Ron and the staff at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning did a fabulous job. They installed three ductless heat pump units in a single day. They were polite, respectful and on time. The system they installed is quiet and very efficient. They sent us completed rebate forms after the installation was complete without us requesting them. They communicated with us regularly and kept their word. I have already recommended One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning to some of my friends.
Called 1HH&ACoP on 11/5. They were there that afternoon to fix a blockage in the condensation drain. They fixed it 12 months earlier, but it recurred. Thats not what burned me. On 11/5, the service tech assured me that the problem had been fixed. Then,. as he did the year before, tried to sell us on a pump system for $700. Since it was the second time he was there to correct same issue a pump system might have been the right call, but why fix the issue, charge us $300, and THEN pitch the more expensive fix? A day later, it was obvious that the blockage had not been fixed, as there were two trickles of water. I called to ask if they could come back and do the job properly. They put the tech on the phone and he immediately pitched me on the $700 pump solution. My response was immediate: Why would I think you could install a complex pump system when you cant even fix a blockage? Then he hung up on me. Look at this from the consumer point of view: I called to have one thing fixed. I was told that it was and changed for the work. It was not. fixed. Then, brazenly, was pitched on an expensive solution, but only after other work had been done. The incomitance demonstrated in answer this call suggests that they have surrendered their claim to any further business from me and you would be wise to avoid using them as well.
The 1 hour service was as described. The job was done well and professionally. It was the lack of transparency that made me unhappy. When the job was done I was handed a huge bill. I thought Bryan should have explain to me what the diagnostic and repair costs would be before commencing. I understand it was a Sunday and I was prepared to pay a premium.

DJ from one hour is very professional and helpful. This the second time he has come out to my home and he is very friendly. He is also honest and very informative about what needs to be done and possible future cost and repairs. Definitely look forward to him coming for future repairs
My technician was Jason. He was professional, knowledgeable and honest. Im a new home owner and central air is also new to me so I dont know much. It just needed simple things like regular upkeep and cleaning.He only needed a few minutes to figure out the problems. He then fixed the problems and gave me very helpful info how to keep my air-conditioner running efficiently.I will 100% recommend them to anybody and I will definitely use this company in the future for any problems I have. My house is cool again! Thank you so much.
I have never had anything bad to say about these guys. The office staff is wonderfully responsive and even when I lost my job a few months ago and had to make changes in our payment arrangement, they went out of their way to help me out. The service is excellent and the staff are down-to-earth, no-nonsense, get-your-stuff-fixed and done reasonably. I would recommend them any day of the week.
Fabulous experience. I couldn’t believe how fast my air conditioning was working again. I called at 8:00 and by 10:30 my house was nice and cool again. Jason N. Was very professional and explained everything that needed to be repaired in a way I understood. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone with Hvac needs.

I am quite comfortable as the Pawlak One Hour H&AC team put in my new super efficient furnace/humidifier today. They came on-time this morning and quickly and professionally removed my old dinosaur and installed my new system. Bryan, Marty, and Justin did a great job.

I had the misfortune of my ac breaking on Fourth of July weekend and it’s miserably hot. Called one hour heating and had them out very quickly. Jacob was awesome and found the issue within 10 mins. Called around 10:30 for a furnace not working. They came out within the hour diagnosed the problem ran out 35 mins away to get the part and by 2:30 it was fixed. Jason was awesome and pointed out other things he noticed and took the time to answer my questions. As a real estate investor it’s rare I’m blown away by a great contractor experience, however this company far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone and will defiantly be using them again. Thanks!

Excellent! Our AC died during the mid 90s days of summer, mid July. Our normal place couldnt help for days but Jason came right over! Our AC was fixed in ~1 hour. He had the part in his truck and the bill was super reasonable. No complaints! Call now!
This company was great, able to come earlier than predicted, which was fabulous since we were without ac. Was able to diagnose, run to get parts, and get us up and running within 2 hours!

Pawluk’s really helped us out of an enormous jam. We had hired another company to install an mini-split and they were not honoring the warranty. When we called Pawluk’s, the owner came over a few day later to run a diagnostic and let us know that there was no coolant in the mini split, which was why it wasn’t working.A few days later, Jason and another gentleman game over and tested it for leaks. There was a huge leak in the mini-split, which they fixed and explained to us as they were working. They were so patient and kind. My son particularly liked Jason, who kidded around with him.They were the kind of guys who clearly knew what they were doing and also made you feel extremely comfortable. They stayed for awhile to test the AC and the heating to ensure both parts worked and to also get a feel for how long it took for the machine to work its way up from one side to another.We wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. Very reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly; they check every box.

Last week we replaced our thirty year old mobile home furnace and air conditioner. It appeared the cost of maintaining that aged unit would soon approach the cost of a new unit, not to mention the associated frustration. We cannot speak highly enough about the two technicians who did the replacement. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They worked in a careful and methodical way, not trying to rush the job. Each step of the operation appeared well thought out and the installation went smooth and as expected. The entire replacement installation was completed and tested in less than six hours and installed the same week that we accepted the One Hour proposal. This is definitely the company to call for service or installation of an entirely new unit.
Available on weekend for the same price and Anthony was called by their company to see if he could help us today (Saturday), he accommodated time and came over to fix the issue and also explained the issue very thoroughly. Very grateful for his service.
I am very impressed with my experience with Ian! I had not had good experiences in the past and was very hesitant to call them again, but as long as Ian is the technician coming out I will continue to use this service! He was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what needed to be done and answered all of my questions!

Ive had excellent experience with this company. Purchased my heating/AC from them have had no problems with the units. Equipment is service twice a year. Techs are reliable, efficient, always ready to answer any questions.

This is the second time in three years we have had Pawlaks One Hour fix our furnace. The first time they came on Christmas eve right before we went out of town to replace the blower motor. One of the techs, Marty I believe his name was, even spotted an issue with our hot water heater. Luckily he did and we turned off the water because when we got back the tank had failed and we had water everywhere.Luckily, I think... this past time we didnt have any hot water tank issues, but our inducer motor went. Obviously not what I want to happen, but their prices are extremely fair and they do the job right.I have had the pleasure of having Jason as my technician both times. He has been extremely friendly and personable.

We had another company out here twice, they replaced parts and charged us bother times. Then told us we would need a new furnace. We suspect something was repaired incorrectly.Pawleys came out on a very chilly Saturday, and found the problem right away! It was a simple fix, something the other company had over looked and had us living in a cold house for 2 days! We are now grateful the other company was closed on Saturday and we had to contact Pawleys! We will be contacting them for ALL of our future heating and cooling needs!

Great place to do business. Im in their heat in club and they call me every 6 months to do my services. Its nice to not have to worry about that and possibly neglecting my system. One Hour is great! I lost my AC over the weekend. I called Monday @1:30 and someone was here by 2:30. The office is so friendly. The technicians are fantastic. Ian, the company tech, diagnosed and repaired my Central AC in under one hour -- he was efficient, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. One Hour should be happy to have an employee like him representing them.This excellent experience led me to subscribe to One Hours maintenance program. I was just really impressed.
Our service rep was Ian, very though and personable young man. He gave our furnace an excellent exam. Showed us features we were unaware of, explained everything clearly.
I called One Hour late morning and Anthony arrived shortly after 12 PM. He was very polite and thoughtful about keeping my home spotless during his inspection which was extensive. He was able to detect a crack in the heat exchanger. He patiently explained everything to me and again to another person on the phone. I’m getting my new furnace installed in a timely manner, so I cannot speak as to how well that is done, but I was impressed by their guarantees. If the their installation follows suit everything should be great. I would definitely recommend this company, at this point.

Ian is a keeper, and One Hour Heating should be happy to employ him. He showed up at the very beginning of the time block I was given, and was once again courteous, professional, and efficient. He answered every question I had, treating each one like it was an important one.The service call was for an annual AC check-up, but Ian took his time -- he didnt just poke around for 30 seconds and tell me that everything was fine. He cares about the work, and that is impressive.Id recommend One Hour to anybody because they have employees like this.
DJ was great! He was able to fix the oil furnace with no problem and I appreciate the honesty, I had a few ppl come to my home and told me me to replace the whole furnace and charge me just to do a quick look. I will do more business with one hr heating and recommend you others as well.

Cant thank Pawlak enough. On the hottest day so far this year our AC decided to blow a CAP. We lucked out and gained a window of time from Pawlak to come to the rescue. With our warranty on the unit and our membership to their service, we only were billed for labor. Thanks again for making things cool on a hot day.

I just had a new boiler installed by Pawlak Heating and I am very pleased with the service. There was a little leak after the install and Marty and the crew were very responsive and took care of the problem in a timely manner. I would recommend them to everyone.

Excellent service. Literally within one hour of my phone call to them a technician had arrived, successfully diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and was on his way. The air conditioning went on a hot July day, and we had it back in an hour. Ian was very personable and professional. Very pleased with the service and the pricing. I would recommend them.
Anthony was on time, efficient and pleasant. He diagnosed the problem, explained it and made me aware of the total cost right away. He contacted a local supplier with the gas valve needed to repair my furnace and picked it up. The repair was done quickly in less time than he quoted the repair would take.My only complaint is their site states open 24/7 Monday - Saturday. I left a message at 1:30am, didn’t get a call back until before 6am only to have a message say I would be called back in a few hours.
Had to get a motor on my central air replaced. These folks responded in a matter of hours, ordered the part and got it replaced quickly.

I had called to get an estimate on a new air conditioner. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The sales person Anthony that came to my house was very thorough, helpful and honest. It was nice to see that there are people who are genuine and help you make a good decision of what would be best for you, wether you go with their company or not.
Jacob arrived within an hour, and quickly identified and fixed the issue with our A/C. He was personable & courteous & we are very happy to have our A/C back!

Woke up this morning to a chilly house and a furnace that was blowing cold air. Called on a Sunday morning and Anthony came 45 minutes after the call. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He also looked over the AC unit to make sure it was in good working condition. $79.00 service charge plus cost of Freon. Very reasonable! Will absolutely use these guys in the future.
I came home one very cold weekday evening to a broken furnace. The person on call that night was very helpful and the technician Ian that came to the house was knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, these things made what could have been a very bad experience much better.

Was an amazing technician. But one hours prices are way to high. For a lb of r-22 they wanted close to $300.00 Mike explain why it was so high, and I respect him for that. Still one hour are greedy greedy greedy. I would tell anyone thinking of calling them to stop and call another company.

2022-07-26I woke up this morning to a broken A/C unit. I called One Hour at 9 AM, and the technician was at my house by 1 PM. He quickly assessed my problem and repaired my unit on the spot. I could not be more satisfied. I received excellent service today.
