When you first walk in the girls are very nonchalant and don’t seem to have a care about anything, they just told me to go next door (where it says that’s the side to buy things from and not the selling your own item side). They tell me to go to a bald guy I say hello to him his face is all bald and twisted and told me to go to the other guy in the back. The older guy in the back was a very nice guy you could tell he was positive. But they are scammers, most pawn shops are. Go to a pawn shop in a better area.

Came by today. As soon as the establishment opened. I had a high end accessory worth $1500(appraisal done yesterday). As a secret shopper, a lot of times l come across the racist type, like who l met this morning. He was rude. His tone of voice and how he looked at me told it all. Customer service ?? NO. Do you buy or pawn ? No. I walked away.

Dont go to this pawn shop. This place had to be the absolute worse experience ive had in my life as a potential customer. I walk in and talk to a guy with sunglasses about a item i was looking to pawn. He looks at me after i said clearly what i was there for and says huh twice hearing me clearly. This guy was a big shot in his mind and dis not want to be bothered so he sent me to a man further in the store. I then walk to him with a almost new 1200$ dell laptop that was just made in 2017. He then looks at me without even hearing what i have to say and says he can give me 30 dollars. I proceeded to walk out telling them to kiss my rear, and they tell me that thats the rules & they cant go over that price because my laptop i had receipts for mite be stolen. These guys are a bunch of crooks with over priced items that cost as much as when they were brand new. This store has no business and seems to be some sort of front for another illegal business. To wrap this up i went to another pawn shop rite next to the tower theatre on 69th st, who were very honest & friendly. They went as far as searching my laptop online for the current sale value used and even gave me a great deal meeting me half way with no guarantee of selling it.

Its good for getting jewelry when your a single girl for cheap and also give you good prices on any jewelry you might wanna sell that an ex gave to you but i always go to them good prices and a good deal!! One mans trash is another mans treasure!!

I had a great experience at Pawn Outlet. I was shopping for a notebook computer and the store had great selection. The customer service person also explained the features and specs and even threw in a free computer bag. Thanks!

Worst Pawn Shop Ever!!!!I walked in with a respectful manner, but the Black man ballhead with beards was completely so rude. I told him I wanna pawn my $500 MK watch and he rejected then I ask him if he buy the watch. He responded yes. So I hand him the watch and ask for $200 instead he did not give me any offer less or high and he just drom my watch hard on the display glass. Then saying my watch was a cheap one for that price. He needs to do more research on them my watch before he said that. Thank you for my first bad experience with your Pawn Shop. Hope not to see u on the business list.

Great place the father is so nice the other guy gives you a hard time when I seen the father bring my name and looked for my item without my Id because all I wanted to know was is my item still here they kno me to see me from going in there I travel far the other guy wants to see even ur social security card when they didnt even ask for my ss# they took my picture and finger print when I dropped my stuff off I know it can be done just hit my name into computer and you will probably see my mug shot finger print and item I dropped off... But over all good place for a pawn shop I travel from northeast Philly to use them

I liked the service and friendly helpful staff a lot, but Ive been there several times and they never seem to have what I want. I will keep checking back, though, because they are very nice and professional.

All my gold got stolen and someone took it up to this pawn store and they bought all my stolen jewelry and when I go up there and show them the pics of my jewelry they kick me out and tell me to come back with a police report I go file a police report and they don’t let me back in the store ! That’s why your store is Gona end up closed!
