People if you actually want to get what youve ordered, DO NOT order from here!!! There drivers are INCOMPETENT!!! NEVER once did they get our order right!!! Use the Chinese restaurant in Morrell Plaza. They dont deliver in my area but door dash never gets your order wrong
Only delivers 2 miles away... Pretty slack. Looks like after 6 years we will be buying from a different place.½ mile cost you a customer.

We ordered a large order tonight and when we arrived, we watched employees not wearing mask, touching and packing food. When I called to ask, she said, masks are mandatory, I am wearing one.. when I told her that we can see her and have been watching them handle and prepare food, she said you know coronavirus is not contagious by food....we would literally have to spit on you to give it to you. I went to say cancel my order,, but she cut me off and said,, you dont have to order from here. And hung up the phone on me.. Even though there is a sign on the door requiring masks, we watched 8 people walk in with no masks. This place used to be nice with delicious food, now its filthy with ignorant and rude staff.
I always ordered from this place. Today my family ordered chicken wings and when they arrived it came undone. We called to speak with someone and were informed that1. She couldn’t understand what I was saying when i said uncooked.2. She also said she cooked our order with someone else’s and the other customer didn’t call to complain3. She also said we can drive to restaurant so she can inspect it to see what we were talking about but if she thought they were cooked then nothing can be done.We asked for a manager and informed the girl we order all the time. This is the first time we had this issue and her response was to hang up the phone.I will never spend another dime on them. She was rude to loyal customers. Avoid this place. There are better places on Torresdale or elsewhere. I also took pictures!
Always order never have a problem food is always great but they NEVER give utensils i always have to remind them of that and to poke a hole in my lemonade if you don’t say anything they won’t do it,

At the first moment you step in that restaurant team give you a great feeling. Very congenial stuff, it is a good restaurant to go out with your friends or with your date. tasty cuisine, experienced chef, comfortable cost and attentive service. Highly recommended.
Im not giving one star because of the food. This has been our go to Chinese food place for 6 years. Lately they give different prices everytime we order! We ALWAYS order the exact same thing and the price will go up a dollar, down a dollar, up two dollars back down. When you question them they always give a different reason or theyll change it to what I tell them I paid last time. We are over it! Also over the attitude of the driver who will argue why its more money or less money! WE ORDER THE SAME FOOD AND SAUCES EVERYTIME! ARGUMENT OVER! I hope youre happy you lost a faithful customer!
Great food! I enjoy it very much. Be careful of of the pricing they have over charged me 3 or 4 times, and one time would not give me my money back. Just add it up real quick and check your price with Theirs. It can range from 50 to 75 cent. All I say Is be careful
If you spend enough money to be eligible for free egg roll you have to ask for it because they will not just give it to you. They sell 16.9 ounce soda that they buy outside the city and say on them Not for resale. So pretty much they are charging you the beverage tax and pocketing the money. I would not give them anymore business. If I knew who to call i would call them. They are cheap and food is not that great. If I could give them zero stars I would.
I have honestly liked this place for a year but havent noticed that they charge up everything and add additional charges that are not food. If you do not believe me walk in and grab a menu I ordered two things and a spring roll with 8%sales tax I should have been at 16.67 somehow Im being charged 20. Just pay attention to your money people Im actually pulling up old receipts from them because a friend thats a lawyer said I have a case when a company adds tips and surcharges that are not stated its illegal so dont be surprised when u get charged 3 to 4 dollars more everytime
I order from them often and today when I order the woman taking orders was rude and refused to hear that my food was made incorrectly. She hung up on me twice. 2ndly I spent over $51.00 with this establishment. I didnt receive any napkins, forks, or sauces to utitlize with the food that I ordered. I will NOT be ordering from them again unless I cannot find another business worth patronizing.
Be careful with this place. I came in, placed the order. While waiting for food to be ready, i happened to check the reviews. One review said they over charged her and refuse to refund the difference.I added up my total and it came to $17.72 with tax. She charged me $18.25. Once I pointed out the over charge, she refunded the difference.When you order Chinese, check your total. Sometimes they over charge you. This is not the 1st time it happened to me.
The food here is fantastic I have been ordering from here for years and I never had an issue. Great customer service and great food quality.
My wife surprised me and I can say I got home from a long day and I enjoyed the food very good and the egg rolls was not greasy they had no grease coming from them they were perfect. I got to give you rating as #1 in frankford Ave for Chinese food in the area

I order 50 worth of food well I guess they made thus food in a trash bin disgusting rice then sel you food without spoon or a fork your so suppose to eat with your hand like a dog I hope everyone dont order from this place waste of money that I work for hours

This place has been great for years,their food was very clean even during beginning months of pandemic then everything went to sh!t 2 hours waiting for delivery they never showed up,then i got food poisoning when i ordered at night,then even gave them another chance theyre not the same,quality of food is not good anymore and delivery is horrible no utensils ever and i tip driver 5 dollars at least im 5 mins away no reason to wsit 2 hours then get fed the badfood out all day cooked in dirty grease.

Thank GOD I found a restaurant in Mayfair with good food! Very happy indeed. Since moving here it has been a challenge! But this place is awesome. Delicious and savory. I ordered, Singapore noodles, chicken lo mein, steamed pork dumplings, general tso chicken, and crab rangoon. Every was DELICIOUS. Their menu advertises no MSG but Im doubtful the food could be THAT GOOD, without the use of MSG. Not that its a bad thing, all fast food chains and many your favorite salty snacks also use MSG. No more harmful than salt. Anyways, I am very happy I found this place and will continue to order from here.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Ordered wings & when I got the wings they weren’t even cooked at all red on the instead very disgusting! Called back and manager gave a attitude then hung up as a paying customer I should get what I asked for. Don’t even waste your money here they are very rude and won’t give you your money back. Good tasting food and fast delivery, but the american girl that picks the phone up has is very rude! she needs to be replaced, the owner and owners wife are very nice. i wish i could give this place 5 stars but the customer service from the girl that answers sucks!
First and last time ordering from here. We ordered a platter of Beef and Broccoli and bourbon chicken with white rice. The beef was cold and pink in the center(raw) we had it replaced with something else but could dare to eat it. I didnt eat the bourbon after seeing the raw beef and my white rice was drenched in soooo much bourbon sauce that it was soupy.

The receptionist are really rude you order the food and if this mistake it’s not their fault they make it seem like it’s your mistake they will hang up the phone you the food will come cold And tell you to Deal with it they will hang up the phone on you and tell you if you have a problem come see them and tell you next time you won’t get your food at all

I ordered a plain fried rice. When I ordered there was none of the ingredients found in fried rice no onions ,scallions or sprouts just an egg! When I called and asked what came in plain fried rice the woman answered with all the ingredients listed above the men thought otherwise. Order made incorrectly with no solution offered no utensils or napkins and a plain fried rice is listed in your menu “regular fried rice” is not an option on any menu!

Woww the food in this restaurant is super delicious and not only that, what I have noticed are very clean. Everything I have tried so far has tasted delicious. I really like their General chicken, wings, Lomein, tostones in short, a list of things, they will not be surprised to try them.
So far the best Chinese food I have had 😊exceptional customer service. What I like the most is their wings, crabRangoon and shrimp fried rice. I truly recommend this place Of all the Chinese restaurants that I have eaten, this has been the best, the food is delicious, the wings, rice and crabrangoons are super delicious I recommend them and finally note that they are super clean and very organized and for me that is a plus. I would recommend this place 100%

2022-04-03They didn’t give me any fortune cookies, the rice is bland, they overcharged us and they don’t do there jobs. We bought them on Uber Eats. The food tastes like absolute garbage, don’t buy their trashy food. The Sweet & Sour Chicken made me absolutely sick to my stomach, it was burnt & didn’t come with sauce. VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!

2021-08-11Found long red hair (A LOT of it) in my food! Called back and the woman who answers the phone says “it must have come off her shirt” as of that makes it ok! That much hair!? I’m So disgusted!! They had the audacity to only reimburse me $8 for the rice instead of reimbursing me for the entire order since I sent all the food back.

2021-04-17I love this place .. I order everyday. Everything on their menu is amazing. And even when I order the same thing a couple times a week. The consistency is on point. It tastes the same way each time regardless if I get it on a Monday, Thursday ,or Saturday night. only bad note is that I cant order online. ( It can be have to get through to someone when theyre really busy and thats when online would be really good whether it be doordash GrubHub or Panda starts an online web page with ordering.
