This company goes above and beyond with customer service. They often have representatives call me just to establish a relationship, and that is good for their business and ours!The only reason I rated 4 stars, which is arguably a very small detail - but I feel it should be mentioned, they take 5-10 business days to pickup the container when pickup is requested. This does leave us wary to leave a container on a job-site that is unattended for that long, but in the industry that we work - we dont know when a job will finish until it is done. This doesnt give us good lee-way to request pickup in advance, but thats just how our industry rolls.

Mobile Mini sent two storage containers to our property to store our belongings during a home renovation. When we opened one container after 5 months, all of our belongings were wet, moldy, bug infested, and rodent infested. The container had been leaking the entire time AND mice had destroyed anything they could nest in. Not only were our belongings destroyed, but I became ill because of the mold. Even worse, the container had been patched on top, meaning they knew it was leaking and sent it out anyway. Now they are dragging their feet (its been almost 5 months) and trying to give us $5,000 for half a homes worth of possessions. Never trust this company. Things happen, but a good company would not avoid making it right.

Being in Construction for over 14 years - Mobile Mini is by far the easiest to work with. The Philadelphia branch has the greatest people to work with.They are prompt, clean, and efficient the products they provide are beyond acceptable. Everyone from the sales staff - to the delivery drivers are more than professional and polite.Even in a rush situation they will figure a solution with a smile.

You can tell a lot from a company when you need service. Not having any place to store construction materials on a job site I decided to rent a small storage unit. I requested a quote in the morning and received an immediate response from Peter at the Philadelphia office. He went above and beyond to have a storage unit delivered before the end of the day. I received a call from the delivery driver who arrived on site at 1:30PM. He delivered the unit exactly where we needed it taking great care of our customers property. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Mobile Mini has saved us a lot of headaches. We work nationally doing broker business and mobile mini has made is a much smoother process being able to call one entity for all of our storage needs anywhere. We have a sales rep Peter Testa who we do an enormous amount of business with through several of our large commercial clients and not only does he have a quintessential personality, but his work ethic is top notch. If not for Pete working effortlessly on our projects I dont know where we would be.Thank you,

Great Service, Great Response! They always have what we need for our jobs ready to be delivered, no waiting for containers to come back from other jobs. Pete Testa is a great sales person, very helpful.

They placed a 20 foot storage container illegally in public right away, using up residential street parking. Container serial VS25TZK1010. They have left it there for a year ignoring complaints/calls from residents and the city. City cant move it, since they cant see inside to be sure there isnt a person inside. NOT A COMPANY YOU SHOULD GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO. Follow the law and be considerate of neighbors!
