I was involved in a collision the day before I moved into my first house. Nigro’s handled everything and it was such a smooth and easy process. The rental car company was even waiting for me by the time I walked out of the shop. They dealt with the insurance company and provided me with updates during the entire time my car was getting repaired. I will definitely be returning to them whenever my car needs repairs or fine tuning.
Great Service!! I had a front bumper that needed to be replaced. The process was quick and the service was great. As a woman I felt like this establishment was HONEST and trustworthy. Also the woman at the front counter (horrible with names) is super pleasant and made me feel comfortable. Love this place for autobody collision repairs!!
Absolutely amazing! The work on the car was fantastic and quick but it was the customer service that did it for me. They went out of their way to help me with the insurance company and getting a rental car. Everyone was so kind. They made me feel like I was a part of their family. I really cant say enough!!!!
Our car had been in a few fender benders and the dents and scratches had really added up. We went to Nigros looking for help. The people there were very friendly. The told us that the damage would cost around 14,000 dollars to fix, but their employees were very experienced working with insurance companies and by the time they were done we only had to pay 500 dollars out of pocket. They then did wonderful work. The dented bumper and doors looked good as new. The glossy paint job looked amazing. Best of all, they cleaned the interior from top to bottom to the point you wouldnt know a messy toddler rode in there every day. We will definitely use them again!
What can I say...I love my city and I love the realness , emotion, dedication, support and honesty that was expressed to me at Nigros. It was as if he was my Right Hand Man and he definitely let it be known that I or rather we were not here to play but get the business done and done right. He was not about to let me walk out of there without knowing how much , what for, when and the maximum of each. I left Nigros loving my South Philly roots even more. Overall, I had a GREAT experience with the people at Nigros. My car was pretty badly damaged by a drunk driver and they made it look like new. They even fought tooth and nail with the insurance adjusters to make sure I got the highest quality repair. I highly recommend them!
My car was hit on October 3rd, and I was looking around in the area for an auto repair shop. I am SO grateful that I ended up going with Nigros, and I will explain why. The insurance company of the driver who hit my car ended up being a nightmare to work with, and informed me after nearly 3 weeks that my car was a total loss and not able to be repaired. Cheryl was an absolute angel in helping me through the process. She was not only responsive, but completely patient and understanding to the situation and gave me so much helpful advice regarding my total loss settlement and really vouched for me over the insurance company that was difficult to deal with. My settlement claim is finally closing today, over a month later...but I couldnt thank Cheryl enough for sticking by me through it and being my light in this less than desirable situation. She definitely made it better to deal with. Nigros really offers incredible customer service to their clients and what I truly appreciate is their integrity and willingness to help, especially when that can be difficult to come across in the current times were in. I couldnt thank them enough for all of their help and recommend Nigros to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop. Thank you for everything.
My car was rear ended badly and I have a new leased car less so I was extremely stressed about getting it fixed at the right place. After comparing different repair shops and reading countless reviews I chose Nigro’s, which turned out to be a great decision! Their attentive care throughout the process is honestly one of the best customer experiences I’ve had. Being a young female who knows very little about cars I normally feel like I’m seen as an easy target for paying more than I should, but at Nigro’s I truly felt like they were on my side and completely genuine. They provided updates, helped talk to the insurance company when needed, and sent out a tow truck for my car. Most importantly my car came back in beautiful condition. Dealing with an accident is exhausting, but coming here made that process so much easier.

When I got into a small accident and needed auto body work done on my car, I didn’t hesitate before bringing it in to Nigro’s. The shop definitely lives up to its reputation for efficiency and quality of service. Whenever anything came up, they were quick to get in touch with me and make sure that I was on board before moving forward. They even took the time to take a look at an unrelated battery issue and got it taken care of before I was scheduled to come pick up my car - at no extra delay in time! Couldn’t recommend this place enough.
Excellent experience. Professional, timely, excellent work. But Cheryl is the absolute best. SEPTA hit my car and I was given the runaround about what I needed to do. Once I found Nigro, Cheryl was on the job! She got to the core of the issue, helped coordinate everything, and even gave me additional advice about my rights. Awesome Collision Shop! Staff is super friendly and did great job on my car. They worked really well with my insurance company when my car got hit and made the whole process super easy for me. They also made sure my car was ready before my rental coverage was up even though my insurance took forever to reevaluate my car. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends.

Upon doing so I was able to get help from my insurance with the repair cost. Dominic and his staffs were honest, reliable, and helpful with the whole process from beginning to end. Amazing customer service and super professional. I dont know too much about cars and live alone in the city, and I have always been worried about being gipped. I didnt feel that at all with Nigros. They were very clear with me and my father back in SC and delivered a spotless product. My spotless interior was also a pleasant surprise. It needed a good vacuum! I was having the worst day of my life when I came in a few weeks ago with my back tail light smashed in. The people at Nigro’s were so friendly and helpful! They made me feel calm and assured me that they would make sure the car was good as new. I came in today to pick up the car and they really delivered! The car looks better than new. I recently got in a car accident with significant damage done to the front and side of my car. I had it towed to Nigros and they took complete care of me. They handled everything for me including helping me out with the insurance claims adjuster. I would recommend everyone taking their car to Nigros as they do beautiful work. I was very happy with their service. Dom and Jennifer were very helpful from beginning. I just dropped my car and they handled the rest of it. I was surprised when they also detailed inside of my car, it has never been that clean since I drove off of the dealer lot. Most of the places are only nice because they want your money but dont care after that, Nigros is totally different. I had to come back few days after I picked up my car and they were very nice to me, made sure I was 100% satisfied. I would recommend this place to anybody I know.
Nigro’s Auto Body truly is the best auto body shop in Philadelphia! I was in an accident and the team at Nigro’s took full ownership of working with my insurance and setting me up with a rental car. After being rear-ended on 95, I was super stressed. I use my car to get everywhere for work. I found Nigro’s, gave them a call, and they alleviated all of my stress right away.They told me to bring my car down - they would work with my insurance company and even help me find a rental at Enterprise that my insurance would cover! I was in and out in minutes and Lindsay who works in the office was so sweet and took care of me all throughout the seemless process.My insurance company did not make it easy on Nigro’s - coming for multiple inspections, etc. But the Nigro’s team handled everything, providing me with concise updates along the way.I dropped my rental off and was driven back to Nigro’s, where my car was sparkling clean, looked better than brand new, and they even vacuumed and cleaned the inside (which was probably no easy feat).Im so relieved and happy to have my car better than new and will definitely come back if I ever need to. I took my car to Nigro’s after my car was hit by highway debree. The saw me immediently to assess the damage. They worked directly with my insurance in order to make sure that the maximum I paid out of pocket was my deductible and that I didn’t have to worry about it. The repairs were done timely and efficiently after approved by my insurance (who were the slowest part of the process). The car came out looking brand new and is running perfectly. I highly recommend Nigro’s to anyone who needs auto body repairs.
I brought my 2005 Subaru Legacy to Nigros Auto Body to repair the damaged rear quarter panel. Back in December, my car was sideswiped while parked on the street in my neighborhood (thank you to whoever did it because I just happened to have $500 lying around that I was dying to throw away). I had my insurance company look at the damage and provide me with an estimate.A couple of weeks ago, I brought my car to Nigros after reading a lot of great reviews. I was greeted by Domenico who looked over my car and the insurance estimate. He told me that my insurance company cut a lot of corners in their estimate, and that the repairs would be significantly more, but he would take care of everything. Exactly as promised, he worked with my insurance company and the repairs were re-estimated to be significantly more than the original estimate.When I asked him about also fixing up the scratches on my fender from all the years in the city, he strongly advised against it. When asked why, he said told me he would feel guilty taking my money to fix them since they will only get scratched again. Instead, he suggested doing a touch up which would cost significantly less.Everything turned out amazing. You cannot tell that my car was ever damaged, and the paint was perfectly blended. They even did a couple of small bonus items for me without ever mentioning it to me until after I got home. On top of that, they completely cleaned my car, inside and out.In summary, I had a great experience with Nigros Auto Body. Domenicos experience proved invaluable since it helped me get my car fix the right way. Their customer service is great and their workmanship is amazing. If you want your car fixed the right way, I highly recommend Nigros!

Nigros was great! My car was hit by a delivery truck on the way to work and AAA recommended Nigros. I was so glad it worked out. They guided me through the whole ordeal with working with my insurance company and made sure I got the best deal. In addition they were fast. My car was done two weeks after the accident and as good as new. Great body shop!

While doing research online for a reputable body shop I came across Nigro and after seeing all the great reviews they received I decided to choose them to repair my car and I am very glad I did. They did a fantastic job on my car. Even though there was a mishap where my insurance paid for only a part of a damage, Nigro made sure I was aware of it and helped me to get a deal to get a brand new bumper without any complications. Also, Jennifer was so helpful and assuring through the whole process and I just want to commend her on her great customer service. I will definitely come back if I ever need any body work on my car.

I am far from a car expert, but Dominic seemed very knowledgeable and upfront about my cars condition and what my options were. He seemed very honest about everything I needed to know with the insurance process and the repair process. The only negative I have is that I wasnt promptly notified that they found additional, internal damage that set back the repair time. I recently moved to Philadelphia for Job. Soon after I put-up residency I was welcomed by a graceful driver who decided to hit my parked car and take off. When I first read the positive reviews about Nigro’s I was hesitant, it seemed unusual for an Auto Body Shop to have great reviews but I took a chance and have never been happier. From the moment that you walk in, the team at Nigro’s takes your hand and walks you through the painstaking processes of getting you car fixed. Every time I called they would spend the time answering my questions, giving me updates and were transparent with any issues that came up. I can truly say that the customer experience at Nigro’s is top notch. I would highly recommended them to any new Philly residents or anyone looking for something better.
Ive been trying to find a a reliable auto body shop in Philadelphia all year. My car was dented in the Acme parking lot and I asked my neighbor where to go and they recommended Nigros. I got an estimate and Domenic walked me through the process and called up my insurance company to file a claim. I didnt have to do anything and in a couple days, I got my car back with the scratches and dents removed and the paint job looked good as new. he even saved me $250 off my deductible. I dont usually write reviews but its rare that i felt so comfortable and confident with an auto body shop.
I dont usually write reviews unless I really enjoyed a service and that was exactly the case here at Nigros. When my GTI was hit sitting on a corner in the city, I was at a loss of where to go because I didnt think I would be able to find a body shop so easily. After reading dozens of reviews on Google and Yelp, I decided to go with Nigros, and I couldnt be more happier with the service I received. They did extensive bodywork to my car over the three weeks they had it in their shop but it was more than worth it. I was presented with what seemed like a brand new car, I would have never guessed it was hit in the first place. Dominic Sr., Dominic and Jennifer made this whole stressful ordeal bearable and I definitely would recommend their service for anything auto related.
2016 was not my year as far a my car goes. I was rear ended (while my car was parked) and then a month after my car back, was rear ended while driving. 5 days after getting my car back, I was T-boned on my way home from work. Not sure if there was a dark cloud following me or what but each time I took my car to Nigros. Nigros serviced my car on all three occasions and they made each experience as simple as possible. They were up front regarding expectations from each of the insurance companies and always new just what to expect. Victoria was my angel!!! She assisted me from the time of the accident up until I pulled out of Nigros driveway with each accident. Everyone has always been professional and open and they made sure not to let me leave until my car was in perfect condition for the road. Each time I felt like my safety was their number one priority and thats always most important to me. I really hope I wont be seeing much of Nigros in 2017 but should I need assistance, I know who to trust to get the job done. Thanks for looking out guys. I am very satisfied with the work done!YES I would recommend this place to everyone!If I had to give a suggestion for improvement, it would be to call the customer during the repairs to give an update.... This was my first accident so I didnt have experience as to a general timeframe and as things can always change once a mechanic actually starts working, 1 or 2 updates would be nice!!! I absolutely recommend Nigros! It is a top notch, professional auto body shop near the Italian market in South Philly! They made the process very easy and comfortable for me! They kept me updated from the beginning til the end! Their auto body work is superb and I have already recommended a couple of friends to use them. I was even able save money on my deductible!
Honest, knowledgeable, one-stop-shop. After an accident, my car was in bad shape with lots of internal damage. Dom was very helpful in thoroughly explaining what had to be repaired. The whole Nigros Auto Body Team was friendly and did such a thorough job in fixing up my car that it looks and runs like a brand new car again! I was also happily surprised to find that the inside of my vehicle was also given a detailed cleaning when I went to pick it up.

When I got into an accident in March, my 2015 Dodge Challenger was ruined and looked totaled. My brother-in-law recommended Nigros and after checking the reviews, I sent my car to them. Jen was super friendly; she quickly emailed me the forms to fill out to get things started. My car took a little more than a month as many parts were on back order. Dominic encouraged me to come down to the shop to check out the progress and now my car is back in tip-top condition. Im so excited to be back on the road.
If you ever have an accident that involves the City of Philadelphia’s vehicle’s, malfunctioning gates, etc…, and currently maintain liability for auto insurance, please take your vehicle to Nigro’s Auto Body first. Be sure to contact Risk Management concerning the damage to your car. Please DO NOT SIGN the General Release Form until after Nigro’s shop has provided the adjuster with the final costs. Nigro’s Auto Body shop performed a phenomenal job on my vehicle despite all the obstacles encountered. Dominic ensured a reasonable price, exceptional work, and the customer service by his staff was superb. Got into a bad accident a few weeks ago. Ive been to Nigros before and I know they do exceptional work. They kept me updated during the process. On the day my car was ready, I found out there was a mishap with my insurance check and I might not be able to pick it up. My car was involved in a hit and run and it had substantial damage. I didnt know where to start and I was definitely stressed out. I turned to the internet and found Nigros in a surrounding neighborhood with great reviews, no surprise there. From start to finish Nigros whole company has been a gem to work with. They handled my 3000 questions with grace and patience. My car had roughly $9,800 dollars in damage, so a turn around time of about two weeks to get my car back was extremely impressive. They kept me informed of every detail and of the process of getting my car looking new again. They even handled most of the insurance side of things, definitely appreciated! They have made this hectic and sucky situation more than bearable to handle. For as long as I am living in the Philadelphia area, I will be a customer of Nigros. Last week, I got into a small car accident when backing out of my parking lot. I am new to Philadelphia, and was very distressed about the damage to the car, not to mention not knowing who I could trust in the area to help with the repairs. I found Nigro’s Auto Body Shop on Groupon, and purchased a coupon for $99 to have $250 dollars worth of damage fixed on my car. I had read a few reviews of Nigro’s, as well as other auto body shops in the area, and felt confident that Nigro’s would take care of me. When I arrived at Nigro’s they were extremely friendly and helped me to get all of my damaged fixed. They also took care of the hassle of going back and forth between the insurance company and the adjustor. Domenic took care of everything, and did a beautiful job fixing up my car. I highly recommend this shop.
They were friendly from the time I came in to the time I left, and they went above and beyond with my car care. They even contacted the insurance and worked with them through out the process.
Just one word - leave your car with Nigros and they will do whatthey got to do. I had a hit and run claim on my car and I left mycar, gave them the claim number, thats it - rest is taken care byNigros. Dominic was very helpful and knowledgable, he knows whatexactly need to be done to your car. I had to wait for my insuranceadjuster to show up and give an estimate, once this process iscomplete, my car was ready in 3 days. Overall, I am happy with theservice and the way they fixed my car. Let me preface this by saying that I know nothing when it comes to cars, how they work and what a reasonable quote should look like for any kind of repairs mechanical or cosmetic. When I was sideswiped during a snow storm earlier in the year I debated whether or not to have autobody work done on my car knowing that it was fully functioning and that because the person who caused the accident lied about her involvement I was going to have to cover the deductible out of pocket. After a fair amount of research of neighborhood autobody shops and because of reviews received for similar work that I was about to have done on my car, I decided to take my car over to Nigros.The entire sequence of events from point of evaluation and drop off to repairs and finally to pick-up was absolutely seamless; I took my car to Dom on October 13 where he walked me through what repairs his guys were going to make and gave me instructions on how to contact Enterprise to have my insurance company set up a temporary rental; a week later I was leaving my car in his hands and off I went about my day. Over the next three weeks, Dom and his crew worked to get my car back to tip top shape maintaining contact with my insurance company every step of the way. Any adjustments to the insurance estimate and cost coverage was done directly with Progressive and all updates came from my insurance agent. Jennifer at Nigros was helpful as well asking if there were any modifications that I wanted to have done in addition to the covered repairs. Though I declined the offer in an effort to save money, it was nice that they asked and were willing to take the extra time to make sure they had covered everything. The next call I received was from Jennifer letting me know that my car was ready to be picked up; not only did my car look beautiful from the body work, but they hand washed my car both inside and out. If I had known that they were going to clean the inside of my dog hair filled car I probably would have made an attempt to clean it up a little beforehand. Every hair was gone, every dog nose window smudge was cleaned up, I swear my car didnt even look that good the day I drove it off the lot.Dom has been written up by a number of local publications for his work and for good reason, when you call their phone number and get a voice message that says that they are a full concierge service they are not kidding. The work his shop did was flawless, their customer service was on point, communication was never lacking, and I have never been happier. I have already suggested their service to friends looking to have work done on their car and will definitely suggest them again.
Nigros fixed my car after it was sideswiped and had $4,500 worth of damage. They worked directly with the insurance company on my behalf. The repairs look great and I could not be happier. They even totally detailed my car when they were finished. It looks brand new again. I highly recommend Nigros for any body work.

I found Nigros through a Google search and decided to try them out based on reviews. I was not disappointed. Dominic was very helpful from the moment I stepped into the auto body shop. It was quite the headache dealing with one of the representatives from my insurance company. We unfortunately spent an hour on the phone. However, Dominic is aggressive, determined, and will take the reins to help you through the claims process. No one wants to deal with an accident. Such an annoyance! Nigros helped ease my stress a bit and I would absolutely recommend their services.
Nigros in general was a great experience. My car looked newer when I got it back from them, then when I bought it. I cannot stress enough how far dominic and his team went beyond doing the bare minimum when it came to my insurance company, communication and customer service. This is a stand up place!

I was just involved in an accident involving nearly $6800 in damage to my Honda Element. Dominic and the rest of the staff at Nigro’s did a great job helping me through the process and keeping me informed. They were even able to help me save money by knocking off part of the deductible. I will definitely be making Nigro’s my regular body shop.
I recently tore my bumper part-way from the back of my car. I do think the work done by Nigros was quality work, however they charged me 54 dollars an hour and they billed it that it took 11 hours. The actual time I left the car with them was only 3 hours and when I asked the technician why they charged me 11 hours he said because it took more than one man. However, even if it took 3 men to put my bumper back on, I dont think it would come to 11 hours of work. Therefore that is why I am rating them 1 star.
I got in a complicated car crash which technically wasnt my fault but i was pent with the blame because i rear ended someone else and my car suffered some serious damage. I took my car to Nigros Auto Body the very next day. Dom greeted me very professionally and he actually fought the insurance company for me trying to get them to go half on the deductible because of the type of accident. Long story short i can vouch for them and say that they do stick to their word, they fight for their customers and i witness that first hand. They took care of me and i definitely would come back here in the future and recommend them to everyone.

I got into a small fender-bender a little while ago and purchased a Groupon for Nigros to have my car fixed for $99 towards $250 worth of work. I read some reviews before purchasing the Groupon and they went above and beyond my expectations.Little did I know, Nigros was not on the list one of my insurance companys shops, so it was a nightmare working with them to get the work done. The customer service at Nigros was beyond amazing. Domenic did most of the dirty work with my insurance company, not to mention any names but they were NOT a good neighbor. He apologized a thousand times for how difficult it was going to be with my insurance company, and when they did not approve the supplemental estimate, he ensured me they would still do the work and I would not pay a dime over my deductible. Not only did I not pay a dime over my deductible, he gave me the Groupon back to use for future work.My car looks amazing, they cleaned up some other scratches and returned the car to me fully washed, inside and out. I couldnt ask for anything better.
Got preferred from a friend. Their service was really awesome. They take care of everything for me, and kindly answered all of my questions. It was my first time having accident and get insurance covered and I was totally dont know whats all the step I need to do. After leaving my car to them, they been taking care of everything for my. So I got into a pretty big accident my whole drivers side was destroyed on my 2014 civic si.I heard a lot of good things about Nigros so I brought it over to them. They took it in immediately. Customer service was great kept me updated on what was going on and even fixed my aftermarket parts that had to be reinstalled. Also when I went to the shop to see how it was coming along they ordered all new parts and all the metal framing for under the hood was new they did minimum bending back like I have seen some shops do. Definitely would recommend Nigros 100%.
Somebody rear ended my car 2 weeks ago with no insurance to top it off!! Brought my car to nigros for an estimate. They were able to fix my car and work with my insurance company to make the process simple and quick, and my car looks brand new again! They also helped me to save money on the whole thing!! Hello everyone, I am SPC Bullock, US ARMY. My wife decided to give me the best birthday gift ever. She crashed our car into a pole a few weeks ago. She is fine, the car, however, is a different story. I found Nigros through Groupon, and I decided to take my car there. From the moment I arrived I was treated with great care. The owner, Dom, made a very generous contribution, from his own wallet, towards my car rental. He said it was the least he could do for me since I swore an oath to serve this country. Every since that day I have been recommending his shop to all my military contacts. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

DO NOT USE THEM, YOU WILL GET SCAM.i dont know why people give them really good review, thats how why i chose them. But, when i tolled my car there to fix. They DO NOT know how the insurance process works. They delayed my car getting an estimate for 2 weeks and saying they are waiting insurance to give authorization. I called my insurance, and the insurnace told me just tell them to give the estimation for the car and then they will take it from there. Nigro Auto Body Shop have NO IDEA what they are doing. Do not tolled your car there if you are trying to get anything done because when you try to change a shop, they will tell you, oh you need to pay storage and admin fees and all that for your car if you want to get your car fixed somewhere else. Or, i will call you end of next weekend(that was on a Wednesday) the only reason my car is not getting fixed is because they are delaying it and dont know what the hack they are doing. DO NOT USE THEM.
Im 100% satisfied. These guys are very professional and personable. After getting in am accident which ruined my hood, I started to ask some friends where I should go to take my truck. One of my buddies recommended Nirgos since his dad had some body work done there and was extremely happy with the work they did. I called up on a Friday and was told to come Im the same day. The manager Dom, who is a really nice guy, helped me as soon as I got there. He contacted my insurance company and worked out all the payment details for me. When I went to go pick up my truck, it looked just as good as the day I bought it, on the outside and inside. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they cleaned the interior of my truck as well! If I ever need body work again, this is the place I am coming to. They even offered me cake when I was waiting for my car to be finished!

Went to Nigros after getting into an accident during a snowstorm. My insurance company appraised the damage at a certain level and went to Nigros who caught a lot of things that had been missed. They just used pictures and nobody was going to look at the car. Nigros insisted they come out to look at the damage and we received more than 5x the original amount offered. I called early in the morning, talked to a pleasantly upbeat woman named Victoria, and she was even more pleasant in person. I described my issue and asked if I can email her some pictures. She happily accepted and set an appointment for me. Once I was there they helped me so quickly and my car was back to looking brand new in a matter of 5 mins. Im so reluctant to trust auto body shops but this place is great. Bring your car here!
My car was at this place darn near 3 weeks to get painted for scratches that were not engraved all that bad. They did not paint the whole car like they were suppose to and according to the insurance adjuster they were paid to do a specific job and they failed to. Was hoping the good reviews justified my decision to go there but they did not, and I will not be returning.
I am not a Philadelphia resident, but I was visiting the area and was hit by a uhaul. Luckily, I was hit very close to Nigro Auto Body, and they took care of me, and really advocated for me in a messy insurance situation. They were a great shop to work with, and I’m lucky to have landed with them.
Nigros is AMAZING! My parked car was hit by a delivery truck and I thought I was going to finally have to give up and pay for the damage myself. But with the help of Dominic, we were able to get the delivery company to finally pay for everything. Dominic took everything out of my hands, dealing with the claim and getting me a rental car. He was super concerned with safety and not being screwed by the insurance companies. He even helped with a hiccup with the rental car. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!

I brought my car in for detailing today and was told for $30 more they would touch up some paint dings. They claimed they did not do the touch-ups when I got there, yet the hood of the car had several spots of paint which were done so poorly that the result looks like circles of spider webs. The manager came out to the car and then did acknowledge one of the paint touch-ups and acted like they didnt have anything to do with the others. Note:the exterior of my car has never been touched before. The exterior detailing (???) was no better than a drive through car wash, in addition, the car was covered in dust.I would never recommend this shop and I will pursue recourse on the damaged hood!

One of the nicest repair facilities in the Philadelphia areas. When youre in an accident you might think of just taking your BMW or Mercedes anywhere your insurance company steers you. But that would be dead wrong. If you want your car back to factory condition they are the only people I would trust. Nice people, quality work and the best warranty in the industry.

I walked in and I wanted an estimate on my car. The guy refused to look at my car. I asked him to give me a quote? He said 5000 dollars without looking or asking what condition the car was in. Honestly, not sure why anyone would go anywhere else. My bumper, quarter panel, tail light were obliterated and my car looks better than when I bought it, and they fixed my flat and cleaned it all up. I’m obsessed with these guys, especially Lindsay who made a really bad day so much better.

Called 3 times after I got there and it took them 20+ min to send out a consultant. The guy that came out was rude and ignored everything I said. All he wanted to do was harass me over my car condition and hustle me in for a quick buck when I was just there for a consultation.Beware of their hounding sales tactic and consider other body shops.

Way too expensive. When I inquired about the cost of a 2007 Honda Accord 4dr sedan windshield replacement...mind you...i did do previous cost estimations and out of the 7 mechanic shops none have given me an amount this high...the other shops range from $140-$165...but this mechanic shop said $325????...PLUS TAX.....lmao...hell no.Thank you.Ps.This was an experiment...and you definitely FAILED.

2021-12-27I came to Nigro’s based on the reviews on Google and I’m so grateful with my choice. From my first meeting through to getting the car, the staff have been upfront and made the entire process easy. They worked with my insurance and Honda to ensure my leased Honda HRV was fixed to specification and the car came back to me looking brand new. Cheryl was especially patient and always professional during the process, responding to my questions and following up. Definitely recommended and trustworthy. Thank you so much!

2022-06-29DO NOT USE THEMThis business is an absolute sham. They have great reviews but Im not sure from who? I was treated as if I was not paying them for a service. I was told I had about $1500 worth of damage on my Mazda. I had one months worth of rental coverage... after repeatedly telling them this they continued to keep my car for an additional 9 days. When I reminded them they owed me for this difference they seemed annoyed. I must have called 15 times asking for a call back from Cheryl with no response.I then took my car to get Inspected the next week and my tire had been swapped out for a cheap tire and was not passing inspection. When I asked them to cover the expense because I had pictures of the correct tire from before I gave them my car of the correct tire- they blamed it on a subcontractor and told me the owner would be gone until July 11.

2021-10-19Needed estimate for a small fender repair and paint.The guy behind the desk insisted I use my insurance without checking out the small repair but I didn’t want to at that point his whole attitude changed-so he told me it’s a state law and that he needs to know why I don’t want to use insurance he then began to exaggerate expenses such as laser mapping and some other services that were totally unnecessary for such a small jobHe said it would be at least 800 before they even start any work .at this point he hadn’t even look at how small the damage was. He just wanted to over charge my insurance NEVER LOOKED AT MY CAR ONCE

2018-01-31I had a great experience with Nigros. Their team was polite, honest, realistic, and very helpful. They provided me with all the information that I needed to aquire and when I did they handled my entire claim for me. I honestly cant thank them enough. My car looks great and you can tell they went the extra mile to make me truly satisfied.

2019-09-24I was side swiped on i76 in July, I was looking around for good body shops and found Nigros online. I spoke to Lindsey and spoke to her over the phone and helped me make a decision on what I wanted to do. Dropped it off and was explained how to get my rental down the road and when I can expect my car back. When I came to pick up the car it looked brand new and they even took it to the dealership to fix an issue that they seemed to cause back when I bought it. Car was washed and cleaned inside and out. 2021-09-24I live on a side street in Grad Hospital and not surprisingly, some sideswiped my brand new SUV. I initially took it to Caliber Collision on Washington, but they werent willing to work with my insurance and said they couldnt see me anyway for a month. I googled Nigros and was initially skeptical - it seems like a tiny place. I brought my car in, they performed a high level estimate (and followed up that day with a detailed multi-page itemized estimate). Jason, who did the estimate, was a pro and ran me through the things theyd take care of that I wouldnt have even thought about. And this isnt a cut-rate shop, they have all the advanced tools to make sure your car not only looks good but the underlying electronics within your car that you cant see are in tip top shape. Jason promised me the car would look like new and when it was delivered, it indeed looked as shiny and new as the day I got it (manufacturer colors and parts replaced). They kept me up to date during the repair process and they were even the ones that pushed on the insurance adjuster who was dragging his feet. Side benefit, theyre 2 blocks away from the rental car lot so that was easy. Super nice staff, would highly recommend.

2018-12-04Scratched up my rear bumper on my way to work and really wanted to get my car back to looking new. Checked out one other shop based on google reviews and they told me that they only accept new clients based on referral. So went to nigro’s next because of their good reviews on google and they were close. Don was helpful in setting up an appointment next day and discussing what repair I was looking to do. Was not sure what to expect because I requested to touch up the paint rather than to repaint the whole bumper which would have costed much more. Overall very happy with how the repairs came out. Can barely notice the deepest scratch when looking closely which went down to bare metal on the quarter panel. The repair cost was $400 and got my car looking new again.

2021-05-24My Lexus was a victim of falling debris and needed to have various dents repaired as well as the windshield replaced and recalibrated. The team at Nigro’s went above and beyond to keep all parts OEM and even made sure the additional damages were attended to that were not found on the initial inspection. I was welcomed as soon as I stepped in and was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. Every other shop immediately inspected and were talking about moving forward with quotes. Cheryl was lovely and gave me sound advice, looking out for my best interests.

2020-05-08Nigros was super helpful and easy to work with. I was given a free written estimate on the spot and then was able to bring my car in during the pandemic to be repaired. They worked with my insurance adjuster and made extensive repairs. I had no idea the extent of the damage. I will definitely refer anyone to Nigros or bring my car back if it needs it.
