I have a few Chevy dealers in my area but traveled 85 miles to purchase my vehicle! I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado super cab with quite a few options! Prices were all very close but Otten had choices having a few trucks in stock! Only 1 dealer in my area, Vallley Chevrolet had a better inventory! I probably should have gone there too because I spoke to a salesman named Louie and he was great! The reason I picked Otten was Sean! My son has been dealing with him and has gotten 2 trucks, his and his father in law’s plus he got an SUV for his wife and on all deals he beat every deal they had!So I went over 2 prices I got as well as what I was getting for my trade, he gave me more than anyone for my trade, and option for option Otten had better prices, sometimes for $1000 or more! But to be fair I never had the chance to get to Valley Chevrolet for a bottom line so I can’t really say he beat them! I’ll definitely go there for my next truck to see what they can do! But Sean worked hard to make a deal, went to his other lot about 40 miles away and brought 2 trucks I was interested in back to his lot so I didn’t have to drive all over and I ended up buying one of the trucks he drove back! He gave me all the cash rebates GM was offering and then got his manager to use some discretionary $1000.00, to get me to travel the 85 miles! That’s a guy who wanted to make a deal! He’s the reason I went there and so far the dealership has been very good! I’ll let you know how they are if I have any problems with my truck!
12 out of 10 recommend Outten Chevrolet of Allentown. The staff was INCREDIBLE from start to finish. My salesman David Cooke was diligent, thorough, knowledgeable, and on top of everything that came up throughout the process as was Justin in the finance department. I flew in from out of town to pickup a vehicle we had worked a deal over the phone and there were zero hoops to jump through, everything was just what we had worked out(no nonsense) and it was just as easy as it could have been. If anyone in the area or anyone is willing to travel to this dealership I highly recommend Outten Chevrolet of Allentown and highly recommend working with David Cooke.
Went out browsing and fell in love with a truck on the lot, immediately got excellent service from Sean and felt very comfortable. Being my first brand new vehicle meant some stressful talks, but very easy process and always felt like I was being well cared for. Even when I returned with my trade-in title and key-immediately taken care of. Easy and quick process, thank you so much!
My experience with Outten started on Dec 2020, after waiting like 2 months for a Ciocca dealer to review my application. God guided me to this dealer and put David Cooke to help me. As a family, we ended up buying so far 10 cars!!!! One of them, a 2017 Cadillac ATS was a surprise gift for my husband for Fathers Day, and David even delivered the car to my house! Sadly, my husband passed away last December but David was able to drive his car on his Goodbye service!! Forever grateful of David Cooke and the Outten family! Love you, guys!

David Cooke, my sales consultant took the time to research inventory and was instrumental in finding the exact vehicle I was looking for within my price range. No haggling, no hassles. Great experience at this dealership. Ive dealt with many other dealers but the service dept. at Outten has been exceptional to the others Ive dealt with, and the service advisor Scott was great and easy going and got the job done right and in no time. Will definitely recommend to others
Although there was confusion with the transaction for a voucher redemption I got with my reward points, they did a great job. I was in a tough spot with my car and deemed it too risky to drive due to auto stop/start failing and other lights that came on (2017 Chevy Malibu from another dealer). They accepted my vehicle on a whim and kept it over the weekend. The service department called and listened to my concerns and told me where they’d start to try to resolve the issue. They later called with a resolution and price for repairs. After they finished, I spoke with the dept about utilization of my rewards voucher and it was no issue. When I arrived after 5pm only the clerk was at the window. I told her I had a voucher and she informed me the service manager was no longer there and she couldn’t take it because it needed to be processed through him and would reflect on the bill but she’s not able to do it. I expressed how difficult it was to coordinate getting to the shop and that I had a conversation with him about redeeming rewards for the transaction and had no idea they couldn’t do it at the window. she was hesitant at first but she called to see if the service manager was there or near site to process the voucher. (200 voucher btw). Thankfully he was on site and took the voucher via email to process for the next day and reflected it on my bill so I could get my car. Thanks again
I personally love this dealership , specifically the one on in allentown on 17th st! Everybody is patient , super accommodating & knowledgable . They have yet to let me down or leave me without what i came for! Its been a few years now . & they have without a doubt gained a life long customer !
I want to leave a awesome review for mike the manager at chevy in Allentown !!He fought tooth and nail for me !My 2016 Buick seems to keep having so many problems I bought an extended warranty and there are so many gray areas that the warranty does not mention. He made sure things were covered all while keeping me in the loop about what was going on . He definitely knows what he is doing I will never ever take my Buick else where !! I’m so thankful to him and all his extra work he put in to help me !! Thank you again mike !!

Wasted my time. Was interested in a 2019 Chevy Silverado LTZ duramax and was told it was very clean and in excellent condition. Drove all the way from upstate New York and truck was touched up with blue paint on the drivers door even though it was a black truck, caulked rear window, bed smashed, carpet liners in wheel wells we’re destroyed. They did not want to move on price more than $700 and the manager, Jason, was not professional or willing to help at all. Poor service besides my Salesman (can’t remember his name,pretty sure it was David) who was very nice.
What a place. I went in today to help my daughter begin the journey of financing a car. Sean was great, as was everyone there. No pressure at all. They worked with us to get us a car she was happy with and also keeping our monthly payment reasonable. Unlike any purchases Ive made for myself, this one was the best. Thanks! Had a great experience buying a certified used car from Outten Allentown. Worked really well with me to find a car I was looking for, for the price and mileage I needed. Sean S. was very professional, not pushy about any cars that I didn’t seem interested in and got me back on the road in a safe and reliable car.
I have had nothing but good experiences at the place. The entire year i have had my car. Anthony was great and worked very hard at putting me into a new car when all i thought was it was never going to happen. He fought and got it done. Just went to the service dept to get a few things done including oil change, tire rotation and inspection done and Tyler was the very best. I would most definitely recommend for anyone to go here if you want the best. Most definitely a happy customer.
Bought my 2015 Mini there. They are fantastic and really looked after me and took care of any service related needs. When I requested upon buying a used vehicle for something on it to be looked at they absolutely made sure not only to take care of it but they did it the right way, not the cheap way even though it was on their time.
AMAZING SERVICE!! -- We were on a road trip when my not even 2 year old Equinox broke down. We left it at Outten (on a Sunday), went to the airport to get a rental, to continue on our trip. Called Service Monday morning - they worked diligently to find the problem, ensure it was fixed by the end of our vacation AND help get some reimbursement towards our rental from GM. Mike is Amazing!
I currently own a Chevy vehicle and have faithfully taken my car to the original dealership. Years have proven many unsatisfactory occurrences so I decided to try Outten. I had purchased and serviced a vehicle from Outten many years ago and decided to give them a try. Why did I wait so long! They showed me exemplary customer service and quickly! I am not hesitating continuing my vehicles needs at Outten!
Dillon did a great job of communicating with me prior to my visit and took great care of me when I got to the dealership. He understood my needs and made sure to accommodate them. He made sure the vehicle was ready when I needed it and worked well to ensure I left very pleased. All staff at Outten were pleasant and welcoming.
I had my vehicle serviced here yesterday. Oil change and tire rotation. While they were servicing my vehicle they looked at my cabin air filter and regular air filter. Both were dirty and needed replacing. I was quoted roughly $120 to have both replaced. I decided to do it myself. The cabin air filter cost $7.49 the regular air filter cost me $15.99. It took me about 10 minutes to do both. The problem is my regular air filters housing for the vehicle was missing a screw. I didnt notice this until I went to change my air filter. Ive owned this car since it had three miles on it and no one has messed with it so its awful odd that the dealership says that it was missing prior to me bringing it in. Granted that could happen but its just odd. I talked to the GM this morning and he told me that they didnt tell me about the screw missing because they didnt think it was a big deal. It is my opinion that anytime of vehicle is missing something that holds something else together its a big deal or at least demands that the customer is aware of the issue. No one told me. Perhaps Im just OCD, I dont know. I wont be going back to this dealership for service as I dont feel they acted appropriately in regards to this situation.
Mike from Outten was incredible. Communication was awesome, when buying a vehicle with what you want is nearly impossible these days he made sure we know what had to be done to get it. Very clear and helpful with the price. Found us discounts that we didnt know existed. We drove 1.5 hours to get a truck and Id do it again.
I would be cautious about buying a used car from here. Theyre very nice and not pushy, which is wonderful. But I bought a sedan from them, only to drive it home and it refuse to accelerate twice along the way. So I immediately returned it and purchased a 2018 Equinox instead.I really like this car except for a rather annoying squeaking noise that emits from the trunk area. When I took it for an oil change at a Chevrolet-specific service shop, they told me the squeaking noise was going to cost $400 to fix and that I should call up my actual dealership to see if they would pay for it.Again, that was their suggestion, not mine. But Outten said that wasnt their problem and there was nothing to do about it, which is disappointing, to say the least.Edit: In response to Outtens question about when I purchased the car, it was six months before I contacted them about the issue. I understand if Outten considers that a factor in its response, and I accept responsibility for that delay. However, the fact remains that I purchased two cars from Outten, the one that cost me a half-days work in a very busy schedule (hence the reason why it took me so long to get the second car inspected) and the other that is costing me an extra $400. People buying cars, even used cars, should not have to deal with either issue within the first six months of owning a vehicle. Especially one this new for this much money.
Mike made the buying experience great. He even lower the car price by $200! However on pickup both headlights were found to be damaged and had to be ordered. This issue was missed during the state inspection performed at the dealer. I have to travel an hour one way to the shop for repairs. The service manager said he will fill my fuel tank for the trouble. Over all a good experience.
I always leave feeling informed with the service department. I understand what was done at the point of service and I know what needs to be done in the future when that applies. The environment is relaxed. I never feel pressured to buy anything. I appreciate the staffs recommendations. I can trust to voice my concerns and things are always taken into consideration. I purchased my car here in 2013 and I never take my car anywhere else to get it serviced. Thank you Outten team!
It should be no rating for this horrible establishment. The level of unprofessionalism is at a super low. I called for an air hose for my Chevy Malibu 2018 and also looking to buy a Chevy blazer but I won’t purchase anything from Chevrolet after this. The person whom I spoke to assure me they have the part I need in stock. I drove 35 minutes for them to tell me the person whom I spoke to didn’t check if the hose was in stock. They just told me to come. I even offered to pay over the phone, he said no worries I will have it ready for you upon arrival. I got a little upset asked for manager and they seemed to not think it was big deal. They gave me a discount at another location when I arrive at the location the person told me that just because they told me I get a discount doesn’t mean he will discount. I have been to a few other locations if you are not a sale they do not care about your customer service. Horrible! You’ve got to do better chevyyy!

He left me IMPRESSED with His promptness and efforts to address the situation, I very much appreciate it.. He clearly understands how important it is to treat customers RESPECTFULLY Regardless !!!!! .Tyler can learn a great deal from MIKE!!! It would not be fair to the entire CHEVY team and keep the negative review, therefore i decided to change it . Thanks Mike for understanding
I went to this location to lease my first vehicle. The sales agent that I worked with on leasing a Chevy Colorado, Taisha Day, was amazing. I spent the entire day looking at different cars and she was the only one that called me to update me every step of the way on how things were going, drove 40 to 50 miles out of her way to pick up a vehicle that i showed interest in, and stayed with me during the whole process to lease it.Leasing a new vehicle can be a massive headache, but I’m happy to say I was able to walk away happy because of her amazing service.
I recently purchased a 2021 Trailblazer from Outten Allentown. I knew I wanted this SUV when they debuted in 2020. I did all my research. Saved as much as I could in a short time. I “stalked” Chevrolet’s website for inventory frequently every week. I had certain Criteria that was an absolute must for me. By dumb luck a match appeared at Outten (next closest was 50-70 miles away). I immediately went over to look at it after work on a Friday. Unknown to myself this vehicle just arrived less than 24 hours prior and was still wrapped in protective wrapping and plastic. I was able to go to the back and get a visual on it. It was love at first sight and I was sold that instant. Sean S. was my sales person and he was knowledgeable and an awesome guy to work with despite my direct approach. They worked some magic and got me an amazing financing offer and I returned Monday to close the deal. My whole transaction with Outten and Sean was beyond a 5 star experience.
After Jason Williams left this company, things are different. There was a time when you walked in to the service department and you felt like you are walking into your living room. None of that, it was so matter of fact, so cold as if everyone hated their jobs. I know it is a service center, but I really miss the smiles and that feeling of trust. It’s really sad, leaving the service center feeling I will never come back. 10 years I been buying and fixing cars at Outten Chevrolet. I don’t like to write sad reviews, but someone needs to know I. Upper management how unfriendly the service is.
Sean was amazing from start to finish. I inquired online and within minutes, received a call from him to set up an appointment for that same day. He was very personable and knowledgeable and answered all questions that I had. I traded in my 2013 Chevy Cruze that I bought brand new and drove off with a brand new 2021 Chevy Equinox! I am in love with my new vehicle!
Typically, car buying can be stressful and/or overwhelming (depending on the salesman mostly) Mike Seidel was amazing! He welcomed us, and treated us as if he knew us his whole life. It was definitely an awesome car buying experience and we will definitely be back to see Mike when we need to upgrade our next car.

I had a great service appointment at Outten Chevrolet for inspection of my vehicle. The waiting area was comfortable and well stocked for the customer. The staff was courteous and professional. After my vehicle’s service was completed the Service Manger informed me of the status of my vehicle and my appointment was seamless. My vehicle was washed which made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I highly recommend Outten Chevrolet for any of your needs.
Everyone in the Outten Service dept was courteous and accommodating. They took care of all my concerns in a timely and professional manner. Having the service dept open till 7pm Mon-Thurs is very convenient as I can stop on my way home from work or even on a Sat till 2! I am glad I switched dealers as they are closer to where I work. I just purchased a car from them and I love the car. First I looked on line and described what I was looking for. I then explained my price range, model preferences, and models. I was shown vehicles within those styles and found one of my choices.On the day I went in to test drive my choice I found that the car had been damaged. Seeing my disappointment Sean looked and found another one and it was a winner. I drove home with my car that day. Sean did a great job.
I purchased a 2021 Chevy Tahoe RST for my wife. The deal was easy from beginning to end thanks to Justin Searle. My sales person Dillon Crispin was great as well and Anthony Sukto in finance was informative regarding my warranty options and worked out financing for me as well. I made an appointment on Tuesday to test drive a new car on Friday. I didnt see one in stock closer so I went with outten despite it being an hour and a half a way from my home. I come in. They copy my license. Then without skipping a bit they tell me they dont have any of these models. And offer random cars that I have no interest. No apology was made, just pressure to sell me something whether I need it or not. I wasted three hours of my time. Is it a common experience now?
The sales team at Outten Chevrolet and Michael in particular were very good and very fair to deal with for our Silverado purchase. There were no gimmicks or hassles. Some dealerships are marking up their vehicles due to the supply shortage and that clearly wasnt the case with our deal. I would strongly recommend Outten Chevrolet of Allentown, PA to anyone looking for a no hassle fair deal for a new or used vehicle.
What an amazing dealership - the best for Chevys in the Lehigh Valley! Scott always picks up the phone and answers any questions and addresses any concerns I have. He has helped so many times for different issues. Tyler, Lorrie, Heather all great too. I feel like I am visiting a mom-n-pop shop when I go to Outten for service. I used to go to another big Chevy name in Allentown, but stopped because it felt too corporate, and too interested in charging me way too much for services. They never are available by phone and dont offer any advice. But OUTTEN is out of this world. Honest, good people. They all deserve raises.
Heather was very helpful and courteous with setting up my appointment for service. When I missed my appointment Heather was helpful and understanding to reschedule my appointment. My service appointment was at 10 am and I got a call at 9:45 that my car was done and ready for pick up. I am always pleased with the excellent service I received. The always exceeds my expectations. Dave Cooke was awesone to work with! Wanted a Trailblazer he called me back,I put deposit on the next white one in less than a month I was driving a 2022 Teaulblazee RS!!! We met with Dave to go over financing so that when car came in he had all paperwork ready in abd out within an hour. Painless and Dave was a pleasure work with. He contacted me the next day to make sure all waa 👍
Terrible work and service from the manager down.. Ive been taking my vehicles here for years and this will be the last time! The only one who did their job correctly was nice lady behind the counter who took my money. She kept kind and professional the whole time.They need more employees like her!

Another example of a bad experience with Outten service. I have a 2016 Trax (purchased in 2017). The vehicle has 26000 miles on it and the check engine light came on. I also received an email telling me there was a catalytic converter problem and I needed to get it to service within 24 hours. I expected it to be covered under the power train warranty. Instead, I was told that I had a leaking flex pipe (???, I assume that is right next to where you add the headlight fluid) and that it was not covered by the warranty and would cost $380.00 out of pocket to fix before any further diagnostics could be done to tell what caused the check engine light in the first place (remember the check engine light and the catalytic converter).So, in short, they wanted to charge me to fix something BEFORE they could do the diagnostic to find out how to fix the problem I originally came in for!!! If this is not a blatant money grab designed to prey on people who don’t know any better, I don’t know what is. Needless to say we are taking it elsewhere for the repairs. I advise anyone using this service department to get a second opinion and watch everything like a hawk if you decide to use them.
First of all, I asked if there was anyone who spoke Spanish because my wife does not speak English. They said YES and the person they brought to help me did NOT speak or understand Anything of Spanish. Second: tried to sell me the vehicle that THEY wanted, not the one I had chosen. Third: almost put a gun to my head to convince me to buy a warranty for the vehicle. I dont remember the sellers name, I think its Sean. He went out of his way to accommodate our decisions.Overall, It wasn’t pleasant.
They charged me for an inspection but I did not have my insurance card with me. Was told to just bring it in. Brought the card in but was told it was over 30 day and that they would have to do the inspection over again. There was nothing wrong with the car they only need to see the insurance card. Told then to forget it.
I haven’t purchased a vehicle from this dealership. But I did recently bring my truck twice to them for some service. Both times I was taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Both Scott and Mike who run the service department made sure to keep me up to date and address any of my concerns. Thank you again for making this experience as least painful as possible.
I recently enjoyed a pleasurable shopping experience at Outten Chevrolet of Allentown! My salesperson, Taisha Day, was more than happy to answer all of my questions and even drove the vehicle herself to me to drop it off. And I live an hour away from the dealership! I am not accustomed to that level of customer service. What is customarily a tedious process ; Taisha and her colleagues at Outten Chevrolet of Allentown streamlined the car buying process and made it feel seamless. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend them for your automotive buying needs !
Had oil change and PA annual inspection. Reduced star rating AND recommendation rating due to missed problem with inspection. Rear wiper has/had defective wiping blade . . . half the wiping blade trailed the wiper when on. Outten needs to buy my inspection inspector new or improved eyeglasses.
I was treated with respect and they were very patient with me. I was looking into leaving a lease early and their special employee pricing made it possible! Im not always the easiest to deal with when it comes to purchasing a vehicle but they did not push or make me feel like I had to sign on the line right that minute, they gave me breathing room and in the end when comparing to other dealers, that was how they won my business.
I made an appointment for a recall on the truck. The service writer was able to accommodate my schedule. We arrived at the dealership and were checked in in within two minutes. We were waiting during the repair and again they completed the work in approximately one and a half hours. We picked up the washed truck and were very pleased with our experience.
I waited 2.5hrs for an oil change and new car service. Also a remote start put in my new car. I dont feel it should of took that long for the service and oil change for them to tell me the remote start was not in stock which the computer said it was when I made the appointment. Im still waiting to hear if the part is in. Now, I have to make another trip up to Allentown
I had an appointment for 9:00 am and arrived a little early and soon after 9:00 they took my equinox in for inspection and emission. Then they scott came to me and said a rear shock was leaking and that they usually replace both.So i agreed and was there for several hours but the time passed by quickly. Then scott came and told me I was done. I paid and was surprised the bill was less then I thought. Great job scott.
Mike in the service department was more than helpful. My car started doing something strange on my way home from work I called for advice and he had bring it right over. He was unable to provide a fix, but quickly diagnosed the issue and ensured that I was able to afford the repairs. I have an out of state trip planned next week I was so grateful. Upon fixing the issue, the technician also found another issue that they serviced under warranty. I left paying exactly what was promised and my car now drives like brand new all over again. I could not be happier. My family scolded me for having my car fixed at the dealer but Outten is the only place I trust with my car.
It was time to look for a new vehicle and everyday I would pass the Outten auto lot. I was looking through their website and saw how reasonably price their vehicles were. I received a call from Jadon Rae, told him I was in quarantine for two weeks but I’d like to make an appointment for when it was over. He asked me what I was interested in. At that time I wasn’t really sure what model I was interested in. Between Jason and I, I was able to narrow it down to the Equinox. As for color, I told him what I didn’t want and I saw the Nightfall Grey Metallic and liked the color. He picked out the perfect Equinox for me. The whole process was easy. Outten emailed me what paperwork I would need and I brought it with me, picked up the car and took it for a day. One hour after picking the car up, I called Jason back and told him I would not be bringing the car back - I want it! My next step was conversations on the phone with Anthony. He took care of everything and on Monday my paperwork was ready to be signed. Mike was the Service Manager that took care of all the paperwork. And then there was Andrew who was so helpful. My first visit was for about five minutes, signing the papers took longer but I loved the process. I was not under any pressure to make a decision. The decision was all mine. I love my new Equinox and know I made the decision on my own. I would recommend all the wonderful staff at Outten.
Wonderful experience working with Anthony and also the manager while buying a car for my son. They were both very nice, friendly and easy to deal with. I have walked out of deals before but here both there guys were so easy to deal with and i was like wow, thats different. Unfortunately, I am a Honda fan and mine was a trade in that I was buying but if you are Chevy fan make sure you go to Outten only and nowhere else.

The office and waiting space was clean, organized and stocked with beverage choices (coffee, tea, water, etc). The coupons were expired by a few days but because we called to make our appointment before then they honored the coupons anyway. 10/10 I recomend this place.
I love the car, but price had been reduced a few weeks before, and they wouldn’t come down at all, on price. Being a woman, there was no bargaining, and my St Luke’s nursing discount, was not applied as advertised. I put $500 down to hold car until financing was arranged. That amount got eaten in the numbers, and “accidentally” unaccounted for. I asked for a corrected purchase order, with $500 taken out.... and the final price of car went up $9.00 and other fees added, and $500 gone again. My father, who liked the car himself, might have purchased it, if I hadn’t. He is looking for same type of vehicle, a compact SUV. Due to the, so obvious, “games” of dealership, he is shopping elsewhere. They could have possibly had another sale, if we saw more honesty, and comfort, with the sales people, and finance team. I love the car, so far, but games as usual, and where is the advertised St Luke’s discount!

We had a great experience with Outten Chevrolet. My husband and I were in a jam because my Jeeps motor went. My aunt referred us to Outten and we were given an appointment with Mike Andrews! He was outstanding and even came in to meet with us on his usual scheduled day off. He listened to what we wanted and paired us with a brand new Chevy Equinox in a color that I love. Mike was awesome with explaining everything to us and he even had a trainee, Ariel! Mike and Ariel provided us with friendly service and there was no pressure. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone! My husband loved that there was free popcorn and soda provided to customers. 2016 Chevrolet Equinox LT AWD just under 41K. Car was turning off at red lights, and stop signs, or any other time speed dropped below 10mph. Engine light was on. Service department took care of the vehicle in under an hour, camshaft solenoid valve needed changing, covered by warranty. Great service department! Friendly, fast, and efficient! I drive 2.5 hrs from NYC for this service. Bring your car here!
The sales person Dylan Crispin was very knowledgeable and forecoming with all my many questions.His kindness and willingness to listen to what I needed in a new SUV lead me to decide to purchase a Equinox LT.Outton is there to help their customers forfill their transportation needs by providing the necessary information to help their customer make an informed decision.They even quickly had their staff bring the Suv that I chose from Hamburg bldg to Allentown within one hours driving time.I cant say enough good things about my experience.
They do a good job here. Service is always on point and the salespeople are nice but its a dealership, the same as just about any other car dealership. Theyll try to upsell you at any chance they get, even in the service department. They make it seem like they really care about your vehicle, but they just want your money.
Great customer service, very willing to work with you to get the right price. The only negative thing I would say is that it didnt look like they detailed the truck, was very dusty, had a few spots inside I had to wipe down and they left leaves and dirt in the bed. Other than that I would recommend on customer service alone.

I was able to make a same-day appointment online and I was quickly checked-in upon arrival. I waited for my vehicle, and it was evident by the number of other patrons that many vehicles were being worked on simultaneously. Despite this volume, my repairs were completed quickly and within the estimate.
I travel out of my way to go to Outten Chevrolet because I received their coupon which stated Free PA Inspection with $10 sticker charge. Seemed like a good deal so I went only to find out my Free inspection really cost $56.00. If I knew that I would have gone to my local guy. I feel the coupon was misleading and I will not be going to Outten Chevrolet again.
I had an amazing experience at Outten. My Grandfather had no credit history and desperately needed a vehicle due to his truck needing service that he could not afford. My Salesman was great, top notch and very helpful and accommodating. The car did have a problem on the same day I brought it home. Our Salesman did what he could for us but it is in the hands of the Service Department. I withhold judgment on them as they have already messed up once by not checking the car out after they thought they fixed it.

My car developed a problem over the weekend, I drove over to the dealership on Monday and asked the guys if they could take a quick look. They without hesitation, had a gentleman come out take a look/listen to my problem. They were able to get me in first thing the next day. They took a look at the problem while I waited in their waiting room which, they have drinks, magazines, TV , comfy chairs and very clean. They found the problem, (it was what we thought) it was a very quick fix of just pulling my radio fuse (until I can get another radio). They did not charge me for this, which was a very pleasant surprise! And they washed it! I really do like bringing my car here, I have been doing so for many years now. Thank you!

My vehicle sat there for 2 months waiting on an ECM! Not Outten Chevys Fault since Chevy did not have the part or whatever! Little disappointed that they did not even offer me a courtesy vehicle. I had to rent one! But when the part finally showed, they replaced quickly and got me on my way.

Was just at Outten Chevrolet and let me tell you how wonderful they were to me today! my wife called me very concerned because the oil gauge pressure was on and she was unsure what to do. So I called my local Outten Chevy dealership and they got me in right away and checked it out for us and topped it off with oil and found there was no issue it just was low on oil. Outten got me I. right away with no problems and Dominic was the one who serviced my vehicle for me and walked me through my entire vehicle and showed me that I will need new rear rotors before the winter.... Outten Chevrolet has been great to me and my family for over 20 years. Great service and everyone is professional, knowlegable and always eager to help. I would never go anywhere else, and because of the great service and knowing these folks for such a long time, I have always tried to purchase GM products just so I can have my car serviced with them.
I had a great sales experience. Went in knowing what I wanted and what I was likely to get. It helped the process go a lot more smoothly than what Ive experienced in the past. Knowledgable but flexible these guys are really wonderful. The only thing I need to clear up is how to start making payments through the financing bank. I was expecting a letter in the mail but two weeks in and so far nothing.
On June 22, 2015, I purchased my first brand new vehicle from Outten Chevrolet and I must say it was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership! My salesperson, Michelle Johnson, was phenomenal. We started the process around 1pm (while I was at work) and I was able to pick up my new 2015 Chevy Cruze shortly after 5pm THE SAME DAY!!! I have had bad experiences in the past with push salespeople, so I must admit that I was genuinely surprised that Michelle was quite the opposite. She took the time to work for me, and not the dealership! Though its only been two weeks since I purchased my car, I have already referred two others to Michelle because she is just that awesome! I definitely will go back for any future vehicles.
By far way better than the Outten Chevy of Hamburg, came all the way from Reading to get my vehicle repaired and inspected they noticed a bigger issue that the other dealership didnt . Very professional, very informative, kept me and my wife updated with every info about our car the service department is phenomenal! They went above and beyond to exceed customer satisfaction thanks so much ! Definitely would be returning back in the future!
Excellent service as usual. The only disappointment was that nobody noticed my inspection was out of date by two months. Im new to PA and used to NY reminding us starting three months in advance. I discovered it later that same day in downtown Philly when I returned to my vehicle and had a $41 ticket on my windshield.
I worked with Izzy to buy a car he was awesome very nice gentleman.I would recommend any of my friends to go there. He told me any problems dont hesitate to call her would take of us. Our 2018 Equinox had a loose exhaust pipe and the Outten Chevrolet special technicians were able to diagnose and fix the problem. I was given a reasonable estimate, plus they changed the oil, rotated my tires a d washed my car for free. The car runs s better than new.
What a great group of people! My car had been breaking down for due to an electrical short which is hard to find. Check engine light came on on my 2008 impala. The guys at Outten Chevy service got it fixed right for me quicker then anywhere ive been before. Not to mention that they were very kind and polite. I would recommend them to anyone. not sure why there are 2 different review searches on google though
So its been 3 months after i bought my used 2013 Cadillac ATS from Outten Chevrolet and ive been thoroughly impressed! Dan was a very helpful salesmen and made sure to keep me up to date about the cars sale status as i live 2 1/2 hrs away in NY. He was very upfront with the carfax and told me that my caddy was in a minor accident but said the car looked perfect. When i got there, the car looked brand new! The pricing was also very fair and they gave me a fair price for my trade in and played no games. The car has had no hiccups whatsoever since i bought it with 15k and now it has 20k and im loving it. Would definitely reccomend checking them out because it was worth the drive!
After relocating to Lehigh Valley 1yr. 2mos ago, I searched for a Chevy dealership with strong Maintenance Dept. & chose Outten Tilghman St. Allentown PA. I have been very impressed with their work & their efficiency of time. They explain everything to you as far as estimates for financial expectations & the auto diagnosis & answer all your questions barring ones that can only be found after the mechanic has examined the auto problems thoroughly. They are very professional, honest & take pride in their work. I noticed this with all the staff I had contact with. The comfortable waiting area is well lit, coffee cold drinks & snack machines! I highly recommend this dealership!
My check engine light came on and I made an appointment right away. I had the code diagnosed before I took it and and stated the code on my appointment request. I was charged for $114.00 for something I already had done. I researched the error code and it said it would be covered under warranty. I was called and said it was not covered and we will need to charge you for this. Total came to $221.00. I couldve replaced the part myself. My appointment was at 8:00 and my car was not done until 15:00. 7 hours to replace an evap is a little long. Thanks for your time
I am beyond frustrated with this dealership. There is always an issue with the coverage I have on my 2015 Sonic. I always have to explain my disappearing deductible to them which makes no sense because they are the ones who sold me the vehicle. I went in for a 10am appointment to just have my vehicle inspected and asked if they could look at the passenger side front window because it was and still is going up and down slowly. I expected to wait for my car until they tell me it will be a 2 hour wait. Who waits 2 hours but has a 10am appointment. I shouldnt have made the appointment then. It tied up my whole day. Things that needed to be done were unable to because of me not getting my vehicle back until 6pm. I received a call at 12:30 at the wrong number ,that I have requested multiple times to be removed as primary and my cell number to be added which clearly was not done again, and was unable to call until I reached my grandmothers home and and got the vm, the guy was on lunch. Then when he called back at 2:45 this was were he told me they would need to take the door apart but I have a $100 deductible. Which I do if I do not go to the dealer I purchased the vehicle from. So not only did I have to explain this policy again I lost another 3 hrs of time on top of the 2hours because the staff did not know the policy. And the topper was, there was a bad snow storm that was to start that afternoon which did start. It took about an hour and a half for the shuttle to get me to the dealer for my vehicle. Which the service guy never called me to tell me if all was ok and did not wait for me to come get my car. Parked my car all the way in the back of the side lot, again its dark outside. This is just a horrible dealer. I will only go to them for the major repairs and sometimes not even then. Its less frustration to just pay the deductible. Horrible service. Very arrogant and rude service personnel.
My fiance and I were not entirely impressed with the service we received while buying from this dealership. We found a car listed online that we were highly interested in buying, and called the next morning to meet with someone to look at it. The entire time we test drove, the car the salesman talked about his personal life, and I often had to interrupt him to ask details about the car. His responses were not always professional or as kind as they should have been. If we had only been slightly interested or looking around the lot without a specific car in mind to purchase, he would not have made a sale. We went there about 90% sure we wanted the car, and that is the only reason we left with it. Paper work was extremely rushed, which made us feel uncomfortable as we were first time car buyers. Several mistakes were made that resulted in us having to return 2 times in order to fix mistakes and re-sign papers. We did not feel like we received good, professional service from the salesman, though other employees of the Dealership were very kind and courteous (service center, GM, etc.).
I am extremely satisfied with my new truck and the entire buying process. Finding a new vehicle can be a daunting task, and can sometimes feel overwhelming. Outten Chevrolet made this experience very easy for me. My sales representative, Anthony Sukto took his time to address all of my needs and find the perfect vehicle for my situation. He was patient, professional and did not make me feel rushed or pressured into buying anything without feeling confident in my purchase. This means the world to me and I cant thank you enough for your assistance. I will absolutely recommend this dealership, and Anthony to any of my friends or family looking to purchase a new vehicle.
I was told I had a crack in rear light cover and would need a rear light assembly at a cost of $275 for them to pass inspection on my vehicle. Not being aware of any issue, i told them I wanted the part back so I could see for myself what the issue was. They even circled the crack for me... I could NOT believe what they forced me to replace in order to pass my car. I guess they saw a female walking in the door... (See photos) Update: I contacted PennDOT who contacted Outten and I was very graciously given a refund on this part because it was not necessary to pass inspection.
Anthony was very helpful when purchasing a van yesterday. That my boyfriend wanted. All the staff all together was helpful.However there was one blonde haired woman hat works there. Not sure what her job tile was (hopefully not a car sells rep) because with her attitude and demeanor that would not go so well with any buyer. She looked very agitated and unwelcoming. Not a good look for potential buyers. Other than that great place to buy a car!
Sean Scerbo had the car waiting for us for the test drive when we arrived. He then showed us a few other models when we expressed not wanting to spend that much for features we did not need.We got our loan approved and left the same day with our new 2020 Equinox which we enjoy driving.
I can call just about anytime for any reason and can get in for even the most minor service. I can’t say enough about the service department and the sales. Everyone at Outten seems genuinely concerned about their customers and their vehicles. We are on our 4th car from Outten Chevrolet Allentown!

2022-06-30Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my car’s needs! The staff here go above and beyond to accommodate and I haven’t had one issue yet. (Even when I have, they’ve bent over backwards to make it right!) The staff remember their regulars and make you feel like more than just a customer. A huge plus is they’re dog friendly, so I can bring my little guy with if I need to. Just an overall great place to go if your car needs anything - I truly trust them there!

2022-03-31My entire experience with Outten was exceptional. I only spent about 30 minutes in the actual dealership as the bulk of the process was handled on line and email prior to delivery. No pressure…no “market adjustment”…absolutely a pleasurable experience. Honestly, I was only in the 7th month of a 36 month lease in my current lease and wanted to upgrade a little. I was not hosed as with other dealers who wanted to mandate that I go to the dealership or pay some rediculous price over sticker. Plus, Outten had the truck I was looking for with no efforts to put me in something else.👍🏻

2022-04-01I was referred to Outten from a friend. I called in the morning to get my car in for an inspection as soon as possible and they booked me an apt for 2pm the same day. I dropped my car off early at 1pm and had a call saying it was ready for pickup. Everyone was extremely friendly. I will definitely use their services again.

2022-07-10We had a very unique issue in the beginning of June and was stranded for 3 days away from home in Maine. The service manager offered to help and replaced our serpentine belt for our Chevy workhorse engine and got us on the road. They stepped up even tho it was out of their realm. 2022-05-03Only dealt with service. Everyone was very polite and greeted me immediately even though they were currently busy. Standard wait time for my oil change. Didn’t seem rushed or delayed. They used my free oil change without me having to mention it. Thanks guys and gals
