The guy I believe his the owner, hes very nice guy very polite everytime i go there. But the woman with the kind of light blonde hair she is not polite. She doesnt greet and every time i say Thank you Have a good day she just reply back with a simple yup😐...
This place is a rip off. Their prices are ridiculous! They charge way more than any place Ive ever been. They cant measure boxes at all. They say its bigger than what it really is so they can charge you more and the staff is rude! Especially the woman there. Shes very arrogant! Dont waste your time.Whats the matter, truth hurt? As everyone can see, Im not the only one who has had a problem at your store. And yes, your employee had been rude to me previously. Also, why would I be charged for a pre-paid shipping label anyway? Of course its free. This is what I mean RIP OFF ! ! I had someone take a larger box that was going further to the REAL post office and it was only $5.15 when you tried to charge me $9.97 the day before. If your pulling my package, I want my money back. Ill take it elsewhere for cheaper. LOSER ! ! !
I heart there has someone so mean work there. Today I know who is that.The old guy wear navy zip today is so mean and bad service, I just one he print out a receipt for return his attitude so mean, not even friendly for our neighborhood, he even ask me go back to USPS office to return.I’m so mad, but I still leave my package in the store, because he has this service for us for our neighborhood,But how can’t we get the receipt when we return something in? I don’t get it
I would not recommend this business to anyone... I went to purchase 5 forever stamps, the blond lady informed me I would be charged $4.50, it shows up on my statement that I was charged $5.10, a small difference but it is the principle. They also seemed upset when I did not choose to ship from there due to the high rates they quoted for my package.I usually drop my prepaid packages there, however this time I was informed it would cost $1 each to leave them... USPS picks them up from you door for free lol
Convenient location and well stocked. Theres almost hardly a wait even during the busiest times of the year. I would like to see longer hours during the week but I understand. And its pricier than most places but youre paying for the convenience. You take the good with the bad. Id still rather come here than deal with going to the post office. At least here you wont find rude people.
Excellent service. Good stock of shipping and packing materials and good prices. A very well managed store with helpful staff. Did a custom packing job for me (odd size item) and also helped me get a better shipping price than other locations had quoted.
Friendly and helpful. Staff is always available to answer any QUESTIONS, prices are fair. Open everyday but a Sunday and some holidays.call if YOUR not sure.I fax all the time only because I dont have a fax machine or IM not sure how to use my device. They always help me with other questions I may have. Great place to go. Convenient for me.
I’ve shipped through them a few times and they have always answered my questions and given me the different options for shipping my items. They are courteous and get me in and out. I’ve never had any problems.
Had to close out my PO Box today but wanted to leave a review because they are an amazing establishment for all your shipping needs! Very satisfied with the pricing and options available! Staff is always friendly, welcoming and helpful! If I need to open up a PO Box again, I would most certainly do it here!
Wether I’m shipping stuff back to Amazon, getting passport photos, getting documents faxed, or using the notary they’re always helpful and courteous. Very convenient.

I dont know what’s worse. The totally rude woman at the front desk who lost her mind over a few keys that didn’t work(that still don’t work)—OR the owner who publicly attacks his customers who are unsatisfied with their purchases. Very unprofessional. The woman you have working at the front desk is awful. What a disgrace.
Convenient clothes they do everything from sell stamps to Miller receipts of their efficient friendly helpful and never had a problem there theyre awesome.
The owner is awesome the employees are fantastic. The store does and has everything you would need. I go there sometimesjust to put my mail in the box because i without a doubt trust them
I needed to get a few documents printed. They said I needed to send them an email with the documents attached. I sent them two emails and they charged me an email service fee twice and an additional fee to use my debit card. The owner did not tell me about these fees until after he printed the documents and it was time to pay. I could have drove to Staples or the library where they would have only charged me for the prints. I will never do business at this place again.
Dave always has it together there his staff is great ,I always go there and I send annoying emails for my personal stuff to be printed or faxed whatever the case may be , I like it there, its very convenient also! keep up the great work guys!
Will I had couple of returns but one box to put them all in go return. The guy says they have to be in separate boxes for him to do it. I ask him to send the one with the box and he refused to take it.They are already with return lable but he want to put them to separate boxes so he can make money. He say there no money in returns for him except to sell boxes.Had to go ups store to get it done.Its a no go if you just drop something.
They are so friendly. Fast .and caring.they have helped my mom and myself with printing.faxing.emailing and shipping many times.just a great bunch of people.
The Customer Service is always top notch. The number of services and products that are available here is unbelievable and so useful. Its a perfect combination of Services, Products and Customer Care.
Not very helpful . Did not give me a receipt for my package I gave them to ship. When I called after I got home to inquire about a receipt they said if you dont ask you dont get one. Thats poor customer service

I sell on ebay and always wasted so much time finding boxes and packing for shipping, also ebays shipping labels always come out wrong, since I found this store I just bring them my items and they pack and ship everything. I just leave them and they do the rest and email me the receipt.... saves me so much time! They also have a fax and copy center there as well. i love this place - Dan

The local 19154 Post Office has 53 years of history, unmarred by progress!Parkwood Pack and Ship rules the zip now getting a stamp and much more.This is what customer service is all about.
I haven’t had a single bad experience here, and Ive been there once a week for at least a year. Other peoples mileage may vary, but I haven’t seen anything that would make me not renew my mailbox.
They’re always helpful in finding your best option to ship. Super quick service too.
This place can pack up the most akward and large package you can imagine. The two women that work here were excellent! They took the time to get it right and I appreciate that.

Used DHL international , my $600 package wasnt delivered or returned, its lost/destroyed. No package, No money its gone. Be careful!

2021-12-19Ive been a customer here for over 4 years and Dave and the crew are just the best ! Always greeted with s smile and helpful in any areas I need assistance. My packages are always safe and Ive used the notary services ,had keys made ,bought supplies and greeting cards ,plus chargers for forces phone and I like that they have shredding services available. I have my own po box and the cool part is its an actual address!Got to check them out ! Its one stop shop👉🏽👉🏽✔

2021-08-24I love the way you call out the negative nilly s when they leave petty comments. I just closed my business due to struggles with covid. I totally understand the few who love to complain. We should fly them to Afghanistan. Then they will see what unhappy is. Its hard to please everyone. Im thinking of trying your store. Do you print date on label of package?

2020-12-22Today, I came into the Pack & Ship and have come to this location many times in the past. Today, I forgot to wear my mask as I was in a mad rush, and ran in and didnt even think about it. Just so you guys are aware.. I have a medical condition. Which I am under HIPPA not to reveal to you what that said condition is, or to anyone else. The bottom line is, I do NOT have to wear the mask due to the said medical conditions. Dont take my word for it, just read what the Governor has to say about people with Medical Conditions and the exemptions that qualify.Yelling at me the way you did in front of 4 people and embarrassing me in front your customers is not a good way to maintain business in my opinion. Screaming at me that I cant be in there without the mask, and trying to make an example out of an innocent person is a horrible way to show your customers that you care about them. Not to mention violating my rights. Ive always liked you guys, and never had any problems. And I plan on still coming in there to do business in the future. Just please dont get LOCO on me and try to mask shame me.. Thank you kindly in advance.The reason Im giving 3 stars is because the woman at the desk was absolutely courteous and kind to me as she always is and has been in the past. Thank you for treating me like I matter Lady.. It means a lot.

2019-02-13Love the owner! He’s awesome!! I’ve been a customer for over 2 years and he’s helped me so many times. It’s always a pleasure and I’ve never had a complaint. Waaaaayyyyyyy better than UPS Store and half the price. Highly recommended!! Only thing I would recommend would be mail notification for customers that don’t live nearby. But that’s a small thing to a giant. The service greatly outweighs that. This was the only place that offered services I needed for an affordable price for a start up business. Need a business address... check. Need a PO Box that’s monitored.... check. Need to be able to accept big packages... check. Need better business hours to access your PO Box... check! It just made so much sense. This place outshines all the big box stores.
