I wish there were 10 stars for Google reviews! I couldnt recommend MM more. I own a small business and had a studio in North Philly. I reached out to them about getting a studio closer to my home. They showed me what was then an unused space in one of their building, and in just a few months, their team transformed it into one of the coolest sewing studios in Philly, at least in my opinion ;) I love showing it off whenever a student walks in. Theyve always been responsive and professional. Their work around the city speaks for itself - The Civic (definitely check out Libertee Grounds and Modern Republic!), Pyramid Lofts, Waterworks and next spring, Poth - theyre all about preserving Phillys history, culture and community. Thats something you dont find nowadays.

My wife and I were looking for an apartment and we werent real sure where to settle. We requested tours for some in Brewerytown, and David Waxman replied right away. We then scheduled a call with his colleague, Jennifer Grant. She spent about a half hour with us, I believe on her day off, and we talked about what neighborhood would be good for us! We had an apartment that we REALLY wanted to see, and for extraneous reasons, that tour was proving impossible. But, not because of the efforts put forth by MMP. Not just a good realty company, great people!

I recently went to a MMPartners open house event and loved every apartment that I saw. Units ranging from studios to multiple bedrooms were available, all at a reasonable price. Each one was also beautifully renovated. I am definitely renting from them when I move into the city.

MM Partners offers an exceptional service. They have a wide range of buildings to view, each with their own style. I recently went to one of their open house events and I absolutely fell IN LOVE with what they had to offer. Im a big fan of their work so far!

As Property Developers they do some really impressive projects, especially re-use developments...however they should really get out of the Property Management business as there is clearly no passion there. We lived in the Bornot Dye Works for 1 year; some maintenance requests took more than 6 months to complete, zero customer service and empathy for tenants. Avoid living in an MM Partners property if you can - which is a shame as the properties are often v cool.

Beautiful apartment but the maintenance requests get completed months after they’re requested (if ever). There’s no on-sight management, so emails/phone calls are all tenants have. That being said, emails aren’t responded to in a timely fashion, whatsoever. There’s loud noises coming from upstairs that I’ve reported and nobody can “seem to figure out where it’s coming from” .... but.... I said the noise is coming from upstairs. If I could attach a video, I would. Loud drilling noises from 7-10am on random days, weekdays and weekends. It’s just a mess. I’ve had packages locked inside of the mail room because of door jams, I’ve had my heat off during the winter because the heat system interface chose to just not work. Our apartment is specifically colder because the downstairs (supposed to be a coffee shop) is sitting idle, with no insulation, causing my apartment to be freezing. The backyard was completed several months ago, with 1 out of 3 promised features actually added. The “3,000 square foot gym” has like 8 pieces of equipment in it, no ventilation, machines facing the wall, and no TVs. Biggest problem is management not being responsive at all. Steer clear.

My Daughter moved into Powelton in September. As a parent not living in the area the whole experience has been wonderful! We toured the apartment in June with Courtney. She was extremely helpful, answered all our questions and made the whole process go seamlessly! Now my daughter is moved in and starting classes, one happy parent.

MM Partners is amazing! They are super accommodating and very responsive. It was a breeze moving in and its felt like home right from the start! 10 out of 10 for me!

Two weeks left in this MMP property and I can’t wait for this apartment to be a distant memory!! First of all, like other tenants, maintenance requests are a joke. We have had a leaking roof, mold, and a major WASP problem inside our apartment. My husband and I have made hundreds of unanswered calls to MMP and sent obscene amounts of emails for things to get fixed in this place. I sent a request in SEPTEMBER because there were wasps in the second bedroom with no visible nest . I had no idea of how they were getting in and I’m allergic so I definitely wasn’t going to try and get rid of them myself. The first request was ignored and in NOVEMBER the Maintanence man came with a can of bug spray to get rid of them...well not only did that not get rid of the problem, but there was some other kind of bug (not termites) eating through the wood in the same bedroom. The “pest control” apparently agitated those bugs and they basically took over the apartment. We tried again and again to get MMPartners to get a real pest service out so that a) the wasps could be safely removed and the other bugs as well b) I could use the second bedroom again. Either way, the problem NEVER GOT FIXED!!!!!!! I still ended up being stung which got infected(I’ll spare you the details) The only reason why I haven’t seen the pests in two months is because the snow storms have killed them off (thanks Mother Nature/Nor’easter?) I mean this is just one small reason to never, ever, EVER rent from MMP. Please save yourself the heartache and money. Don’t get caught up with MMPartners please.

By far the best leasing experience, as someone who moved across the country and never leased an apartment before they were nothing but helpful and walked me through the process through and through. Maintenance team is prompt and helpful with any issues that have up come up!
