Had a 10am appointment today tire rotation, balance and oil change. Hour an a half later only oil change was done, guy says your all set..uhm you didnt do the tires yet, he actually looked confused about it. He went and talked to tech who was now eating lunch and continuing to make me wait, and yup tires werent touched. Horrible service! Paid for my oil change and left. Customer lost, will not return. This is completely unacceptable. Employees nor customers were wearing masks either.
Sometimes I wish there was a 3.5 star. I like this shop. I want to start with that. The manager is really nice, accommodating, and reasonable. However, heres the deduction, our last visit turned into a pretty pricey one and it didnt resolve the vehicle issue. We put in about $380 for just a rim. We still had to take the car to the dealership because the issue wasnt resolved. The issue was completely different and still cost another $400.From now on, were only going to come here for little things unless otherwise necessary sure to convenient location.
Rob is the manager and a great guy. They are honest and friendly and have very reasonable turn-around times. They will also send you coupons in the mail once you become established with their business. We have taken our cars there for years and are always satisfied customers!
Quick service! Friendly staff. Resonably priced. We’ve gone here for two years and haven’t had any issues.UPDATE 12/21/18- they sold me tires because I needed them and then put the wrong size tires on my car. Now my mileage and speedometer is all off. Should have been 65R16 (according to their own website I might add) and they put 55R16 on my car.UPDATE 12/22/18- They fixed their mistake and apologized. Two tires changed very quickly. Thank you
Rob, the Manager, and his team are great, very helpful, professional, and considerate. I first called with a car emergeny at 7:30 AM on Saturday. I had my car towed there immediately and before I knew it they had the belt delivered and fixed my power steering. Such a relief!!!!! If there were ten stars, I would have rated them a 10. Its great to see people take pride in old-fashioned courtesy and quality work! Special thanks!
So I had my steering rack changed for half the price of dealer cost. Great right. Wrong. Immediately after having changed the steering rack I have had nothing but problems with my steering. When I came to pick it up my steering wheel had a inch of play in it plus my service stability control light was on. Play in steering only got worse the more I drove it. So now I take to dealer. The bolt that holds the steering column to the steering rack was severely damaged and loose. Come to find out that my lower steering shaft is bent which I had replaced bout a year prior and my steering wheel position sensor was broken. Now another 1000 dollars later my steering is now good. I will never take anything to them again. They are so lucky my steering shaft didn’t break. They couldn’t service a lemonade stand. This was at the new Brighton store not the one in beaver falls just so everyone knows.
I have a fleet vehicle and Monro was a listed approved vendor plus Monro uses my company for services at there stores. I decided to try Monroe out to service my fleet vehicle. I need my vehicle and with it being down it effects my work production. I explained this to the manager Rob. He understood. We scheduled, and the work was done not only timely but with quality. The vehicle was done in a timely manor which didnt effect my work production. I was so happy with the quality of work and how polite Rob and his employees where I decided to bring in my personal vehicle. Again, high quality work and very pleased. Beaver Falls Monro will for now on be my go to for all my fleet and personal work needs. Thanks again Rob and crew.
This business is full of crooks! I researched the cost of the wheel bearing needed to be replaced on my van. I received 3 separate quotes averaging $38 for the part. It takes approximately 30-45 minutes to replace a wheel bearing. I called and verified their hourly labor rate which is $110/hr (typical cost for a auto garage and not surprising at all). When I took my van in for an estimate I was quoted a $380.00 charge for the job. I asked for an itemized list of what would need to be done and with some simple 4th grade level math figured I was being overcharged approximately $200 (price of part+hourly labor rate+taxes/fees). They should have listed a “women are morons and will fall for whatever a garage wants to charge them fee”. Sorry Monroe, not all women are idiots. My dad owned his own garage and taught his daughter A LOT about cars and simple repairs. I’ll do it myself. I was just trying to avoid getting my skirt dirty anyway.BTW, no other repairs or work was need or listed on the invoice so the charge was only for a wheel bearing replacement. Anyone not knowledgeable about vehicle repairs BEWARE. ALWAYS research the approximate cost of a job beforehand.
Made an appointment for a Wednesday, showed up and waited an hour and a half to have the front desk guy tell me that he wont be able to do it today. He said come back tomorrow at the same time and hell take care of me. I come back the next day and he said there is no way hes gonna be able to get me in. Wont be using Monroe any longer. Thanks for wasting my time.
Took my mom’s car for an oil change a couple months ago and they were quick and nice. took the same car for an inspection and some fixes and they worked with her on the price to get it all fixed and worked it into their schedule to get the car back to her as quick as possible
After having a bad experience at the local Walmart’s Auto Tire Center - I called Monro of Beaver Falls up. I was greeted with a friendly voice (Anthony) I explained to him that I needed two new tires mounted on my vehicle and he went over my options. I decided to purchase two of my own tires sometimes else and have them mounted on and balanced there. I asked if he could fit me in today - which was a must for me and he said absolutely!I passed my time conversing with Rob, super nice guy! They were able to get my car done relatively quickly and put my mind at ease that was one less thing to worry about for the week! Didn’t even charge me to get rid of my old tires! Will definitely be returning for my future needs.
My wife and I bought a house in Chippewa back in March of 2014, and neither of us were even remotely familiar with the area back then. Im from the Cranberry Township/Mars area of PA, and shes from much farther away! Therefore, we needed to explore, do research, and ultimately find new businesses and individuals we felt we could trust with our home, our vehicles, our health, etc. We are extremely picky when it comes to these things, and will try various different places before we finally decide on a single place to handle all of our business of that type.Concerning the servicing of our vehicles - as with all things - we tried a few different places (not all of which I specifically remember). However, I know that we began our search with the NTB at Beaver Valley Mall, and we ended our search with Monro on 7th Avenue in Beaver Falls. After just two appointments around the end of summer in 2015, it became clear to both my wife and I that these were the people we wanted working on our vehicles. Not only are they professional, knowledgeable, and great at what they do, but theyre friendly, trustworthy, accommodating, down-to-earth, and perhaps most importantly - have a great sense of humor.On the more practical side of things, Monro has extremely reasonable prices - especially with the top-notch, high-caliber service and parts they provide, theyve always treated my wife and I fairly (which is a personally & practically valuable quality which often isnt paid due consideration), and theyve always been patient - even when we pelt them relentlessly with questions such as Whats this mean? or Whats that light? or my personal favorite, Which coupon applies in this situation? As a side note - they do send out a decent number of mail offers that are worth saving and using.Above all, however, I know one main reason we decided to stick with Monro was because of Rob. Hes become a friendly face who - despite the fact that about half the time I see him it means something is wrong with my car - Im genuinely happy to see, because I know whatever problem I might have will be solved. Whichever parts or special tires I need they will have - or they will get - and everything will be installed correctly and in a timely manner.As an example of the level of service we know that well get each time we visit, Ill share an experience from just last weekend. This past Saturday morning, we called VERY last minute to see if they had any openings. My wife had been dealing with an odd oscillating sound coming from one of her wheels for a few weeks. I couldnt figure out what it was, and we hadnt had time to call Monro until then. Despite their schedule being packed, Rob told us to come to the shop. Within minutes of arriving, he had a technician take my wifes CRV for a spin to see if he could hear and diagnose the issue. He returned without hearing it, but said he would be more than happy to go back out with us so we could point out the sound to him. We heard the sound, pointed it out, and he listened intently.When we got back to the shop, they raised up the car, took off the wheel, rotor and pad, cleaned it all up, and put it back together. He then took it back out and around the block.When he returned he said that the sound remained, but since we just had the brakes and rotors replaced a few months prior - Rob told us to make an appointment during the week so they had more time to investigate the issue, and they would take care of us and make it right! We didnt owe a penny for that visit because they stand by the work they do.Im glad we were able to find Rob & Monro after about a year of living in the area, and weve been taking our cars there exclusively for the last four! My wife and I honestly couldnt be happier with the consistently high level of service theyve provided and continue to provide. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

2022-04-03UPDATE:Paid for catalytic converters to be replaced on my 2017 Explorer. Discovered front cat was NOT replaced, after a month of chasing this location to make good or I was seeking the local magistrate to step in the location ( and regional manager) woke up and PAID a local FORD dealership to do the job I paid Monroe to complete. I even lodged a complaint with corp Monroe ZERO reply. No one would get back to me until I advised shop manager I was enroute to magistrate. Keep receipts and always verify with your own eyes when work is or is not completed.Buyer beware and would NOT trust this repair chain.Owner reply you can reach out to me, Rob @ location has my contact information. Even better ask your customer service rep @ corp named Taz [rude, and not a good representative of your organization],to pull the incident report # 386599. That I asked and NEVER was given the respect to get a call OR your regional director who I asked store 2x to have the guy call me and never got a call back. And I expect upper management or an owner to call me, not customer service.2.19.22- Found out the weld Monroe performed on my muffler expander failed- ( this repair was before above cat catastrophy) they put a patch of jb weld over there shotty weld job. It has now fallen off. Another local garage diagnosed issue. Taking now to another muffler shop local to properly fix.NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT 3 MONTH AFTER MY REQUESTING3.29.22- Cat 2 I paid them to replace, I found out not only did they not replace it, they broke off lugs on the current 1. Will not forgot the song and dance I was told about it took all day to drill and tap the new one on from them...all bs .Bottom line folks lots of local auto shops I highly recommend.Falousey AutoCenter Exit TireTri- Star Ford.

2022-03-04I had muffler go bad an with this pandemic wasnt sure if I get in right away but I called this store got in right away manager was polite an friendly told me how long it take they didnt have the parts for my car but he get them while there had them change my oil as well it took a little over an hour to take care of both .nice store I got back there if I needed something else fixed

2021-03-31Had an appointment at 10am Monday. Dropped my car off Sunday night for a 45 minute alignment and they didnt have my car done at 6PM when I went to pick it up or even call me to say it wouldnt get done. While waiting to speak with someone lady at the front desk was telling someone else they couldnt do her car as well. There is no excuse for when you make an appointment for a easy job like that. They are clearly getting over booked. Appointment setter needs trained or fired. Worst service ever! DO NOT GO HERE THEY DO NOT HAVE THEIR SH*T TOGETHER!
