So Review Update: I went last Saturday to get my nails done. I was able to get a last minute appointment and was super happy about that. They had my regular color Funny Bunny.. love that color) and I sat with Amy very nice girl but quality of service a 2. I had 3 coats of polish. Now this color is like a cloudy white. Very neutral well supposed to be anyway. Three coats makes it look straight white. She said it was because of me taking the acrylic off my nails were ragged but I’m certain that where the filing and shaving down come in at. She did not start the polish at my cuticles so the polish was very visible and bubbly from the start and the polish on the nail bed was completely uneven. My sides were sloppy. It looked like I did my nails myself with my left hand. I didn’t get a massage with my manicure no lotion just a bunch of oil. I hate to do this but they are pricey and I would like to get my money’s worth. Gel manicures should be lasting at least 2-3 weeks with proper care not less than a week. Because I liked the customer service I am going to go back for a second time and be sure to sit with someone else.
Omnia is where you go when you want the best nails, pedicures, eyebrows, eyelashes, and more ! Lilly is my nail technician. She does an excellent job and always materializes my ideas for designs. She is friendly, funny, and makes me feel super comfortable. Thank you Lilly!!! And... Omnia spared no expense on making sure that clients are socially distanced and protected while receiving services... thank you Omnia!!!
This place is horrible. Ive been here three times hoping I would luck up and get someone good since they have so many techs but Im just tired of throwing money away. I got a manicure and pedicure each time and it was the same result each time. Half done cuticle work, uneven nail lengths, and sub par polished nails. Save yourself some time and disappoint just go somewhere else unless you like throwing your money away.
Omnia overcharges. $50 extra for a stamp design on each nail? Within 2-3 days mynail polish was fading off and scratched and I didn’t do any particularly demanding task. I wish they would provide a steady, quality service with high quality materials that last. I will find a salon with a better overall value.
Awesome customer service and I will definitely go back but unfortunately it felt like the woman who did my nails was in a rush or something. The polish doesn’t cover my whole nail and there are a lot of bumps. I got my nails done three days ago and one already started peeling. I’m upset only because the woman was really nice and I’m sure she does a great job but she really pushed me to get gel and didn’t do well at all. I will definitely ask for someone else next time. If the quality continues I’ll have to find somewhere else to go.
I’ve only been going here because of the location from my house and of course the complimentary champagne/wine/or mimosa. However, the chairs are low and wide and uncomfortable. Some of the techs try to pressure you into gel polish, which I still don’t care about. It’s usually crowded and not luxurious anymore because now it’s getting worn out and ghetto. I’m an interior designer, so I pay attention to everything related to comfort and design. (Lol sorry not sorry.) Other nail salons nearby lately have had better service and cleanliness...they just don’t serve beverages. 😕My nails were okay... acrylic and natural. Only 1x it looked like I did it myself. I never had a good, caring experience with the older ladies or the men for some reason. They always rush me away. The younger ladies were nice and can hold a conversation and they like there job.
I’ve been going to this place since it was called Luxe, literally years. I typically get a full set, pedi and eyebrows/lips waxed. These last three visits have been horrible though. The first incident left me with crooked acrylic and thin nail color, but a cute color so I let it slide. Also with my pedi smudged as soon as I walked outside. Shame. The second time I went I got my eyebrows and lips waxed. My eyebrows were usuall kept thick but now they are super thin and sad looking. :( Also only part of my lip was waxed leaving one side fuzzy, not a cute look. Now, yesterday I went in for a refill because my nails were starting to lift (not cute, let me tell you lol) and the nail tech I had make my acrylic so thick and crooked it’s embarrassing. I’ll insert a picture of the worst nail as well. I paid $45 for a horrible refill and a bottle of water. So mad I would recommend people to come here. Never again.
I had an okay experience, they do pressure you to get gel nails, there’s no dryer for regular nails. I wanted white nail polish , she said I should get a little white so I did , she messed up and covered it with black polish and charged me for all these designs . I was told the gel full set would be 65 and eyebrows 10 idk how my total ended up being 95 dollars. My eyebrows were horrible!! It’s been three day and they don’t look done at all .
My nails are horrible.. what nail spa dont have a dryer for your nails.. after doing my nails I was told that theres no dryer for regular polish.. will never go back. Technician was rude.. yes its a clean spa but get your staff in order, I pay good money here..make you client know before that theres no dryer for regular polish. This is the first time I have gotten my nails done and theres no dryer..deceiving..
Loved being able to book an appointment and as soon as I walked in, I was serviced. After getting liquid gel nails ( Michael recommended because “it last longer”) 5 days later, my middle finger nail popped off. I was pleased when I called they asked me to come back inside and fixed the issue. Well today, another nail popped off. After paying over $150..... completely unacceptable! Did I forget to mention all of my nails are a different shape. #nonsense
I love this place! The technicians are able to do styles that are in demand and popular. It is modern, clean, and they give you a beverage. I wish they could sell alcoholic beverages but I guess not yet. They inspire me to open my own nail salon. Their prices can be a bit steep. You do get what you pay for. I like going to the younger technicians bc they shape nails the best but the older techs are great too. Very nice and personable. If you run into a problem, which I have, with a technician. They will resolve it on the spot. They need to get rid of one tech bc he hurt my bonus daughter hand and was rough and mean w her. She was nervous about getting her nails done. It was uncalled for. The manager was apologetic and seemed to be annoyed by the techs behavior bc he often has issues. They need to retire him honestly. Other than that💕, this is my spot.
Don’t get me wrong the hospitality here was very nice. They asked me if I wanted something to drink. It was nice. But the amount of money I paid for in my nails to already look like this week later is not OK. My nails look horrible like I’ve had them for over two weeks and my toenails chipped already. Also the prices you see online is not what you are going to end up paying at the end. They add random stuff and it DOUBLES your payment. That was my first and last time going there. Take your money elsewhere 😭😭
I have been wanting to find a nail salon closer to my house and decided to try this place since it looks big with lots of nail techs. The equipments were not clean and the place was dirty in terms of little things like the chair and sink, etc. What really upset me was that they don’t follow the pricing they listed on their website. I got a liquid gel set for $65 when the website said $50 and an eyebrow wax for $15 instead of $10. I didn’t realize this until I got home and realized that my total was way too high. There is also a 5% surcharge on all payments in credit or debit because of the pandemic and tips can only be in cash. After $84 I won’t be going back here. Also the receptionist who picked up when I made my appointment was just plain rude.
I liked being able to make an appointment online. However once inside, they really push gel services and dont want to take no for an answer. Once I was clear that I wanted a regular mani/pedi I only got bare minimum service. No offer of drinks that others got. They dont have dryers now due to COVID.
Aweful!! Tech tried to convince me to get a Gel mani, instead of the Dip mani I desired. I wanted a white opague Dip color. What I got was a sheer white. (Language barrier didnt help).I expressed my disappoinment. Tech removed the Dip, but my poor WEAK nails were paper thin at that point, because removal buffing.I got Gel white mani instead. It wa s rushed The worst part at counter they sneak 5% service charge really quickly..before you can look up after entering yr debit card..total read $42.00 instead $40.00. I went to this salon bec it is literally around the corner my house NEVER AGAIN
Well, lets start with how professional and cleanliness the salon is. My sister and I came in today and was greeted with so warmness. Our attendant, Lynn was/is the business. She made sure my sister and I were comfortable and also shes knowledgeable about eyelashes and how to maintain them. Also, they give complementary drinks 🍸. I truly appreciate the service that they gave. Did I mention that give complementary drinks Hahaha. My tip my hat over to you guys. Thanks.
I am completely disappointed in my service. It had been just about 2 years since I treated myself to nails because of being a new mom and coronavirus. I visited this salon before and was very pleased so I was looking forward to my appointment. I received a pedicure and full set. Both were done sloppily. The shaping of my nails is embarrassing. I wish I had noticed it earlier but I was really relaxing in the salon, something I hadnt done in a really long time. The paint job has bubbles and is uneven. Im really disappointed with the service. Maybe it was just Jonathan but I am completely bummed.
Made a 9am appointment and was seen and seated immediately. The ambiance is extremely relaxing, great music and they offer a drink (I got a mimosa) customarily. My nails were done quick and well and just like I asked. Friendly service and they get you in and out. The only complaint I have is cost. Kinda expensive. I got a full set gel polish and it came to $81. Wow. Also, they charge a covid 19 PPE fee which I’ve never seen before. Overall, you pay for what you get. Happy with my nails
Went in about a week ago, and the service was just okay. You are definitely paying for the amenities in my opinion (like the Mimosas, Wine, etc.). I received a hot stone pedicure (which I received a gel set, since you can’t use the nail dryers in the age of Covid). The service was professional, however the gel set didn’t last in the slightest and it wasn’t all that amazing when I first received it either. This location was fairly crowded as well (even though Covid precautions are taken such as temperature checks upon arrival and dividers set up between every chair). However, I went because I wanted a pedicure for my birthday, but that would be my first and last time visiting.
I went to omnia for the first time last week, the appointment i scheduled i asked for a full acrylic set. when i arrived Antoine did my nails, he didn’t ask whether i wanted acrylic or something else, he just started doing hard gel which is twice as expensive. He said it would cost me 95 dollars for tips and a design. At first I said no because that is double what i normally pay, but i had been looking forward to the design that i wanted so I ended up just telling him to do it. He then takes out this gel which I have never seen before, put a large layer on my nails, said it may be hot when i put my nails under the UV... it was so hot i felt like my nail beds were going to burn off, it was honestly so painful I thought to myself something must be wrong. I managed to get through the process, he did an ok job they looked good so i still tipped and left, he told me hard gel is better for your nails and lasts longer. 3 DAYS LATER the thumb nail completely pops off while switching laundry. completely unacceptable given the amount of money I spent. They told me to come back in and they would fix it for free if it was under a week. I went back in and the woman who fixed my thumbnail did a great job, and she put a thin protective layer of hard gel on my nail to protectthen from getting too hot which Antoine failed to do and I didn’t even realize that was necessary until I went back. The day after I fixed the one nail another fell off, we are still under 1 week since i spent over $100 dollars on my nails here. I ended up buying nail glue from the grocery store and will be gluing them back on as they fall off. I will not be coming back, unfortunately it seems some of the other nail techs probably do a good job and it is a nice place but I am extremely upset with the service that was provided.
Professionalism is lacking at this establishment. I came in for a gel pedicure and a full set. Everything seemed fine until 2 nails popped off after 4 days and the gel polish came off of two toenails around the same time due to the tech forgetting to apply the base coat. (I made that mistake when doing my own gel manicure my first time doing it which is how I know ). When I called the receptionist seemed to have an attitude and was very unapologetic about it . When I came in my toes were fixed fairly quickly but I sat Unacknowledged for 35-40 min waiting on my nails to be fixed so I decided to leave and will not be returning.
I walked in and the line was obnoxiously long but they said the wait would only be 15 min. Didn’t end up waiting at all. I got exactly what I came for- basic though so idk how it is with advanced stuff. The salon is bigger then I thought. Could have done with a better looking front though.
This is the first nail salon that Ive been to that is over priced for what should be included such as a hand massage which I never received. I thought about it and its to get you out of the seat for the next person. The Gel nails with tips did not last a week without a couple of the nails falling off. Plus they charge you extra if you want long tips. I rather go to a nail salon thats not as fancy looking than getting poor quality service. Shame on you for not providing top service for what you charge your customers for. Beware of them taking advantage of you, dont be blind sided by their generosity.
My daughter and I went there lon May 5th for a little mommy daughter spa day and paid $123.00 for both us to get gel manicures, an essentil pedicure, gel pedicure and my daughter got two designs. Both techs rushed through the services and my daughter has had the gel come off of three nails after two days. I have never had this happen before which is why I am upset. It seems as though they are becoming more careless with the more customers that they get. I will be considering going elsewhere.
WOW! THIS PLACE IS MAGIC. Get a spa pedicure or a hot stone pedicure. It is life changing.it makes me so happy to come here. The prices are reasonable. The staff is so friendly and the receptionist is so sweet. Make an appointment because it can get busy. They give a complimentary drink. This is the ULTIMATE nail experience, more than your everyday nail shop.
Completely satisfied..Lilly did my nails full set....she is the best...super cool very friendly and professional....did i mention fast too...who ever did my pedicure also fast and wonderful she went to work...lol.....Pricey but worth it....I deserve it....PS...complimentary drinks
UPDATE: I am changing my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars because after I wrote the review below, the manager personally apologized to me and provided me with a discount on my next nail appointment. I have not had an issue with nail polish chipping or with nails popping off since the last 3 times that I have been there. Also, some of the nail technicians mentioned to me that the management team called a meeting with all of the employees to address some of the complaints. It was extremely refreshing to hear that and I truly appreciate this businesss ability to take feedback and aim to make things better!- JennIt’s really unfortunate that I have to write this review because I used to love this place so much. When they first opened up, they were so on point. My nails used to be flawless, the place was always neat and spotless, the staff were well dressed, and the customer service was amazing. However, my last couple of visits have been disappointing.I have had to return at least 2-3 times after getting my nails done to get my nails fixed due to chipped nail polish or due to my nail entirely popping off! I don’t do hard labor at my job; I literally sit at desk and attend meetings. In addition, I always wear plastic gloves while cleaning, so it makes no sense for my nails to keep getting damaged within a day or two of getting them done! ! I must mention that they have never hesitated to fix the damaged nails free of charge, but I shouldn’t have to keep coming back to get my nails fixed. I just want to get my nails done and be good for two weeks! Who has time to keep making trips back to the salon?? Not me! Also, the last time that I went back to fix my nails, two other clients were there for the same issue! This salon is very expensive compared to other places and I was willing to pay high fees for good service, but at this point, I feel like I’m getting ripped off. It just isn’t worth the hassle any more....I’m so annoyed and disappointed. I really hope that the management team will address this issue.
While I was completely impressed with the host and professionalism around booking my appointment along with the courtesy phone call reminder, my good feelings about Omni stopped when I got to my nail tech. It was the worst attention to detail manicure with I have ever gotten. She rushed through the entire process, my towels were cold and there was no massage. The finish of polish on my nails is uneven and has already cracked. My “clean up” to my eyebrows was no clean up- I had to pluck and reshape my brows myself upon my return home. I was completely disappointed in my experience with my nail tech and would not recommend her to anyone looking for even mediocre customer service. I will not return or recommend.
Unfortunately on two occasions my nails were done and looked great but a week later my nails fell off....which was very frustrating. I am sure it may have been the nail tech I was working with as this salon has a large following and seems to always be bustling with people.
Let me just say this. All my life i was looking for a nail spa that provides wine while being pampered and i found it. Yaahh this place right here. I was so happy and the service that Tracy provided was beautiful. She was so kind and sweet and was talking to me. Normally they will be quite the whole time. I really liked it. They were all nice and the service was on point this is my official nail place to come. You have me as a customer. You will not be disappointed. 😊😊
Professionals!! Busy! Multiple work stations (12+ with a worker at every single table; thats unheard of!)I made an appointment; they tried to keep as close to the time as possible. (I love that.)I was served an adult beverage upon arrival (🙆🏾♀️) and OJ during my nail service. The tech I had was witty & she was precise with walking me through the $ breakdown of her work. (I cant remember her name, unfortunately.) Each worker, I encountered, spoke great English; communicating was so easy. Overall, the salon was well-functioning. All were punctual, kind and thoughtful. I will return soon.
The nail salon is clean, the nail techs are all very nice..so for the most part, the customer service is great. The receptionist isn’t all that polite, and I’ve been there on numerous occasions..she isn’t the friendliest. On a different note, I have left there many of times, unhappy with my nails. I continue to go back because most times it’s convenient. The prices are high, I’m sure because of them relocating and it’s now suppose to be an upscale salon (which is fine) but the gel polish doesn’t last a full two weeks. That’s just my personal experience. The acrylic chips sometimes too, so it’s a little disappointing. Like I said, the salon is clean, it’s nice...they do a good job with offering mimosas, water..orange juice etc. but if I can go elsewhere, I’d rather do that. The owner and her mother are both very..very pleasant. It’s always nice to see them when I do come in. Visit for yourself and gather your own opinion, because everybody’s experience won’t be the same. Some may LOVE it there, some may not like it at all, but find out for yourself.
The nail tech did a great job on my nails today. I originally had my full set put on at this shop and loved the outcome but because of the price decided to go elsewhere for the refill. Needless to say you get what you pay for the outcome was horrible, they applied way too much acrylic and my nails looked very cheaply done. I went to Omni today because I was due for a refill and the nail tech was able to remove those horrible nails and reapply natural looking acrylics with gel polish, it was a bit pricey but its so worth it. They also give free beverages and have massage chairs for pedicures and are very clean. I would definitely recommend this shop.
I love coming here. Each tech is very attentive. They make sure you are enjoying every second of your service. They have a huge selection of colors. Check out Tu and Mary (two) they are amazing. They are very detailed and love what they do. Definitely treat yourself to a spa pedicure. You will not be disappointed. You feet will feel heavenly afterwards. They have an onsite ATM which only charges $1. Tips are cash only and they provide envelopes to show your tech some love. Overall, you will fall in love with this place and will not want to go to any other place after experiencing this luxury nail salon.
I use to love this salon when it was Fancy Nails. I went to get my nails done today.. & I didn’t particularly love the way my mani and pedi was done. So, I asked the the receptionist, does she recommend a good nail technician. She became VERY NASTY & stated.. “went don’t do that, we do recommendations!” .... Needless to say, this was my last time here. Thanks!
Omnia Nail spa is the best place to go for manicures, pedicures, eyebrows, lashes and amazing customer service! Lynn is the only person in the world who can wax my brows (YES, SHE IS THAT GOOD!) Jonathan did a full set for me this past weekend and honestly I cannot stop staring at my nails! I moved to center city but continue to make the drive to City Avenue because the quality and service here cannot be beat! :)
The service was good my appointment was pushed back by 1/2 hour. When I arrived I still had to wait. The salon was full, great drinks and my Tech was amazing! Nail Polish was thinned out so walking to the car my toe polish was messed up! If I go back I would bring my own polish but for the price I shouldn’t have to so I don’t think I will return! I tried..........
I had an appointment & when I arrived there was still a wait. My nail tech was great I got the sports pedi.I had a mimosa which was great. But my toe polished smudged on the way to the car & I had on slides. They thin there polish out so if I was to go back I would bring my own polish. They dont have all the neon & glitter colors I probably wouldnt go back because of there polish.
I use to love this place when they first opened the salon. My recent experience was absolutely nothing but horrible and I couldn’t believe it. I went in to get a overlay gel refill and a gel polish change on my toes. The girl that did my toes did the worst job on my toes I’ve ever had! The polish I had on before wasn’t removed completely and asked her to remove all polish before starting and she refused, so instead of arguing with her I let her continue. Once she polished my toes with the second coat I pointed out to her that she missed a whole part of my toe nail that wasn’t polished so what she did was instead of removing and fixing my toes she took glitter gel polish and tried to cover her mistake but my toes ended up looking like my 2year old did my feet. So I complained to the front desk and before I paid they rescheduled me to come back to have ALL of my toes redone along with 4nails sent me my text and I rushed out the door because I had my grandmother funeral to attend that’s the only reason I couldn’t stay to get them fix right then and there. So I returned to get my nails fixed and don’t you know they denied ever saying that they would fix all of my toes and I was in such disbelief that they would do this to me! I’m completely appalled and saddened that my experience with this place was definitely not to my satisfaction at all I cried when I returned to my vehicle because I was over flooded with emotions I was angry and confused because this salon isn’t cheap and the service I received from them was absolutely unacceptable and I deserve a full refund. I will never go back to them again.
********MUST READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!**********I will honestly never go back to this place again. The people were very nice and the ambience is very relaxing but this was the worst nail job I ever had. I was in the nails salon for 4 hours on a Monday. I wanted a gel pedicure and a gel full set with a chrome finish. The tech who did my nails seems to not know what she was doing. When the acrylic was applied to my nails, she got it everywhere, it was all over the skin around my nails and applied extremely thick as if it was 2004 and I was getting bubble nails. Even though she applied acrylic everywhere there still were holes on my nails where she didnt apply the acrylic fully. There was also glue all the way around my nails from when she applied the tips. What made it worst was that the other techs kept walking by looking and what she was doing shaking there heads and making comments in their language as if they knew that I was frustrated and she didnt know what she was doing but no one stopped her or helped her. On top of all of this she cut my fingers numerous times taking big chunks of skin off my hair. I was bleeding and suffered from extremely sore fingers when I got home, couldnt even fold clothes. The receptionist and another tech finally intervened after I asked to speak to a manager who wasnt there. The tech tried to fix my nails as best as she could but even she agreed the nail job was horrible. So after attempting to fix the mess that was already mad the new tech and the receptionist applied the chrome quite messy I might add. At this time it was around 7:30pm I had been there since 4:30 and they closed at 6:00pm. Finally when I was done the receptionist told me my bill was $105 and she would take $5 off because the tech cut me. I literally wanted to cry I was tired and my nails looked terrible. Even my pedicure was terrible I paid for a gel pedicure and asked that my toe nails be shaped extremely square. The original tech who messed up my manicure also did my pedicure. She cut my toe nails extremely short and filed them round , she seemed uninterested in massaging my feet, taking the dead skin off or even scrubbing the bottom it was the laziest pedicure Ive ever had. Now it is two days later and the chrome is peeling off every single nail. They have a policy where you can return within a week I believe to get your gel nails repaired but I left for school the day after I got my nails done. So now Im currently in another city out of $100 dollars and with peeling nails. Needless to say I will never do business with this place again.
I am visiting from Atlanta and when I say this place is on point, it’s an understatement! They checked everyone’s temperature upon arrival. Hand sanitizer immediately. Covid preparation full force🙌🏾Professional with every customer. Hospitable, as I wasn’t getting my nails done yet was offered a glass of wine. My daughter loves her gel princess mani/pedi! My new Philly nail salon! Forever
I used to visit this salon frequently when it first opened and was still called Luxe. I loved it! I thought the environment felt very high end and I appreciated the cleanliness.I havent visited the salon in over a year after traveling frequently and finding another, less expensive salon. A few weeks ago, I decided to schedule an appointment with my Omnia tech as a birthday treat. I was completely horrified when I walked in! The appearance of the salon has gone down tremendously in my opinion. The walls are marked up and dirty. The corners and ledges behind the pedicure chairs are completely dusty. The pedicure chairs are worn. A place that used to make me feel relaxed made me feel completely skeeved out!My tech did a great job as usual but Im not sure Ill be back, due to the environment. Im not one to write reviews but felt obliged since this is a place I once loved!
The pedicure I received was poorly done, it was less than 15 minutes before my pedicure was finished. My chair massage wasn’t asked to be turned on.. and as my feet still remained dry after the service with barely any foot/leg massage. Thought that was the point of a pedicure!Unfortunately l wasn’t happy with my service I received this week.
I usually go there and the nail techs do a good job but the past two times I have been it has been horrible. I asked for a manicure and a cut down. The nail tech Susan cut my nails spast my skin, she didn’t file evenly, and my cuticles still look horrible. I paid $36 for a simple manicure and pedicure and left completely unsatisfied.
This rating is solely for their waxing services.Do NOT get your eyebrows waxed here. This is the third time Ive tried them because they do a decent job with my nails. I thought somebody in this place has to be good and hoped the third technician I tried for this service would do a better job with my brows if I made it clear I want them arched not just waxed, I was wrong. She completely ruined the arch in my eyebrows then filled it in with powder which only made it look worse.
It started off great, I made an appointment for 1 but got there a little early and they serviced me immediately. The guy was nice offered me a drink but he just kept trying to upsell me. I was going to get 2 acrylic nails (med length) filled with rhinestones but changed my mind when the price wouldve been an additional $15 PER finger. His entire demeanor changed after that he became very nasty and impatient. I never even got the massage for my manicure. During the pedicure he put cuticle oil in my palms for me to do and complained about having to take polish off. It was the worst experience Ive had and it was the most expensive one. I wont be back. UPDATE every nail popped off after a week.
I’ve frequented this place on and off for some time and they really need to hire more skilled technicians. They did an awful job on the dip powder nails I got twice in the past and today I went for a pedicure and I felt that it was rushed 20 minutes exactly from start to finish! It seemed the youngster who was my technician couldn’t wait to get back to texting her friends☹️When I go to the salon I want a relaxing soothing experience I don’t want to feel like I ran thru a car wash! They need to step up their game ijs
I enjoyed the service and the salon is spotless. Good customer service but not great and each time I visit there is a child present that isn’t being serviced.... not my idea of a RELAXING SPA Experience. I will continue with my appointments because they’re the best I found so far in Philly .
I wanted to love this place so bad. They are very good at checking in prior to an appointment to make sure customers are still holding their appointment time. There’s also never a wait for me because I set my appointments up and that’s really amazing because some salons still make you weigh even after setting up an appointment.First time I went to the salon one of the male nail technicians used the drill too close to my cuticle and cut me and then picked at it because he wasn’t aware that he had cut me. The nails themselves did actually come out beautifully but I don’t think my cuticles being cut has to be on the line.In hopes of giving them another chance I went back and had the male nail technician Daniel work on a refill. There were moments where I questioned if he knew what he was doing but all in all everything came together at the end.I went back for what would be my final time requesting my full set be taken off for a fresh new set. I was given Daniel again. FIRST annoyance was that my right pinky cuticle was cut and leaving a little bit. Daniel proceeded to look at it by putting his finger on top of it even though it was already irritated - I asked him to stop irritating it and he said he was just looking at the cut.SECOND annoyance came w the take off process. Daniel put my fingers in a bowl of acetone and then would drill off whatever acrylic had softened by the time. He did this about two times and then was trying to move on to putting tips on my nails. I kindly told Daniel that the acrylic was still on my fingers and after some convincing he agreed. He dipped my fingers in the acetone again and drilled what had softened - at which point Daniel said all the acrylic is off. I saw that the acrylic was still on my nails and he still needed to take more off and asked him to do so. He agreed and finally after another round of acetone and drilling the acrylic was off.Daniel proceeded to apply my tips and then started the dip powder process. I have gotten dip powder many times before at about 5 different salons. If anyone knows the powder system you know that there are different coats of polish you have to put on after each powder dip. Daniel put on a coat of base dip powder polish, dipped my nail, THEN put on a topcoat that wasn’t even apart of the dip powder polish system. He proceeded to do this and haphazardly filed and drilled my nails. He had to reapply dip powder to my pinkies specifically at least three times because when he used the drill he went through the color again and again. At this point it’s about 12 PM and I got there at 10 AM. I’ve been in and out of this place getting a manicure and pedicure within a two hour timeframe prior and Daniel and I weren’t even close to being done. He drills my nails trying to “shape” them with what looked like the wrong head bit because it wasn’t what I was used to seeing at this stage in the process - but I’m not a nail tech so I wasn’t trying to overthink it. He then tries to go to the final step of the process but picks up a base coat bottle again to go over my nails at which point I asked him to stop completely. My nails looks like the most unshaped, uneven, rough piece a mess that I have ever seen. I kindly asked to be seen by another nail tech but he wanted to try and make it work and said “No, I got you. I can fix it for you.” At this point I sincerely felt he did not know what he was doing and I said I want to be seen by another person. The woman at the front desk comes to my chair looks at the nails and sees that the nails are not shaped the way they should be before they go onto a topcoat (even though he had a base coat in his hand). She asked the woman next to Daniel, Hannah, to take over. Hannah said she won’t do it a couple times and then after some prodding she agrees. We get into a conversation about whatever and Hannah told me that she saw what Daniel was doing and knew it was wrong but didn’t say anything.Nails actually look great but not going here again.
Great Clean,Comfortable & Courteous Environment with a Honorable and Pleasant Staff..I 😍😍😍 this place..You get what you pay for, a little pricey but well worth it. Complimentary beverage of choice from wine🍷 to water💧, the chairs 💺are not worn out. they will bring your nail 💅vision to reality. The mini pedi/mani spa will have your hands & feet feeling brand new. I left my wedding rings💍 here my accident after getting a gel manicure returned the following day and they had them set aside Waiting for me...I appreciate their honorable business practice and staff Because they could of stolen them or not returned them..Never cheating on them with another nail salon again👐...❤💅💅💅
I will start off by saying that this nail spa is wayyyy over priced for such horrible quality. I spent 68 dollars on my acrylic set and pedicure. I could have spent a total of max 45 dollars and would have received way better quality. The customer service is okay but thats about as good as it gets I feel like I paid 68 dollars just for a glass of orange juice. My acrylic set was done by BeBe I believe Im not sure because they may have changed it. Everything seemed fine she gave me a design for a extra 15 dollars, she was very sociable, she seemed like she knew what she was doing. My pedicure was done by a man not sure if his name. Which was average. I received these services on Sunday. Monday comes one nail breaks.. Wednesday comes 2 nails break. Friday comes another one breaks. Today is Saturday and another one..... So thats a total of 5 nails... I only have 10 fingers.. I have never had a hand of nails break in a week. Especially for such a high price. I would not recommend them to anyone at all.
I am a loyal customer, the service is AWESOME! I admit there have been small issues when I was adjusting to find my perfect nail tech within the salon. But I will forever be a happy customer at Luxe nail salon!! Their customer service is exceptional and keeps me coming back everytime.
I’m so glad I went to Omni nails today. I went to another place first and they were close that was nothing but God🙏🏽🙏🏽 The pretty girl name lily did my nails. omg they look fabulous. She is amazing. I already booked my next appointment. I’m giving them a million stars. Thanks Omni nails and a big big thanks to Lily!!!
The customer service is great unfortunately I got my nails done on a Friday they were popping off the following week totally disappointed I spent hundred dollars. I went back to get the nails fixed the ones that came off and two days later they popped back off I will not be going back to this place ever . Never in the history of getting my nails done have they popped off a week later.
I went in for a sports pedicure was charged $62 and theyre pamphlet said it included, Shape, Cuticle Trim, Exfoliating Scrub, Massage, Hot Towel, Paraffin Dip & Polish. The women put paraffin on my feet for 30 seconds. I think the exfoliating scrub is what she wiped on and off my leg or maybe that was the massage since she used a hot towel to do it I guess that counted. The service I received was not worth $62. This place is over priced and their service is bad. I will not be coming back.
Very disappointed with how my nails turned out, and most importantly VERY VERY angry that no one even showed any concern about my $20.00 that never came out of the ATM machine that day. And I honestly thought the machine was broke until I went home and went through my transactions. After reviewing my account I noticed that $20 was deducted out of my account from omnia nails spa atm. I called omnia nails several times about this matter and each time the woman at the front desk told me that the owner would call me about this, it’s been oven a week and no has called. I’m not surprise! Just disappointed. I hardly ever write reviews but at this point this is just ridiculous and unprofessional, and as a business owner myself I will never treat my paying customers like this.. EVER!I know it’s only $20 to them, but that’s a lot of money to me just to lose.
I was here with my girlfriend, we both got pedicures, as a man, I have never got one before but in my humble opinion this is the way it should be! Complimentary drinks, massage chairs, nice people. They always smile and spark conversations, truly a lovely place, go there!
If i could give ZERO stars i would. They had glued my skin to my literal finger nail to my SKIN and i had to peel it off so painful and they made my acrylic look so thick i look like I have cement blocks on my fingers. I was cut TWICE and had to say ow loudly because It hurt that bad. I do not recommend save your 45 dollars and go to a different place.
This used to be my favorite place to go! The service is horrible now Everybody is always in a rush so much in a rush that they expect for you to put your feet in Pre-ran water for a pedicure! The nail polish jobs are horrible, the paint on the walls are flaking and peeling, pieces of wood just laying around, the nail techs have wayyyyy to much conversation amongst each other, All around just a horrible experience! My nail tech is no longer there and I’ve tried 2 other people Who have damn near cut my big toe off! I won’t be Back evvvvvver
I got my nails done at Omnia on a Friday the 30th of November, and got a SNS dip powder manicure and it has been two days and its already chipped and the top coat already peeled off. I do not reccomend getting a dip powder manicure if you decide to get one there. Otherwise, everything else is okay, Ive gotten my toes done before there and they did a good job.
Had my nails done along with my 3 daughters and first of my nails is different length after nothing when I left and she use the buffer and cut my hand and said it’s ok and my other daughter nails is going different directions and my other daughter have a lump in her nail from my filing it down good smh .Over price and rush your nails and not sanitizing when switching customers......
Oh how I enjoy this salon...the staff and owners know you by your name...i appreciate the service, because they are very accomodating and makes everyone feel special...everyone is very pleasant, they all do great work, the massaging chairs help for a great pedicure experience...its never too loud, relaxing, the family who owns it are very professional and the kicker? you can choose whether you would like water, wine or a mimosa along with your service! I tell all my friends and I bring my family and friends as well! ...sigh...oh how I wish every day could be an Omnia Nail Spa day!
This was my first visit (saturday)and I though it was great.I was happy when I left.I got a pedi with a mani gel polish color black. The next day(sun) I felt Id been hoodwinked!!! My gel polish was peeling off.Ive been getting gel since it became the new trend theres no way gel can peel off literally as if its putty unless its applied wrong.I went in that sunday and got two nails redone. Here it is tuesday and my thumb peeled off.Im just disappointed. Ive had gel sets last for two weeks with the only problem is the grow out at the bottom but the gel was all intact.Im going in thursdays becuase they so no consideration for customers time when they are doing repairs for poor work.So I have to walk around tacky.I wouldnt recommend them for a regular go to because of the quality of thier work
Lovely salon with a relaxing atmosphere and complimentary wi-fi; complimentary water, orange juice, mimosa, or wine.If you’re going for a pedicure, I recommend getting the sports pedicure which includes a mask, scrub, and hot stone massage. For technicians, I recommend Lyn (the owners daughter), Jonathan (my loyal grandmother’s tech), or Abraham.
Always best to book appointment, first salon Ive ever been to that has plenty of nail techs who are very polite and friendly, even the ladies at the front who book appointments, clean environment, its a really good salon when asked about where to go I always recommend omni.A little pricey but worth every dollar and they give complementary drinks as well
I like this place, they treat you like you are VIP, I got my mini+pedi gel nice work, and they give you free drink choice of : Champaign / Orangjuice / Wine / Water. The store very nice and clean the owner have a very good systems.I finally got my Favorited place to go, -
They are so rude ridiculousJennifer and HydeTried to charge me extra for the same thing I got last weekHyde didnt want to do my nails because I wanted a lot and it would take a long timeThen was very rude and tried to tell me to go someplace cheaperOmg!! I dont mind paying for my nails but I do mind people being rude and talking to me as if Im not a paying customer
In 20 + years of having my nails done, I have NEVER had a nail fungus. Got one there. All the wine in the world isnt worth that. If you go there and have the same fate, soak in Braggs Apple cider vinegar daily until it goes away. Omnia, I wont be back. Clean your tools
The back where you get waxing is sooo dirty!!!!!The last time I was there, I saw a roach on the floor. I told the lady who was waxing me and she just stomped her feet to scared it away instead of killing it. The whole time I was scared that the roach was going to climb up the wall on me. Cant believe I stayed....Another thing... they didnt open on time, and the girls at the front desk is young and unprofessional 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿.
Hands down, Bonita does one of the best main-Tedis Ive ever gotten. Its more expensive than my usual spots but well worth the extra cost. The quality of their work is excellent.Although I keep showing up on a day when the regular nail design lady isnt available, theyve been able to accommodate my nail design request.FYI, not all salons will do designs not already in their little sample palette. The first time Ive gotten a gel manicure from them, it lasted 4 weeks before my first tiny chip.Ill likely try a gel French manicure as Michelle suggested next time.

2021-09-24I usually don’t get my nails done often but this was the worst experience yet going here, the men in the back are rude and talk about the clients the man that did my nails was rude kept huff and puffing like I work in customer service this was a mess I didn’t do anything to deserve the treatment, the lady who did my feet was extremely nice! My birthday is the next day like this was a huge inconvenience.

2021-11-10Loved it! Especially the foot and neck massage by my girl, Tammy. Also, she served me some wine to make me feel special too.. We have the same name so that made her very special ❤ to me. Been there twice and there are COVID rule in place to keep their customers safe.

2022-04-19I guess you have to know who to book an appointment with here to get the best service. I went for a pedi and mani and my pedi was rushed, the tech didn’t make sure my cuticles were properly taken care of, and I still had rough spots on my feet afterwards. The manicure was even worse absolutely no work on my cuticles, nails look like they’ve been growing out for a week after a few days, and a pathetic two second hot rag on my hands and oil rub….didn’t soak my hands nothing. Highly disappointed.

2021-04-29Best experience and I’d recommend giving them a try although I won’t and don’t recommend the gel set cause it doesn’t last as long as the acrylic nails. I’ve been doing daily normal none strenuous tasks as I have carpel tunnel and my nails chipped after a week where as I’ve never had this happen with acrylic. It’s also not priced like in the hood so expect to pay a bit more! Oh an they don’t push back the cuticles so it looks like you’ve had nail growth for a min if you get what I mean. For the price they should.

2022-06-01After 2 days my nail paint started to come off. The paint wasn’t done neatly. It wasn’t aligned with my cuticles neatly, in fact some of the polish drip along the sides and I ask them to fixed it and they didn’t. I sent an email with pictures, explaining and the staff never returned my email. They charge all that money and most of there workers are not that skilled. Never again will I waste my money with these malpractice of nail techs again.

2022-05-16I wish that I could give less than 1 Star. Please do not let Lisa do your nails if you want dip. It was the worst experience Ive ever had. I literally made her soak the dip powder off my nails. I have natural long nails, no tips.... it was horrible.

2021-03-10This Nall Salon is very organized, clean, and the employees are very friendly and accommodating. It is so convenient to make or alter your appointment there through an app sent to your phone as a text. Whats even more interesting is that you can request your favorite Nail Tech. Upon entering the Salon and getting into a chair youre offered something to drink...I usually choose Champagne! I love this place!

2022-06-07I got my brows done. My Favorite, Lynn wasnt there. I was a walk-in so I saw Lily. It was my first time w/her... she was nice and she got right to it. I felt a little rushed but it turned out ok. She received a tip.

2022-04-27Tracy was amazing. I’m happy to have found a new manicurist. They recently renovated their entire space. It’s newly renovated. Fresh and clean!
