If you ever have a pest control problem, I recommend Next Generation without reservation. I had a serious bed bug problem just a few weeks ago. My husband called Next Generation without hesitation because we had successfully used the service before. Damien was at my house the very next day, ready to exterminate. He guided me on how to prepare for his arrival and what to do when he left. He was knowledgeable about the bed bugs and gave me tips to prevent their return. When I saw the bed bugs again, he immediately returned to my house and searched for areas he had previously missed at no additional charge. He called to check on the status of the bedbugs everyday to confirm they were gone for good. I really appreciate his kind heart and professionalism. He made me feel safe and comfortable through an embarrassing situation. Kudos to Next Generation Pest Control for exceeding my expectations! My family is eternally thankful and bed bug free!
Ive had issues with squirrels in my roof. I have tried numerous companies and paid hundreds of dollars to rid them. None of them were successful. Next Generation was able to rid my roof of squirrels in one attempt and in one day. So happy I found a solution to a very frustrating and costly problem. Very professional and timely. I have used Damiens services for the past couple years now, not only with my own properties but with the hundreds of others I manage in my line of work. My credibility is on the line when using outside vendors to perform services and Damien has always gone above and beyond. He is punctual, honest and provides great service. His prices cant be beat and I trust him to perform work in tenants homes. I have tried the bigger companies out there but always find myself reaching out to Damien when a need arises.
I called this company to get a squirrel out of my ceiling after reading their reviews.They came out multiple times working to solve the problem. They sealed a bunch of spots and ended up trapping and relocating 2 pretty big squirrels.These guys worked their tails off and I would recommend to them to anyone who asks.
We called Damien for an issue with a bird in a wall in our house and he was able to come that same day. The bird was out within a few hours and they were able to set up a one-way trap to prevent more getting in. They even came back 2 times to further address this issue and didnt charge us more, even though their rates are extremely reasonable to begin with.

Professional and great services! I own several rental properties and have used Next Generation Pest Control for numerous situations concerning pest within my rental properties. From bed bugs, squirrels in the ceiling, birds in the chimney and common house pest such as rodents, Next Gerneration Pest Control was able to tackle the problem and prevent the reoccurance of pest. I was 100% satisfied with the professionalism, prices compared to other services, and especially the safety as some of my tenants have children and they were able to use chemicals that were nontoxic to children and pets in the home. Also a plus was, Next Generation Pest Control was able to accommodate an emergency situation with same day service during then evening hours. On time, quick, and efficient services,I would highly recommend!
Superb! Damien came to the property on time and provided a 30 day guarantee. No more squirrels or noise reported by tenants since then. Thats now 2 months ago. Very happy with results! Damien even came back to the bldg for anther question concerning the job.
Called this company because my tenant was complaining about a noise in the ceiling. Never returned the call but texted me. Which is fine. We set and appointment for 3-5pm on a Saturday. Came around 4pm which is the time it gets dark here in Philadelphia. Then said he would come the following morning at 10am. The morning came and it was raining lightly so he said he would come back later. Never heard from him after that. Very unprofessional, would not recommend.
I was very pleased with the service Next Generation provided, after just 1 treatment the fleas were gone. The exterminator also came back to my property about a week later and treated my property again to insure the fleas were completely gone. I highly recommend this company.
If your looking to get rid of whatever you have in your home, contact Next Generation Pest Control LLC. I have used them to get rid of fleas. He sprayed from my basement to the third floor and got rid of my fleas. Very nice and respectable man. Very reasonable in price and he was on time. Would recommend to anyone in need of pest control.

I have hired Next Generation Pest Control (NGPC) for many exterminating jobs. In the past I have found some small businesses to be inconsistent in their professionalism. They appeared to be more concerned about completing the job quickly so they could get to the next job. Next Generation has been a LIFE SAVER!!!First it started with my daughters hearing a noise in their wall but they down played it Come to find out it was a RACCOON and this had been going on for weeks I was panicked I found Next Generation online on a Sunday morning Mr. Sears came out that day As a courtesy because I was so scared he confirmed thats what it was Let me know it got through my Chimney And he squeezed me in 2 days later He had EVERYTHING very professional I felt safe in his presence And the Raccoon wasnt seen or heard from againSo I decided to see what other services he offered Mice control I am PERTRIFIED and my one neighbor is NASTY!! 2021-12-02We have squirrel issues every year and for the most part were able to repair it ourselves - but the squirrels always came back! this year our squirrel issue was even worse. I found Next Generation online and they had excellent reviews. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Damien and his team showed up on time, were extremely professional, very helpful, and took the time to explain the issue and what they would do to fix it - AND at a very reasonable cost! The team sealed all of the entry points, put a temporary one-way door on one of them, and once all the squirrels were gone from our attic they returned and sealed the final entry point. Great job and extremely knowledgeable at what they do. Do not hesitate to contact this company if you have pesky squirrel issues!

2021-05-07Squirrels got into our roof area through a loose end cap at the rear of my house. I could hear them in the ceiling and wanted them gone. I searched Google and came across Next Generation Pest Control LLC that had good reviews and from their website would be able to meet my needs. I called and spoke to Damien who explained what the process would be and cost. His knowledge of what needed to be done made me feel comfortable in hiring him. He and his son came over to my house, tightened the end cap, covered up a spot in the front of the house and checked the roof and other areas. They installed a one way door to allow the squirrels to exit, but not re-enter. I noticed there seemed to be a baby squirrel or 2 still in the roof area so after reaching out to Damien, they came back, and installed a flap of wire that would be easier for the squirrels to exit. After about a week, I did not hear any more scratching or see anything trying to exit. They came back, removed the flap and sealed off the area. I am very pleased with their attention to detail, knowledge and professionalism.

2020-12-15We had a squirrel who had gotten into our roof and was looking for someone to help remove it and get the hole closed up. Damion was super responsive when I first called and he was able to come and check things out within a few days. The work he did was efficient and a great price. Would 100% call him again if I need anything else.

2021-01-28The Damien’s were everything you’d want from pest control workers. We had squirrels in the space between our ceiling and roof and I called Next Gen and they were out in two days handling the issue. We live in a row home so they took care of an acces pint in my house but the squirrels were getting in at a house two doors down so the problem persisted. I called Damien and he came back and found the issue and handled it. Now, no more squirrels.I can’t recommend these guys enough. In fact, I did recommend them to someone else who lives on my block and they solved the issue for them as well.

2020-07-31I highly recommend this father-son team for any wildlife control or pest issues.I had them out to remove some squirrels that were getting into my roof.They took care of the issue quickly and professionally.I appreciated that they were punctual and friendly while respecting social-distancing during this pandemic.Their prices are also very reasonable.Ill definitely be looking them up again if I have any more issues.

He was thorough, professional, and able to answer all of my questions while at my home and continued to follow up with me after the incident. 2020-12-16I had issues with squirrels in my roof. I contacted Next Gen. and was pleased with their pricing, responsiveness and honesty. They kept in communication with me and patiently answered all of my questions, even after traditional business hours. They let me know they did not find any openings and were easy to work with. They did not nickel and dime me. I would try them again.

2020-03-09If I could give more than 5-stars I would!My fiance reached out to Damien for a squirrel issue that we had in our home. Damien was responsive, knowledgeable, professional and patient. He came out within a day of us calling to take a look out the outside of our home to check for points of entry. Once he determined a few locations on the roof he set up trapped doors and within a day we did not hear a thing. Damien and his son came back after a week or two to remove the trapped doors and seal up the holes.A few weeks went by and I heard another noise, but unsure of what it was. I called Damien in a panic and he and his son came out to make sure everything was still in place and even added more stuff to reinforce. I live in a row home, so not only did they look at my roof but they looked at my neighbors roofs as well just to make sure all areas were covered. When they came back the final time they did see a bird fly out of my neighbors roof and they kindly sealed that up.My neighbor down the street was having similar issues. I shared Damiens contact information and he showed up the same day. (I would give him a day or two to get to you, but he does show up!). Damien and his son calmed me down about a squirrel running above my head, and trust me, that is hard to do! I appreciate Damien and his son so much for turning my home back into a peaceful place to be. I would highly recommend Next Generation Pest Control.
