2021-11-04Unprofessional, ridiculous clock in procedures. Actually refused to hire me stating that I had a attitude. Well , yes , I put out what I received their. They seemed to think that NOT working for 11$ hour was going to hurt my feelings. Sitting there the rather physically unfit and unfriendly workers were outside smoking and not at their desk able to recieve the phone calls that were coming in. I guess if you lack any experience or are forced through a work program they can assist with employment...

2021-07-07My husband is quadriplegic, and works from home. We have had MANY agencies and many caregivers over the years. This one is the one that I feel TRULY cares about putting the RIGHT people in our home. Yes, we have had coverage gaps, but the quality of their staff keeps us with Patriot. They have gone above and beyond for my husband, and have handled our case with professionalism and fairness throughout our time with them.

2020-02-08I just started with the company. The office staff is very nice. I got clients that I absolutely adore. By far one of the best home care agencies I’ve ever worked for and the benefits make it worth it!

2021-08-23They don’t want to get you a Client I been waiting for a month and half in the mean time they sit outside and smoke. You call and they don’t even call you back wait of time there. Call another place got me in within 48 hours and working . They are a joke there
