I had a very good experience at Park Avenue Motor Cars. Al is the manager at this location and he went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. I went in for an appraisal on my Mercedes C300 vehicle. Most locations simply just appraise the vehicle without giving any background information to the customer on how the number was generated. Not only did Al appraise the vehicle very fairly according to market value, he also went the extra mile to explain the breakdown of the key factors that were considered when appraising the vehicle. I am very satisfied with the level of customer service that I received at this location and will definitely continue business with them in the future as I select my next vehicle.

You know that feeling when you get somewhere and feel welcome and respected. Well this was totally opposite. I had 8am appointment for service, they moved it to 9 without letting me know. The first person I encountered was not helpful at all , giving attitude like it was my fault it was snowing- I just took day off for this service and drove down from Allentown. Also they gave me wrong address-the regular mercedes dealer address . Overall payed $600 for oli change and new fuel filter without good experience with people working there

Came here because of a small sprinter recall. Susan guided us through the process very professionally. We had another problem with our bumper that another dealership caused, she took care of it with no cost (because she didn’t want us to drive all the way to Lancaster). I was honestly impressed with the quality of service and professionalism.She also notified us that there was another recall on a screw that is used to hold the truck’s hood. She took care of it and fixed it. It’s great to see good customer service..

Brought my car in today for a tire repair. Everything went smoothly. Everyone had on masks, and my car when returned was clean. Even in these challenging times, everyone was extremely friendly and as expected the customer service and repair was top notch.
