Found a new CX 30 I wanted at Mazda USA and they advised me that one was coming in to Pacifico Mazda in 2 weeks. Spoke to internet manage who was great and advised that I was interested in buying and he set me up with manager Andrew and sales rep Ann who tag teamed together to get me a great deal on my terms and made the entire process painless and quite frankly friendly. I would recommend this company and especially this team for your next car. They were great!!I am very excited and happy with my purchase. THANK YOU!!!
This is the worst place to obtain a vehicle from! The services is rated a 3 and the vehicles I can only speak for the one I obtained. I recently got Mazda CX-5 2019 and from the bat the vehicle provided defects such as lights where missing, sound system was off and the vehicle was providing some type of smoke coming from the engine. I informed them about the issue and they stated they were going to fix everything at no cost then I receive a call stating I needed to pay 50% of the cost. I did not pay the amount they were asking since the I only had the vehicle in my hands for 2 days. Then I receive a call stating they were going to cover the hole expenses. Now, I’ve been with the vehicle one day and the car break light is hanging out of place. Also, customer services is a solid 2. You call the facility and is super hard to get in contact with a person and when you do get in contact the customer service person has always an attitude. I do not recommend this place at all. I regret so much purchasing my vehicle from this place. If you thinking on obtaining a vehicle here, please reconsider is not worth it!!!
I came into service in a pleasant mood with mediocre expectations because I have had several bad experiences at this dealerships service department but there arent any mazda dealerships in the area.As I pulled up, Jay ( the assistant Service manager ) came out to great me and instantly was helping me. I lost my phone in the car and he found it for me. He then helped me in the building. I expressed my discontent for the last person who held his title and he got to work rectifying the situation.I wanted to use my warranty but unfortunately they dont accept my provider, however he offered me many options to make my repairs more affordable out of pocket. I usually dread the dealership, cant stand the thought of spending 2k just to make my car street safe but am looking forward to getting the work completed by them.
Great customer service seems to be a thing of the past but something happened yesterday and I felt compelled to write this review. My younger son was graduating medical school and I was at Philadelphia Airport picking up our older son who was flying in on a red eye to surprise his brother. When we went to the short term lot where my car (Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition was parked, the front tires were slashed as were those of several other cars parked next to mine.I was in a panic as I couldnt be late for graduation and only had one spare tire. I was very lucky that I could get a flatbed tow truck within 30 minutes and told the driver to take us to your dealership on Essington which is less than 2 miles from the airport. When we arrived at the dealership Assistant Service Manager Jay Nicaisse approached us in a very welcoming manner but saw I was somewhat stressed. I explained what happened and needed 2 replacement tires. Jay assured me that even though service had a full schedule, he would find a way to get the car in and get us on our way.He promised the car would be ready by 11am and he had it ready at 10:15. He said there was no way we would miss the graduation. Jay cared about us as people and not just as a customer. He provided updates and I could not have been more pleased as to the level of concern on his part and service he and your dealership provided. As I said, great customer service is hard to come by, but Jay turned what could have been a disaster into a very stress-free and helping experience. I really appreciate the efforts made by Jackie, Angel and especially Jay. Thank You!!!
I had a wonderful experience buying a new CX-5 from Pacifico Mazda . My Sales Rep, Kristina demonstrated unmatched service ....she was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely thorough walking me through all of the features, benefits, and comparisons between the models. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure the process was seamless and I had a great customer experience. Thank you for my new ride!!!
Brought my Mazda in for a scheduled service on a Thursday afternoon. Staff was friendly and competent; interior was clean, modern, and not crowded. During the repair, they texted me a link to a brief video made for me by the technician, with my car on the lift, showing me what he had done and was about to do, and the condition of my car from underneath; that was helpful and really cool. Ultimately they changed my oil, gave me an inspection, plugged my leaky punctured tire, rotated the tires, and washed the outside of my car all for under $100. I also had them put together a purchase offer for my car, since my lease is ending, and while it wasn’t for as much as I had hoped (I declined and will shop around for better offers), they didn’t attach any bogus buy-out fees. I’d recommend!
Working with Lamont the car sales person, great experience, despite the car supply chain issue still able to help me get my CX-5 earlier than expected. In addition, his manager Brian is helpful to help me get the information I need as well.Overall, it has been a great experience shopping at Pacifico Mazda.
Great experience as usual. This June, 2022 service visit, Ms Jackie was the service representative. She is always professional yet personable and she kept me informed about the service. Great experience. The gentleman who received my car upon entry into service was friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable about my car and what needed to be done. Great, could not be better.Previous service appointments, I worked with Mr. Jay. He is wonderful to work with as well. Always took care of my car needs with a smile.Snacks and beverages were available, and an Uber ride so I did not have to wait until my car was done. Pacifica Mazda is a great car dealership.
Absolutely terrible service I constantly have to call them for an update on my car and that they have had for almost three months now. I understand that things are backed up and parts are hard to come by, that’s not my issue. The communication has been terrible. They just never called to update me I will call them I never get an answer back. There is no accountability one department just blames another, and they can’t even get in touch with each other. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this dealership either.
I strongly recommend Pacifico Mazda for sale and service. Bought my CX-5 here and have been very happy thus far. I get my maintenance done here regularly and the staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The few times I’ve had a few hiccups, they were always quickly remedied with little to zero inconvenience to me. Whether it’s waiting for my car to be done, or taking a Lyft ride back home, I’m always very happy with the timely service
I had a very bad experience trying to buy a car. I purchased it on a Thursday they told me the car wouldnt be ready until Saturday they had to detail it. Really, how long does it take to detail a car. I called my sales person on Friday thinking it might be ready, he told me no and I could pick it up Saturday afternoon noon. To my surprise he called me back saying that the wind blew the door of the hinges. This was February the 26th Ive been trying to get my deposit back since then. The only thing they have been doing is blowing smoke up my behind. I shouldnt have to to them to court to receive whats minds. Its been a horrible experience with them and I wouldnt recommend them to a dog.
Had an absolutely miserable experience dealing with Jacques Jay Nicaisse while trying to get the service completed on my car that I paid for with the extended service warranty. When I arrived, Jay told me that the 30k milage service was not covered by the warranty and offered it to me at a $60 discount. When I told him that I was informed it was, and asked to see where it said it was not covered, he admitted he had not seen my warranty even though I had used my warranty at this location in December. Jay continued to tell me lies and argue with me, before asking Jackie Symons to help me.I spent over 6 hours waiting for Jackie Symons to find my service warranty. She told me they would change my oil free of charge but was unable to help.Thankfully, eventually I was able to talk to Charles Carmichael. If I could give Charles 10 stars I would. Charles was able to take care of the issue and had the service completed on my car for no charge, as the warranty stated. It is a shame that it took over 7 hours and speaking to three employees before my issue was taken care of. When I left Jacques Jay Nicaisse was rolling his eyes and shaking his head at me. I highly recommend that he is re-trained on how to properly do his job. If you visit Pacifico Mazda and are being helped by Jacques Jay Nicaisse, just know that half of what he is telling you is not true, dont waste your time and request to speak to Charles.Update regarding the response from the owner- I highly recommend you look into how Jacques Jay Nicaisse treats customers. I saw him mistreat multiple customers today. Pacifico Mazda has already wasted enough of my time, so I will not be reaching out to the Tom Flynn.
Just avoid if you value your time and careful handling of contracts. This dealership mismanaged my lease process so badly that I had to return to the dealership 3 times within a week to correct/re-execute contracts and now a week and a half later got a call that they lost a copy of my ID (really glad that’s floating around somewhere) which prevents them from filing necessary paperwork with the state.1. The day I arrived to sign the paperwork they left me waiting for an hour before beginning my contract process, even though I had an appointment2. They tried to rerun my credit report even though they had already run in a couple of days prior and I was already approved3. They had me execute my lease documents on their old finance company’s contracts4. When I went back to re-execute the contract on the correct finance company’s documents, they missed a page so I had to go back a third time to signature the missing section5. They lost the copy of my license that they need to be able to file the necessary recording with the stateDon’t risk it. There are plenty of other Mazda dealerships in the Philadelphia area.
It was a flat out horrible experience! 2 hours and 45 minutes to change a tire and that was with an appointment. The service manager(Jacqueline Symons) was very rude. This dealership is filled with incompetence and there is absolutely no chance I will ever step foot in there again!
This location never answers there phone for scheduling. They never inform you about how long your car is going to be there and do not let you know if they have a rental car available for you. Sure, buying a car might be an okay experience, everything else from customer service to getting your car into the shop is a struggle. I wish I never bought my car at this location. Go to the Mazda in West Chester. They actually have the decency to answer their phone
I have been going to Pacifico for roughly 4 years.I trust my car in their care and trust that sales agents(ace is my go too) the service department and mechanics have my best interest while servicing my car.Today I had a wonderful experience with the service manager Jackie, I had missed my appointment oddly my battery died. She was able to fit me in and kept me abreast of the workings. Absolutely recommend the dealership. Plus I love my Mazda
If you are looking to buy a car I highly recommend David Heffernan at Pacifico Mazda! After going to several other dealerships, I felt lucky to have finally landed at David’s desk. He is friendly, really listens to what you’re looking for, is honest about what he can and can’t do. He made the entire process so enjoyable. I got the sense that he really wanted me to find my car and I felt very taken care of. Everyone in the Pacifico office was kind and professional. This experience was not the stereotypical dealership experience you hear about. This place has a great vibe.
The service center at Pacifico Mazda is unfortunately abhorrent and a frustrating experience. The short version is that I was met with terrible service, attempted scam and my belongings being stolen from my car.First off, the service center is a challenge to reach. When you call, they transfer you to service but seldom does anyone actually answer the phone. I left my name and number but didn’t get a call back for several days and had to call again. I was scheduled immediately for the next morning when I finally got through so it didn’t seem like they were backed up with cars.My key fob was not working with my car. I was charged $125 for a diagnosis which would not be a major issue if they did not try to charge me $149 for another diagnosis when their first one failed to find the problem. If your diagnosis fails and you charge for another one, that’s bad service. They cited an aftermarket part to be the cause of my key not working as justification for the second diagnosis charge. However I had been here before with the same car and the same issue in 2019 and they fixed it back then without ever mentioning this or trying to stick two diagnosis fees on me. I pointed this out to the person managing my service and she gave me attitude stating the mechanic who fixed my car the first time wasnt there so they had no idea what he did (do they not keep records?) After arguing for a bit, she quickly removed the second diagnosis fee but not before speculating the problem might be a part that would cost $700 to replace (online this part was going for around $120.) I felt like the people at Pacifico Mazda were trying to swindle me and charge me far more than what was actually necessary. If you don’t know much about cars, avoid them - they will take advantage of you.I was sent a video showing how they fixed the problem and I texted the service person asking if I was able to come pick up the car that day. In a bizarrely rude tone I was texted in all caps “ I AM COMPLETING THE PAPERWORK. I WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN THATS DONE. THANK YOU.” I never was notified after this and had to call 4 different times to reach the service person and she claimed in a laughing tone “oh you didn’t see the text?” that she had texted me that my car was ready (but I never got this text.)When I finally came to get my car, my belongings were scattered around the interior. One of my CDs was laying in the cup holder and out of its case and scratched. After trying to put my things back to where they belonged, I realized I was missing 5-6 CDs and a Bluetooth FM transmitter. I went back in to talk to the manager but she was not there. I instead spoke to one of the Hyundai managers (I believe his name was Charles) who was very helpful and searched my car and the garage but found nothing but he had nothing to do with my problem and did what he could. He left my name and number for the Mazda manager to call the next day - however it’s been nearly a whole week since then and I doubt they have any intention to call me. Ironically THEY sent me a text asking me to leave a review so, uh, here it is. Dealerships are already a bad deal for fixing your car but if you have to go to one, definitely don’t choose this one.
I can’t express my gratitude enough to Mr. Juan Landivar for my exceptional purchase experience. If you’re planning to get a Mazda I definitely recommend you go to Pacifico and ask for him. He is a great listener, patient and very knowledgeable about all Mazda models and trims and is a real consultant by all means. He is not pushy at all like all other dealers are and helps you make up your mind at ease with no pressure while he provides as much useful information as possible to help with your purchase decisions. The finance manager, Mike, was also a pleasure to work with, he was very flexible and worked around our schedule to make the financial process as simple as possible.
Great Pacifico experience - given the supply shortage, Lamont was compassionate and helpful. It took a couple of visits and tries to get a car that fit my needs and budget, but they were patient and they do not rip customers off with needless “market adjustment” fees. The entire sales staff is great.
Pacifico Mazda was really helpful and efficient getting my car serviced and making a new key. They were clearly busy and I had made my appt for service the day before online, and it was not showing up. They fit us in anyway, added a new key request on and provided us a ride home instead of waiting for several hours at the dealer. I was contacted by text when the car was ready. Excellent service, friendly staff and free car wash!
I’m rating Pacifico’s customer service at a 3 star only because it is a HORRENDOUS feat to go through to try to make an appointment with this place. Once your in the door it’s great because they need the ratings. Jeorge helped me schedule my last minute appointment since I was trying to call in for 3 days of ...leaving messages and being bounced back and forth from the reception to the Mazda center to the answering service to another person’s voicemail. For 3 days and no returned calls. Finally after blowing up (somewhat) they finally patched me over to Jeorge who was finally able to help me schedule an appointment. He was sweet, and definitely helped me out with everything I needed. It just sucked that once again, I’ve had to go through the circus of trying to get an appointment at Pacifico.3/29/22I just left my annual inspection for my mayday czar-5 hoping things would be better. I called ahead to schedule a car to be reserved either from them or from enterprise (from jackie) since I do live over an hour away from the dealership. Well, once again…not only did they not have a car they couldn’t get one from enterprise or anyone else…so my so-called 1 1/2 hour appointment turned into a 3 hour appointment. And not only that the pricing they charge is amazing…I walked out of there for an inspection, oil change and spark plugs a total of $692.79. Never again. And I’m late for work.Thanks.
The people who work in the Pacifico Mazda service department are really nice, very helpful, and its always a pleasant experience. They offer transportation if service will be delayed, have a can-do helpful attitude, treat customers respectfully. Communication is excellent. Overrall, its such a big difference from the car service department I used to use (different manufacturer) that I used to dread.I like the on-line appointment portal, very efficient and reliable. One suggestions to them is that someone actually read the notes that are put into the reservation form - which doesnt seem to be the case.No one really enjoys getting their car serviced, but I think this is as good an experience that Ive had.
I worked with Juan as my salesman and I appreciated that he was patient and didn’t pressure me into any decisions. He assisted me in every way and made me feel comfortable with buying my first foreign made vehicle. I don’t respond to hyper type behavior and he was a great fit for me with this purchase.
Thanks to Dave Heffernan, my experience at Pacifico Mazda was excellent. He and his whole team were efficient and friendly, able to answer all of my questions and make sure the smallest details were taken care of. I highly recommend working with Dave for your next car. Special thanks to Taylor for making me feel welcome on my first visit! I’m happy with my new-to-me Mazda and look forward to the ongoing support I’ll receive at the Pacifico dealership and service department.
I had a great experience at Pacifico Hyundai. From the morning I got there, I was greeted by the Sales manager who was pleasant and engaging. AC was an awesome Sales Representative. He was patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. The car I saw online was sold, but he took the time to research other cars cars in my price and mileage range. Definitely, recommending Pacifico to family and friends. Thank you😃
They kept us there for 6 hours until we got the car but thats only cause there was one loan officer since the other was on vacation. They were busy and since we really loved the CX-5 we were buying, we stuck it out. This was not my first buy; most dealerships have more than one loan officer, so if they cant get you in and out in 2-3 hours, then leave and come back when they can. If they want your money, theyll get things moving.
Everyone here is super nice and constantly communicate with you regarding updates to your vehicle service. They genuinely care about you and make you feel like family. I’ve purchased both of my vehicles from Pacifico Mazda and only get them serviced here. I trust in the Pacifico Mazda team and the service is top tier.
I came for Pacifico Mazda, and Pacifico is just so much better than Faulkner Mazda. They won’t judge you and give you attitudes. Pacifico got great customer service, great quality of work done, everyone’s friendly and the overall experience is just wonderful. Did not regret getting my car here and will definitely be a returning customer.
Juan Landivar from Mazda was great. He took care of us and got us exactly what we wanted and needed quickly. He was kind and patient. Juan got us a fantastic deal on our trade in and was always very responsive, even after the purchase was finalized and I had questions in the following weeks. I highly recommend giving Pacifico Mazda a call and asking for Juan if you’re considering a Mazda.
My first time buying a new car after 11 years. I truly felt they were honest about the sale. They took the time to go over the details and process with me even after hours and that meant a lot to me. Is not about quantity but quality. Thank you Pacifico Mazda and thanks to Jacob Akeel who was my direct sales person. Great job!
My son bought a new Mazda here for several reasons. One, a worthy deal, yet damn near as important was the general mood of the place. Upbeat yet genuine, they seem to want to make you happy instead of longing for somewhere to stab you with expensive trickery.Service department was solid when I took both my car and my wife’s in for inspection and whatever that revealed. The gal in charge of the comings and going’s was very efficient, tempered with a grounded sense of humor. The mechanic talked me through a particular difficulty with a repair, but no attempt to raise the quoted figure.Mazda is producing some wicked good cars, and if you’re in the Delaware Valley, check them out.Todd K
I bought a 2020 Santa Fe last week from Brandon. I drove an hour to see this specific car and the entire staff were more than willing to help! Brandon even got in the car and explained every single button in the car! Great customer service, amazing warranty and the right prices. I have nothing negative to say!
Had my 60k Mazda service appt. Jay was friendly and knowledgeable, explained everything that was being done. The lounge area is very clean and comfortable, they provide refreshments and the Wifi worked great, I brought my laptop and worked for a few hours while my car was serviced. Will definitely continue to bring my car here.
Negative experience. Used car manager Jo is very rude. Had a fight on the phone and yelling at each other. Cant imagine it! Worst customer service Id ever experienced. All paperwork took 5 hours with appointment. Friends accompanied will definitely stay away from this dealership, not to say this location. Wished I had never been there before.
The staff is very welcoming and organized. They made me feel at home. The process was easy and not time consuming. I really enjoyed my conversation with the salesman. Very knowledgeable about the car and polite. I will purchase from them again .. If you go there ask for Ace, he’s an awesome guy.
The staff is courteous and professional. You are treated with dignity and respect. The waiting rooms are quiet and the bathrooms are clean. You are kept informed about your vehicle and the cost of repairs. You are never pressured to consider repairs you are not prepared to undertake. The scheduling of appointments are painless. You receive your vehicle back in a timely manner. I am completely satisfied with the service I receive!
Steve & Chris will be the reason why I return to Pacifico Mazda. They’re team work is unmatched. Steve did an amazing job explaining to me everything that was happening. When it was time for Chris to talk to me, he always made sure I understood and was comfortable with the next steps. They made my experience beyond pleasant. I appreciated their patience, optimism and wisdom. I will be recommending ppl I know searching for a car to come here.
First the good: check in was fast and Pacifico provided Lyft back to town - nice! All staff at check in and pick up were friendly and efficient, working under pretty rough conditions while the dealership is under renovation. Work was done quickly and, as far as I can tell, well. The only reason the review isn’t 5-stars is that there was an item (driver’s side replacement mirror) I knew would need to be ordered. I noted this in the on-line form I submitted when making the appointment a week earlier and in two voice mails I left. To my disappointment, neither voice mail was returned and the mirror wasn’t ordered. Dealer expedited the part but the repairs took two days instead of one. Will return for other major work but not for routine maintenance. Access is just a pain and the lack of responsiveness was very disappointing.
Everyone at Pacifico was fantastic!! They helped me get into a car that day, even though I had doubts because of my credit. Bow Tie was awesome!! He made sure I chose a good car with low mileage. I never for one second felt like anyone was trying to get over on me. Id recommend Pacifico to EVERYONE and ANYONE who is looking to buy a car.
Simply wonderful!I went here with my brother and poor English speaking parents. AC is a saint and was very helpful and patient as I had to to translate back and forth.Despite being a walk in and not having an appointment, I appreciate they were able to squeeze us in and get all paper work done in a single day.I greatly appreciate that there was no sudden surprises, and got the out the door price immediately and got sent online links. Very honest. There was an attempt at an upsell during the finance and insurance phase, but there was no pressure when we opted out.To top it all off, we went there Labor Day weekend and got some BBQ on the house so we didnt have to worry about food and drinks while waiting, and we also got some nice canvas bags as gifts after buying our car.
Excellent sales experience with Pacifico Mazda. My wife was shopping for her first new car to buy (I have bought 5 brand new cars in the last 12 years so I do have experience with this) - and the sales experience at Pacifico for her was great. Lamont was a top notch salesman and was able to help her get a Mazda CX-30 turbo at exactly the price she wanted and was very accommodating through the whole experience. Definitely made the buying experience better which really helps you to appreciate your purchase. Not only that, but she won a TV on the spin the wheel. Joe in Finance walked us through sealing the date at the best rate and threw a deal on a tire/wheel package. I am very happy that they made my wifes first new car purchase an excellent memorable one. We will be continuing to bring it in for service! If you are in the Philadelphia area, I highly recommend Pacifico Mazda.
Service advisors were great at explaining what my car needed. It was cool outside on the morning that I pick the vehicle up however, when the temperature went up in the afternoon and I turned on the air conditioner it only blew warm air.Hopefully this could be rectified when I call them Monday morning.
First time visitor and had a very pleasant experience. Mike met me at my car and made sure he had all the information he needed. Everyone was super friendly. The service was quick and came with a free car wash. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi wasn’t working and I was planning to do work, but it was quick enough that it didn’t end up mattering!
-They allowed me to bring my car a day early because I couldn’t make it because of work.-I receive constant text about my car and a video that showed exactly what was wrong with it that I understood completely.-There was not a long wait and the staff was extremely helpful
Car shopping can be such a stressful and daunting task - I know from experience! We visited several different dealerships recently and always left with our heads spinning, wondering about the mystery fees, and how slick many of the game playing salespeople came across. We then visited Pacifico Hyundai/Mazda. When we pulled in the parking lot, we prepared ourselves to be approached by another fast-talking, head spinning encounter.....WOW, were we surprised!! We were greeted with sincerely friendly smiles, were offered refreshments, and introduced to an OUTSTANDING salesperson, Juan. He made us feel comfortable with NO fast-talking sales pitch, answered all our questions patiently and clearly, and most importantly, was HONEST, professional, and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson or “car buying” experience. Juan went over and above to make us 100% happy with our new vehicle and the customer service we received. He was with us for the whole process and NEVER made us feel like we were just another sale. From dealing with Juan and the other Pacifico employees that we came into contact with, I can honestly say that the next time we are in the market for another car, we’re going straight to Pacifico!!! Yes, I gave Juan and Pacifico 5 stars .... if I could give them 10 stars, I would!!! You can bet we will ABSOLUTELY be recommending them to our family and friends!!!
Update: My second service here went well. It was a 30k mile check up. Jay was very nice and so was Jackie. It was extremely expensive though, and I always feel cruddy dropping a ton of money on a car. Even the lift driver they had take me home talked to me about how over priced it is and asked why I was going there. Whew. It was nice that they lifted me to and from my house so I didnt have to wait five hours there.Service department was nice and easy to talk to and work with. I came in for an oil change and regular 5,000 mileage check up and it went well - pretty much similar to all of the other car service Ive received from other Mazda locations. It did take awhile longer than what I was told, but I come to expect that. The waiting area was a decent size, it could fit about 4-5 people socially distanced sitting. I wish this one had a few more snack/beverage options, but I understand thats tough during COVID. It did feel really stuffy in the sitting room - if you have any medical issues I would not wait at the dealership right now due to COVID. I did have some issues after leaving the dealership with the center monitor of my car completely not working... so I had to reset it myself after parallel parking without my rear view camera. It made it a little stressful and I wish I had checked it out before leaving their center.Overall though, I will be coming back here because I trust Mazdas expertise with fixing their own cars.
I serviced my vehicle at Pacifico so naturally after it was side swiped by a police vehicle I didnt even consider another place. BIG mistake! Communication is nonexistent. Having never actually gone through this process I was unaware of many things that they should have done. Of course the insurance company quoted less than what I would have considered necessary. It was the job of Pacificos body shop to have adjustments made. They had my vehicle long enough for all of the work to be completed several times over. Instead of including the visible scratches and places of obvious paint transfer from where the white cruiser the hit my black truck they only completed the work from the insurance quote. Which took over a month from my initial visit to the time I picked it up. I waited almost a month for them to get the sideview mirror then gave up and got one from online & put it on myself. They had my truck 9 days to repaint a bumper. NOT ONCE did anyone EVER call me. When I called the one receptionist made it seem like I was intruding on her time, very rude and unprofessional. The other lady is sweet as pie but didnt call me back like she said she would. Overall it was hands down the WORST EXPERIENCE Ive had with Pacifico.
I usually take my car to Faulkner but due to the tornado damage they just sustained I was unable to do so. I had a flat tire, needed a services, and some oil as well in my Mazda 6.. man oh man is Pacifico on point! I had my car towed there, the next morning I got a call from Jay and he was just absolutely fantastic! They did everything needed to get the car up and running, same day mind you, and even paid for the Lyft to get me there. I cannot recommend them enough and will be taking my car there from now own, oh and do yourself a favor and ask to work with Jay!
We were greeted by Jorge, our customer satisfaction manager in the Service Department and he made sure that we felt take care of. We also appreciated the complimentary Lyft service home and back to the dealership to pick up our vehicle. The coupon for a free car wash was nice too.
I had set up my service appointment in advance to include a loaner. They had no loaners in. After an hour at Enterprise, I finally got a loaner (with iffy breaks). When I picked up my carafe to work from its 75k service (it was running perfectly when I dropped it off), I no sooner pulled out of the spot and stepped on the gas and the car started shaking, making crazy noises, refusing to accelerate, and the service engine light came on (along with traction control and a few others. Only the engine light stayed on when stopping and restarting car). Since it was about 6 (after work), service was closed and I had to leave my car (leaving us with only 1 car seat for my daughter) with the hopes that whatever they did wrong can be fixed before I leave town tomorrow.
My husband and I got off our flight at airport to a dead car. We were able to get it jump started but it wasn’t working right and had many dash lights going off. We managed to get it to Pacifico Mazda and they were able to get it in right away and were very reasonably priced. Staff very nice and helpful.
Just purchased a new Elantra hybrid from David Hehhernan at Pacifico (Mazda and Hyundai). He is great to deal with. He was attentive and accommodating throughout the test drive period. I am kind of slow and anxious about large purchases, and I have seen other dealers walk away, rather than help me work through my doubts and questions. David helped me get the car I wanted, and I felt like I got a fair price. I am looking forward to a good service relationship as well.
In need of an inspection and due for regular service I got the idea this morning to schedule my service through the dealer since I also had an open recall. I logged onto the website and saw appointments available today so I picked 1:15PM. I arrived around 1PM and was immediately greatest by the service advisor. After checking in, I told him I needed a ride home as well as a ride back when completed and a complementary one was provided. I was home 20 minutes later and took a little afternoon nap. My phone buzzed 2 hours later indicating my car was done via text. Another text to initiate my return ride came a few minutes later as well as another text with an easy link to pay my invoice. 20 minutes later I was back at the dealer grabbing my keys and heading off. This was the easiest and best service I ever had. After my coupon and discount for being a customer was applied the price was super reasonable even though I require synthetic. As I was driving off I popped on over to their car wash around the block for my free car wash. Not only was the price a great value, the service was outstanding. The inspection report was easy to understand and the recall was completed. If you factor in the free transportation and car wash, this was an extreme value for top notch dealer service. Super professional.
Waited two hours for a oil and filter change, and a tire rotation. They decided to add some fuel additive without asking me and charged me $100 for the work. Any shop would have charged me $50 for synthetic oil and filter swap, with a tire rotation. I do not recommend going here because prices are not made clear, fuel additive was not requested and is overpriced (check auto zone or advanced auto parts), waiting time is high, and every customer there complained about the very high waiting times each time they come for service.Besides that, the staff was nice, and they had pretzels and mustard. Coffee machine there too.
Take your car literally ANYWHERE else to be serviced. I can understand that places are understaffed at times, things come up, and repairs may take longer than expected. What I cant understand is the unprofessionalism of the service representatives at this location. I was called once for an update on my car in the SIX days that it was there. Each time I talked to someone, I was told they would call back in an hour, and they never delivered. Every time, it seemed like my car was about to be finished and they would just call me back shortly. I never got a call, and from then, it was a hassle to get ahold of anyone. Anytime I tried to reach the service station, I was immediately transferred to voicemail. They must ignore or just not care about voicemails because I never received a call back. I had my friend try to call them and magically she got through to a representative! Its like they were screening the calls and literally avoiding me.I did not feel like a priority and I did not feel like my business was at all valued by Pacifico Mazda. After my car being there for the time that it was, I left not knowing if everything was fixed. They only had time to fix the initial problem. I left scared that my car was going to break down again, not knowing if the fix resolved all of the cars issues. As a new resident of the area, I was really hoping that this service experience would have been a good one and I would have gained a new trusty mechanic. The rep did offer me a $100 discount at the end, but it was the same offer I had through a coupon on the MyMazda app, so it really didnt mean anything.
I came in for an oil change. The staff their is amazing! They checked my fluids, breaks, tires etc. and did the oil change all for $43. I also purchased my car from there so every fourth or third oil change is free. My mom goes there as well. They usually try to give you some type of deal or discount. A+ service!!!
From the moment I walked and until I left everyone was super friendly and helpful. Gary H. was my salesman and really did everything he could so that I could leave with a car at the price that I told him I needed to stay under. Indeed I did! And I received follow-up calls and texts for the next few days from him and others asking was I happy with my newly purchased certified used vehicle- I was and still am! If you value great customer service and care from the salesperson while shopping for your next vehicle give them a try, you wont be disappointed!
Amanda at the service center is amazing! When my car started having transmission issues, she got us in right away, even though it’s right before Christmas and they were super busy. She kept us informed the whole time, was super helpful, and my car was all fixed by the next morning. She was definitely a life saver.
I went in for service in August 2020. I needed an airbags recall serviced, so admittedly price was not a pain point for this visit as it often is at mechanics generally. That said, I was impressed by the staff’s very quick, friendly, and attentive service. They kept me updated as needed and were very personable and efficient. Offered a free car wash at the end, too. Bonus: all staff I saw there were wearing masks properly, which further communicated care for their customers. On customer service alone, I’d consider going back here if I need future service on my car.
Had an incredible car buying experience at Pacifico. From fhe moment I walked in the staff made me feel valued and welcomed. My salesperson Ben listened to what I was looking for and get me exactly what I asked for, and he was flexible with my many requests. The manager Jason and the finance manager Dahlia went the extra mile to help me secure the necessary financing and made what should have been a very stressful process smooth and simple.
Been to a couple of dealers and this is the team that I felt the most comfortable dealing with. Dave is a passionate and respectful person and I enjoyed the whole test driving and purchasing process. The rest of the team was also very efficient---I managed to get a decent deal and drive home the car within 4 hours of visiting.
Mr chuck was my sales man, he went about and beyond to find the car that suits my income. Not only that he worked with me and my situation I’m dealing with.I have nothing bad about this place ! My engine lite came on the about three days after my purchase, MR. Chuck made sure I had a replacement car the next day. Not only that ITS WAS BRAND NEW NO MILES AND a 2021 explorer
Everyone is always so nice and helpful. We are on our third lease from Pacifico Mazda and each time we’ve been pleased with the process and staff. This time we worked with Juan and he was terrific. He took the time to show us everything we needed to know about the car and made sure we were happy about all of our decisions. We would absolutely look for him again when we come back!!
Personally I was pleased with the attentiveness of my Salesman the whole time. I appreciate that he didn’t try to get me to over spend or go over the budget I provided. Alex S. was very personable and funny as hell. I appreciate your kindness Alex S. and I love my new car! Congratulations to and you wedding again! I recommend them to anyone and you will be very pleased.
Thanks to a service representative by the name of Jacques Nicaisse my experience in the Mazda service department was outstanding. Mr. Nicaisse provided me with all of the information that was Necessary for my repairs while going the extra mile to make sure other means of transportation was provided during my repairs. What started out to be a nightmare/ inconvenience because of the patients and care that was displayed by Mr. Nicaisse actually turn out to be the most amazing experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. Thanks again for all of the hard work and efforts5 Stars well deserved!
I started the process of getting my car online. Pacifico has a real view of the type of car you’re looking for with actual prices. I really liked this future. I had checked my credit scores prior so I was able to see about how much I’d be spending per month. I did my pre-approval through their website on 5/16.I happened to need the window shield on My previous car fixed. When jack’s told me the part wouldn’t be in till 1 I decided to go to Mazda to check out their cars to kill time. This was on 5/19. It took about 3 hours altogether to pick out the car, test drive, sign paperwork and run it through the bank. I was adamant about my payments being under $400 a month and to my liking that’s what I got. I wasn’t able to take the car home that day because I needed someone to drive my old car home. We arranged for me to pick it up Saturday (5/22) morning. I finished up the last of my paperwork Saturday as agreed I took my brand new with only 2 miles on it Mazda CX-5 touring preferred package home.I held off buying a new car due to a bad experience when I was a new driver years ago at a dealership in NY. It was the typical shark tank experience where there were multiple people on the floor trying to fast talk you and sell you into a car you don’t want. I guess it was a gift that I was young barely had credit and my step father wouldn’t co-sign for me.I’d really like to thank Lamont Dean for his service. He made things smooth for me. I forgot the guys name that helped me finish up my paperwork on Saturday, but I’d like to thank him too. Thank you all for giving me a different kind of experience when it comes to car buying.
This place is every sleazy car dealer stereotype you can imagine. They barely moved on price, but I was at least a little comforted that theyd agreed to repair a couple of defective items. After several attempts to schedule the *contracted* repairs, at one point I was told they were ordering the parts then later told they had no idea they were even supposed to fix, and ultimately refused service because I was two weeks past the allotted 30 day window.Dont trust a word from anyone here. They only want to rip you off, and theyll waste as much of your time as possible while doing it.
My experience there with Mazda was nothing but pure professionalism. I took my car there for service and a check engine deficiency. I was greeted by Jorge in the service department and he made me feel like I was family. Refreshments and the waiting area was excellent. I can’t wait to continue my services with Mazda dealership.
Great service! Nice friendly staff! We looked at a few pre-owned cars here and then tried out luck at other dealers, but Pacifico’s deals and cars couldn’t be beat. I would definitely recommend them. Chris Watson was super helpful throughout the process and not too pushy like some car sales people can be. Great place!
My experience at Pacifico was amazing. Mr. Gary Holmes was my sales representative. This gentleman made sure everything about my purchase was correct and that I wasn’t going into anything with a blind eye. He was completely honest about my vehicle and it’s car fax, he also made sure my family and I were comfortable while he did his job to ensure I’d drive off the lot in a new car. Great customer service. I recommend this place!
Big shout out the (Jackie Symons)Pacifico Mazda service group !! Walked in twice, in the past three months for two different problems into Pacifico mazda. Jackie made the process super smooth, submitted my claims and finished the job just in time. She genuinely tries to help all the customers. Very accommodating and customer friendly dealership. Its my to go place.
What a journey! I live in Richmond, VA and my daughter is in Philly studying. Our Mazda6 she uses for travel to work suddenly started running rough. We had the car towed to Pacificos night drop off. They called the next morning and performed an analysis. The bad news - I needed a new fuel injector and plugs. The good news, they took care of it overnight. AND they sent a car to pick up my daughter when she was ready for the car. Great service, communication and attention to detail. Most grateful.
I had one of the most positive experiences I ever have at Mazda Pacifico. I’ve been crossing the bridge from New Jersey as long as I’ve lived here, having moved from Florida. The customer service has always been exceptional aside from maybe a year where there was some turnover. Amanda was a breath of fresh air and she was very detailed in her explanations and was sure to explain everything in a way that I could understand. I will continue coming to Mazda Pacifico as long as your standards for customer service remain as high as they are currently. .
I LOVED IT, My credit score was around 590-600 and they Got me approved for the exact car that I wanted!! 2018 Mazda 3... I did not have to settle, they took great care of me. Everyone there were nice, friendly and respectful... I love my car... it is perfect.. they gave me the best deal and even when I got there the bank I was approved for lowered my APR rate. They wanted to sell, I wanted to buy. We came to great terms. CHOOSE PACIFICO MAZDA, where your desires will be received.
From the moment I contacted Pacifico Mazda about my vehicle having two recalls that needed immediate attention “ASAP”, I couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience with a dealership/service center. I was always treated with respect and a high level of professionalism. I must give special thanks to “Jay”, you really went above and beyond with your service. I was always kept updated on any changes or delays for any reason. A part for my vehicle was being shipped and the moment “Jay” estimated it would be a few days before the shipment came he contacted me, offered to Uber/Lyft me back to the dealership and provide me a loaner vehicle until my vehicle was completed. I would also like to thank “Jackie”, you were so professional and kind, I never felt rushed while filling out paperwork and you were kind enough to drive my vehicle back up front after I returned the loaner vehicle and also, “Jackie” had amazing energy which immediately made me feel welcomed. I would also like to thanks the mechanics who worked on my vehicle!! “Jay”, “Jackie” and Mechanics Thank you all for an amazing experience!! THANK YOU!! TO THE ENTIRE STAFF AT **PACIFICO MAZDA**
I was able to schedule my appointment online and drop my car off for a routine inspection. Jorge was able to review the details included in the inspection and then scheduled a Lyft to take me home. Jorge called me later that day to let me know my car was ready. I wasnt able to pick up that day, but a Lyft was scheduled for me the following morning. I scheduled the pick up and was able to get my car with ease. The Mazda team is always so friendly and efficient!! Thank you for all you do!!
Pacifica Mazda has the white glove treatment I expect from a car dealership/service center. Everyone is always friendly and accommodating. The public areas are clean and well organized. The service center is thorough and explains everything they will do or was done to my vehicle. I would highly recommend.
We had an awful car dealer experience with this agency.1.- We scheduled a test drive, and when we arrived, the car wasn´t available for the test. I spend time and money.2.- The sales manager apologized and promised that I would be the first person to test the car.3.- They told us that the car would be available for a test drive soon, but we were waiting more than a week, and they changed the test drive appointment twice.4.- When the car was “ready,” they asked for a deposit to secure the vehicle even though he had promised to hold the vehicle for me for a test drive. A few minutes later, the sales manager told me that the car was sold. That stinks. They don’t respect the customer time. The worst car dealer experience in Philadelphia.
Bought a used 2019 Ford Fusion here. The car is very clean, and they got the entire system checked by mechanics which is very reassuring. Their sale representative Charles is very helpful and patient. He showed me around, provided all the infomation I needed and handled all the paper work. A perfect experience!
I found the used Mazda3 at Pacifico that I wanted at a fair price. The service department did an excellent job of checking and servicing the car before final purchase. The salesman Acia Gay handled the purchase process very professionally and was a pleasure to deal with. The used car manager Jason Oquendo was also friendly and helpful. I am very glad that I selected Pacifico Mazda for my used car purchase. A first class business.
Extremely frustrating experience with this dealership. My temp tags expire and I cant get a hold of one single person who works there to get an update. My sales rep, JP, told me that DMV is slow, but was going to send me an affidavit that was never sent. I reached out to him again and asked him to email it to me and I still did not get a response. I have called the dealership multiple times (and JP once but the phone call doesnt even go through) to get some sort of answer and I have not received a call back in over a week, nor can I even reach a person who I can talk to. How is it possible that no one seems to be working there and no one knows what happened to my tags? All I need is an update -- I didnt think it would be too much to ask for.
I have taken my car to Pacifico Mazda several different times for various services. Each and every time I have been greeted with a friendly and professional staff member. I would specifically like to mention Jackie in the service department office. She is personable and well versed in everything the Mazda service department has to offer. My only regret was not buying my Mazda 3 at Pacifico in the first place.
I appreciated the ease of completing the transaction almost solely online. This was the first time I’ve ever been able to do that. You go online, get a solid price, and can square everything away there. They would have even met me to deliver the car if I had wanted which would have meant no dealership experience at all. This made it easy to shop and know what was what. They were a little aggressive on the up sell for warranties and protections at the end, but other than that, this was a seamless experience for me as the type of buyer who spends the time researching what I want ahead of time and knows exactly what I want. They do offer more personalized processes too if that’s your jam. Overall, a solid transaction.
I found the car of my dreams at Pacifico Mazda and Mike Conahan (plus other team members) did an awesome job coordinating the purchase and transport to South Carolina where my car will call home! I had an awesome experience. It couldnt have been easier and more pleasant. Thanks Mike, Kurt and everyone else that made this happen!
The promise of the website advertising is that you can 100% complete the process online to reduce paperwork. Not true. I was assisted in the buying process by Bryan Foley, who was very responsive and helpful. I navigated through the credit application with his help and used the app to decline all of the numerous, costly add ons. When I arrived , we were directed to a young associate who was required to interface with my insurance agent and get copies of our licenses. I noticed the car was parked outside and noticed that the mudguards that I ordered along with the all weather mats, were not installed. That was 2 hours ago. About 45 minutes ago we were taken to the credit managers office to finalize the paperwork, and subjected to a sales pitch on all of the products that I rejected on the web. The gentleman, Michael was polite and friendly, Im sure that he is required to pitch these products. Now, we have been told that the service department wasswamped, and that it will be another 40 minutes before they install the mudguards. The sales manager approached us to state that he understands our frustration and apologized. If this is any indication of the way things operate here, I dont think Ill get my service work here. Very frustrating.
No complaints with the actual service for my airbag recall, but the appointment was scheduled in advance and was meant to take an hour or less. It actually took 2.5 hours. Had I known in advance how long it would take I could have left and come back rather than spend an entire Saturday morning at the dealership.
My appointment was exactly at 8:00 AM the staff there. The service was excellent. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I enjoyed myself sitting in the very clean waiting room. So I rate my service with a five star because it was in an out and No long waiting time.
Acia Gay was my sales person and he treated us like we were family. He was very easy to talk to and he was very kind patient and funny. He explained everything in detail and assured me if I needed him in the future he would be happy to help. I was already a part of the Hyundai family and I must say I am very pleased with my service. Thank you and God bless
I recently moved to Delaware county and needed to find somewhere to service my Mazda as I no longer wished to take the hour long drive to my old place. I found this place online and had my fiancé drop my car off for routine service. Since the wait was going to be long, they got her a Lyft ride to go home and return when it was ready. Took a little longer than expected but they offered me a discount on the service I received. My fiancé said they were clean and the lady helping her was very pleasant and had good customer service. For that, I will definitely return.
The overall buying experience was great. Most of the paperwork completed online. They even let me view the car via Zoom. It seems however I dealt with the entire sales team. It would have been better dealing with no more than 2 people. They didnt show me the car before signing the rest of the paperwork and the detailing was shoddy. I still see rings on my front windshield and pray I can get them off, otherwise Ill be going back. But again, overall it was a great experience everyone was friendly and pleasant.
Pacifico Mazda is the best!!! I initially got a free oil change and cleaning from them in the beginning of the pandemic when they were advertising it for healthcare workers. Fast forward 9 months and they sent me two more free vouchers for those services in the mail. It was such a nice surprise and means a lot during this time. They even got me a Lyft ride back there when my car was done. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!
Even at 8 AM, Jackie greeted me with a smile. She was very informative to the service my CX-5 was in for and the additional work the technician recommended. I was kept informed throughout the process. I wasnt planning to spend what I did but trusted they knew best. Thank you for always providing excellent service.
Went in for oil change at 11:20am, left at 2pm. Saw two customers come and go for the same service I went in for (I asked). And every time a customer was called for their car the employee would say “very sorry for the wait”.Also, “mileage until next service” sticker had 5k miles on it. Last two times I went sticker said 8k, not a huge deal I guess. They are nice though.
At Pacifico Mazda, the representatives there had excellent customer service. The customer care was genuine not fake therefore I felt comfortable while waiting for my car to be serviced. There was no delay prompt service and a clean place to wait in..Five stars!!!! Coodles to you guys....
I came in for an oil change and found out I had an unexpected recall so I ended up staying there for about 2 hours, but Jorge took very good care of me and checked on me about every 20 minutes to say something funny and make me smile. He made an unpleasant experience much better!
Do not buy the service contract there because no one will ever answer the phone or get back to you. Got a brand new 2019 Mazda and no one can even call me back for a simple inspection on my vehicle WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! THEY SHOULD GET A LAWSUIT AND LOOKING INTO IT
Called in to change a blown tire, service quickly checked stock and had me come in ASAP. Jorge took care of me quickly and his energy was very welcoming. They got me out in about an hour. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thanks Jorge.- Not Brandon. (He will get the joke)
Everyone who helped me purchase my SUV was wonderful. They were kind, helpful and informative. Mike C and Kurt werent pushy or overly salesy. They made sure I was getting what I wanted and that I knew what I was getting I would definitely recommend Pacifico to a friend or family member.
We had car trouble and had to tow the car to the dealership. My husband and I are expecting in a few weeks and recently became a one car family. So we were a bit anxious. But our former sales rep Mike and Kyle, who works in the service department, took great care of us. Mike called ahead to let Kyle know we were dropping off the car and Kyle made sure we had a loaner, so that we wouldn’t have to worry about being without transportation at a critical time in our pregnancy. They fixed the issue in a timely fashion and now we have our car back and are patiently awaiting the arrival of our little one. Thanks to the Mazda team for making this one less thing we had to stress about during an exciting but crazy time in our lives!
I have always had a good experience with Pacifico Mazda’s service department. From making the appointment to the day of service, the attention to detail is great. They also provide Lyft service to and from so that I can leave my car for service. Thank you Kyle for being professional and attentive.
From Taylor to AC to Joe! What an incredible experience! I have to say it was the EASIEST car buying experience evah! The only reason I didnt rate 5 star is because I think the detailing could have been better. Small thing in an otherwise GREAT experience! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PACIFICO MAZDA!!!
Short Version: Sales department is fantastic. Service department.. a rocky start but they made everything right and were great to deal with once issues were resolved.Long Version: Purchased a used truck from Pacifico back in July. The dealer that I worked with (Matt) was very helpful and always available when I needed help, information, or even support after the sale. I really love the truck and feel like I got a fair deal on it. Highly recommend buying a vehicle from here, my experience was amazing. The service department was not too fantastic initially. My truck had a small water leak, which Matt said would get fixed. After unsuccessfully trying to schedule an appointment for about a month, I posted a review here on Google on a Friday. Within hours, I was contacted by the service manager. I was at work so couldnt take the call and had planned on calling back on the following Monday. That Monday AM, I received a call from Cynthia (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) and she asked what issues that I was having. I explained. She was able to get my appointment set up for the next day and everything was taken care of. Bottom line, it sounds like there was a breakdown in communication in a few different spots but theyll be fixed for the future. Also thanks to Kyle in the service department for taking the time every now and then to give me updates on the progress of my vehicle. Youre great. High five. So, right now? As far as Im concerned, theyre OK in my book. Got off to a bit of a rocky start but they definitely went above and beyond to keep my business. Ill probably have service done again so will update appropriately if I have more issues but.. for now? Five stars.
I have been servicing my car here for almost 3 years now and have always gotten the best customer service. They are always kind, professional and answer any and all questions I have. Even the wait time usually isn’t too bad, and everything is done right every time. I recommend this place 100%
Pacifico Mazda is highly professional and always delivers outstanding service and delivers on promises. There is no comparison to the Mazda dealers in South Jersey. I highly recommend Pacifico Mazda. Clearly, owners treat colleagues with respect and empower them to take care of customers. I always feel welcomed and appreciated. I always feel like I’m valued and that my business matters.I drive a small Mazda3 and still they act like I’m their best customer. They are amazing!

2022-04-06We had our Mazda detailed (interior and exterior) and they did such a fabulous job. No detail was missed and the car has never been so clean since we bought it 8 years ago! So happy with the quality of their service. We also use Pacifico for all our inspection/oil change and repair needs. We are very satisfied customers for the past 8 years!

2022-05-05I had an excellent experience in leasing my Mazda at Pacifico and the service experience has been great too. I was very impressed with your new service area which was comfortable and clean. Jackie, your service associate, was friendly and helpful. The videos done by your mechanics are great too.

2022-05-18Dylan was very helpful in answering questions about our new Mazda and helping make it happen. Drew handled our paperwork and was also informative on anything we needed to know. We really enjoyed our overall experience at Pacifico, a major bonus was they are not charging a low inventory fee above sticker price!

2022-04-14My first oil change was very quick. I arrived early as well for my appointment and I was out of there in under an hour. The seating area was comfortable with chairs, a TV, coffee, tea, water and even warm pretzels. They also gave me a free car wash even though I already have the free lifetime car wash card. Thank you Jay!

2022-05-02Courteous service. The video overview with the mechanic’s assessment was a nice touch and useful. Was considerably more expensive than expected, but I’ll attribute it to the fact that it was a larger, 15k service. I’ll give them another shot before judging costs further. Everything else was great.

2022-06-12I had a great experience at Mazda Pacifico. Dylan was great, professional and did his best in finding us a good deal in a new car. We were able to finish fast, get the car and have all the papers signed on the same day.

2022-04-05Brought my CX-5 in for service and inspection this morning. Fast, efficient and complete with an under-the-car video by the mechanic of what his assessment of the car was. Great bonus! My service manager Jay was equally professional, thorough and responsive. And the new facilities are clean and comfortable.
