We arrived close to closing time, within 30 minutes. Staff was courteous, meal was great and it was obviously not a problem. They were happy to get us dinner!
Not a big fan of OCharleys....but had a Gift-Certificate I needed to use. I was pleasantly surprised. Restaurant was clean and running smoothly. Our waitress Meg was very attentive and pleasant. Our drinks were always full and our food served hot...she was definitely one of the best we have had in years...anywhere. OCharleys made a return customer tonight...I will be back!
Our server Liz, was outstanding. But we went there for their prime rib pasta and they dont have it on their menu anymore!!! I had chopped steak that wasnt cooked how I ordered it and it was very dry and over cooked.
We had excellant service and our food was delicious, would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a wonderful meal and a greatTime, enjoy.
As much as we love ocharleys food, it would be nice to have everything we ordered and paid for in our takeout bag. It’s consistently an issue and bought time it’s fixed everything else goes cold.
Ribs are tender but sauce is added after and didnt have that smokey bbq flavor that you can get at other places. chicken breading is actually really good and fair price for qaulity.
The wait was about 30 min, not too bad for 5:00 on a Saturday. Gave the lady my name and waited. After 30 min when a few people who came in after us got seated first, I questioned it. She didnt put us on the list, but got us a table right away. My ribs I ordered didnt taste just right, so I told my waitress. They replaced them with something else and took my meal off the bill. The manager came over, apologized and made it right. So, the overall Service was great.
Excellent selection... Food was really tasty for a chain. Baked potato was a little salty and asparagus overcooked but the chicken tenders and ribs were really, really good. Steak and crab cakes were well with the extra cost. Great sides selection.... Plus, who doesnt love free pie!
We eat there regularly once a week.Suzanne is our waitress 99.9% of the time.She’s the best👍
This was our firsr time dinning here. We came to celebrate my husbands birthday! The manager Ralph was so friendly and he took the time to come and welcome my family to his establishment. He gave us some great info if fun plaves to visit while in the area.We had twisted potatoes that were soooo good with Queso!! The honey butter rolls were amazing. If u are a blue cheese lover u must try the wedge bluecheese bacon salad😍😍! They have a plethora of margarita to choose from on tuesdays for $2.99. My hubby loved his margarita. Our Chelsey server was very polite and very hospitable! You can truly see that she enjoys her position. She was able to recommend some great items from the menu that were very tasty! We had a little delay on food BUT OMG THE COOK CAME OUT AND WAS SOOO APOLOGETIC AND KIND VEEERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID WHAT HE COULD TI MAKE US HAPPY! WE TRULY ENJOYED THIS EXPERIENCE. This Ocharleys really impressed us so much! 2 thumbs up and we WILL RETURN😍GREAT ATMOSPHERE VERY CLEAN RESTURANT.
We came right before closing on a Wednesday and our server was great. Food was on the same quality as what you would get from similar chain restaurants.
Great food at a very reasonable price. I wiuld recommend the Louisiana Sirloin. A nice thick cut with very little fat on it.
Went today for first time Nice clean restaurant Ordered steak n tenders w a few extra sauces , & dinner rolls Wasn’t charged extra for sauces Which seems less n less common these days. Sat at bar & staff was quick n attentive. Consider review *4.5* Only blemish was steak was a little dry on outside , Ordered medium rare but inside was good Overall good experience.

The mac and cheese was amazing, the steak not so much. It tasted really bad and felt like a burger. No crust whatsoever. Might just be me but I really hated it and it upset my stomach a ton
Horrible service. Went during happy hour, before the dinner rush and was waiting for unnecessarily long. Our waitress came to check on us at the most inconvenient times. Poor food quality. Ive always been a big OCharleys fan, not so much anymore.

Great service staff, but a spotty food record leaves much to be wanted. Its a toss up whether the food you get will be cooked thoroughly, and, in fact, I recently received salmonella poisoning from an undercooked steak.Great selection of margaretas and alcoholic drinks, however. I would sooner come here to lightly snack on chips and queso and drink a peach margareta before eating any of their meats.

Went to the resturaunt at 8pm tonight. Was told we close in an hour cannot take your request for a table at this time. Lots of tables open in the resturaunt. Sounds like some people still dont want to work
I would like to first say the food is good , but I had a take out order and when i got home I was missing some food on my order. Now normally i would just call and that would be the end of it when they know something is wrong but this time they had no working phone number and no way of contacting them so I drove back in mind you Im 17miles one way. When I got there I asked the girl at the front for a manager and I started off by saying Im not trying to be a Karen and he laughed. All I told him was I wanted was a refund on my missing food they do not do refunds with online orders by the way... but when it was all over they gave me gift cards for my entire meal and replaced my missing items so I will have to give them a good choice for a night out for food

Stopped here while passing through town.Ordered “curbside pickup”, which is really just a parking spot that you have to walk inside to get your food. Went inside and picked it up in the rain, couldn’t find a worker. Get to the car and realize there was NO silverware or napkins. Called and told the worker and told them we were in spot 5. She told us to come in and get it. In the rain. Poor service - Good service would to apologize and bring the silverware and napkins out. On top of that, my husband’s steak was literally all fat. His baked potato was microwaved too much, wrinkly and disgusting. My salmon was okay, the only reason for 2 stars, but my broccoli had brown all over it (old?). Wish we picked somewhere else, and can’t believe how busy it was. Terrible quality and terrible service.
It was a very nice place, love their sangria. Only thing I had ordered a bowl of loaded potato soup and waitress never wrote it down. Was ready looking forward to that soup.
We had such a nice guy waiter! He was really nice and caring. I thought it was weird he mad us cut our steaks in front of him to make sure they were cooked right but that was fine it was nice. (I think it was cus the table beside us was fussy with theirs)Ours were cooked a little longer than we like but we dont care. It was still great!I wanted to try the watermelon cucumber drink but they were out :( so maybe Ill come back again for it someday if they still have it!

Visited on Tuesday early afternoon and restaurant looked less than half filled, yet they were seating people booth to booth and not one over. When we were seated, we noticed that a child in a booth right next to us was coughing very bad (and loud!). I asked our waitress if we could be moved to a different booth to which she replied that she doesnt understand why and when explained told us that this family was leaving soon. Now, I dont blame this family, they can do what they desire, its their choice but I think that our request could have been handled way better considering at least half of the restaurant was empty. Food was great and aplenty (thanks to the cooks, a star for you) but thinking back, we should have left just to be safe.

Good sized portions for the price, very friendly staff. The manager came by late in our meal to ask how everything was. Our waitress was very attentive and kept all 4 of us filled on our drinks, removing dishes as we finished with them. It was exactly how restaurant service should be.
First time eating at OCharleys. Excellent service and food selection I will return next time in Erie PA.

Food was great as always but service could have been better. All of us at table recd our main course before our soup & salads. I suspect she was fairly new. Needs more training on WHEN to serve WHAT first!!
My first time in Erie Pennsylvania. Staying at a local hotel did Uber Eats., and thought Id give this restaurant a try am certainly more than impressed. Both nights baby back ribs on the second night my fiance had the honey chicken which she absolutely adored. Outstanding
Ordered door dash last night.. hear me out now.. I got the fish and Im normally just blah about tartar sauce from everywhere, I usually dont even touch it. This tartar sauce last night for some reason was SO GOOD and extra tangy and I LOVED it! I wish it was all like that! Thank you ocharleys for an excellent meal!
Went for my niece and nephews birthday and Id say 75% of the group was not pleased with their meals. It was not terrible but little things like steaks being overdone, wrong sides, chicken tenders being hard and cold... the rolls are pretty good though! I have had good food here before but tonight was not the best.
Food amazing, atmosphere on point. First time here and loved this place. Tried a slice of caramel pie. OMG to die for.. and got a pretty amazing drink.
Really disappointed by this experience. We got the text that our table was ready after a decent wait time. When entering the restaurant the hostess at the door didnt look at or speak to us at all before saying follow me plz very quietly. Our server did the bare minimum to run by and take care of us like once every half hour? The only person that spoke to us kindly or had a positive energy was the very polite man who brought our food out to us.Food was decent, but not really amazing or anything (average at best). We finished our food and sat for 20 minutes for the bill and boxes. Then sat another 15 while we waited for our money to be taken. I had to convince my girlfriend to come here with me because I love the ocharleys in my home town, but this was a mistake.

First off, we had to wait for a little while to get seated, however we were able to track our place in line through the Yelp app which I thought was pretty cool. Second thing, when we did get seated, The service was awesome! Super friendly and knowledgeable about what the restaurant served. Finally, I had the filet mignon,which was cooked and seasoned to near perfection. I also had for sides, broccoli and loaded potato soup, which were both delicious. Im looking forward to going back soon!
We love the free pie wed. I order a family meal ahead and pick-up after Im done running errands makes for a great mid week easy dinner.
Food is good, wait staff is friendly. They effectively separate the bar from the dining tables so sports and conversation is confined.
After being seated and ordering, we waited nearly an hour for our food. The waitress apologized for the chaotic situation in the kitchen. And, to boot, my meal was very disappointing. I got a small sirloin. It was one of the toughest cuts of meat Ive ever had in a restaurant. Otherwise, it was okay.

Chicken tenders I got with my app were amazing. Place my have the best ones Ive ever had. Mac n Cheese was terrible. My wife got the Chicken Cesar salad, and it was very good. Service was supurb despite being very busy. I got the catfish, and without the beadimg it was good. The breading was salty.
We had a wait which was ok but people who came after us were seated first even with the same number of people. The fries were cold on 2 plates, the asparagus was not cooked. It was our first time at an OCharleys and I guess Wednesday is free pie Wednesday but our waitress never told us that information.
Had an excellent meal...the food was great (New Orleans Cajun Chicken Pasta, Nashville hot chicken...and more) and the staff Excellent... particularly our server Rachael who was a pro.. very attentive, friendly and accommodating. George came by and was very helpful...wanted to make sure we had all we needed as well. I had spoken to both on the phone ahead of time and they were so wonderful...even though very busy... you would have thought they owned the place. (Maybe they do?) 😃

Visited this restaurant April6, 2021. We approached the hostess and asked to be seated outside as it was a beautiful day. She informed us that we couldnt because the patio area was under construction, so we were seated inside. Upon leaving we noticed two parties seated outside on the patio. When I went back inside to question the hostess she told me,The tables and chairs were dirty and needed cleaned off which was the real reason she wouldnt seat us there.I was told by management to tell customers that the patio area was under construction. I asked her why then were there two parties seated outside? Her response was, They insisted on sitting there. So she lied to us when we questioned using the patio. I understand that she did what she was told to do, but that is poor customer service. I will be sure to share this story with others.
I actually helped with the construction of this restaurant doing the HVAC and hoods in the kitchen. The food has been top notch since the beginning. I took my wife here on our first date and we go back every year on our anniversary. They have the best steak around in my opinion. Weve never had a bad meal or bad experience there.
Our waiter, Hunter, was very informative, accommodating and friendly. Some of my group had special food requests and he made certain everything was done as we expected.
We ordered food through the app and the app stated our food will be ready in 30 minutes. When we arrived all of the curbside spots were taken and there were also at least six people in the waiting area at the curbside pick up. We asked for our food and they said it wasn’t ready. Waited patiently for at least 20 more minutes then asked again when our food might be ready. They had no idea when our food will be ready and in the meantime we were able to see into the kitchen and saw cooks not wearing masks and the kitchen manager not wearing a mask and coughing. At that point we decided to cancel our order. We asked for a receipt to show our cancellation and they said they could not provide one. They said we will get an email which I have yet to receive. I will say I called the next day and the manager the next day said she would take care of my credit and replaced the food
Food was absolutely terrible. Ordered the filet mignon and when they brought it to the table it was an unrecognizable piece of meat. Nothing like any filet I have ever seen. Couldn’t even cut it. It shredded and was stringy. Didn’t even want to look at it. Waiter sent manager over and she assured me it was a filet. I told her to take it away I would not eat it. She brought me another one and it was just as bad. Could not even cut it into pieces to eat.Boyfriend ordered his steak with no seasoning on it. His came covered in seasoning. Just an overall terrible experience. Will not be going back.
My husband chose OCharleys for his birthday and we were not disappointed. Delicious as always. Great service! The deviled egg appetizer is the best!

Amazing food.. Great service... Understand it was frist time there need try sauce... The rib tastes like pork ribs and steak was out this world good... The cheese cake 🎂 was big piece and was so good... Would go back any day.

Our order was promptly taken, took 45 minute for our meals to arrive.My steak and rice were cold, not warm at all, to top it off the waitress never returned to ask if we were pleased with our meal. After we had finished our cold meals the waitress drop off our check, not asking about our meals, poor service.
Angie and her staff took great care of a large group of us after we went golfing. They sat us outside, made sure we were able to social distance, and made recommendation for what to eat, including awesome meatballs!Thanks for a great meal and friendly service!
Great food and fair prices. Nice atmosphere. The only problem was the server was largely absent and when she did come around she was pushy. We said we didnt want desert and did not want to see the dessert tray. Instead of bringing our check like we requested,she brought the dessert tray and held us hostage as she went over every item. She did not get a good tip. So here is a good tip for her: respect your customers wishes.
The server was good but after she put in our order the food took a long time to come from the kitchen. Considering the circumstances with Cole is going on. It wasnt busy in the restaurant but the food was awfully slow getting to the table. The catfish there is delicious and so are the barbecued ribs.
Do yourself a favor and dont order a steak unless you like it really well done. If you call and complain; they will just gaslight you about steaks cooking themselves more in the to-go packaging; even though you ordered it medium rare and it arrives the consistency of shoe leather. This has happened so many times I suspect its a personal vendetta. They also forgot the pie on our last order so you can add pie-denial to the list of crimes. Five stars on the disappointment scale.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The customer service was absolutely horrendous. We ordered for pick up and were missing part of the order, part of my order was under cooked and my friend found a hair in her meal!!! The manager was nasty and treated us like an inconvenience when all we wanted was to return the food and get our money back., but we were told that because we ordered online they were unable to refund our order and gave us a COUPON!!!
Both of our meals were perfectly prepared. Delicious. Staff was great and treated our canine companion very well.
They have very weird hours. The prices on just a cheeseburger and fries are a little bit high.
Ok food. Service was less than attentive. Waited 30 minutes because of the covid restrictions then 45 minutes to get our meals after ordering. The server told us it was because of too many take out orders...it seems to me you should take care of your dine in guests as your top priority.
I came in and put in a bulk order for my universities team, and the staff was great. The bar tender, Suzanne, had no trouble with our order and everything was perfect. I had my service dog with me and everyone was kind and respectful, none of the staff touched him or payed him attention which is perfect, and they were all aware of him and no one stepped on him or kicked him. Very helpful, kind, and delicious food. Thank you.
Ive been there at least five times in the last month. I am such a fan of their top sirloin, I cant bring myself to order anything else, and I keep coming back for the same thing. This has become my new favorite restaurant. The staff is really super nice too, and not in that I get paid to pretend kind of nice. Genuinely nice people here.
Bought a $20 steak and it was tough. Fatty and lots of gristle. My mothers fish was greasy. Wait staff was Great! Friendly and Fast!
Food was cold. So very disappointed we have loved it from our first time. Menu has changed and so has quality. Staff friendly, but slow. Bar staff slow and unaware of proper glasses and garnish in drinks
Good service. Very good quantity. Only 1 veg option though. I wont take beyond burger again. Very dry. But the burger was well made with nice slaw on the side, and fresh avocado atop the patty. Overall decent experience.
My friend and I got their sample platter, very yummy and enough for us both, loved that they brought us rolls too! Great service!
Our experience was awesome. Except for the hostess not wearing her mask properly so she could show off her nose studs. Plus was going to seat me and my wife right nxt to a large party.Our waitress and food mafe up for it all.
Really enjoyed this place. Greeted my the manager, in time for brunch which was quite good, good-looking waitress who was friend and helpful. Wife had quiche Lorraine, I had eggs Benedict, and since we were first-timers we were gifted with free pie. Not good for our type 2 diabetes but awfully tasty -- have their pecan pie and ask to have it heated first, you will not be disappointed.
Not great. They ran out of prime rib. I ordered a steak, which was undercooked. And no, it was not what medium rare typically looks like. I got it sent back as a medium. At least I could eat it... After my partner already finished his meal. A manager-type came out to offer me another side. More sub-par food is not going to remedy this situation. Nothing added up between the food, the service and the atmosphere.
They have the best creamy mushroom soup I have ever had! Other than that, everything was delicious too! Service was perfect...not too overbearing and checked up on our meals adequately. Atmosphere upbeat and staff really hustled to please everyone. Clean and comfortable. We will surely return soon, thank you!
Best restaurant I’ve visited in a long time. Everyone was friendly from the greeter to the waitress and whoever brought out the food. The food came out hot and was very good!! They have great specials too!! I highly recommend it!!

...good service but the food is mediocre at best. The deviled egg appetizer seemed semi frozen still . My bone in rib eye was medium rare at the bone the rest of the steak was well done. Bake potato seem like it had been cooked hours before...its my fault going to franchise place instead of a steak house .... Lots of Room for improvement here !
Waitress was friendly but not pontual, sometimes I see waitress/waiters focus and attend more on a party that they feel will tip them more while abandoning other tables, it was a feeling of abandonment and noticed the catering of others more so and more often.
Visited today for Veterans day free entree as per the email I received. Unfortunately, they were not honoring this special because of covid but are planning the event for July 4th, 2021...BUT.....I am very glad we stayed. Our waitress Liz was great! We happened to be there during happy hour and all the appetizers were half off.... plus $3 drafts.... plus a free slice of pie since it was Wednesday!.... plus we donated $5 to their flag charity promotion and received a coupon for $5 off a future purchase.... plus the manager came over and gave us each a $5 off coupon for a future visit! Cant beat it!!
I went there for the first time this Saturday for date night. We only waited for about 3 minutes to be seated. The food was delicious. The steak cut like butter. I usually have to add salt to everything, but I didnt have to add it to their food. The boyfriend loved his ribs. The waitress was attentive and friendly. We were in and out in 1 hour, which doesnt happen at most places. I would highly recommend them. I will be returning.
Seriously? Service was slow food was over priced and if i would have heard i am so sorry one more time. i could have had better food anywhere else and it would have been better.

I have 30 minutes to grab a lunch. Lucky for me they have the all you can eat soup and salad! Chili was awesome! Salad was good, too. I made it back to work in time. Waitress was polite, fast, and took great care of us always with a smile.
I loved the fish and shrimp meal with sweet potato fries...very delicious 😋 We had a party of 10 and they were quick at finding us the perfect spot for a nice family dinner celebrating my granddaughters graduation. 💖🎉 The food and service were excellent! We love coming here...good every time!

The service was excellent our server was really nice. I asked for a filet medium when she served it to me she asked me to cut it to see if it were cooked right, this was the first time ever and it was cooked to perfection. The waiting time for our food was perfect. I loved the booths they cozy and felt private.
They only provided 1 menu for a party of two. The soup was way to salty and tasted scorched. They did take the soup back and let me exchange it for sweet potatoes but they were very disappointing. Too many other good places to eat to choose from so once was enough for me.
My family and I come up to Erie every summer to enjoy Presque Isle but when we need lunch and dinner I definitely recommend O’Charley’s definitely one of the best places to eat in Eire. I appreciate the hard work that the employees show and is always a great experience.
Just left there. I can honestly say food was great. Atmosphere was great but most of all our server Chelsea was fantastic. She made our fisrt time there great. We are now going to have this place as our go to place. Highly recommend.

OCharleys Restaurant is a chain serving typical American fare on a fairly diverse menu. They also have a diverse selection of alcoholic beverages.I had a surf and turf with a boneless rib eye as it base. I expected more from the steak for what I paid. Plus, my baked potatoe had a brown tinge that made it unappetizing. The buttermilk shrimp were tasty but paired with a cocktail sauce that was had enough flavor and heat that it stomped the taste out of the shrimp.Our server was depressing. Until late in the meal, we hardly saw her. Plus, when she did appear, we were then rushed as if clearing our table to get another set of warm bodies was the only goal.My sons pasta was good but unspectacular. My wifes meal was good. I would have given them 4 stars on food had the service not been abysmal.
Four of us stopped for dinner on January 1st returning home from NY. The food was pretty good and the drinks were nice too. Everybody felt that what we had ordered came on time and was prepared nicely. Our server did a nice job too. The restaurant was fairly full too that night.

The food was delicious. Although they did forget our appetizer. They made up for it by giving us a discount card along with not taking our coupons for our current order and said we can use them the next time that we are in. and the cheesecake well youll have to taste it to experience that.

Was trying to go to Cheddars for their steak/rib combo but due to wait time ended up here. Havent been to OCharleys for years and decided to get their steak/rib combo. Now I know why I havent been here for years, arguably the worst quality steak I have tasted. Most likely was frozen for way too long. Ribs tasted like something from a high school cafeteria, and no not a Private high school cafeteria, an Erie county 150 kids a graduating class cafeteria. Waitress was nice though.
A friend and myself decided to try somewhere new and we were NOT DISAPPOINTED!She had steak and shrimp. The steak was cooked perfectly and melt in your mouth!My cod was also cooked very well and moist.They have a very extensive selection of sides. My friend got soup and I got a wedge salad and NEITHER portion was small!Danielle was our server. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and fast! A very modest bill for the quantity and quality of the food we received ..A Very REFRESHING CHANGE!
Went there last night, had a very sweet respectful waitress. But terrible food. Felt really bad, but do not order a steak whatever you do. And when its free pie Wednesdays they happen to bring up cheesecake as a choice. But its 3$ each cake. Just for an fyi. And when u order mash potatoes I guess they put bacon in it and had grease pouring off it. Wasnt told of any of this until after.
We have been coming to this restaurant for years when we visit the area. We waited an 1hr 20 mins for our food to come, which I think is plenty of time if not more… my boyfriend asked for the manager which we never do, the manager comes out and pretty much belittles us for asking for him, very loud and rude. We won’t be back.
A very good place to eat. Management, kitchen and serving staff are all dedicated to maintaining high dining standards. I joined the O Club on line and receive promotional emails that provide good discounts. Free pie Wednesday is an added benefit. We frequently meet friends here for a good time. Highly recommended.
Our server was Danielle. She greeted us at the table with a smile and answered all our questions. Checked on us several times to make sure we were satisfied with our meals. I know this is what servers are supposed to do, however, Danielle seemed to make it personal.Oh yes, our meals were Great! and better because of good service. (afternoon 5/31/18)
Fish sandwich a major disappointment! Fish in pieces on a hamburger bun, not a single large piece of fish similar to what you receive in a REAL restaurant on a real bun. But gee, they sure charge you like a real restaurant. My last time there for sure!!!
From the moment we walked in, it was a great experience! Short wait for a table, went to the bar, the bartender was amazing, before we got our order, our table was ready. The food was delicious and the prices were great! Our waitress was top notch! 5***** Will def go back!
After a long day for a family wake from 4p-8p, our family of 26 people showed up on O’Charleys doorstep at 8:30 for dinner...the entire staff of servers and store managers came to our rescue and treated us as family while never once giving us the feeling that we were unwanted 30 minutes before closing...our server Patty along with 2 store managers Nick and Jen...I appreciate all your efforts and proving to me that the O’Charleys team is why I continue to come back time after time! Always great food, great service and great people...thank you, thank you and thank you!
Happily surprised. The staff here is really nice, the menu is large with a lot of variety, and the food is pretty darn good. The daily specials are a great addition too. Food came really quick, which is a big plus too!
Had good food but even more important they put us in a private area, so we were able to conduct business for like 4hrs. Kudos to the staff and recommend it to anyone

High prices, but delicious food, and great service! Its my husband and my fancy place for dinner. We usually eat here once or twice a year as a very special treat to ourselves. They have the BEST steak I have ever eaten (Louisiana Sirloin) and the GREATEST Prime Rib Pasta! Their Turkey Club Sandwich is also taste bud explosion worthy. Dont pass on the honey mustard for this sandwich, because you are gonna want it! So delicious. Love it here! A real gem in our city.
We eat there at least once a month. They offer 20% off via email frequently. Free pie on Wednesdays. You can use the no wait app for reservations. Sunday brunch meals are good. Good menu selection.
Service was great, friendly hostess and waitress. Food is always good. I had the bottomless soup and salad for lunch. Have not had a bad meal there yet. Dont forget free pie Wednesdays!

First time ever eating here. Food was great. Our server Chad was wonderful. We was there during lunch hour it was busy but he made sure we had everything we needed. With two small children he knew we need time to look over the menu. We will be going back the next time we are in Erie.

Our Waitress was one of the politest and attentive servers I have ever had ( Amy ). Today was the first time we have been there, the food was great, the place was clean. They were very thorough with explaining the specials and taking care of drinks and dishes.
Slow service even though the restaurant wasnt really that busy. My food was good but the boyfriend was not very impressed with his burger. The waitress was very nice but overall we would probably opt to go elsewhere next time were in the area.

They always love up to my high expectations, my only complaint could be that I always over stuff myself.Had their new low country shrimp dish, and it was delicious. I couldnt ask for a better deal at $9.99. Plus it was a Wednesday, so free pie was included!

It was only okay. I ordered the burger and fries. Burger was done more than I like and the fries were coldMy husband had fish and chips, he didnt even eat it all.We usually order the prime rib but we wanted to try something new.We brought more home for our dog than we ate.The room temperature was cold. Several people complained about it. Other people put on their winter jackets.This was by far our worse experience at OCharley,s.
I love OCharleys! Ive only ever been to this location but its always a great experience. I visited here with my mother and our waiter was amazing. Very attentive staff, not just our waiter made sure we were taken care of. I love the rolls they provide but my favorite thing to eat is their loaded potato soup and chicken fingers/tenders. Those chicken fingers are to die for! Get it with the honey mustard! You can thank me later!
Everything was good until our entrees came out, after an hr wait the breading was falling off the shrimp, mac and cheese seemed old and dry, potato soap taste burnt, would recommend sticking to appetizers and drinks
Was a very nice lunch. The only part I didnt like was the waitress, although very nice, seemed to rush us. Example: we were still eating (actively chewing our food) and she was asking if we needed take out containers, dessert, etc. Food was very tasty
Waited 30 minutes to be seated at erie ocharleys and 3 other couples also in comes 5 people they were told an hour wait so ladys husband and son left to go shopping well other 3 waited they didnt even have to wait 5 minutes one of charleys waitress knew them so pulled some strings to seat them right away I got up and told them I was leaving that was not right manager lady had the nerve to stand there and lie to me after I heard whole thing manager wanted to seat them cause they have special needs I said my daughter has issues but we are waiting manager shouldnt of lied and done thand on top sure they were there longer then they would of been cause whole party wasnt there to be seated shows u really appreciate peoples business u definetely dont thanks lady manager April 25 2021 6pmat no respect for customers who were waiting

Ive never had a bad experience at OCharleys and even though its a chain its one of my favorite restaurants. Ive never been disappointed in anything I ordered from there and our waitresses are always awesome too. Actually there was a time they overcooked my daughters pizza pretty bad but not only did they make her a new one the awesome manager took it off the check and personally apologized also.

Great restaurant and very clean. Prices are in line with restaurants in the area. Their sirloin steak, crab cakes, and ribs are my goto menu items. I love their crisp tortilla chips with salsa is good. The salsa does have a little heat and is just right. I would recommend this place to anyone. Friendly staff and management. I have had management stop by the table and ask how things are going during quite a few of my visits and they continue to all the other tables.
Absolutely LOVE this place (Erie pa). my fiance and i go there almost every saturday the food is amazing. The waitresses are awesome. Except one. The bartender/waitress has got to be the one of the most personalityless people Ive ever come across we were sat in her section a few months back and we assumed maybe she was just having a bad day. But no we went today got seated in her section and it was the same drab experience... she really should go get a job where she doesnt deal with other humans.. she got our orders wrong and seemed to try to talk me out of what i ordered. Anyways we will absolutely go back all the time but i will refuse to be seated in her section
The food was great. Place has a great, relaxing vibe. Our server was polite, quick, and a great sense of humor. Most of the employees and the manager them selves were very positive, up beat. A great experience for a first time buyer there.
Well I ordered online for a curbside pick up, and the manager Jen was beyond rude. First she said I have no order with your name, then continues asking if Im sure I ordered from there Im trying to tell her I did and she wouldnt listen then was like if Im not handling the order she doesnt know about it. Her customer service was terrible then she hangs up on me and brings my order out no apology nothing just rude. I will not deal with this place again.
This was my first visit here and I will definitely be returning. My aunt and I had originally been planning on going to Cheddars, but after reading some of the reviews, we decided to try OCharleys. They have a very extensive menu and everything sounded great. We each ordered an appetizer; fried green tomatoes and spinach artichoke dips, both very good. Tuesdays are AYCE chicken tenders and I was going to get that but chose ribs instead, with sweet potato fries and Mac and cheese as my sides. Their appetizers were half off so I got an order of the chicken tenders to try, and they were delicious. They brought out some rolls which were also very good. I tried their chicken harvest soup and it was good. My aunt got the seafood combo which came with cod, shrimp and Imperial stuffed crab. For dessert I ordered a piece of their caramel pie which was excellent. Our server Aimee was very friendly and attentive, and she brought drink refills without even being asked. If I had to say anything bad it would be that they didnt have something that the website said they did, but everything else definitely made up for it.

Chicken fingers were delicious as well as the bbq burger (dont remember the actual name). We ordered it midrare and it came out perfect. Service was a little slow for the number of guests there but we werent in a hurry so it wasnt a big deal.

Got us all, 16 top, in on Super Bowl Sunday before closing. Great service, awesome waiter, and manager was very accommodating. Never have a bad meal and everything was delicious.

The prime rib, either regular or grilled is the best! My favorite is the chicken strips. Super crispy all white meat, yum. Free pie Wednesday cant be beat. Service is the best. The menu has choices for every taste. Prices are in line with other restaurants so you cant go wrong.
Disappointed. Ive ordered 2 times thru doordash. Both times my order wasnt right. The first time the way they packaged it caused thing to explode and it was a mess inside the bag. The second time they were out of stock on an item. I wont ever order thru pick-up again.
My waitress was horrendous. Never checked to see if my steak and cooked correctly. I had to Ask another server for refills. Never came back and checked on us. Did not care for her attitude at all. The food was good but the service was awful
Have never had anything less than a stellar meal here. It was impressive for a chain restaurant. Also every server Ive had has been wonderful. Though I would advise that if you like a really spicy bloody mary to try another place.
The best steak in town imo with their New Orleans steak. Love the menu, but I cannot go and NOT order that killer steak! 5 times in a row so far and no end in sight.

The restaurant was clean, food was average, price was great but the service was horrible. The kitchen was fast but my waitress was the slowest I have ever experienced. No excuses for bad service. Her name started with a D, she was an older lady but she took 20 mins to bring my drink Then I received my food from the cook. The waitress never checked back until 45 mins later when she cleared the table.
Prices were rather high for the food and service. Food was good service was good. I won a gift basket and i went in the next day. I drove there to pick it up and no one knew about it , however i did have a message on my phone from the manager of the restraunt and they told me i would be called shortly and i never recieved a return call. I have no clue what all was included in the gift basket i do remember seeing it a wine on the lake, but i dont remember what all was included. 3 months later i called back and still no one seemed to know about what happened and i explained im disabled and i dont drive and i never recieved a call. What were they going to do i waited long enough and the manager gave me a 50$ gift certificate
Terrible curbside service. Weve tried it three times and each time the service was 30 minutes later than the scheduled pickup time. This time we almost cancelled the order after waiting for 40 extra minutes and there was no discount or extra dessert for the terrible service. Dont go here if you want to use curbside service.
3 ppl, Friday night, seated within 30 min, Rib Eye Steak, Pretzel Burger and Chicken Salad were all delicious and plenty of food. Service was good. Bill was reasonable. Will definitely go again :)
Great food almost everything is made in house Bud the kitchen manager is great. He will come out to the table to explain any of the menu items and allergy info. Price is good atmosphere is great drinks are great and is fairly quick. Its one of my goto places in erie. Never disappoints
Great food and service. We arrived approx an hout before they closed, tired from a long day of travels and hungry. We enjoyed appetizers, burgers, steak, ribs, soup and more. We plan to return another day for some pie.

Service was very good. Everyone was quite friendly. My guests chicken sandwich was excellent. However, the tomato basil soup was greasy, there was actually grease floating on top of the soup when it was served. My wife could not stomach the soup. I had the signature fired chicken dish, which was very good. However, it was served with mashed potatoes that were very lumpy with some pieces of potato as big as a grape. I also had broccoli which was a beautiful green color and appeared to be a real treat until I ate some and found it was cooked almost to the point of being mushy. We have eaten here several times before and this was the first time we were disappointed. We will likely skip this place of a bit and give it another chance later in the year.
Well done pub type food. Had a burger which was good, wife had chicken tenders which were very over cooked. Rolls are good. They have a brunch on Sundays which is just a menu with items from dinner and breakfast.
The food was all good...from chicken tender salad to low-country shrimp to grilled salmon with bourbon sauce....all thoroughly enjoyed their entrees! Their rolls are delicious, but second basket was slightly overbaked, and bottoms were hard. Our server, Liz, was a sweetheart! Well be back!
O’Charleys is a 10 STAR MEALBased on the positive reviews, we decided to go to O’Charleys for supper on a Monday. On arrival at 6 PM, when we saw the parking lot was packed, we knew this was a good sign!We were immediately seated, and shortly after our waitress came to our table. She was very attentive & answered our questions. We selected from the Monday Specials which were discounted by 20%.We had a very short wait for our meal.We enjoyed:*Double hand-breaded chicken tenders. So tender! So tasty!*Baby Back ribs, also tender with a delicious sauce.* Caesar Salad, a very large portion for a side dish.*Overloaded Potatoe Skin: with bacon, cheddar cheese, green onion, butter & sour creme. So good!Because the servings were large, we took home a large doggie bag for tomorrow’s lunch.We have high praises for O’Charley’s, their food, and their staff.We will definitely return on our next visit to Erie.
This place is great. Ive never had a bad experience here. The appetizers are really good. The Nashville hot chicken meal is my favorite. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
The food and service at this O’Charley’s is consistently top-rate...was surprised the first time we visited, just looking for a quick bite before an appointment, and now we have become regulars. Food is always hot, fresh, and comes before you expect it. Service is head and shoulders above most restaurants, friendly and on it without hovering. Great value for your money!
After waiting for almost 45 minutes for a table, as we ordered we were told that they ran out of prime rib 30 minutes ago. It would have been nice if they would have let those people know who were waiting so if someone wanted to have the prime rib, like we did, we would have had the opportunity to go somewhere else.
My 1st time there and it was great. The service was awesome, waitress was very attentive and very polite. Food was great! It sure wont be my last time there!
Went to the restaurant on a recommendation and couldnt have been more impressed. When I walked in I was worried that we may have a bad experience because the hostess was not very enthusiastic and seemed to have a little bit of an attitude, but once we sat I quickly got over it. my girlfriend got the steak and chicken tender combo and I got the 12oz ribeye. both steaks were cooked perfectly, clean cuts of meat with 0 gristle. even the veggies were steamed perfectly, prompt drink refills and friendly service. Last but not least the price point, for 2 people to order a steak dinner with specialty drinks for under $45 is a huge pro in my opinion. so impressed we left about a 40% tip and will return.
Great food! Danielle kicks @$$ at the bar and is extremely friendly. Always a great time. We had an issue with our steaks being undercooked this time, but local management took care of us.

They cannot cook a medium rare burger. After insisting on trying again they bring me out a medium well burger asking if I like that better. I just said yeah its fine bc at this point my family was finished eating. The manager then tells me well from now on then when you go to a restaurant order medium because thats what you like better. Talking to me like Im a child and dont know what I like. It was very rude. I worked at a restaurant for several years I know what medium rare is and I know what I like. Also from the moment we sat down our waitress was rude. I will never go back.

2022-04-08Food was goodIm hopeful it wasnt from eating here but last Thursday we came to have dinner and my kids felt instantly ill. I honestly figured they didnt want to go shopping well we made it right up the road to target where they both threw up. My uncle and myself also got sick on the way home A 3 day sickness followed seamed to be food poisoningLike I mentioned I hope not but the only one not sick was my toddler and she didnt eat anything😔

So we boxed it and someone ate it later. Im picky tho. Everyone else liked what they ordered. Clean and fantastic service all around

2022-03-25What a fantastic place to eat! The service was great and the prices were within reason. The atmosphere was very nice and everything was very clean. The portions were very good and everything the 3 of us ordered was delicious. My ribeye steak was to die for. I will be going back again and again as this has now become my favorite restaurant.

2022-05-18I have ate here many times before and this was the worse visit. Food was cold, overcooked, and thrown together. I ask for the manager who said she will have the food cook again. Glasses that a drink was in was filthy 😳 I am mad cause I love their fish. Manager was trying to rectify situation she was about to be a Karen. I know we were treated this way because of being black. If you dont serve blacks or want them in your place say that. Going to file a grievance with corporate

2022-05-26We love the diverse menu selections. This is one of the very few chain restaurants we go to. Always a delicious meal with friendly staff at the Erie, PA location, and an enjoyable atmosphere.Try the grilled romaine wedge salad.
