These drivers drive extremely fast and Wreckless, turns reckless, hits bumps and turns without slowing down. It literally feels like we were on a rollercoaster. My 3 yo started throwing up that’s how bad it got smfh
I have not used this service, but this weekend I was driving on rt 78 in NJ, and I saw their van speeding, swerving, and passing other cars on the right. The driver was acting like a maniac.
SAD SAD SAD I am severely disappointed but I actually have to give them a star they deserve zero stars I was fully taking advantage of today and was charged almost double just because he felt like he could after I explain to him that I just rode the van the day before and the price was $25 he told me to get out of the van and another would be taking me the rest of the way I went to get in the van it left me standing in the middle of nowhere by myself just because he couldn’t get extra money out of me I have to say I’ve never seen a man or men treat women or a person like that in my life these people are animals and the woman on the phone ... even worse

On my way to Allentown my bus was supposed to leave at 8 am and we end up leaving at 10:30 amBecause they needed to replace the battery of the car. On my way back to NYC they were supposed to pick me up at 2:30 pm but I was pick up at 4:00 pm. The same thing happen again and we have to stop at the gas station because the car was defective, Both drivers were on the phone while driving, Ill never use this transportation ever, very unprofessional and careless. Also the A/C never works.On the way to Allentown, my bus was supposed to leave at 8am. m. and we ended up leaving at 10:30 am. m.Because they needed to replace the car battery. On my way back to New York, I was supposed to be picked up at 2:30 p.m. m., but they picked me up at 4:00 p.m. m. The same thing happened again and we had to stop at the service station because the car was defective. Both drivers were talking on the phone while driving. I will never use this transport, very unprofessional and careless. Also the air conditioner never works.
This is by far the worst place ever, the lady called “lisa” is so rude and unprofessional its embarrassing, i asked for a supervisor or someone with a little more respect and she said shes the one, which is worse because how you work with people when you dont even know how to drive. They meet in an hour, and they leave you and they do not call you or tell you anything, you have to call to ask why they did not pick you up at the time they were, they do not give you explanations or anything they only tell you the planes are also delayed That was not a few minutes, it was something of 4 hours, maam that is not an airline, theres nothing of first class here. Call to find out the whereabouts of a person who was traveling there since they had left her voted without explanation and instead of lisa be nice and show politeness the very savage one told me everything that came into her mouth and hung up on me, then I went back to Call and he didnt even answer me better the call would knock me down. If you have the possibility of traveling elsewhere, do so, it is important to always read reviews and unfortunately I did not do it before. I hope the reviews you see give you a glimpse of the business disaster that this is.
This is the worst service toFrom the bus that I have ridden, I will not take this bus again. First they left my family and me waiting for more than 3 hours and charged $ 35 per person, then they had the nerve to charge $ 50 more. They had us as a game from one driver to another. The next day we called to speak with Ramona first they said call back at 12 and then they will call an hour later. We called back and they left us on hold for more than 20 minutes and the receptionist had an ugly attitude and said that no English was spoken. Then I talk bad to my sister. They are very rude and do not serve well ...
If you are Latino and you do not like disrespect, do not use this service. Customer service is a m! 3rd @. Absurdly high prices. If I could give it 0 stars I would give it to them, they dont deserve to be in business.
I thank God I have 2 years traveling with the company for the Bronx and I never had any problems 👍👍👍❤

2021-09-02DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THESE PEOPLE. They have irresponsible drivers who dont know how to deal with emergency situations. At this time right now my niece is stranded on i78 because the driver couldnt be bothered to be safe and instead drove into a flood and caused the van to seize. The van is taking on water at this time. When asked if he called the company or anyone for help, his response was the owners are sleeping they dont care. And when told to call the police he stated they didnt have to do that they would be fine and everyone should just have some common sense. He then suggested everyone leave the van and walk miles to the next exist, meanwhile his passengers are all elderly aside from my niece who has kidney issues. My niece called us in PA hysterical not knowing what to do and we attempted multiple times to call the company only to be hung up on each time. Horrible company that could care less about their passengers safety. they deserve zero stars.

2021-06-07The people in this company are unpleasant and always late or not ever on schedule time. Nothing First class about it. The lady Lisa always has an attitude when you call. I did the trip a few times with them and it’s always something. Today will be the last trip with them, the driver forgot my stop and then begin to argue with me because I didn’t remind him of my stop. Absolutely ridiculous.

Booked a trip for my uncle who is new to Allentown and the driver wanted to drop him off at the corner with all his luggage at night. Refused to drop off at location and threatened to call the cops if he did not get out. Driver ended up throwing my uncles baggage onto the street and told him to get out. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. Super unprofessional as you can see from the other comments.

2021-01-17The customer service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. They have absolutely no idea how to run a professional service. They hire anybody and these people on the phone are extremely nasty and don’t know anything about respect and professionalism. I would highly recommend using Allentown transportation because they are very professional and on time or early. They are never late and know how to represent their company well.

2019-04-21I wish I could give zero stars. I have not used this service personally but I was almost ran off the road by one of their drivers flying up 78 going well over 90. When I tried to call the company and inform them of what was going on I was bouncing back-and-forth between multiple people and whoever I spoke to had the nastiest attitude I have ever experienced. I would never risk my Own, my family’s, or my friends lives getting in a vehicle with such a careless driver. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use this transportation company.

2019-09-11Unprofessional staff! The girl that answered the first argued with me about the pronunciation of my street! And Ive been living here for 10 years. Very rude over the phone. I would give them a 0 rating if I could. Never using them again. I hope they lose their business soon.

2019-04-17The driver was speeding 86 in a 65, didnt have his license, his ID was suspended, and the police pulled him over and all the passengers wasted 35$ and we didnt get what we paid for. Very bad company, wont be going to first class again.

2018-10-04I’m giving one star because I have to. However, this is the most unprofessional transportation service ever. I called and scheduled a trip to NY. They confirmed, and never showed up. When I called them the lady said she’ll call me when the bus is outside. I never heard back from them. That completely messed up my plans, and my schedule. Never again.
