This was quite honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a Panera. We waited 25 minutes from the time my wife and I placed our orders until it was ready. We only ordered 2 bowls of soup and a bear claw too. The team was not working efficiently to move through orders but rather talking to each other. Panera wasnt even extremely busy at the time. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting as well. The trash was overflowing. The urinal had to not been cleaned for days. Very disappointed at this Panera.
Pagers in baskets by kiosks were dead, which meant patrons had to use texting feature. This didnt occur to employee until I pointed it out. Maybe mgmt could review with staff: Nobody using pagers = pagers need to be restocked/recharged.This is mgmt issue NOT entry level. That is, somebody is in charge of the floor. They should be noticing this. Its not the food prep folks job.
This location seems to always be out of what I want. Placed an online order and received a text that it was ready, but when I went in my order was not where it should have been so i couldnt just grab and go. I wasted over 20 mins in line just to have someone hand me my order that was sitting behind the counter instead of being able to access it on the designated pick up location.
One of my favorite lunch spots. I love the asiago cheese bagel and loaves of bread. Their portion sizes vary from visit to visit, most often they are on the small side for what they charge you. Their iced sugar cookies with a hint of lemon flavor are phenomenal. The cream cheese they used to carry about 2 years ago is much better than what they use now. Often they do not have plain reduced fat cream cheese which is disappointing, however its still a top lunch spot of mine.
I came in from out of town and wanted my chicken and wild rice soup as a bowel not a cup. They got my whole order wrong instead they gave me chicken noodle and give me a cup size with like 5 noodles. I am still really hungery. All I wanted was to be able to eat and relax after a long day of driving. They need to be taught how to deal with customers and the girl that checked me out was extremely rude. This place needs to have corporate come in unannounced and see how they treat people. Also how they clean up everything early when there is still 20 min before they close. I am very angery.
As chain, the food is good. At this specific location. It is the worst place to eat. I have given so many chances it’s ridiculous. Since before covid I have dined there plenty as I live and worked in cranberry. And I enjoy the food. But this location has horrendous customer service. Or I should say lack there of. The food is ALWAYS wrong even when checked off twice and signed (do they even look????). I have had to go inside multiple times when doing curbside (after waiting over 10 minutes getting the notification that my food is ready and being the only car) because my food was sitting on the counter while the girls were giggling instead of working. No apology either. They literally don’t care. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after hearing numerous times about being understaffed and no manager. Wellllllll. There’s a reason why!! And I refuse to go back to this location. It’s awful. I would rather travel farther and get better service at a different one.
So they were short people so they jad to change up a few things. Let me tell you the peolle in the back were ricking the orders out. 2 people down they had smiles and were doing what they could! The food was fantastic as always! I can just imagine with a full crew this place would really rock. To everyone that was working this Sunday very good job dealing with what you had to. I noticed and so did others.👍👍👍
Everyone is very nice. I love the ladies that work there. They always make my meal the way I like.
When you pay the bill you may think the food is a bit expensive, but taste the food and your opinion will change. We loved the ambience and the food. Will surely go again.
It took an hour from when we entered the building to when we received our order- 3 sandwiches and 1 salad-the food wasn’t notable. The only thing that earned this place a star was a female employee who was working at the pick up window-she stayed super positive and understanding despite being so behind.
It was excellent for me, but a little wanting for my daughter. I had a Chipotle chicken avocado sandwich that was delicious. My girl had the new recipe Napa chicken salad sandwich and its dressing was different. We think it tasted better before. Of course, we each had the broccoli cheese soup which is usually the best! However, mine was creamy and fantastic and my daughter had a watery soup with aftertaste of flour or cornstarch or something. The breads they have are the best tasting!
Delicious, staff and management are fantastic,never an issue when I come into eat here, as I read all the stupid negative reviews, just remember everyone is human, no one is perfect but then again this is cranberry everyone is better then everyone else.....
Went with my sister in law, first no avocados for my turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich. Then I had the French onion soup it was a bit tasteless to me. She had the broccoli with macaroni and cheese is it a soup? because it was very watery? Clean inside just not the greatest meals.
The employees here are always super upbeat and freindly. They are patient and made me feel very welcome and took care of me very well. No complaints on any ends. My order is always right (whether I do delivery, curb side or in person) and everyone is always very freindly. The last women to assist me with my order was Gloria. She is a sweetheart and deserves a raise!
Poor service. No one answers the phone in the cranberry location. No one must work there. Called customer service and I got the run around. Excuses!! They canceled my order with no notification. Had no idea until I called the corporate office they canceled it. Horrible!!! Door dash is terrible. Unreliable people and lazy.
I would have given 5-stars as I am wont to give, but they did away with their sausage patties for breakfast. If Im getting a breakfast sandwich I want something a little more substantial than 2 pieces of bacon that are invisible between the bread and the egg... Hopefully they bring the sausage patties back soon! Otherwise, the coffee is good and other lunch/dinner salads, soups, sandwiches and bakery options are always tasty along with great service at this location.

A $5 bowl of soup from Panera Bread comes with 10 noodles, two carrots, and one small piece of chicken. Get campbells from Giant Eagle instead, what a waste.
First time in Cranberry Mall, enjoyed.Ive been to Paneras before and it was always delicious.

Couldn’t get my gift cards to work on the Kiosk. Stood at the counter and asked for help from 2 of the 3 people that saw me and they just kept walking. A man walked up to the counter and 1 of the 3 people that walked passed me without helping me jumped to help him.My Bacon Mac & Cheese was cold but there were 7 people standing by the food pick up in a bunch and no one at the register again. Our kids 3 Grilled cheeses were not melted either. Dirty tables everywhere. One nice lady cleaned our table for us. She was the ONLY person that even remotely cared in the building.
This has been the worst experience I have ever had with Panera bread. If I could give a zero star review I would. I ordered from the kiosk area and ended up waiting almost 30 minutes before asking the woman behind the register how much longer it would be for a bowl of soup and a kids macaroni and cheese. She stated she was behind almost 40 minutes but after asking to cancel my order she promptly made my order. Needless to say I wasn’t the only frustrated customer today and do not expect to return to this branch of Panera. Completely dissatisfied today.
Bread was stale. Disappointing to spend this much on food & not have fresh bread. Wont be back.
If I could rate just the food by itself, it would get 5 stars. But since the entire experience is whats this review is for, here is the bad part. Most of the staff are teenagers and most of them are there to get a paycheck only. I know thats part of keeping the cost of everything down, but that is the trade off.Best advice I can provide is to make sure the cashier reads back your order and that they charge you the right amounts.The other option for accuracy is to place your order online through the app. That way you can be sure to get the order correct.
First of all it says they are open for dining and they are not. So we had to eat outside because we had planned a board meeting there. My sandwich was made incorrectly and another persons order was missing an item. The steak panini should be called a toasted bun with 3 pieces of gristle and a hint of steak. Very disappointing.
Panera bread seems to be going cheapskate on us. Portions are so tiny then they were a week ago Im still hungry and quite upset.
Our family is so done with the skimpy meals. To top it off again they forgot to incorporate my reward that again was expiring.It is the sandwiches that need to be “beef up” on the meat part of the sandwich. Remember $8-10 for a square piece of bread should have hearty meat compared to others folks still go to like subway, jimmy john, Zappa, firehouse, any place is better. Either this place or Panera has turned I recommend only soup, drinks and desert/bagels. Personally I feel ripped off on every sandwich
Food is overpriced but alright. They recently renovated, which looks nice, but I am going to stop coming here. This Panera is always dirty. The bathrooms are disgusting. I have been in here multiple times, and there is always trash everywhere. Tray stations are overloaded. Seems they need to hire some people to just focus on cleaning.
The pumpkin soup was yummy. And my salad was just right. I enjoyed my lunch

First: If the conditions of the tables, eating areas and rest rooms are any indicator of the level of cleanliness, I can’t imagine the kitchen. No policing, no busing, no workers anywhere.Second: I have to order using a filthy kiosk? The entire place is automated. No personal service anymore.Third: Attempting to order a salad. After navigating all of the kiosk menus, I get a message saying, sorry, out of romaine lettuce. Selected 2 other items. Both out of stock.You will no longer have my business.
My wife ordered dinner using Rapid Pickup and I stopped by to pick it up on my way home. Got all the way home and realized that my flatbread was missing. We drove back to Panera with the receipt and while they did make the flatbread for us fairly quickly, all they offered in apology was an extra baguette or bag of chips. I would have appreciated a more genuine expression of apology and maybe a baked good (it was almost 8pm at this point, they were going to throw all that stuff away at the end of the night anyway). Really disappointed overall with the service. It was more of a hassle than it was worth.

A great place to get a coffee and study, being down the road from the Cranberry BC3, It has plenty of room to spread out and work. Staff are very lenient with you spending a lot of time there, generally, so long as you buy something. Outlets at every table area, and a wifi connection. The food is the only real issue that can arise is with the food. My order is often made wrong, or has ingredients missing. This is pretty inexcusable being as everything is entered on the kiosk.The soups tend to be good, the sandwiches are what tends to get goofed. The mac n cheese is to die for, and the baked goods are decent.
We came at the wrong time. It was noon on black Friday. I have never seen their order kiosks before, but they werent too difficult to figure out. My food was yummy! Broccoli cheese soup. My husband had the half tuna sandwich and broccoli cheese soup bread bowl.
VERY SLOW in the morning. I work nearby and start my shift at 6AM. Numerous times I have taken my break at 8AM to beat the rush at Panera and have wasted most of my break waiting over 5 minutes to place my order! I was the first in line & the line just kept growing!!Panera employees walk by and do not even acknowledge the growing line! Very unfriendly and show no concern!! I would give zero stars but the food is good, when you actually get it!
I love panera it’s one of my favorite places to eat, however this one is extremely slow. I waited over 45 minutes for just a large mac and cheese. They are very slow here, and there are big lines that take forever to wait in. Choose a different one to go to!
Constantly doesnt bother to read an order and just hastily makes the food. I have received chicken instead of tuna (I DO NOT EAT MEAT) onions (thankfully I am not allergic) etc. They are good about resolving the issues, but no one wants to have to wait all over again to eat the food they ordered in the first place. They are not exactly inexpensive!
Every time I go to this location (EVERY TIME) they somehow manage to get my orders wrong (forgetting entire dishes). When I walk back up to let them know about the missing items, they act as if its a bother and quickly toss it onto the counter for me. I dont recommend the cranberry location. Plain and simple.
If I could give less than a star I would. I have been here several times, and every time they mess up the order. One time I went there and there was some type of issue with the registers so the manager lock the front door. However I put an online order. The workers ignored me . So I had to wait for someone who was already inside the restaurant to leave to let me in. Only to hear the manager complain about how did I get inside. Even with renovation, service is still terrible. Wish there was another Panera I could go to instead of this one, because I really love Panera
I order curbside pick up drove up and hit I’m here 15 minutes later the supposed manager came out and said there is no order in my name and I said that’s wrong because look at my bank account and it shows panera bread 10.47 you charged my account and she told nothing they can do and she left!! No food and no refund!
Went to work for a few hours at this location and decided to order food at 7:25pm. Restaurant hours on Sunday stated open till 8pm. A worker said they closed an hour early for a staff meeting and are not serving food anymore. Took my service somewhere else. Also restrooms were dirty with no toilet paper or paper towels.
Very nice, clean and probably one of the biggest Panera Bread I have been to. The food was quick , fresh and yummy as usual. It has nice and big sitting area for every group. Sitting area outside of the store in front is very nice too. I liked this shop very much. 5 stars for food and service.
I stopped in today to get food and it was disgustingly hot in there. Its awful that they are making the employees work in that heat while wearing masks. They said the ac was broke. Obviously they dont care about their employees. I couldnt imagine having to be in there working with a mask. It was 91 degrees outside and even hotter inside the store.
When it comes to grabbing a quick bite to eat, Panera has to be on the short list for their healthy selection and bread menu. Their pricing is still too high on most options and for that reason my family and I only dine here a few times a year. Given the new kiosk, additional self service layout (coffee, drinks, etc..) I would think that would free up staff to keep the place a little cleaner. When you pay north of $50 for a family of five I would like to see the place nicely kept. If I were management, I would be asking How does Chik-Fil-A do it.
Long line due to cashier being lackadaisical, along with being very hard to talk to. Waited for a mac n cheese for over 40 minutes. Customers were waiting for their food for about the same amount of time I was and were standing in line complaining. Do not recommend dining here.
A friend and I bought Cuban sandwiches for lunch on Wednesday afternoon. The meat inside our sandwiches tasted like year old frozen, then thawed meat. Not a good taste. The overall sandwich sucked. The only thing I enjoyed about my lunch were the kettle chips I received. Probably because the chips werent made in the store.
The lack of organization is astounding. The kiosks dont print anything and the pagers arent numbered, totally useless. Its a total guessing game to figure out when your order is being worked on or completed. After 40 minutes when you give up you must demand to see a manager because the employee says trust me, Ill refund your money. You can leave now. Astounding.
Being clean is my biggest concern about a restaurant. Panera is usually a restaurant that keeps everything in order. The reason for the one star is the outside seating is always cover in bird feces. A easy cleaning once or twice a day could easy correct this very simple issue.
Cashier kept messing up our order. Best to just order from the kiosk then pick up your order. It makes life easier that way. The restaurant could also use more heating
Not up to normal standard. Also app wasnt up to date and said they were out of lots of things they had and then were out of cookies they were supposed to have. Didnt have chicken on my salad 🙄

Even at 1PM, it was so crowded, there was little room to sit. I had my wallet stolen from my purse which I had hung on the back of my chair. Ladies, DO NOT hang purses on the backs of chairs in this place!! Cranberry police informed me there is a Chilean gang working the area and their two hot spots are Panera and the movie theater. I learned the hard way. I dont know if this establishment is aware of this happening, but if they are, they should have signage up to warn customers to be a little more aware of their valuables.
Good experience at this Panera on Labor day. I wish they would bring back some of the vegetarian broth soups. One employee was very nice and helpful. I dont remember her name. She had round glasses and curly hair.
Got entrees for my kids which comes with 99 cent cookies if you choose to order them. If youve ever had kids or have kids you know your mind is in a million different places. I forgot to order the cookies for them. When I went to order the cookies for them and explain to the cashier that I forgot to order them and showed my receipt she told they dont honor that anymore and charged me $16 for two cookies! Of course I paid it for my kids but seriously have some compassion...
Food is way overpriced and this location is beyond slow. The food is terrible. Spent $10 for a steak sandwich and it was very cold and the quality of the meat was pathetic. It also took 30 minutes for the food to come out. Definitely will not come back here ever again.
I come to this panera because its closest to work, but there are entirely too many kids working at this location. They stand around talking and giggling while people wait in line. My flatbread sandwich came out as a wrap for some reason?? But by the time I noticed there was ready 10 people in line complaining of no service. Can we get some adults in this place?
You have a good business but the service is very very slow. Not because of the employees, its the lack of employees. Start paying them more so you can keep them and findpeople who will do a good job for you. Got here at 12:45 pm. It is 1:30. Still waiting for food.
Not what it used to be. They dont have the popular cinnamon rolls any more. Food is made behind a big blank wall where it used to be open and visible. Seating has a more industrial, less inviting look. The food is the same, but in a less comfortable setting.
Awful. Ordered a salad, the lettuce was mostly the hard ridges not a spring mix. Also had a weird taste. Chicken was a sliced lunch meat type. No more for me.

Would usually 5-star a Panera but, the one here in Cranberry is incredibly inconsistent. I waited 20 minutes on my half hour break for something simple as a soup. Just a single soup to-go even but... people who are ordering in get their orders in seconds? Alright.
Im not sure what Im more upset about ... It maybe the fact that employees were standing around chatting with their friends while a line formed? Its bad enough this location has 5 total team members but there is 0 accountability to the team members that are working! Ok little girl keep chatting ... Where is a manager ?Or could it be that the bathroom soap dispenser was busted off the wall and there was a soap container filled with water. There was another lady in the bathroom and she said its so gross in here and it stinks and I said well I wonder how employees are washing their hands ? And she said their not !!! She was exactly right! That is just down right disgusting ... You already charge enough for your food put some of that money towards a new soap dispenser and soap so your employees can properly was their hands !!!!! Isnt that like rule # 1? Proper hand washing ?Oh and some girl was eating in the window at the end of the line and coming out and making food without washing her hands first. So so so gross !! But how could she when there is no soap ?????Gross Panera !

Got their egg souffle a couple of days while visiting there, - not as good as they use to be - they change their recipe and eggs and cheese separated and were very grainy, powdery - not a good flavor or texture on the tongue
I hate to write any bad reviews about anywhere, but I feel terrible knowing the experience I had at this particular restaurant. (I love other Panera franchises.) immediately when I walked on the patio, there was NOTHING but dirt. You walk in the building and there are dishes everywhere, food spread out all across the floor, and when I had to settle for a table, because every table had crumbs and god knows what else all over it. I wasnt sure if there was anyone even attending the dining room, there was a young man who was bigger, (I only say that so hopefully something will be done.) but we were eating, and he was stocking straws (after the 5th time of it being requested) and his buttocks was hanging out!!!!! Not only that he was on his phone in the corner of the store practically the whole time was there, I cant even believe Panera lets this all go on, Im sure nothing will be done though, even glancing at the managers they all seem like the biggest biggets you ever seen. Its so sad that they let it get this bad, literally the last time I came here there were FLYS on the food. (PS. children are very much in the environment) and I say that because all the employees were cussing behind the counter. its so disrespectful how they treat the CUSTOMERS who PAY for that place to be open. PANERA FIX THIS!!!!!!
There at lunch and took over 30 minutes to get a half sandwich and soup. My Daughters sandwich was half the size of ours. We were not the only unhappy people who had to wait an excessive amount of time. Not sure what is going on but nothing like they used to be
I ordered delivery, not knowing it was outsourced to Doordash, I paid $5.99 delivery fee and a $5 tip, and did NOT get my 3 sides. So between 2 different businesses no one checked the order. I tried to call the store but no one answered.
Will NEVER eat at this chain again. There is not enough time or space to explain why. One thing is...maybe if you advertise selling bread...maybe actually make some once in a while. This company needs to go out of business. They are the Kmart of the dining industry. Clueless and soon to be extinct.

We always enjoy dinner at Panera Bread. The Cranberry Cafe is clean, the staff is friendly and the food is hot.
Paneras used to be the epic of quality food. That is used to be . Now the sandwiches are carelessly thrown together ( soaked through bread ), the cold cuts are of poor quality and few in quantity. Service nonexistent. With the prices they charge, there is absolutely no value to speak of. Keep on trucking.
StudySpot Review: This Panera only has one outlet for plugging in and it is by the coffee counter so there is a lot of traffic directly behind you. The tables are a little sticky but they will wipe them down if asked. The noise level is moderate and the lights are a little dim. The table that has the outlet by it is adequately sized for 2 people at most with their computers.
This is my favorite go-to place.amazing food. Mac and cheese is my favorite. I also love the passion papaya green tea. Great service and multiple options to place an order.
I have been going to the cranberry store for 6 months and today my grand daughter had to use the bathroom well we wouldnt be going there anymore . The bathroom were sooooooo dirrrrrrty we could used them. Then I start to look around as we were leaving and the door was so sorry we didnt even want to touch them to leave the bathroom. Also all the walls were so filthy all the way to the front door . THEY REALLY NEED TO CLEAN THAT PLACE UPWe will go to the one on Mc Knight rd next.
Great service. Fast to get my food. Hospitable people. Calm environment. Great for studdying, hanging out or you just need WiFi and a snack.my only issue is that a lot of the tables are not clean.
Ordered a steak and egg sandwich and coffee. The coffee was great. My steak was cold on my sandwich and inedible. I returned it and opted not to eat there.
Went here because my daughter likes it. I think the food is too expensive and the qty of food for price is very low. Good food but usually have to stop somewhere else on way home because still hungry
The kiosk machines dont take debit cards, what else is new. And their still asking for tips to hand you your food over the counter, give me a break. Clickfela would never hear of it if it were them.

My kids love the mac and cheese and the cookies. The baked goods are great. I love the broccoli cheddar soup, but the rest of the food is just ok.

Above average service for a Panera Bread. Dinged a star because their wireless is really inconsistent, especially during lunch hours. Lots of times the network is just down. Id avoid if you absolutely require Internet access.
Lousy service, renovations in progress with little regard to the customer, background music so loud it is NOT background. Employees that arrive at 6:30 when the doors are supposed to open, as a result, they are not ready to wait on customers for at least 5-10 mins. Our Mens group has been meeting there for almost 15 years and has been treated very well. We are now looking for another place to meet.
The reason for two stars is only because of the cooking employees they were very friendly and helpful however the management does need to be changed I was waited on by management and they were not customer friendly and they did not great me or anyother customers and after paying for my items the manager did not even count back my change to me the head manager was also conducting an interview during peak hours meaning lunchtime instead of helping customers or even greating them in my opinion very unprofessional and in my opinion the current employees need to stay and the management needs to go there are signs posted saying help wanted. now I know why its not the employees that are the issues its the management that is the issue plus there is no signs where the checkout area is I was even asked by another customer if this is the area to order recommend the food because of the current employees but dont recommend the management

Other Paneras are usually quicker than this location. Waiting for 15mins to order (because only one cashier) and then another 15mins for the food.
I order from here all of the time. I love that they now deliver to your house as well as offer dining in. The only downside to ordering for delivery is figuring out when the delivery person stops delivering for the day.
Terrible management. Poor customer service at register by a manager. Floors were messy. Restrooms had no toilet paper and not clean. Food was greatly prepared but waited twenty minutes because of limited staff.
They have indoor seating now and block off every other table to keep social distancing. Very clean and open to feel safe.
I placed a to go order Tuna salad on asiago bagel with pickle. I got chicken salad and no pickle. Not happy since yesterday was start of Lent.
Very good food, clean the service was fine but they were having issues with the computers. The intwrior has a very modern vibe. There are only outlets on the actual walls, Wifi is fast.
Did not enjoy because dog in the dinning area. There is a time and place for pets, everyone should not have to put up with other peoples pets. Dog on the table, ridiculous.

The kiosks at the front of the store were very helpful this time. This was the first time that I used them. It speeded up out process and easy to navigate.

Not the best experience I order two sandwiches a bowl of soup and I ordered bacon Mac and cheese and didn’t find out until I got home that it had absolutely NO bacon also the baguette that was to come with it I didn’t get either.

2022-06-16I went into your store at about 3PM today. I was a little lost. I’m from Beaver County and was at GPO. The ladies who waited on me were amazing. This experience reminded me the importance of the slogan “service with a smile.” Thank you again, ladies! Management,Please praise the 2 woman who manned the counter at that time.

2022-06-21The experience at this Panera has sadly gone down hill over the last several months. Every time I go in it feels like something goes wrong: No lids, cold coffee, no air conditioning, etc. Some of that Im sure is out of their control, but other things not so much. The tables and drink station seem like they are always sticky messes, and the front counter staff varies from rude to seemingly nonexistent. The kitchen staff seems to be very kind though.I hope things turn around here soon. I really enjoy the location, but it seems like it is being mismanaged.

2022-04-17I enjoy most food items I get here. Timing varies a lot as sometimes the food is quick while other times it takes upwards to 20 mins. We have had some mixes result on take out food where they forget to provide everything or dont do the substituted ingredients we ask for.

2022-04-01Seems to be the theme here. Bad service, bad management. Saddest salad ever... They always get orders wrong. They charge a fee to add a protein but then dont give it to you and my salad bowl was only about half full... Ive gotten more salad in a half order than I got in my full size order today. Also had to wait an extra 20 minutes for our order and it was still wrong, things missing. Such an awful experience here...

2022-03-04This location I have lots of issues with, we always get 2 bowls of soup, and a smoothie. Broccoli CheddarFrench Onion - never have the croutonsToday we also got 99c scone, waited 15-20m for very simple order. Jump on turnpike, get home no scone in the bag, no croutons(expected that). Guess I should of checked the bag. 3 stars because the soup is always good and what you expect but the service and care put into the order. I get it the location is very busy and why they run out of items and forget things but its every time a disappointing experience . No use complaining to Panera, Ive tried, they want to give you credits for next visit and people look at you like you got a horn coming out your head when you try to use it.

2022-03-04Absolutely dreadful service. Dont answer phone. Dont have ingredients. Chronically late. If youre in a lunch rush, do yourself a favour and make the sandwich yourself. Youre better off baking your own bread, cheese, and meat and youd still eat faster than this location manages to make food for an order. Sorry for all DoorDash drivers...

2022-04-12I would give it 4 stars but Im used to other paneras opening at 6am not having to wait until 8am. The staff could probably use some help because it take really long for food and drinks to be made. Didnt matter if ordered ahead for pick up or in store or the time of day, or how busy they were or not. Expect a 20m wait after arriving and placing order.

2022-05-13I concur with many of the other reviews in that this location really struggles to handle its demand. In my last three trips there the first time they were out of regular lids, second time they were out of large lids and today they were out of straws. Hard to make that up, also hard to drive with a drink missing any of those components.

2022-04-18Specifically the Cranberry location needs help. First, we waited almost 30 mins for our food. I ordered a turkey avacado bacon sandwich. Instead of the roasted turkey I got lunch meat turkey. And Third, my husband got a panini that was burned on one end. I can understand the wait time if they are short handed but the other things are definitely something this store needs to work on. Will definitely not be back anytime soon.

2022-05-06The food was really good but I paid 7 bucks for a full bowl of soup and they barely filled up the bowl, they got my side wrong and they were out of a lot of the food. The wait was really long also.
