic noticed two really upsetting things:1) Mini of Mainline put black silicone all around my valve cover! (See photo below.) Im no mechanic but I know the Mini mechanic manual says to apply silicone to only two areas.2) Mini of Mainline did not put any of my grill plugs back in. (Also photo below). They just clipped it back in at the bottom and left the plugs out. They did a terrible job putting the car back together. They even broke my hood latch. So Mini of Mainline cost me three wasted trips, close to $500 in diagnostic fee, and emotional frustration. My advice is find a local mechanic who specializes in BMW cars. If you need some help finding a good mini mechanic email me and I can give you the contact to someone trustworthy.
I like to drive my cars into the ground! So I dont buy new cars often; that being the case, I know going in, that theres a learning curve for the transaction. Darius Tuller at Mini of the Mainline was very helpful with this process as well as a down to earth person to answer my questions. Even let me test drive the car over to my wifes work, so she could take a look before I purchased. Overall buying the car was easy, quick and exceeded my expectations. Thanks Darius!
In the past my experience at this location was nothing but wonderful.Weeks ago, I called in to order a new window for my car and was told it would take about 2-3 weeks to get this part in since it was coming from Germany. I was completely okay with the timeline since shipping has been terrible time-wise due to Covid. I called in last week to see if there was an ETA for this item so I could schedule an appointment. I was told that the part had already arrived. I was told prior to this when ordering this item that I would receive a call as soon as it arrived. I did not receive a call. I asked the person I spoke with why i did not receive a call and he made the excuse that he doesnt know and he usually works for BMW. Fair enough. I set up my appointment for this past Monday and when I arrived they told me to wait in the waiting area and they would be with me shortly for a price quote. (also made it seem like my window wasnt present so gave me terrible anxiety.) 52 minutes go by I went down and asked for an update. They told me they were still coming up with a price quote but window was located. I returned to the waiting area and received a text message with a price quote and time frame... 5 hours of work but wouldnt be able to be done same day.... I had an appointment at 11. It was now around 12/12:30. Takes 5 hours. You close at 6. Very frustrating. I was then told I would receive a call the following day with an update at 12pm. I did not receive a call so I had to call in. I then was told they recommend the car to stay overnight due to the glass sealing properly. I was told if I picked it up that night rain would get in my car. YIKES. Now 2 days later I went to pick up my car and I asked where my car was located and was told it was somewhere on that side of the lot and just pointed. Not only did I have to pay a lot of money for my services and part but I additionally had to lose work to pick up the car and pay for Ubers to and from work multiple times. I am very disappointed with the customer service and overall experience.
Thank you for taking care of our Mini. Mini of the Mainline was professional and accommodating when repairing our Mini. Frank Saylor, our service advisor went above and beyond for us during the time they had our vehicle. We will certainly use them again for all future repairs our Mini should require.
Just financed my first car from Mini of the Main Line and I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had!! Called about a 2015 Mini Cooper S that was listed on their website, spoke with Darius, took it for a test drive and gave the down payment all on the same day. I can’t thank Darius enough for making this process so fun and easy. I had the keys in my hands two days after the test drive. I’m in love with my Mini and I have Darius and the whole team at Mini of the Main Line to thank!!
As a first time car buyer, Darius Tuller made the process super easy! He helped me go through and fully understand my options throughout the process, financing, insurance, all of it! They detailed the car right then and there so I could drive it right off the lot. I couldn’t be happier with my new mini and highly recommend the team here at the main line!! Definitely set up an appointment at this location if you can! The cars on the lot sell so fast it was great to have the time with Darius reserved!
As a mini loyalist I’m really shocked that efficiencies aren’t in place to avoid such long wait times during Covid. I had to wait for 2+ hours for my vehicle and during my time there no sanitization occurred of the common spaces. It’s as if no standards of cleanliness are being upheld in the middle of omicron. No loaner cars available either. Get it together please!
2022, Today, and as usual, the service and attention to my car and requests for my car were impeccable. The waiting area is ALWAYS clean and interesting. I came to check on my cars condition and was given far more care for my car than expected. I also received a video on what was done with a view of the car. I love Mini of the Mainline.2021, I came for a scheduled car inspection. The car was inspected, I received a video of the inspection, and they washed my car. Mini of the Mainline is the Picasso of service and care. Thank you!
Arrived early - 5 minutes before my appointment. And I was surprised to find Frank waiting. All the essential paperwork had been completed, so there was no wait time. Having received a loaner, my car was serviced with in 48 hours and ready for pickup. Again, no wait time!
The service was absolutely great and no complaint at all. However do not let them wash your vehicle if you love your car.Their car wash service was horrible it looked even worse than before washed it.I saw lots of swirl scratches after their washed it and white debris were everywhere on my car
I was driving to Philadelphia for my son’s hockey when the engine light came on. A mechanical malfunction whereby the engine output was reduced to a limp home mode. The last hour to Philly was slow going. When we arrived, after the first game I called a Mini dealership who connected me to Mini of the Mainline. We got disconnected. Later I received a call from Scott Haines, the service advisor as a follow up. I came in on Friday after the final game. Scott quickly had his team identify the problem and I was out of there in less than two hours. Problem was a damaged spark plug and all were worn.Great service and understanding as I was three hours away from home. The team couldn’t have been nicer. Looking at getting a new 2022 Countryman. Fun to drive, great in the snow, handles me and my son with his friend who is a goalie and all their hockey gear. They are 15 so the gear is not small. Great company and my recent existence with Scott and his team at Main Line Mini just proves what I already knew — Mini makes a great car that is supported by a team who is knowledgeable and caring. Thanks again, Scott.
Ive been a customer of Mini of the Main Line for a long time and when the time came for me to find a new car, they really took care of me. Darius was knowledgeable, communicative and positive through the whole process. Jonathan patiently walked me through signing all the paperwork. I looked at other dealerships and vehicles but its because of my trust in Mini of the Main Line that I decided to stay! LOVE my new Mini!
I recently purchased a car from mini of Main Line. While the process took some time, the outcome was great. My dealer, Darius Tulles was professional, personable, a great communicator who took the time to learn about and understand my needs, while maintaining outstanding service. A car purchase is never an easy experience, usually is accompanied with long hours and disappointments, my experience, however was easy, fun and rewarding since I drove away in my desired car.
Service Advisor Scott was exceptional! I blew a front tire on a Sat afternoon. He brought me in right away, guided me about appropriate options and had me out of there in record time. Frosting on the cake is that he was able to match the replacement tires sale price from Mavis. Very customer focused. I was driving 40 mins for maintenance at another dealer....not anymore. I will be back. Thank you Scott for the wonderful customer service!
The company showed great products and understanding of what I wanted. I enjoyed the experience to some degree. However, there was some issues I didn’t agree with. Jonathan Christie I enjoy the break down of the information need to be signed. Aaron Clark and Darius Tuller explained the car in detail and help me pick what I love. What I didn’t like once they finalized the car, and still had question and concern. It felt like no one wanted to be bother now that I had pick my car. I had to become aggressive to get answer to my question which shouldnt be the case. In the end I am still happy with my car.
I’m on my third Mini Cooper (love the brand) and have been taking all my minis here for service. I’ve always had a fantastic service experience but this time I had the pleasure of purchasing their fantastic sales team.I called about a vehicle I saw online and was told that the sales team all had customers but someone would call me back ASAP. I completely understand how this location can as busy as they are because they are GREAT. Anyway, I received a call back much sooner than I expected so that made me happy. The sales consultant, Darius, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and top notch. He was everything you hope to have when purchasing a vehicle. He was thorough, listened to my specific needs, and most importantly, made good on his word. I trusted him through out the process and am extremely happy with my vehicle! First impressions matter, and when I arrived to test drive the vehicle I could see they washed it, cleaned the rims, and made sure the interior wasn’t dirty. When I came back the next day to pick the car up, I had tears in my eyes because I didn’t think it could get any better and yet they managed to clean this vehicle meticulously. It was STUNNING. John, the Finance Manager, made the finance/paperwork process quick and efficient. I can’t express in words JUST HOW GREAT they are but I hope this review helps. I would recommend this facility to anyone! Thank you Darius, John, and the entire Mini Main Line sales team! I’m so grateful I found this car and even more grateful for the amazing experience!
Just leased my second mini convertible from Main Line. Aaron Clarke and Darius Tuller were wonderful. Amazing customer service. They both made the experience pleasant and easy for me. In addition, I want to mention that Scott in service has also been wonderful each time I brought my mini in for service. Thanks to the whole team.
I just bought my second Mini Cooper from Mini of the Main Line yesterday and I love it!!! My salesman, Darius Tuller was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. He patiently worked with me to find the right car. I would highly recommend him and the team at Mini of the Main Line. Ive had nothing but good experiences there.
Called on Monday because of problem that manifested with heating over the weekend. Excellent service scheduler put me in line early next morning and provided loaner. Service tech Scott was pleasant and efficient and the service department forwarded video explaining issues in detail. My wife and I have been driving mini since 2005. The last couple of years we were turned off by our localDealers and had horrible experiences with a 2017 lease car which we returned last August. Mainline has turned me around and demonstrated the connection that had been missing.
AMAZING!! The entire experience from beginning to end was outstanding! A huge thank you to Darius my sales person and Aaron (GSM) for impeccable attentive service, a seamless quick delivery, and overall knowledge of everything cars! I felt valued as a customer! Buying a Mini was a great decision and going to Main line Mini was the absolute Best decision! Thank you Darius and Aaron!
I’ve been a customer of Mini of the Main Line for over five years, and I am always pleased with the courtesy, efficiency, honesty, and level of service from this dealership. This is my third Mini (2020 Clubman All 4) , and the inspection and oil change yesterday was done with expertise. I particularly liked the video update From the mechanic. It’s a nice touch. I’m a big fan of the car, and the dealership. I’ve recommended others based on my years of experience there.
Had a wonderful experience with both the management, service and sales teams at this location! Enough so, that I purchased a 2022 Clubman! Everyone was kind, thoughtful, knowledgable and professional. I get the feeling they really enjoy what they do, which made a great ordeal! I didnt get the sensation that I was being sold on something I didnt want, and they werent pushy or overwhelming in dealing with me and my wife. Thanks!
Aaron, Darius, and Jonathan provided me with an amazing and seamless purchase experience, while meticulously following up and making sure that when I was ready to come in, everything was good to go.The dealership is extremely organized and attentive to what you say you’re looking for in a vehicle. They were able to address all of my questions, and facilitated a vehicular match made in heaven.
I usually have bad experiences with this Mini location at Main line, but keep coming here as they closed Princeton and this is the closest location I have. I have to say that it to a long time to get the service done ( I arrived at 8:30 and left after noon) but I’m giving this rating for Scott that was super nice, explained all the questions I had and kept me posted on what they were going to do to my car.
Great experience. Darius was so knowledgeable and helpful! I cant express enough how great it was to have someone as excited about Mini as I was helping me purchase my car. The process was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend the Mainline location to anyone looking to buy a Mini.
Just got my new Mini Cooper ,at Mini on the Main Line , and I couldn’t be happier. Darius Tuller helped me from start to finish. He explained every detail of the new features on the 2022 . Darius was very kind and helpful.I recommend that you stop by and ask for his help if you are in the market for a Mini.
It isn’t that anyone was rude, but what should have been mailing a small part (one of the two cords in the back that lift the luggage cover when one opens the hatch) became a two hour wait with mask on (plus an hour round-trip drive) because a) Mini designed it so that the whole cover had to be replaced and the old one turned in; b) I have NO idea why it took that long to swap the part and also program my key FOB so that the trunk wouldn’t open inadvertently, triggered by the FOB inside my front pocket; and c) when I then went back inside for three other problems AFTER I got the car back (fog lamp malfunction; my driver profile was deleted; and a double press of the key fob didn’t work) the service person was on phone calls and just kept me waiting. Again, no rudeness, just the least satisfactory service I’ve had from a dealership ever. On this basis, I cannot recommend them.
They didnt have enough mechanical workers. I understand the difficult situation but they didnt. It was just an annual inspection for my three year old mini. They could have estimated how long their backlogs could be. They could have told me the truth from the beginning. I was kept in the dark until the next day afternoon. They told me, One of the workers is in his vaca. OK, they should have known that would have happened then. They should have not taken too many appos.
It was a great experience. The whole team treated us very professionally. The car took longer than expected, & we were informed every step of the way. By having a loaner, we were able to continue doing what we needed to do. I highly recommend Scott, Chris & the whole team at Mainline Mini!
Scott in service is amazing. So kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He worked with me on the options I had to address my issues. He was very patient and took the time I needed to fully understand my options. I am grateful to work with such good people. Also, Aaron Clark, the sales manger is the man. He is super cool, very friendly, and also made the call buying experience a complete breeze. We went over multiple options, and he also took the time needed to inform me, so that I could make the right decision for our family. It was the best buying experience I have ever had, and since, any service and maintenance needs have also been a breeze. I would highly recommend this dealership, especially with their two.
I recently brought in my 2021 Mini Cooper for some warranty service. And although there was some damage done to my vehicle while it was in the shop, Scott my service advisor did a great job at helping to make things right again and in correcting the issue. He was accommodating, patient, understanding, and super helpful! I appreciate everything that Scott did to help me out and big kudos to him!
I am a new mini owner, and my car had a significant amount of work that needed to be done, and it was fully out of warranty. Scott went above and beyond and looked into my options, and was able to find a clause that meant that my entire turbo would be replaced for free. Amazing experience- I’ll be back!
Brought my Mini in for service in Iuly for constant, “CRUISE CONTROL MALFUNCTION” warnings. Was charged $660. Two weeks later the same warning appeared on the dashboard. Multiple times. Brought it back in early September and they could not replicate the warning messages - so they returned the car to us.No resolution.
Darius is a fantastic salesman. He listened to what I wanted and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. The whole process was smooth and easy. No catches or hassles, just outstanding service. The finance manager Jonathan was so helpful and friendly. He made you feel like part of the MINI family. This was by far the fastest and easiest process Ive ever had purchasing a car. My experience was awesome.
Terrific service & love that they send the mechanic’s video, which shows & explains what needs repair and/or attention. Frank in the service department went above & beyond. After a part was delayed, thus delaying my estimated pick-up time, he personally drove & delivered my car to my home. Upon arrival, he followed COVID protocols & sanitized my car. Thanks & Kudos to Frank & Mini of the Main Line!
I had a great experience with Mini of the Main Line. I went online and found the car I wanted. I dealt with Aaron Clark, initially, for all of the online transactions. He sent me photos, and he made it very easy.I came into the dealership, and the car was ready. Darius Tuller was very personable, and he helped me understand the car, and the new options (I owned two other Minis before). The whole process was quick (which I appreciate), but also fun. A lot of the people at the dealership have great personalities, and they understand the “quirks” of Mini owners!
My car was taken in promptly on time for my appointment. Scott reviewed my work request and also informed me of a needed software upgrade and scheduled maintenance. All work was completed satisfactorily and was completed in less than 2 hours.Scott was great. Friendly and knowledgeable. Kept me updated as to progress
I went last Saturday stayed all day and they never send me videos of them doing the work on my car and they lied and said that they did the work I get all the way home and they never changed my wiper blades and charged me for them. In my opinion Mt Laurel is much better...
I had a great experience with MINI of the Main Line, incomparable to other MINI dealerships. Darius and Aaron were amazing to work with, knowledgable, honest and totally personable. I definitely got the feeling that they genuinely care about their customers, and were extremely generous with their time and attention. Highly recommended.
Ive taken my 2017 JCW there twice and each time was pleasant. The diagnostic is thorough and informative. They are very good with communicating details. This last time was car was there for five days (Friday-Tuesday) for state inspection, faulty gear shift, replace spark plugs and air filter. It took longer than originally discussed to complete all the work, but if you have the decency of understanding that everyone is human and people take days off, then its easy to accept your car may take a little longer repair. I was offered a loaner and was given a comparable Mini, which was a relief since I didnt have a big learning curve on how to operate the vehicle. I wont remove stars because overall everything was above expectation...HOWEVER, my car stayed about an hour longer because it was going to be washed, inside and outside. While the gesture and notion was wayy past my expectation, when I finally picked up my car it was not washed, inside, nor outside. The wheels were dirty and dull and the car was not shining either. Again, this was not a service I expected because it didnt happen last time, but I do know what my car looks like clean and that was not it. Next time, I will pass on the extra wait time for a wash and just complete the task myself.Cost wise, you get what you pay for...parts are never the most costly factor, but if you love your Mini, investing in a technician who knows your type of car inside and out is worth every penny of labor costs. If you purchased a unique car, you should be willing and able to pay for its unique maintenance. JCW is a performance car and holding off on any type of repair will cause a major performance issue...GET YOUR SPARK PLUGS DONE AS OFTEN AS RECOMMENDED, YOU CAN NOT IGNORE THIS RECOMMENDATION!Bottom line, great service that exceeds expectations and great communication that exceeds expectations.
Outstanding service from Scott and Chris in the service department. Received a video showing everything that needed attention. Fully transparent about what was need and what it was cost from start to finish. Incredible communication, prompt run around. Highly recommended.Had a follow up appointment. Great service fromScott and the team. 5 stars
The Last Place you want to repair your Mini Cooper. Day 1 took mini in because engine related light was on. Left vehicle with Mgr. Scott Haines. Later same day received a video advising what repairs were needed. Told my car would be ready next day. Day 2. No contact from service dept. all day. Upon calling I was told my car needed more work than originally quoted and would not be ready until the following day. When I asked why they didnt call me earlier, I was told they they were busy with walkins, flat tires and stuff like that. Day 3. No call or update. I again had to call service. Learned my mini was ready. Upon looking at my car I discovered scratches that were not on my car when I dropped it off. I immediately brought problem to the attention of Mr. Haines. While not disputing the damage: He asked his detailer if the scratches could be buffed out. Upon being told NO, he agreed both orally & in writing to cover the repair. He further told me I had to pay for the repair in full or he would not release my car. After handing me a short note acknowledging the repair, I handed him close to $800.00 to cover the repairs to my car. A week later, after my car was repaired by a body shop, I contacted Scott Haines. Exactly as I was told to do, I provided Mr. Haines with a bill for the repair. Thats the last I heard from Haines. Instead I received a call from Dennis who tells me Im in charge of both BMW and Mini Cooper. Without going into a lengthy description, Dennis found the whole thing funny. Considered the matter entertaining. When I explained the history he blew off whatever Scott Haines told me and wanted me to take my car to his body shop. I told Dennis the car was already repaired. He then began to dispute whether his service dept. caused the damage. Proclaiming Im not so sure... Now that youve read this review you were warned & have have NO EXCUSE. GG
I LOVE my new Mini. I was able to test drive different cars during SIP which was very helpful. Mike Madera was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. He made the whole experience easy and he is pleasant to work with. He was very communicative and gave updates during the purchasing process through text, email and phone calls. I highly recommend going to this dealership and Mike if you are in the market for a Mini Cooper.
Today I brought my mini in for maintenance and had the pleasure of being helped by Scott Haines and Chris Janson. This was my first tome at Mini of the Main Line and they were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Often I have felt “silly” asking questions (any girl at a dealership can probably relate), but they were very nice and didn’t make me feel this way. My car was serviced quickly and overall it was a great experience. Thanks Mini!
Thanks to Darius Tuller and the team at MINI of the Mainline. Darius did a phenomenal job, he work with his manager Aaron to make today’s deal possible. We are more than pleased. Darius was polite, professional, and knew the product. From the first call to the dealer down to the actual visit he kept me well inform about the vehicle and the status of its availability and price point. If you in need of a car and you don’t like “dealer pressure” than this is your place!
All I can say is...WOW! My service from beginning to end was seamless with Mini Mainline 😍😍. From submitting my request online, to Mike M. & Aaron making sure we were not burdened with nuisances, we really appreciated their attention and service. I love Minis and usually went there for service on my previous car and Scott & his team are amazing, honest & forthright.Do yourself a favor...purchase a Mini Cooper & purchase it from Mini Mainline!
Wonderful visit today. Scott and the crew were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained in detail what needed to be done and performed there task with precision in a timely manner. Thank you all at Mainline for excellent, caring treatment and the awesome job you performed on our baby Grace.
Bad customer service and slow.I normally go to team Toyota in Langhorne for my inspection as it is close to work but due to working from home decided to go to the closest mini dealer as I have a Mini. Big mistake. When I’ve been to team toyota I generally wait for a couple of hours and pay about 70 dollars. Once I had an issue at team Toyota with my windshield and they actually told me it would be cheaper to get it fixed elsewhere (they told me where) and said I could pop back after getting it fixed and they would complete my inspection without any extra cost. In comparison, I got into Mini of main line for my 7am appointment on Friday (slightly late as their reminder email has the wrong address) and waited in the worse service wait room for 2 hours then was told while they were doing the service the check engine came on and they had to reset the computer, this meant they couldn’t do the inspection. I said no problem I’ll take my car and then get the inspection sorted another day (I have 5 weeks until the deadline). They were very persistent that I left the car and said that if I drove my car home they would need to charge me over 100 dollars for the inspection they didn’t even do plus said I need to drive 40 miles. They told me I should leave my car, they would drive it and I can simply pick it up on Monday. I resisted again as I really just wanted my car but they were very persistent that it be left. Ended up in a rubbish loaner, had to sign something they didn’t even explain what it was. Got home and realized they forgot to give me my house keys that were with my car keys, ended up locked out of my house. Thought about it more and realised 40 miles is nothing - could easily have driven my car during the weekend and just turned up again on Monday I like suggested. I really do not know why they didn’t want to give my my car. Anyway, I waited for the 3 days and turned up Monday morning as they recommended. Get there and it hasn’t even been driven 40 miles. Why stop me taking the car when I could have driven it if you are not going to drive it for 3 days?! Ended up leaving without an inspection or service. Waste of 4 hours of my time. I will be returning to good old team Toyota instead.
Usually it’s a great experience but I think the dealership could do more to adapt to contact free interactions during the pandemic. Could check in be moved outside. I had to wait a few minutes indoors and I’m not really comfortable with that these days. Liked paying on line, but again, why did I have to go inside to pick up my car?
Overall I have kept bringing my mini back for service! My biggest issue is the LONG wait times every time I come. Had an 11:00 appointment, and I drive an hour to get there. Despite arriving at 10:45, my car went in at 11:55. They did all services scheduled and then recommended in 2 hours and 50 minutes, but overall I was there an hour longer than necessary.Despite the video showing an animal had chewed on my battery cover, they left all of the debris exactly as found. I expected them to vacuum up the debris.I think I will use the other mini dealer from now on, and use the pick-up and delivery option to avoid wasting 6 hours on my day off
Mini of the Mainline is not only an accommodating dealership and service center, but also a comfortable one. As someone who loves to drive but hates all things car related I always find my experiences here a pleasure! For service, Michelle is incredibly knowledgeable and knows how to explain things in a concise and friendly manner. I recently just traded in my 2015 Mini Cooper for a new one and worked with one of the newest members of their sales department. Wow - what a great addition to the team! The dealership had a particularly busy weekend where they sold a huge amount of their inventory and I happened to come in right after that and wasn’t able to get exactly what I had been looking for but with a lot of help and effort from Darius I wound up driving off with a vehicle that was just as wonderful! He is knowledgeable, precise, friendly, efficient, patient and has impeccable customer service skills! Thank you, Mini of the Mainline! Happy motoring!
Had a great experience from beginning to end. Communication throughout the whole process and very through with determining what my Mini’s issue was. Looking forward taking my mini back for any work that may pop up in the near future. Thank you Scott and team for all your help. Highly recommend Main Line Mini and the team.
Mini of the Main Line and Scott in particular have made me feel like a valued customer even though I purchased my car from another dealer. They have advocated for me by having some issues covered by warranty and have made my life easier by providing a loaner when required.
Seamless process to renew our lease “remotely” with sales manager offering several alternatives to meet what we desired. After filling out the credit application on line all I had to do was stop by Mini on the Main Line to swap cars. Took minutes, no issues, no complications, no unpleasant surprises. Professional folks, recommend to all.
I have been a customer of Mini of the Mainline for 12 years and an avid Mini enthusiast for 15. The team in place thanks to Aaron Clark is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and passionate. Darius in sales is the consummate customer advocate ensuring all of my needs were met. He follows up as promised and is prompt to answer any questions or concerns. Jonathan in finance is perfectly professional all the while being delightfully friendly. If you are considering Mini, look no further. This is your dealership. They take great care and make you feel like you’re their most important client.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dealership! I went in for my car inspection and ended up leasing my third Mini Countryman here. I had previously leased my vehicles from a different Mini dealership. The sales advisor, Darius, and manager, Aaron, provided excellent customer service and made the decision to select my new Mini Countryman a a breeze. I felt zero pressure when looking at vehicles and the staff at this location could not be professional or more accommodating. I had originally gone to the other dealership because it is larger but bigger is not better and if you are in the market for a Mini there is no reason to go anywhere other than Mini of the Main Line. Ask for Darius when you are there!
Whether you have a car picked out, or you want more information - Darius is your guy. I had a bunch of questions and Darius was patient with me and did not make me feel pressured to make a decision. It actually took me a couple of weeks, and felt like everyone worked with me to obtain all the information I needed to make the best decision for me, in all aspects of the process.Everyone made this process a really good, and not stressful experience. So happy with my MINI!!
Darius Tuller is the best! He made my experience getting my dream car super smooth and easy. He followed up with me every single day. Not only did I get a new car, my daughter also left with a new car from there co dealer all because of Darius. I’ve been super happy with my new mini and I’m so very grateful for Mr. Tuller. We need more honest salesman like him. I will recommend him to anyone that is looking to get into a mini or new car in general. He will not let you down! Thanks again to Darius.
I’m so happy with my purchase but I was more impressed with my sales person, Mike! He was a big part of the reason I made the purchase earlier than I had planned because I was not out of my lease. Not only did I get the deal of a life time, but Mike made sure I was familiar with the car before I left. He spent so much time and had so much patience with me that I thought I was in a dream. He is a Mini Coop EXPERT! I have NEVER had such a seamless process in purchasing a car. No pretentiousness at all! They are a family and I love that. Even the finance manager made me feel comfortable. I wish I worked at a place like that. Main Line Mini staff rocks!!! Thanks Mike.I love my car!
Going to a car dealership is not one of my favorite things to do on a Saturday. I was lucky enough to meet Darius, who was so wonderful to work with. He was patient, kind and educational, all while being pleasant and funny. He is confident in what he sells and not pushy. This was my first experience buying a mini- I went to other mini dealerships to look around, but I decided to go to Mainline mini being close to my home and I am so glad I did. I hope my experience with Mainline continues to be pleasurable. I also want to add , everyone I met that day at the dealership was great , including the manager, Aaron!I love love my car- Mini Cooper S
Where do I begin. What an amazing experience buying a car from Mini of the Main Line. When has that ever been said about car buying, right? Salesman Michael Medera was easy to deal with and understanding of my concerns. Didnt have an issue with me walking away and not purchasing. Checked back with me a week or 2 later just to see if I was ready. Well 2 days later I was there buying my 2017 CPO Mini Cooper S Convertible and couldnt be happier. Finance guy Jonathan was also pleasant to work with and answered all my questions. I drove over an hour from NJ to buy my car at Mini on the Main Line and it was sooo worth it. I plan on getting all my services done there as well. Thanks guys for making my car buying experience a good memory rather than your typical painful one. I encourage anyone in the market for a Mini to please go and check out Mini on the Main Line. You will not be disappointed!!
I took my 2015 MINI 2 door hardtop in to get a slowly leaking tire (left rear) looked at, expecting that it would probably have to be replaced. In the end the shop said THREE tires needed replacing. Told me it was all due to WEAR and not damage. When I went to pick up my car the service department had closed so the sales floor checked me out. They didn’t check to see if I had a tire insurance program (which I did) and charged me full price for THREE tires. Then today I’m driving less than 24 hrs after I picked up my car, and I get a warning on the car computer that says “battery is not recharging” and to stop carefully and seek nearest service center. So naturally I call MINI service because I was JUST THERE YESTERDAY and they did a quick systems check or so I thought. I leave a message with the sales floor person for service to call me back ASAP, and as soon as I get off the phone a SECOND warning goes on my car computer saying the engine is overheated, “drive moderately and seek service if engine heats up that high again”. I call the service department immediately again, and the rep can’t find my service report because it “wasn’t processed yet”. He does some digging around in the computer system, finds out my new car warranty was expired and can’t find any mention of my tire insurance. Asks if I bought the car at a different dealership which I did not, I bought the car right there at MINI of the Main Line. But he can see in the system that I filed a tire claim in the past, so at least he admitted that I should get a bunch of money back due to the tire insurance, and he looked at the description and said two tires were damaged which should be covered by insurance, and only one had tread worn down. So the sales desk did not check my warranties and overcharged me. This is not resolved yet because it was close to 6pm when the warnings all happened, so the service rep advised me to let the engine cool, then drive home and call in the morning when the service department opens so the rep can arrange a tow for me so they can see what’s wrong with the car. Such a time suck to have to explain all this again tomorrow, get the car towed and maybe have to take a shuttle back home without my car while they’re fixing whatever they didn’t find when I was there YESTERDAY. I will leave another review when I find out whether this is something they missed in the quick check yesterday, whether they messed something up (very suspicious since my car was just with them for 2 days), and whether I get my money back from being overcharged for my tires which two were damaged and only one was worn tread.
Michelle the service advisor is very good with her customers. Provides daily updates on the status of your vehicle and seems to truly care about her customers. We did have an issue with our vehicle while it was there, however every step was taken to make it right. Things happen but it is how it is handled that shows the true commitment to the customer.Very happy with the service at Mini of the Main Line
Michele in the service department has been amazing. She has provided clear and concise information as to my vehicles issues and the repairs. She has made sure that any of my needs were met while I was at the dealership and even provided me with rides when courtesy vehicles were unavailable. Overall a great experience.
Love the cars. (I have bought 2 from Mini of the Main Line and referred 2 others) But the service experience is so bad, I will never go back. Everyone is polite and friendly but service is simply a rip-off. I was in the car business for a long time and I understand how dealerships work. I also expect to pay more to bring my car to a dealer for service. Every time I have had a car in for service, they ALWAYS try to sell me something I dont need. When the car was under warranty, I didnt care since it was covered by Mini. The final straw was being sold on a suspension part to correct a bad noise that only occured in cold weather. I brought the car in for service and was told it needed sway bar links and bushings. I went ahead and had them replaced along with inspection and routine maintenance. The bill was over $3000. When cold weather came around again, the noise was still there. Brought it in and was told it was sway bar bushings. The service advisor obviously had not looked at the previous service. I dont know if I was ripped off the first time by them not putting them in or they wanted to replace new parts and rip me off the 2nd time (or a combination of both). Regardless, I brought the car to a local mechanic and it was a simple rubber piece that attaches to the exhaust. In addition, BOTH of the people who I referred to Mini of the Main Line felt that they got ripped off in service as well and no longer go there. What a bummer.
Editing a previous negative review. Things have changed here. Had great service from beginning to end. Scott was great and easy to deal with. Technicians were honest and provided amazing video of the repair process as it was being conducted. Was extremely easy from beginning to end. Was also given a 2020 rental to drive for the week as well. Thank you!
Great experience with buying and servicing at Mini of the Main Line. I bought my pre-owned Countryman a few months back. It was a simple buying experience. I called, they had it, I went, I bought. Not a pressure environment at all. Then, 3 months later I took it in for service and it was awesome. This is my first Mini purchase and I really loved the urban atmosphere of the dealership. Really cool and not traditional. All in all, Im a happy camper and would recommend then to family or friends who are looking to try out the brand!
I was really impressed with the customer service all the way around while my Mini was getting fixed. From the moment my car was sent in, I received a full report to include a video walkthrough of what was the problem with my car. They also walked me through everything else i.e. tire life, upcoming maintenance, etc.Liz was my point of contact and was amazing the whole way through to include contacting insurance, giving me advice moving forward, and keeping me updated the whole way start to finish. She was also very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. I would have given 5 stars but for me, I asked for a “loaner car” to which none were available for the duration of my car’s visit to the shop. Other than that, I wouldn’t change anything and would highly recommend Mini of the Main Line to anyone!!!
I had a very positive experience with MINI of the Main Line and highly recommend this dealership. Dana Kutner was a pleasure to work with..she’s knowledgeable, patient, professional and makes the car buying experience stress-free and fun! Dana, Aaron Clark and the rest of the support staff went over and above what was necessary to ensure that my needs were fully understood and met. I am so excited about my new MINI and ever so grateful for the amazing experience I had at MINI of the Main Line!
The wife and I always wanted a mini and Mike got us in the perfect one for our family. He asked what our priorities were and focused on that. He never tried to be pushy and if he didn’t know something he got the answer he didn’t lie to make a sale. I worked at a dealership in service before so I was expecting a very uncomfortable (but seemed to be the common ) experience when we were deciding what to do with my wife’s VW lease coming up. I’m so glad we picked here because everything down to price and especially Mike’s help with everything allowed me to actually enjoy purchasing our Countryman instead of being anxiety filled and uncomfortable. We will most likely be returning customers and telling people who are looking to check mini of the main line.
Shout out to the service rep Scott. I have a ten year old mini and of course some of the parts are starting to go. I also know how expensive service is because its a mini. Even knowing this for years, sometimes Im still shocked at the sticker price on parts/labor/etc. However, he really convinced me on the necessity of getting a new part vs. a refurbished one and was impeccable with customer service.
Mini of the Main Line is a very accomidating dealership. I have bought and serviced 3 cars from there and enjoy the kind friendly service from everyone I’ve met. I am also very appreciative of the level of knowledge about the new technology that is now available to Mini owners. It’s not always easy to know the most recent updates but have had a good experience with the employees. I will continue to talk about the good times with the dealer as well as about my driving enjoyment.
UPDATE: the folks at Mini of the Main Line, finally made things right...And we are happy with our car. It was a challenging experience, and I would suggest to their management that they need to put some customer experience protocols in place. Other mini dealers in the area have a much better attention to their customers needs.I wish I could give zero stars! My buying experience at main line started well. My sales rep was pleasant and we did all of the back and forth via email. The issues began the day we picked up our new vehicle. We asked for racing stripes to be installed... well after several hours at the dealership they say we bought the car and now two trips back, 4 hrs each try. We have a car with really poorly installed racing stripes. How they let my wife drive off the lot with such an unprofessional job is beyond comprehension. Seriously... if you don’t have a competent staff to do the job just say you don’t and let us go to another dealership that does. The most frustrating part is no one at the dealership wants to take responsibility and has now taken the posture of if you don’t like it don’t come back. I warn anyone considering buying from or more importantly getting service done at Maine line, don’t! It’s a very unprofessional experience very unlike what I would expect from Mini.
The Service center is very helpful with setting appointments and making sure you are set with a loaner car etc. I do feel that on a few occasions this past year my car was returned with more issues than I started with. My car is a 2010, but getting it returned with different check engine errors and being told that they did nothing is very frustrating.
This was by far my best car buying experience. I started the experience online with Leanne and finished the process in person. I drove 2 hours to pickup the car, all of the paperwork was already completed and the car was delivered as promised. This is our second Mini and we’re looking forward to many miles of driving and grinning! Thanks to Mini of the Mainline for such a great purchasing experience.
Ive been coming here for four years and I would never take my MINI Cooper anywhere else if I could help it. Staff has always been incredibly helpful, including squeezing me into their packed schedule on Christmas Eve when my cars battery died. Calls you with updates during the repairs. If you decide to wait, their waiting area for service is comfortable and has a big TV. Always happy with repairs here!
My car broke down in the middle of a busy intersection on a Friday morning. It was quickly towed by mini roadside assistance. The tow company representative was prompt and friendly. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and responsive to my questions and requests for updates. I had my car by Monday. Scott was very helpful as my service contact. I couldn’t be happier with mini of the mainline.
I’ve been a customer for nearly 14 years. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with at Mini of the Main Line is always courteous and professional. They are always there when I need them. My service advisor, Michele H., feels like a family member. Her customer service is exemplary. I bought my first Mini Cooper in 2006. I’m driving my third MINI now and looking forward to my next one. I can’t recommend Mini of the Main Line enough.*Update 11-9-20 Took my MINI in for inspection and oil change. Stellar service as usual. Scott Haines was my service provider and got me in/out as quickly as possible. Love Mini of the Mainline!
Great service department. Free loaners. Helpful and considerate service staff. Donovan was an excellent representative and was attentive to detail.Reply to owner: The first sentence was a review I left about a year ago. This visit, no loaner was available but Donovan arranged to cover Uber for me. That was fine.
This is the second time I´ve bought a new Mini at Mini of the Main Line, and I was initially disappointed to find out that my previous salesman had left. I got a call from Darius Tuller asking me if I wanted to sell my 2015 Mini when I was actually planning on getting a new one at that time but had just postponed the anxiety producing process. Darius stayed with me from beginning to end, and this took weeks,. He wasnt pushy, he listened and was understanding. This allowed me to discuss all the details of the car that I wanted even though I thought they were ridiculous. Color and looks are very important to me, we didn’t even talk about the size of the engine (I already knew that part.) He didn’t shuffle me off to other people, he walked me around the lot many times, he showed me how to use the newer features and now he feels like a friend. I can call him up any time to get help figuring out details of the touch screen with Apple Play. That’s awesome, by the way. When I bought the car last Saturday, it was a wonderful, satisfying experience and one that felt right. I´ve dealt with many car salesmen in my long driving life, and this was by far the best. Jonathan Christie, the finance guy who took my check was friendly, helpful, funny and organized. Main Line Mini has always treated me well. They were welcoming to my little dog, too, who accompanied me. Thank you all.
Minis are great cars and Im on my second, but this dealership lacks customer service and does not value customer relations. The sales manager, Aaron, does not return calls, needs to be tracked down to get a response, and does not think problem solving for vehicle owners is part of his job.I think everyone should drive a Mini, but if you have the ability to go to the West Chester or Mt Laurel location instead, you should do so.
I had my MINI, Monte, in for inspection and service today and am always pleased with how the Main Line team takes care of me. I am always confident Monte is in tip top shape. I greatly appreciate the care and understanding Michele Holwood provides, on every visit. Herb was efficient with both the inspection and services I needed today. Ive been a customer since 2014 and have no reason to change. Happy Motoring!
Scott Haines went above and beyond to help me with an unanticipated & costly repair. He matched competitors prices, which I am very appreciative of. And patiently indulged next with my many questions!I’ve been a MINI owner for 15 years, purchasing my first at MINI of the Mainline, & this was one of my best experiences! Both my car & I were well taken care of!
I’ve been coming to MINI of them Main Line for over 8 years. I appreciate the videos that show what the technician is describing with my car and being updated with regard to my car along the way. They are very accommodating and provide a loaner when I need one. They go over and beyond my expectations.
Amazing car leasing experience at Mini of the Main Line. We worked with Zack Gerber. Im over the moon to be finally driving my dream car, but even more happy at the ease of the leasing experience. I appreciated the Zack listened to our price point, color and trim options. We never felt rushed, pressured or haggled into making a purchase we werent comfortable with. Zack made us feel comfortable when we werent crazy about the color of the first car.Zack emailed me to get information for the final paperwork and we were able to come in and have everything completed before we came back to sign. It is very rare to finish all the paperwork and leave with a new car in an hour! Zack Gerber and Jonathan from finance were both knowledgeable, not pushy and personable. It really made a difference. I would gladly recommend Main Line Mini and specifically Zack as a salesperson.Thankful for a great experience and so happy to be driving my dream car!
Excellent customer service. There are not enough words to express the positive experience we had. Our salesman Mike is a polite, knowledgeable person who doesn’t make you feel like you are wasting his time or an inconvenience. There was no pressure and he answered all our questions. The dealerships manager Aaron took his time and explained every detail of our purchase. There we no questions or confusion when we left about our new car. Mike went over everything in the car, even answered my questions multiple times even though he explained it before. Both Mike and Aaron made sure my husband and I were both comfortable with our new car before we left the dealership. We would definitely buy another car from Mini of the Mainline. Thanks again!Jeff and Tracy D’Avico
Although i arrived early for my Saturdy 8:30am scheduled appointment, Donovan, the service adviser, greeted me promptly. As usual, the service was thoroughly explained and I was only surprised upon learning that I needed some repairs on my 2015 hardtop.Nevertheless I, being completely satisfied knowing the repairs were rendered unquestionably accurately, drove away wishing the repair costs were unwarranted. So I called. And again Donovan was kind to review the charges and ensured me he would collaborate with his manager. Thanks to the crew at Mini of the Main Line. At Mini of the Main Line - they know what customer service is and I appreciate it so very much.
Michele was wonderful helping me through a difficult situation. I bought a used Mini on Craigslist, unfortunately I only drove it for 6 months and the poor Mini ended up being a lemon. The mechanics did everything they could and ultimately we all came to the conclusion that doing the repairs would cost more than the value of the car. Michele gave me daily updates, sometimes multiple times a day. They were extremely professional and never once pressured me into unnecessary repairs, quite the opposite. And not once did they mention buying a car from them instead.
I wanted a smooth and fast transaction, I let them know I needed to be out the door and into my new car by 12:15, they had me out by 11:15, never had an easier car transaction in my life. Darius was informative and was great in enabling the transaction. Highly recommend this dealership
Awesome experience overall. Darius and Aaron definitely went above and beyond my expectations. They worked with me from the very beginning.. they were super upfront, patient, worked with me on my budget and car preferences, located a car, and truly made it happen..within less than a week timeframe. I’m now a believer of the MINI of the Main Line. And you should be too. And without hesitation - hit up DARIUS TULLER. He’s the man. You won’t be sorry.
Greetings,The service at this dealership is excellent. I have a 2012 Mini Cooper. They are very good at explaining any situation and make sure they give you a realistic time frame for repairs. Making an appointment is easy and its nice to wait in the loung with good coffee and fast wifi - I can get some work done and the service is completed efficiently. They also make sure that your warranty is fully covering the repair costs appropriately. And Im not so good about getting to the car wash, so its always a bonus when they take a few minutes clean up my car. :)
They took exceptional care of my car. The thermostat malfunctioned and damaged the engine. Because of a warranty I didn’t know I had, and the thorough, hard work of the Mini team, they were able to get all of the work covered. My seven year old Mini now has a brand new engine and drives like a dream. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was well cared for.
The staff was very friendly, and super accommodating on setting me up with a loaner mini while my car was being serviced. How ever I brought my car in for 3 things .1- left turn signal malfunction2- air conditioning not blowing cold air.3- to have my car detailed. When I picked it up .....The left turn signal malfunction Wes still malfunctioning. The car was definitely not detailed, maybe a quick vacuum on the front floors only, and maybe a quick drive through car wash , which resulted in a piece now missing from the back end of my car. They had my car on a Monday and called me on a Wednesday evening to let me know my car was ready, I was unable to pick it up on Thursday and got to the dealer by 8:00am Friday morning when they opened.I did not rush them in any way, they had tons of time to finish up properly. But now I have to bring it back to have the piece replaced from my back end and still fix the left turn signal malfunction.Again the staff was super nice I don’t blame them. But the work was nothing like I used to get at the old otto’s mini in Exton, they were the best, and I am super sad that they have merged with BMW. Where the mini people are the very lowest priority 😢 I LOVE MY MINI ❤️
Great experience last Saturday leasing a new Mini Cooper.Darius was responsive, efficient, made the whole process easy, understood our needs and with a fair price. Really it was an effortless experiencewe will come back and will recommend Darius definitevely. Well done
Darius got me a sweet deal on my new mini lease! He took the time to show me the differences in the different models, answered all of my questions, and worked the numbers for me. While I was waiting for the car to be detailed, Darius somehow got me more stuff for free! Darius was great to work with- nice, funny, no pressure sales.
I went in for an oil change for my Mini and also got the recommended brake fluid and air filter replacements. My sevice advisor Michele was so friendly and efficient and kept me updated on timing and recommended services (did not pressure me into getting these done immediately). The waiting room has great wifi, but there is also a Starbucks right next door.
I had a wonderful, stress free buying experience at Mini of The Mainline. I had my previous Mini for 17 years and it suddenly died. I was heartbroken. The sales advisor, Darius Tuller , was very patient helping my choose a newMini that meets my needs. Over a period of three days, he showed me many vehicles and answered all my questions in a pleasant manner. He made the entire experience enjoyable, and now I love my new Mini Countryman. I highly recommend Darius if you are searching for a new car.Richard Johnson
As usual, Donovan took such good care of me and my “baby”! I continue to love Mini of The Main Line like no other dealership I’ve ever known! Fast, thorough and not the kind of place to add on unnecessary charges like every other dealership I’ve ever done business with.5 star service every time! Thanks again Donovan.
I live on the west coast. I purchased a mini GP over the phone and via mail! Sight unseen the salesman was OUTSTANDING sending detailed pictures and videos! Went above and beyond at times answering questions on his own time. All paperwork was overnighted and with a return label. Mike Madera hands down was the difference in this sale. Car is currently being shipped to me ...
The purchase of my new Mini couldn’t of been easier. From my first phone call, I was greeted with friendliness, confidence and an eagerness to help me find the perfect car. I never felt pressured although Leanne offered to keep me posted with cars they fit the specs I wanted. and she did so without wasting my time trying to offer cars that weren’t what I requested. She knew everything about each car in the series and urged me to try both engines knowing I may(and did) pick the smaller engine. We easily negotiated a great price. I shopped around a bit and Mini of Bala seemed as a whole to be interested in a fair profit, not needing to go all out trying to save every penny. On pick up day, I was in and out quickly, but not before the dealer manager, Jonathan xame ocer to say hello, thank me for the purchase and reminded me to call him directly if I had any questions.I felt I was able to buy a car, one that I was excited about, very quickly and with no feeling that I hadn’t received the best possible price.I’m not connected to the dealership at all and would be happy to talk of my experience with anyone hesitant to shop here.
Last week we purchased a 2021 Mini Hardtop Coupe at Mini of the Mainline. Mr Darius Tuller acted as our advisor and sales person with a very fine disposition as did his colleague, Mr Michael Madera, the financial advisor, Mr Jonathan Christie, and their Manager, Mr Aaron Clark, with whom we came to more than considerably accommodating terms for the sale to take effect. The attention given to us by all of these gentlemen at Mini of the Mainline in Philadelphia alongside the service from the mechanical staff makes us want to return for further business. It is the fourth Mini Cooper we have purchased at Mini of the Mainline; another one had been bought by one of our sons in New Century Mini in Hartford, Connecticut. Mini Cooper is a good, reliable compact and having such attentive personnel at the shop makes up for it. Thank you!
I am a Mini Cooper owner- and in fact- a multiple Mini Cooper Countryman owner! Yesterday I just purchased my newest one..my 4th!I will tell you that dealing with Darius Tuller (salesman) and Aaron Clark(sales manager) made the process easy, affordable and the best yet.I did know alot about the product- but understanding the upgrades, the warranties, pricing and policies helped to streamline the deal and timing.I have purchased all my minis at Mini of the Main Line- and I will continue to do so. Love this dealership! Give them a try if you want to enjoy driving a mini- and have a good day- even when you might be having a bad day!
Michelle is always very helpful and knowledgeable when I drop my car off for service. She calls when she says she is going to and delivers what she promises. It is very convenient for me to use a shuttle back to work but sometimes a car is available for me to use for the day. I know my car is in good hands when I take it to this dealership!
Liz Colozzo Service Advisor, and staff, mechanics are always friendly, professional and discipline in meeting the scheduled repairs and informing the owner promptly when the car is ready for pick up. I have been an owner of three different mini models and continue to remain loyal to the Mini car and appreciate the efficient service provided by Mini of the Main Line
Michelle was able to get me in on short notice and get me a loaner while they fixed the blower. They even took care of the hassle of dealing with my third-party warranty. The three times I’ve had my car there for warranty and recall work it’s always been handled quickly and hassle free.
I had such a wonderful experience! Dana was amazing and understood my budget. She was great showing all the models I was interested in and when I finally brought my husband in, she was great! No pressure and the whole experience was amazing! I am so glad that I went to mini of the main line!
In terms of Service, they seem to do a fine job.Ive never had to go back due to a poor service problem. Theyve been prompt to greet upon arrival, and Ive not had to wait too long for standard services. Some negatives for me are the tight squeezes in the parking lot and a less than comfortable waiting area. But my car is happy with them!
It took a little longer to get my car back then I thought it would, but they loaned me a courtesy car so it was no big deal. Donovan, my MINI advisor, was very friendly and helpful.I had an ugly stain on the white roof of my 06 Cooper that had been bothering me for a while. I was very happy that the detail peeps at MINI of the Main Line were able to completely remove that stain. Inside and out, my car looks great. Ill probably have them detail my car from now on.
My last visit to Mini as I turned my car in at lease end. Two Mini leases here and I loved every moment. Professional, efficient and very friendly. MICHELE in service is simply extraordinary!! For six years she went out of her way to do everything extra to make us feel special. There is no other gold standard of excellence for customer service.
Our salesperson, Brittany, was incredibly accommodating, gracious and knowledgeable. Our overall experience was superb. We will not only buy our next Mini from your agency,we will recommend you to friends, family and neighbors.Again thank you,Jennifer Nelson and David Tremoglie
Dana, sold us a very well used car on a Saturday. We specified that we want the car ready on Thursday or Friday, the following week. Dana went on training course for the whole next week.I called the dealer on Tuesday, to make sure we are on track for delivery on Thursday or Friday. Got the receptionist, nasty person - thank you please not on her vocabulary customer service is the equivalent of city in China. Doubt she has a comprehension what true customer service is.To make a long story short, the Finance Manager got us in the possession of the car. We drove away happy from the lot, until we got home and all sorts of lights showed up on the dash board. To be more specific, ABS and TPM. I asked that they will be fixed at the dealership, they did not. Key remotes are not working as well.I fixed them, at my own expense.Would I recommend this dealership? I might. Sales are OK, a bit of a disconnect and you have to deal with a receptionist that hates her job. Get over that and you are in business.Would I bring my old Mini Cooper convertible to be serviced here, definitely NO. As a mechanic, the technicians at the dealership dont pay attention to detail.Luc

2022-06-18Great experience with everyone! Scott was really communicative during the whole process my car was getting fixed, and he was always available to answer any questions I had. The piece that was needed for my car had to be shipped from Germany, which took many weeks to arrive, but during the entire time, Scott was helpful every step of the way. He was able to get me a loaner in the meantime, and the entire process was smooth and easy. Overall, I definitely recommend them!

2021-09-23Traded in my beloved 2004 Cooper S for an newer model. Got a terrific deal on a pre-owned vehicle with low mileage, which looks good and runs great! Attached are photos of the former and latter!

2022-02-28I have a few high end cars. The experience is much better elsewhere. I usually call my service rep, they take the car and keys and I leave. This experience was painful. I drop my car off. Then have to wait 25 minutes for my name to be called just so that I can tell the receptionist the same thing I told them on the phone when I scheduled the visit and the same thing I told the person I dropped the car off with.Make your system more efficient. Treat your customers like their time matters.

2022-03-31Mini of the Main line is always professional, on time and friendly. I never have to wait long, and I was even given a loaner so I would not be inconvenienced while my car was repaired. They have a really terrific operation and all the staff is very helpful.

2022-03-22Very friendly staff. Scott was my service adviser and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was very responsive, detailed oriented, and made things clear to understand. I will continue to take my 2016 MINI countryman here and will upgrade from them as well. Highly recommend!

2022-01-09Took my Mini in for its first inspection and oil change. Upon checking in, I was told there was a defect with the automatic shut-off on the gas tank - kind of like a recall, but not a recall. This repair would add another 45 minutes to my service. It would have been helpful to have known this ahead of time. When I got the car back after over two hours of waiting, my name (the primary driver) was missing from the start-up menu. All my saved settings were gone. I had to reprogram everything from scratch. What a pain. The car was washed and I could smell window cleaner, yet shavings from the old inspection sticker being scraped off were still on the dashboard. Just a lot of little disappointments and things I had to correct.

2021-12-07My experience with mini was great. A big thanks to Scott who had great customer service and kept me informed through the process of trying to fix my car. He was very friendly and gave an honest overview of my vehicle. I didn’t have anyone to take me to the dealership so he requested a Lyft to pick me up even though I would get there 15 minutes before closing. Most places wouldn’t have let me come considering I would arrive close to closing. I definitely recommend any mini owners to come here.

2021-12-23Hands down the most welcoming dealership I have ever visited. Every staff member I encountered was warm, friendly, and super helpful. I felt like I had my own personal guide in Scott, he was wonderful and accommodating throughout keeping me informed of every step and explaining the process in clear detail.Without being asked I would most definitely recommend this dealership.

2022-02-09Excellent service - got my mini’s dead battery out and a new one installed in one day with no appointment! Everyone was super nice and patient with my minor freak out over the battery. Recommend - you’ll pay more at the dealership, but this one is absolutely worth it.

2022-06-29Scheduled me within a week, had me in and out in 2 hours for both inspections and oil change. Didn’t push any unnecessary services, correctly applied service plan coverage without having to ask. Surprisingly good coffee in the waiting room.
