The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. They were able to give me a good quote for what I needed and a time frame for how long the repair would take. They also gave a lot of helpful advice for care and maintenance.
Stellar Staff - Steve did a fine tuning (intonation I think they call it) on my Squier Stratocaster and took it from meh to mahvelous. The action is nice and low, stays in tune, and just plays like a quality guitar now (which it didnt before). I learned so much about the guitar from him also in terms of what he was doing and how it impacted my playing and sound. His service overall was outstanding and I can see how seriously he takes music and respects customers. -Bravo!

2021-11-28Staff was very knowledgeable and he spent time with us helping make decisions about upgrading our instrument. He also pointed out sales and discounts we might be interested in. Finally he held our purchase while we did additional shopping so that we didn’t have expensive equipment in our car during a higher theft time

2021-08-16I was delighted by the staff and their customer service. We were looking to buy a guitar for my son and one of the store associates showed the best option for him, and even jammed with him and taught him a few tricks. Prices are also comparable with what you would find on Amazon.

2019-02-19I recently purchased a Yamaha keyboard from Music & Arts in Wayne, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish! Not only were all the staff friendly and knowledgeable, but Matthew, who first greeted me, highlighted store flyers that were out pointing to an upcoming sale -- saving me significantly! When I picked up the keyboard a few days later, Jacob and Vaughn were friendly and very helpful. All in all, it was a wonderful buying experience!

2019-01-23I have two daughters who rent instruments here, and our experience has been very positive. The store is very clean, neat, and organized with a tremendous inventory, backed by a massive inventory online. I am very confident in the unlikely event they are not stocking a desired item, the staff will order it for you.Staff members--Jacob, the manager, and Michael--are consistently professional, extremely knowledgeable, and customer-oriented. They completely and expeditiously resolved the few small problems that arose over 1-1/2 years time.When the time to purchase an instrument arises, I will certainly patronize Music & Arts, Wayne. Keep them in mind for all your musical instrument and music lessons needs.

2017-11-25A general vibe of incompetence runs through this establishment: I took my daughters ukulele here for repair. I paid more than the cost of the instrument for the repair because, they promised that itd be fixed well with the strongest glue there is. A couple months later, their repair didnt hold up and it broke in the same spot and the exact same way. When asked if they would fix it for me again since the repair didnt work the first time, they just said no and then tried to sell me a new $70 ukulele. Avoid. Other reviews on Yelp have reported the same thing, or even more frustrating.

2019-05-29Wonderful store and great friendly service! We were assisted with changing my daughters strings on her guitar and will definitely come again! The young man was very efficient, knowledgeable and kind.
