Great company to work with. They were able to work with us for a quick turnaround time. The carpet was installed by a great crew who’s number one concern was my happiness. Our salesman, Steve Porter, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the product he was offering. Highly recommend!!
Terri Mattock, the Salesperson from Molyneaux Cranberry, was very professional, responsive and friendly throughout our search for the right carpet. She came to our house with numerous samples and was very helpful and patient throughout our decision making process.I was told a date my carpet would be installed and they arrived on time that day.The installers were very professional and completed the job in the time that they had estimated.I would recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring.
I used Molyneaux for carpet and flooring. Steve Porter was easy to work with and is responsive even after install. I love my new flooring. It took a few weeks to get install done. This may be due to the current health emergency. I would purchase from them again.
I highly recommend Molyneaux in Cranberry. The experience was the best we ever had in home improvement. Our sales professional, Terri Mattock was incredible. She is very knowledgeable about her products and was able to work through several challenges with us concerning both how many times we changed our minds and during the shutdown due to COVID-19. Our project was very labor intensive. Terry recommended some very nice touches that added to the finished product. We were able to schedule our time that worked for us, as the project was a two week long period. We can’t say enough about the team that installed the flooring. Chuck, Jared and Shane did a fantastic job! They were professional, skilled and very easy to work with. Their workmanship was flawless. We would definitely use this same team when the next home project roles around.
The experience with Molyneaux started out well. The sales representatives that came to our house were very professional and helpful in deciding what we wanted to select for our flooring. We were given an estimate and were in the final stages of setting up the work. At the last minute before we were going to go into the store to make a final selection, I was emailed by the sales rep and told there had been a mistake and the cost would be $3600 more because there had been a computer glitch. When I tried several times to give the sales representative an opportunity to honor her original quote, she continued to just say sorry. At one point, I said that “I expected a business to honor their original quote,” Her response was that the error was on her end and not the business’s. Like she is not part of the business. She is an employee of the company. I’m sure this is not a bad company and they do good work. Maybe this is an isolated incident, but I wanted to share my experience.
We just had carpeting from Molyneaux installed in our full basement after a water leak had damaged our prior carpeting. We were wanting to get it done timely and for a reasonable cost and Molyneaux delivered on both counts. We stopped by the store and worked with Colleen to choose colors in our price range. Prior to her coming out, we changed our color scheme so she sent what we had initially selected plus some darker colors. Vaughn actually came out to do the measuring and color selection and was very professional and helpful in making our choice. He sent our quote the same day. We were quite pleased with the cost and the fact that Molyneaux appreciates your return business by giving a repeat customer discount. The installers were here on time, worked straight through and left the room neat and tidy! We will definitely choose Molyneaux for any future carpet needs!
Overall, I am very pleased with my experience with Molyneaux! Terri, our design consultant was wonderful. She helped us pick out the perfect carpet, and stayed in touch throughout the process. The installation went quickly and smoothly. We are very happy with how the new carpet turned out. I would recommed Molyneaux to friends and family. I will be using Molynequx again in the future!
We have had a terrific experience at Molyneaux Cranberry location. Our sales consultant Terri Mattock was friendly and efficient. She visited our home and then we visited the showroom to make our final selections. The prices were very good and exactly in our price range. Large selection of carpet to choose from. Terri is very professional as was a co- worker Rick. We would definitely recommend and purchase here again.

My wife and I dealt with Colleen Small and she was a wonderful salesperson. She directed us to the perfect new vinyl floor for our home. Installation was professional, quick,, and flawless. We purchased carpet nearly 7 years ago and were so impressed with Molyneaux that they were our only choice for new flooring. We are very satisfied.
Working with Terri Mattock was a very pleasant experience. She listened to what our needs were and was patient and professional while selecting and viewing products in the home. Our installation could not have gone better. The crew was polite, professional, and very accommodating while we have two large dogs to work around. We had assumed that a nationwide chain or box store would have been our cheapest option in replacing our floors. We had spoken with a few to get a quote, but one company wanted us to take our own measurements and another told us theyd put us on a schedule to get on a second schedule for an in-home consultation. We called Molyneaux in Cranberry out of desperation really, never thinking theyd fit our budget. Vaughn and Lisa arrived at my house and were knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. Vaughn showed me options that could keep our costs down including re-using our baseboards and having them stain a new shoe to match. In the end we were able to get a floor in a higher quality, and installation of higher quality and and experience of higher quality all at an affordable price. Will definitely refer them to my friends and definitely use them when we replace out kitchen floor.
We had a very good experience with Molyneaux and with Colleen the sales rep who came to our house and brought a nice selection of carpeting choices.Yes it was more than we had anticipated in paying but honestly, they did a fantastic job and the carpet is very nice. Everyone who comes into our home comment that they love it.I would recommend, definitely.
I just had our bedroom carpet installed today. Colleen S. from the Cranberry store was our consultant. She was extremely helpful in assisting me. She brought various samples to our home and worked with my schedule and budget. Joe the installer was also courteous and professional. I have used Molyneaux before and would consider them again for future projects.
My experience with Molyneaux was outstanding. I had the pleasure of working with Colleen Small. While in the store, Colleen brought numerous carpet samples for me to peruse. Not only did she place them on the floor, but she also moved the samples around the store so that I could see them in different light. When she brought the samples to my home, she was enthusiastic and helpful. All details of the process from selection to installation was easy, pleasant, and transparent.The installers were courteous, efficient, and competent. They were also respectful of our home. We had carpet installed in our family room in May. Colleen Small was our salesperson. She was very knowledgeable and wasnt pushy what so ever! We had an excellent experience with Molyneaux; infact, flawless. Consultation and carpet sampling happened within our home, at a time convenient for my family, several days after our initial phone call. Terri from Molyneaux went above and beyond during this process and was extremely knowledgeable. The carpet installation occurred within two weeks after our consult. Our installers arrived on time, were extremely friendly and trustworthy, and checked in with us multiple times. They also remedied a few unexpected issues found during install and handled each of them perfectly. I checked in on their work, and the final product, and couldnt find a single defect in their work (and we had our entire house done). Weve hired many contractors for our house in the past, but Moylneaux was absolutely the first time things went smoothly from start to finish. Their prices were also very reasonable.
Megan has done a great job of measuring and helping choose the right carpet for two rooms this year. Vaughn helped with another bedroom and kitchen flooring. The installation of all of the carpet and flooring in our ginger has been seamless.
I needed carpet installed in my living room following a renovation asap! It was so nice to have Susan Polaski as a sales consultant. I filled out the online form and heard from her early the next day to set up a time for an appointment. She was able to tell me which samples we could get in during the time frame that I needed and she was so nice! I would recommend them.. especially if you need something done ASAP and need good quality products!
We had an excellent experience with purchasing carpeting from Molyneaux. The shop at home service was an extremely enjoyable undertaking. It was nice to view carpet samples in the same room we were having it installed. The sales woman was knowledgeable and well informed about the product. The installers were on time and quick. They clean up all of the trimmings and moved back all of the furniture.
My wife and I chose Molyneaux after several of her friends recommended them and posted positive comments about working with Molyneaux on Facebook. We had previously tried to work with Lowes, but the experience was underwhelming. For instance, Lowes hires third party contractors for measuring, etc, and you have to wait for Lowes to call you to give you an estimate. By contrast, the same Molyneaux employee that we talked to in the store came to our house to measure. He brought samples and was able to give us prices for each type of carpet immediately after doing the measurements. He was also very patient and helpful as we tried to decide which carpet to pick. Again, by contrast, the Lowes employee called us incessantly both morning and night wanting to know if we were going to go with them for carpet. The Molyneaux installers were equally pleasant and made us feel comfortable while they were in our home. The price also included moving furniture. In the end, if you want a cold, detached, overpriced experience, pick Lowes. If you want a personable, hands on, quality experience, choose Molyneaux.
We made an appointment for a home visit. Amy Walsh contacted me prior to the visit to ask what kind of samples she should bring with her. She was on time for the appointment and brought a large variety of flooring samples. We made our purchase and they installed our flooring 2 weeks later. Everyone we dealt with was kind and professional. We love our flooring! We will definitely use Molyneaux for our future needs.
What a fantastic experience from start to finish! I stopped by the showroom on a whim and Colleen Small was so helpful! She was not phased by my short timeframe or the kids I brought in with me. Throughout the process I had SO MANY questions! She answered them all thoroughly and patiently. I had one specific week in mind for installation, and they were able to fit me in with no issues. I cannot say enough positive things about our installation crew! Yes, they were polite, clean, and quick - but they were so genuinely happy to be doing their job. Since they arrived before my kids left for school, they would line up at the door to wish my son a great day as he left for the bus! I couldnt be more happy with the engineered hardwood we installed - it is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. I will absolutely contact Molyneaux for my next flooring project.

I thought the in-home service was great! I have 3 small children and it was much easier for me to be in the comfort and natural light of my own home when choosing carpet for my rooms. The at home consultation was the best and the Molyneaux representative was so nice. He treated us with care and respect even with the little kids running around distracting him!
We had carpet installed in our upstairs bedrooms, hallway, and staircase. I liked the idea that I could see the samples in our home and know exactly what they were going to look like against our paint colors, wood color, etc. Candace provided excellent service and recommendations and I never felt pressured to buy anything. She even asked if we have worked with any other contractors and specifically was interested in what we liked and what we didnt about our other experiences. She listed to our feedback, and when it was time to install, the installers were extremely quick, professional, and did a very high quality job that was exactly what we expected, no surprises along the way. We would use Molyneaux for our next flooring project and would recommend them to friends and family
After having a wonderful experience w/ the purchasing & install of our family room carpeting, we called again on salesperson Candace R. Its so convenient that she brings samples in line w/ what we told her we were interested in to my home. We were very pleased w/ the selection as well as the price point. Installation went smoothly as well. On time, friendly, & skilled installers. Will continue as a Molyneaux customer for years to come!
I worked with Terri the summer of 2019 to install carpet in 3 of my bedrooms. I told her the color scheme I was looking for and she brought samples to the in-home estimate. I didn’t feel like there were many options to choose from but I am happy with the option I chose. I was not home when the carpet was installed. When I came home there were rolls of carpet located in different areas of my home and there was dust and carpet fibers everywhere. It was a simple clean up and I was very happy with my carpet itself. Now, months later, the carpet is still good. I haven’t had any problems. You can see the areas that are the walked on the most but I think that’s because I chose a lower grade because that’s what I can afford. I recently reached out to Terri again to install luxury vinyl plank in the rest of my house. Unfortunately, it is completely out of my price range so I will most likely be having the same carpet I previously got. Terri has been very helpful by being patient and accommodating to my different request each time I have worked with her. I’m giving 4 stars because I do not like that you can’t go into the showroom and ask which options are more/less pricier as they are “based on the type of project”. Also, molyneaux does have a ton of discounts that you can use but I think the price is jacked up to begin with. So it seems like you are getting it cheaper. I say this because the first time I got an estimate I also received others from different companies but I chose molyneaux because of their timeframe to install the carpet. Terri has been a pleasure to work with and the products are good quality.
I worked with Terri in molyneaux and couldn’t be more satisfied. I had a tight unrealistic schedule that molyneaux literally satisfied that no other company was willing to do. I met with Terri with my family and she showed us all these options that were in our price range! Installation was done by two gentleman in about 6 hours and walked me around and verified everything was done properly! My family recommended molyneaux and I would be happy to recommend it myself!

We were thrilled with the customer service and product. Colleen Small was very helpful in regards for helping us pick the right type and even the color of our carpet. Fast forward to the install, the 2 man team couldnt have been nicer. Unfortunately they were unable to finish my project within one day, but they made it a point to explain the small snag, and the plan in place to finish the job. I will definitely use this company again, and recommend to anyone.
Our experience with Molyneaux was very professional and we were not pressured into buying anything. I would highly recommend Molyneaux for their professionalism, excellent customer service and for the quality of their product. We love our carpet! the installers are very knowledgeable and very neat. We just had carpet installed last week in our living room, dining room hallway and stairs. This was a replacement for the carpet we had done by Molyneaux about 10 years ago. Candace our sales person was very good and listened to our concerns and was considerate of our time line. She measured the rooms and was able to have the installers put the pieces of carpet that was needed to be pieced together off to the sides of the room to avoid the main walking area of the carpet. The only issues we have are with the installation of the carpet around our stairs birdcage of the railing and the cleanup could have been more thorough. I called Candace about the stairs birdcage installation and she put a work order in to correct this issue. We are currently waiting for a call from Molyneaux to schedule the fix for our stairs.
I had a great experience with Molyneaux. The sales rep who came to my homewas very helpful and communication was in a timely manner. He providedplenty of samples and helped to fit my flooring selections within my budget.He explained everything in detail and made me feel confident about mypurchase.
I was in a time and budget crunch to have 3 bedrooms re-carpeted before some painting and other work was to take place. My sales agent, Sara Manfredi, was able to come out on an evening to meet with my wife and I to look at samples and write up our quote at a time that was convenient for us. She was able to get our old carpet hauled away and our new carpet installed right away in order for us to meet an important deadline. The carpeting turned out great and the quality of installation is top-notch.
We had carpet and tile laid in our basement and overall we were extremely satisfied with the finished product. Candace our sales rep was very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. One minor issue which prevented us from giving them five stars was that they didnt order us enough tile so we had to prolong the process by another day. However. they are very flexible with scheduling times to come out including Saturdays so that alleviated the hassle. Overall, everything was done professionally, it looks great, and I would definitely recommend and use them again!
I dont typically write these kind of reviews, but my experience with Molyneaux is worth sharing. I was hesitant to do the shop at home service for my front entry stairs, but I was pleasantly surprised. Candace was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and worked to make the deal happen. She has a good eye for color and shares her opinions in a very helpful way. I wound up going with her suggestion and I am thrilled with how it turned out. The installers were great as well. I needed an extra early appointment and they were here by 7:30 am!! The stairs are gorgeous and I couldnt be happier...thanks Molyneaux!!
Vaughan was personable and friendly on phone and on his visit. He knew his products well and was proud of the Molyneaux reputation. No high-pressure sales, he took measurements while my husband and I looked over samples. I appreciate the professional at-home visit. The Molyneaux representative we had come to our home listened intently. We have a complex job and laid out three different flooring scenarios that involved a combination of vinyl and carpeting and he was able to give us an estimate for each different scenario that we threw at him. Also, he wasnt sure if we would need subfloor or not so he texted Mr. Molyneaux to ask him his thoughts and got a response within the time that we were meeting. Wow! We are in a time crunch to get flooring done and we were assured that Molyneaux could get us scheduled in a timeframe that suits us.
My salesperson, Candace, was spectacular. I didnt know what I wanted; however I needed a carpet to withstand a teenager who is always dropping things and staining carpet. Candace was patient and I purchased a carpet for 2 rooms and for a stairway.The crew was reliable and did the ultimate job. I had recently painted the stairway and there was not any damage, whatsoever, done to the stairway. They moved the heavy furniture and put it back. As well, the crew was in our home without other people and they left the house without any damage.All staff were courteous, reliable, and overall, fantastic. I would recommend Molyneaux Carpeting to anyone.
The two guys that came to install my carpet did a phenomenal job. I felt that the two install guys went above and beyond and that were pretty careful on my new wood floors downstairs which was nice. I’m glad I ended up going with this carpet instead of a Lowe’s or Home Depot. At first glance, it was worth the extra price!! Better quality for sure.
We had carpets installed upstairs and hardwood and tile downstairs. Everything looked perfect and came out exactly how I imagined. Our sales rep was mike Jackson. I would definitely recommend to anyone and if we did any other projects down the road I will go with molyneaux again!
Replaced carpet in several rooms. Candace was most helpful in selection/price. No pressure selling. Installers were professional and responded to any concerns I had. I needed to have job done by Thanksgiving and Molyneaux was able to deliver. I will definitely consider Molyneaux for future needs.
Visited their showroom twice in the last 5years and both times they had unknowledgeable rude employees, its the only store that will not let you take out a sample of flooring either.
Sales rep was great and informative. Laminate installers did amazing job. But then went down hill. Carpet guys miscut carpet so had to order new carpet. They ordered wrong carpet which took 2 weeks to even recieve. So they needed to reorder. I called store asking for someone to talk to me about what was goiing on. They said customer service would contact me since they couldnt help there and seemed disinterested in problem. Going on 3 weeks from original install date and my carpet not installed and no one has contacted me since original install. Once my money was paid the service dropped off greatly. I just want my carpet finished.
Would not recommend this flooring company to anyone. Had someone come out on Monday to measure and give us an estimate. I was told we would have our estimate later that evening....nothing. I understand that things can get busy so I waited. Fast forward to Wednesday still nothing called and left a message, when she called back I was told they would have it emailed to me by Thursday or Friday at the latest. As they knew we had a deadline of when we needed the carpet. Fast forward to the following Monday at 4pm still nothing not even a phone call, very unprofessional.
Buyer Beware! 9 years later I have to have my shower replaced due to shoddy work.I had a little Italian man installing my tile, who of course did not speak english, and claimed to not understanding that it was wrong. He had a worksheet that I did not sign off on, nor was it the one I originally signed off on.I should have known when they told me they had no record of my work after they installed tile in the wrong pattern, because they had already sent my paper work to corporate I was told.Eventually I got to they lost my paperwork when I went back into the showroom and he apologized, but did not fix anything. They offered me $500 for the mistake.(which I never took or received)4 years in, and the grout had turned to powder and it needed to be regrouted. 9 years in, 3 cracked tiles, lots of water damage, and mold. I did not pay to have a bathroom redone in 9 years, so beware you might be.
Colleen, the Molyneaux representative was great! She knew her products, explained all the wonderful features of the store and its owners. There was no push for a deal - Love it! I feel she represents your company very well!

This was the second time I have used Molyneaux and again I am very pleased! Because my husband and I have a 2-year-old son, we just couldnt find the time to get into the store, so we had an in-home appointment with Candace Rymniak. I couldnt believe how fast I was able to pick out carpet for our sons room! Candace made it so easy and affordable!

The worst experience of my life! $13,000 quote for a Condo, Other quotes around $7000. The marketing ploy is hilarious! In addition the Manager did two of these reviews. A total price without breaking out what you are paying for!
I liked that there is no subcontracting of installers when you go with Molyneaux. You get a great warranty through Molyneaux. And, I would be able to speak directly to Molyneaux if I have problems.
I liked how kind and understanding the representative was who visited me for my in-home appointment; she took the time to listen to all of my concerns and explained everything very thoroughly.
This has been one of the most pleasant experiences Ive had with a purchase. Our rep treated us right and answered all questions thoroughly. Very polite. I wish every company treated its customers this way.

2021-12-23Molyneaux is pretty expensive, but they do quality work from start to finish. I dealt with 2 sales ladies, an installation scheduler, flooring delivery guys, and flooring installation guys. All of them are actual company employees, not sub contractors. Everyone was very nice and professional! They showed up when they said they would and communicated well throughout the process.I have to admit that I felt over $8,000 was very expensive for Shaw vinyl plank flooring and baseboards in one room (finished basement). Maybe it’s inflation? Maybe it’s supply chain issues? Maybe it’s employee costs? Whatever, it is what it is. I am fortunate and can afford it. I’m doing my part to help the country “build back better”, I guess…helping the economy and helping local business. New flooring is a want, not a need, after all!Bottom line - If you want cheap, look elsewhere. If you want quality and have a large budget, go with Molyneaux.

2022-04-10Molyneaux came highly recommended by an acquaintance of ours and were in the market for new carpet for our living room, stairs, and hallway.Setting up our in-home consult was easy. Vaughn was flexible when something came up at the last minute and rescheduled our consult for a time that better suited us without any issues.The actual appointment was low-pressure, Vaughn and Nick were both very personable. The carpet samples that were brought to our house were perfectly in line with what we were looking for in terms of color and style, and I appreciated that Vaughn called me at the very beginning to discuss our project. It showed that he listened to me whenever we saw the actual samples.We picked out a couple different styles and colors. Picked out our metal. Vaughn and Nick went off to the dining room after a very thorough measure which gave my wife and I time to discuss among ourselves and came back to us with a quote.Unfortunately, all of the quotes were out of our budget for this project at this time, and we do not want to take on more financing. 2020-07-22We recently worked with Stephanie Wagner at Molyneaux to update carpeting in our new home. I was impressed with how responsive they were in scheduling our in-home appointment and based on a pre-appointment phone call, she was prepared in bringing a wonderful variety of samples that were in-line with our decor. She was also very prompt in providing a follow-up quote the same day! We were thrilled with the final installation as well, as the various installers were professional and thorough. 2019-12-12I had a great experience with Molyneaux. A design consultant (Terri Mattock) came to my home with samples, measured, talked about various options and gave me a price for the flooring. Terri was interested in what I wanted (LVT plank flooring) and I didnt feel pressured to make a purchase.The installers were wonderful. The flooring looks great and they totally cleaned up after themselves.

2021-03-24I was in desperate need of repairing my kitchen and powder room hardwood floors. A friend suggested I contact Molyneaux in Cranberry Twp., PA. The sales rep, Megan Baird, was so friendly and professional, as well as very knowledgeable about their products and services. She brought several samples to my home and, together, we selected a color that would match my kitchen cabinets perfectly. Within two weeks, my order arrived and was installed. The installers were professional, wore masks, and took their shoes off to enter my home. I am more than thrilled with the job they performed. They had both rooms completely done within three hours. They even cleaned up after themselves. I purchased a wide-plank, floating floor; and it has made my kitchen and powder room look absolutely beautiful. Megan also followed up after they were done completing the job, to ensure that I was 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend Molyneaux, if you are considering replacing your flooring of any type.

2021-04-10We needed 5 rooms, a long hallway and steps re-carpeted and chose Molyneaux based on their reputation. It was a very good decision. From Megans sales knowledge, support and fair pricing to Daniels excellent work and crew in removal of the old carpet and professional installation of the new, we were very pleased with the entire experience. Will not hesitate to call them again.

2021-04-16Megan Baird of Molyneaux was super patient and helpful! It took us awhile to decide on a carpet and whether we wanted to go through with the carpet buying process now because we would be doing flooring in the whole house! She didn’t hound us for a decision and when we had questions months later, she jumped on them immediately. She came out a couple of times to show us samples, so we knew exactly what we were getting. We ultimately decided to go with Molyneaux for our flooring needs because they were competitively priced and Megan made us calmed any worries we may have had about the installation process. We already have Megan/Molyneaux planning to come back out to look at our basement flooring! The installation process went smooth and we would definitely use Molyneaux again!

2020-06-08We were so excited that Molyneaux was opening just in time for us to get carpet for our remodel. I called to have someone come to our house to measure our area and they were able to send someone out the next day and he even brought carpet samples of the colors that we requested. The home visit made it so easy to get everything done in a snap without even leaving the house. The carpet was installed by a professional team and it looked beautiful. We would definitely purchase flooring again from this company and we were so thankful for Rick, our salesman for being so knowledgeable and on top of things.

2021-08-28It was such a good experience working with Malik Vincent out of the Cranberry location! He offered a wide variety of products to choose from within my budget for both flooring and carpet throughout my home. Malik proved he is very knowledgeable of the products & process and it was apparent that he cared about my design wants/needs. Malik was flexible with my availability and went out of his way to make the entire process a smooth experience for me. Malik even took time to come back to my home the day the final install was complete to ensure that everything was up to a quality standard, this really showed me the level of customer service he possesses.
