The communication and customer service from this company was clear and knowledgeable from first contact through the entire process. The technicians were polite, knowledgeable, and careful in their work. Our carpets and area rugs look great. Just be prepared to let your area rugs go for over a week as it takes time for them to fully dry and be packaged up for delivery.
I had an appointment with Jeremy to clean my white couch that has ended up pretty dirty after getting a dog. While not all of the stains were removable Jeremy was super communicative & set my expectations on what was possible and what was not, and kept me updated as he progressed through the cleaning. Very friendly, prompt timing and super professional.
Didn’t know viscose rugs couldn’t get wet and needed to be dried immediately after getting wet - ended up making a massive stain on my rug trying to clean it. Called this company and they came out the next day to pick up my rug. They warned me it probably won’t look 100% after, but it looks pretty close to back to new! Very convenient pickup and drop off for area rugs. Really appreciated the technician telling me how to take care of it in the future as well. Definitely would use again

Ive rated this company due to my recent carpet experience. Now the people are very nice and friendly. However, my carpet in my living room; which brings Heavy traffic flows appeared dirty, in certain areas, after the floor dried! 😒 Other than that, the other services, Ive received; was the cleaning duct system an excellent service!!! My household is breathing in clean air, which is a benefit for my children. And it was highly recommended by the man whod provided the carpet service.😊 Well deserving of five stars 🌟 🌟 ⭐ 💫 🌠

First time the technicians came out they rushed through the job. When I went into the room I couldn’t believe the job for 180$ plus tax. They had already removed the carpet cleaning equipment from the apartment and I asked them to please clean it better. I spoke to the owner Ed about how dissatisfied I was and he argued with me and said they would come out and do it for another 60$. The same technicians came back to clean the carpet & when they were done they called me in to look. There was one spot I still wasn’t pleased with and I asked them to run it over one more time. The technician whom was very rude said No & he left. I would not recommend this company. Lastly, I waited for the technician to return to give him a check & he never did. I no longer live at the apartment and was having it cleaned for move out. I finally left and all the way home Ed harassed me for the money. I explained that they never came back for it and I would mail it to him. That wasn’t good enough, he demanded Venmo, Apple app, and cash app.
They clean my mattress and I got wonderful results the guys were professional customer service and professional cleaning highly recommend to all my friends
I have very dirty air ducts and mold in the vents. What a amazing job this company. The staff was kind, professional, honest and hard working. Worth every penny. The office staff was incredible to deal with! Truly a great experience!

Jeremy came to clean my two couches and area rug this morning - he was prompt, courteous, efficient, did a great job. He was in around 8 and out the door before 9. I have used the service once before and remember also having a fantastic experience. Will definitely use them again in the future.
Not the type of commercial grade cleaning that one would expect for the outrageous price and the description offered by the owner. If you actually want something deep cleaned, find another service, or go rent the equipment yourself.Update- weeks after leaving the above review and candidly telling the technician at the time of the appointment how disappointed I was with the rushed two hour cleaning (and despite paying approximately $800 without seeking a discount or second cleaning)— weeks later, and out of the blue I received a bullying phone call and hostile emails from Ed (the GM/ Owner) simply because of my review and not to better his business or to make things right.After admitting that two technicians were needed to perform the cleaning to standard and the representations that were made— he continued to hurl unhinged accusations. If you read the other poor reviews about this company, you will see a pattern of abuse.
They clean my air ducks the service was perfect they also clean for me the dryer vent all with big results that they never clean for like almost 67 years oh thank you so much guys I definitely appreciate your service !!

Highly recommend! Called Monday afternoon regarding a pet and roomba incident and they were here within the hour! Jeremy was very nice and informative. They were in and out in less than an hour. They removed stains and odors. After several hours, an odor was still lingering. They came back again today first thing in the morning. Very nice guys and would definitely use them again in the future.
Cat had an accident on the bed and they were able to accommodate me in the one time slot I had open this weekend. Very great communication and flexibility from the schedulers and the technician was able to clean the original accident as well as some old stains too. Friendly service and highly recommend!

I spoke with Ed who may be the owner. He was very professional and was able to schedule our duct cleaning for the same week. This worked out perfect as we needed to turn the heat on in our new home after extensive sheet rock and hardwood floor work left the house filled with dust. Jeremy and Dori were on time and very professional and respectful of our home.
I called late Monday and I was scheduled for the next day! Chris was super knowledgeable, very kind and thoughtful and put in the extra elbow grease to make sure I was satisfied with the job! With 3 boys and lots of foot traffic in the house constantly, I can admit my carpets were atrocious and neglected. Decided to give Neo carpet company a try based solely off customer reviews. Timely arrival, next day service. Technician very thorough and delivered high quality results. I love the lemon scent that permeated the carpets when done but most of all, my carpets looked brand new again. Will definitely use again when needed. 5 stars rating for sure. They are the best. Dont hesitate to call and book them.

I called at 8am on a Wednesday to get a stain removed from my couch. Chris came by at 1:30pm and removed the stain and cleaned my couch in 30 minutes. Extremely professional AND he wore a mask correctly the entire time. Great service!
Will never be using their service again. Did a great job cleaning my carpets, however the customer service was horrible!! The customer service reps quoted me a price via phone and did not explain that it was just an estimate and when the technician arrive, he quoted me a price double my original estimate. The technician also arrived two hours AFTER my scheduled 2 hour hour block. Just completely ridiculous. If you have an option, choose another company that will commit to the promised time and accurately explain their pricing

They cleaned all of the ductwork in my home. I had never had it cleaned and noticed breathing problems with this recent cold snap and the heat on and the windows closed. The contractor remodeling my bathroom accidentally left water running for more than 24 hours which went thru the floor to the finished basement below and made the carpet went and dirty. They called NEO Carpet Cleaning and they came out within an hour of being called to clean the carpet. The employee who came out was Jeremy and he was so professional and helpful and did an excellent job. We are very please with the service and will use them again in the future.

Very disappointed 👎 I called this company (Neo Carpet & Airduct Cleaning) and asked if anyone can come look at my carpet stains and give me estimate. But he said they will send someone once I order for a service. I placed the order and the guy came to clean the carpet. After cleaning some portion of the carpet, he said he is unable to remove the stains and I still had to pay $104.94 which is their minimum payment to come in. I called the General Manager of the company (Neo Carpet & Airduct Cleaning) and left a voice mail, but never got a call back from them. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
My technician Dor did a great job, worked hard, and was friendly and cheerful. Natalie kept me informed as to when the technician would be arriving, and they were able to book me the day after I called to schedule an appointment. Just great all around service.
Had a great experience with Neo carpet cleaning. We needed a mattress cleaned that has been in storage. I called Friday afternoon to make an appointment, and they were able to come that Sunday. They gave me a two hour window and said they would call on their way, which they did. They were on time, courteous and thorough. Would definitely use again!
I called and email four carpet cleaning companies last Friday and needed a company to come out by the end of the weekend to steam clean my carpets. Well, out of 4 of them...only 2 of the companies got back to me and the other company couldnt come out until mid-week while I was at work. This was unacceptable. I saw Neo on line and gave them a call and immediately spoke to someone and we arranged for them to come out at 8 am on Sunday and the technician was there at 8 am on the dot. The technician did a wonderful job on my carpets and the pricing for 4 rooms was great. I am extremely happy with their services and I highly recommend that you use them!!!!
Had our apartment carpet cleaned before moving out. Our technician Ben was great! He called an hour before our appointment to let us know he was available to come sooner, but we had to keep our set appointment time of 10:00. He showed us all 3 plans and what each one entailed. We went with the platinum package because of the tough pet stains. In the end everything looked brand new! I highly recommend and will use Neo carpet cleaning again.
Our technician was named Dor and he could not have been more respectful or professional. He arrived wearing a mask (darn Covid) He did a great job and took obvious pride in doing a good job. I also dealt with the manager, Ed when making the appointment and he could not have been nicer and was very clear and informative about all of their services. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

My carpet is a Karastan Carpet from 1997.The technician deep cleaned my carpets also using a sanitizer and scotch guard. The results far exceeded my expectations. Not only were my carpets expertly and carefully cleaned but they smelled so fresh. My carpets look brand new! Technician called me prior to coming to my house to give me a timeline when he was arriving. He was a professional who worked with such quickness but also with such precision.I will definitely be calling Neo Carpet forever to clean my carpets.I am relived to know that my money was well spent on superior carpet cleaning. Great service all around! The gentleman that came to clean my dryer vents was very professional and made sure to explain the procedures he did. Our apartment was abandoned for several years before my husband and I moved in. The carpet we had on the stairs was not only stained to what we thought was beyond repair, but the smell of it was unbearable. Then, Ben and Roy from Neo carpet cleaning came in. We used them to clean our two couches and our entire second floor carpetWe were very happy with the service. We have pets and kids and we never had them professionally cleaned. The machines got up a lot of the stains that we couldn’t get out with our smaller wetvacI’d say the smells are like 95% gone and it’s a noticeable difference in the carpet. The worker was very professional and did a good job.What we didn’t like (hence the 4 star) is how we were quoted a low price but then we had to pay more as the basic wouldn’t have done the job. When we initially called we mentioned we had pets and it needed a deep clean, so we feel they could have given us more realistic prices at that time. Overall we were still able to haggle down a bit.I’d use them again.

Tech arrived approximately 2:30pm with a window of 2-4 to show up but it seemed like he needed to be done by 4pm. I had to move some stuff out the way for him to get the full carpet and it seemed to be a problem due to him having others booked. I originally had 3 rooms, hallway and stairs but since he was in a rush I only had him do one room,hallway and stairs. Well my stairs smell good but nothing upstairs was sprayed and i feel that i paid for a full cleaning and only got a steam. It would of been nice if he had help and i was aware that things had to be moved first. I will not use this service again😔

Did all vents and in particular my dryer vent ( ugh ) , I was referred to neo by my friend that raved about them and I trust her opinion. They surpassed her recommendation !!! Had my Carpets cleaned for the first time in 2 years and all I could say is my carpets smelled fresh and looked amazing. The original color restored (not that I don’t clean) however will definitely book every three months from now on. Vacuum cleaners are a waste of money

It was a pleasure doing business with Neo Carpet Cleaning. From the initial phone call, to the delivery of our clean area rug, all of the employees I interacted with at Neo were incredibly professional, and extremely customer oriented. When my rug was delivered, they called to let me know they were on their way, they carefully moved my furniture so the rug would be laid just right, and fixed a piece on my couch so everything would go back properly. I would have my rugs cleaned by Neo again, and would recommend them to anyone in need of carpet cleaning!
I needed a small wool area rug cleaned--just happened to pass a NEO truck in the neighborhood and looked them up as soon as I got home. I filled out their online form and got a call from Max the next day. We agreed on a price and scheduled the cleaning within one week. Ben arrived in the agreed upon time window and examined the rug before deciding on a cleaning method and confirming the price. I really appreciated that he carefully read the label on the back of my rug first, He was polite, professional, very personable, and did an excellent job. No mess, no hassle, no smell--I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend NEO and will use them for all my carpet and upholstery cleaning from now on.
Neo did a wonderful job in helping us move. He was able to clean the carpets in our sold home in a narrow slot of time, after the movers and before the new owners arrived and do a beautiful cleaning. Called them earlier this week because my roommate is moving out on the 31st (Wednesday) and the new roommate is moving in on the 1st (Thursday). We scheduled a carpet cleaning for the 31st.Unfortunately after notifying my old roommate, they need more time to pack up and they cant empty the room on the 31st. I called this company back to cancel the appointment and found another company who can come on the 1st.The other company didnt show up so I call this company back to check on their earliest availability.Someone from this company returned my call but they sounds hostile. They saved my name and my number to their phone and they make me feel bad for cancelling the service before.Even though I cancelled gave them a proper notice, more than 24 hours in advance.They need to understand that things happen beyond our control and we should try our best to make things better. Not being bitter and being unprofessional about it.
Leo came out to give me an estimate for cleaning our offices. He was professional, friendly and seemed legit so I decided to go with Neo even though I never used them before. My instincts were not wrong!A crew of 3 Gentlemen which were also very professional came in on time and fought so hard with the carpet stains that it looked almost brand new by the time they left. They also deodorized it and it smells amazing. I cant thank you guys enough for your hard work and your honest business.5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!

I cant recommend Neo Carpet Cleaning enough! They did an amazing job! I had serious water damage (a pipe burst) and they showed up within a few hours to help! They were so professional, timely, and it was the best carpet job Ive ever had. Without them, it wouldve been an extremely stressful situation. If you need have water damage, or an emergency, call Neo Carpet- they wont disappoint! Five stars isnt enough!
I’m pretty disappointed. Like other reviewers said, the price was severely different from the quote on the phone to what was quoted in person - ~3x higher (even though I was very detailed in the phone call about the level of cleaning I needed - I had dog pee on the couch and was told that was “standard” and would be “no problem” ) ... upon arrival, I was told that the quoted price was just a “freshen up” and wouldn’t actually clean anything. Then the technician said that to truly clean anything, I would have to pay 3x the original quoted price for an up-sell package. When I inquired about the deals on the site (I.e. $10 off a mattress cleaning- which I had discussed during the phone call quote), I was told those only apply if you get the higher level cleanings... Which are severely more expensive than the quoted price.On top of all that, the technician was more than 45 minutes late and I was the first appointment of the morning.This whole thing seems like a scam and I wish I had just booked elsewhere. I never post reviews but would like to make sure other customers are informed.
Super fast service. I was short on time and another cleaning company canceled on me last minute. They said they werent available initially but after hearing my story made their way over to my new apartment and helped me out. The couch was white and filthy and even though he predicted it wouldnt be totally 100% it came out way better than expected! Great job guys A+.

Service was ok, needed my couch cleaned that was older. Service guy tried to upsell. I didn’t bite, he wasn’t happy. I just wanted a good couch cleaning for what I was quoted over the phone. The technician came and stated what was quoted over the phone was a not really a cleaning, just a light freshening up.I called to get my couch cleaned, I wish they told me my price quote was just a light freshening up. Awesome service by Ben, so far I had few carpet cleaning service and out of all of them this is the one most statisfying. Not only punchtual and being professional -knowledgeable about products. Ben not only mentioned about steam cleaning but deep cleaning and other services. He was very calm, professional and very cooperative throughout. Way to go Neo cleaning and thank you Ben once again!!

Neo cleaning did a great job with my stairway. Lior called me to let me know that he was on the way. After his evaluation and suggestions on what would be best, it took only about 10-15 minutes to get the job done. This company is awesome! I called and spoke to Lior the day before I was moving and needed carpet cleaning services for my old place. I said sorry for the short notice Lior just laughed politely and said we specialize in short notice! and boy was he right! He got me an appointment immediately for the next day. The next day Miguel showed up for our appointment and was so nice and patient even during a mixup with the electric company who had turned our power off one day too early! I had my suede sectional cleaned by Chris as a last ditch effort to save a very expensive piece of furniture. Chris’ work was OUTSTANDING! My sectional looks like brand new!! It is light gray so had several stains and just dirty from use. It now has zero stains and is so sparkling clean!! I couldn’t be happier!!!
Yoav was amazing!! He was on time and provided wonderful service. Most importantly he made the 7 year old carpet on my stairs look brand new again. I did not think this was possible to restore these stairs to the level he did.

I would highly recommend NEO Cleaning! They came out with 1 days notice, called ahead to let me know when they were arriving and Lior was very thorough in explaining the options. He was also very polite and professional and did a great job with my basement carpet. It looks and smells like new! He was also great at explaining how to best let it dry afterwards. I was also surprised at how quickly he was able to give the carpet a thorough cleaning. Definitely recommend!
Lior, the owner and operator of NEO CARPET CLEANING, was very professional while cleaning the carpets of my job in Springfield. Also, very friendly. He arrived right on time, and the process was quick and painless for us while we wrapped up the work day. The carpet was deodorized and steamed in 30 minutes. I have a male dog that has taken to marking indoors. I have tried every pinterest tip I could find just to find it didnt work for me. HOURS wasted! I finally gave up but desperately wanted to not be ashamed to have visitors.I reviewed angies list but nothing stood out specializing in my issue. A neighbor got a referral from work for this company. I called and they were in the area so a quick drop-by evaluation and next thing i know they were able to help me THAT VERY DAY! I really lucked out! They are well educated in what they do, professional, and i can now say i have family stopping by this weekend and im not stressed about a smelly apartment! In addition, Id like to mention the rate was affordable! I will def be keeping them in my fave phone contacts for future and will be referring them every time someone discusses carpet woes. Absolutely horrible service. They came to clean my carpets for a certain price discussed. They then show up and jack the price up $300! My carpets had no stains, no smell, I just wanted to freshen them up. So they agreed to do the carpets for the original price we talked about. Fast forward three days, my carpets were still soaked! And they smelled disgusting! My friends and family compared the smell to dirty feet and mold. Totally gross and embarrassing! I called to have this fixed, they came out again and nothing changed. This was a month ago and my carpets are trash. We are in the process of speaking with a lawyer to have them replace our carpet. I will never recommend this company. SCAM ARTISTS.

I scheduled weeks in advance to get my carpets cleaned. I received email and text confirmations only to be left waiting at home. They never showed up. When I called wondering when they’d arrive, I was told they canceled because I wasn’t in their coverage area. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing and a complete waste of time.

VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!Feeling ROBBED!They had to be honest and let other company do the job if they couldn’t!I am not sure how this company got their high rating. I supposed they have big families who just do it for them. Just posting reviews that are far from the truth.I had a bad dirty carpet and I told them that. They said not a bpoblem. That’s what we do - make bad carpets good!Cleaners came, saw my carpet. I be asked if they can work with it?Man said it’ll look 90% better!And charged me $130 instead of $89.When I saw the carpet I was shocked!It was the same but bit lighter.My point t is - be honest and say ‘mam, this is not to be salvaged...get a new carpet!’ Instead they just wanted my $130 so badly that they couldn’t afford to lose a customer.Just now they hanged up on me because I’ve asked for my money back so I can give another company chance or put the money toward a new carpet.One more time...if you dint think you can do the job right - DONT DO IT!!!
These guys are the best. I scheduled them to clean the bedrooms in a home I own and rent out that was between tenants. When I got to the house at the same time as them, the door and hinges came off the wall when I opened it. (Guessing the previous tenants took it off during move out for some reason and didnt get it back on right). After the guys from Neo got done cleaning the carpets (a fantastic job at in itself), I joked and said Youre going to fix the door too, right?. They could have laughed it off... but instead, they helped me fix it! They happened to have longer screws in their van and helped me get the hinges back on, which saved me a ton of time. Incredible humans!
The worst people to deal with for airduct cleaning. They came with a little vacuum and tried to charge more than what they agreed to. Absolutely horrible. I could have done what they did for $800. If it wasnt for COVID19, I would have put up more of a fight, may try to get my money back. Total false advertising. They dont bring the big hose to clean out the furnace and ducts like other companies but they advertise like they do.

Wow!!! Spoke to Max over the phone which was very nice and scheduled the appointment to clean my upholstery set this morning. Leo came over extremely nice and inspected it(I have to admit it was kinda dirty). I decided to go with the shampoo treatment which made sense and he was working hard on it for about a couple of hours.My wife came home while he was in the middle and she was literally IN SHOCK from the results. We were both standing behind him while he was working (sorry if we looked like a couple of creeps) and we had big smiles on our faces.My wife was talking all last week about how she is tired of the dirty couch and how we need to go buy a new one. I insisted on trying to clean it first because it is super comfortable.Guys my wife was looking at me and said You were right which doesnt happen a lot, so for that and for making my couches look new again I am grateful, you guys are awesome!

I was quoted $165 and when they got here it said that my carpets needed deep cleaning, probably true. The problem was the quote went from $165 to $503.No one said on the phone that price was subject to technician looks at rugs and evaluating them

These guys have a sales tactics of underquoting the price over the phone, which is totally different from when they arrive at the address. A $10 or $20 difference in price quote can be understandable, they charge as much as 3 times what they quote on the phone. Using other cleaners in the past, hard to clean areas can sometimes get 2 or three runs until stain is reduced to the lightest. These guys will clean just once and when i complained, the cleaning technician claimed running the steam cleaner to and fro counted as double cleaning tf! Avoid them if you can, they are dishonest.
Neo carpet cleaning cleaned 4 rugs for me perfectly. All the pet stains on my rugs are completely gone and looks brand new. Highly reccomend them!

2021-10-11I was very happy with NEOs service. They communicated very well and backed up everything with texts. They were on time and professional. They did a wonderful job with my rugs - 1 large silk area rug and 2 wool runners. The silk rug needed special treatment and they also blocked the rug so that it lays well and is much more even. The colors are renewed and full of luster. Thanks so much. I will return with another batch of rugs needing your special touch.

2022-05-05Two guys showed up, cleaned two rooms and two staircases very efficiently. Professional, courteous, positive, exceeded my expectations. The price was exactly what the office staff said it would be. The results were better than I thought; there were dark stains and cat pee smells and the smell is gone along with most of the stains. Will definitely use these guys again!

2021-09-19Carpet came out ok, I wasnt expecting miracles and none were delivered (especially as to an off-white carpet - a brown carpet downstairs came out pretty good).The technician was nice, polite, worked well and efficient (maybe too efficient, I was expecting a two hours appointment, it was done in a little over 1.5 hours, maybe a few spots could have benefited some additional attention?!). He did help out with moving the furniture (not sure whether thats part of the job or not, but it is appreciated). The appointment started almost an hour late, which didnt make much of a difference for us, but it was noted.I was sold some additional treatments which more than doubled the initial cost estimate. It amounted to some liquid being sprayed before the vacuuming, probably took some extra 5 minutes of work. Frankly, I cant tell whether that made any difference, the way the carpet looks it probably didnt. Buyers remorse?! No. If it was like $50 I wouldnt care. It wasnt worth paying more than double.Later edit:After the carpet dried, it was obvious that some spots were missed. They initially promised to stop by and fix it, but I never heard back.

2021-03-22Came to clean the inside of my AC ducts and I thought it’s just for breathing cleaner air but instantly after they left the heating just worked 10 times better in an area of the house where it barely reached before!Cleaning AC ducts is probably of those things you never actually do but man it’s was worth it and these guys were super nice and professional, explained everything, and then installed all the registers everywhere.

2019-04-19I will let the pictures do the words. I called Neo Carpet cleaning and 1 of there guys came in the next day. They took all my sofa pillows to there office to get them cleaned and wash. After 2 days they came back 100% cleaned. Price was good, Im very pleased and happy. I will use there services again for sure. thank you very much :-)

2018-01-15They did such an awesome job!!We had our dog pee on our brand new area rug (3 times!!)... I tried to clean it myself (terrible idea) and while the stain appeared to be out (which I later found out was not really the case) it was very evident i tried cleaning the areas he peed on (see pictures: it started to have a bleached appearance to it).Well... thankfully Neo Carpets came through and saved the day! They took it away and did a pet cleaning on the rug as well as a color correcting on the spots for a VERY reasonable price. We are so so happy with their work!!! I will absolutely be going to them with all my carpet cleaning needs moving forward.
