Customer service at this DMV has really improved over the years. Any DMV experience is going to require a lot of patience but the employees do go out of their way to make sure the process goes as quickly as possible and they are pleasant to deal with. I was surprised..... I would recommend coming in at least 30 min before opening if you want to avoid long wait times.
I have shut down many of establishments in my day. Restaurants, bars, you name it. Never until yesterday have I shut down a DMV before. The customer service at this location is second to none. I had a special case for my DL and no less then 4 employees stayed much longer then they should have emailing and calling their bosses to get all the right answers and get my photo taken and out the door. They are a real deal team over there and I was so impressed I needed to let yall know its not all bad stories at the DMV.
Fast, courteous and direct service. Christopher (with the positive energy and good vibes) kept the line moving and hustled in and out all morning making sure everyone had what they needed, provided paperwork and kindness and I even saw him giving thumbs up and congratulations to people who passed their tests. Very cool dude...you could tell he was smiling even though his mask was on the entire time!! Michael (Window #3) explained what I was missing on Thursday and I had to come back today and he immediately got all my stuff handled. Moving from VA Beach to PA has been chaos but this part was SO easy!!! Great job guys! (And the picture taking ladies were super kind as well!!!)
I visit this DMV instead of the one on Lancaster Avenue in Reading and to give you an example of the difference my estimated wait was 3 hours and 18 minutes last week at the DMV on Lancaster Avenue... today I went to the DMV in Lebanon and got a new photograph and drivers license within 12 minutes from them opening the door. Ill never wait in a line at any other location EVER AGAIN. I suggest taking the ride HERE from surrounding cities such as Harrisburg, Reading, Allentown, Lancaster. Instead of waiting hours there. I will never fo anywhere else again!
Wait times can be a little long. We were here Saturday afternoon for my daughters drivers permit. We waited outside for a few minutes then Chris came around and wrote our name down and gave some what of an idea how long it would take. Chris was continually in and out helping people move through. I thought he did a fantastic job. We waited for approx 1.5 hrs on a saturday afternoon till we were called. All in all it took about 2.5 hrs from arrival to leaving. Not bad considering I wasnt sure what to expect.
At 8:30am the line was wrapped 3/4 of the way around the building and although they were checking paperwork it would have been nice if they provided visitors with line place numbers. Just when it was lunch time their computers went down with no determination as to when they would back up. You could leave and come back later or another day, or wait and see. Again, you were not provided a place in line if you choose to leave. It 5 1/2 hours to have a drivers permit test done. Hopefully they straighten their procedures out sooner rather than later. Oh yeah and if you needed a photo card you could stand on a separate line which they were taking faster than the line that wrapped around the building!
I’m not the one to write bad reviews, but this has to be the worst dmv I’ve been to in my life, I waited about 2 hours just to get my photo taken for my license. And when I did finally get called up I was told I had to wait another hour until my license was ready. That’s unbelievable!! Any other dmv would of took 5 minutes to print my license. And on a worst note there was about 8 customers in the building while they only had 3 people working. I will not be coming back here again.
Went for my daughters drivers test. Everyone was very nice. A man was walking the line outside to make sure everyone got where they needed and telling people which things could be taken care of online. Staff were happy for my daughter when she passed and congratulated her. Felt the staff here was more personable than any DMV Ive been to in the past.
Took my driving test today and had an instructor there who was very unclear about the course. He failed me for parallel parking because i was too close to the white line. The course was very awful. Told me to make a U turn around a terribly placed set of cones. The stop sign was positioned awfully too. It was almost as if they set you up to fail. Do NOT take your test here.
I chose to visit the Lebanon office because they had earlier morning hours set aside for senior citizens. I got there half an hour after it opened and there was no parking spaces available, people were parked in the field and in the motorcycle test area! People were lined up all the way around the building and not socially distanced, and very few senior citizens. I would think that when they set aside time for senior citizens they should only see senior citizens and everybody else needs to come later. I left and came back about an hour later to find the line had decreased so I decided to get in line and was prepared to wait for several hours to get in and out of there. Fortunately a woman came out and called for people who had photo cards and there were some of us, so she had us line up in a separate line by the front door and we got in and were taken care of very quickly. I realized that a lot of people had to delay getting their licenses renewed but I think when you have one center for the whole County there has to be another way that this could be handled to relieve the burden on this one facility. Thankfully it was not a hot sunny day or people would have been passing out in the heat and especially the few seniors that were there had to wait standing up with no place to sit outside. This rush of people could have been handled differently by using various notaries throughout the county giving them the equipment and authority and possibly personnel to deal with providing the photo licenses thus relieving the swarm of people on that one office.
The driving test is absolutely absurd. Corey the instructor says to drive up to the upper parking lot, drive around the cones and then come back out to the lower area by the drums for parallel parking. NO other instructions and I had him repeat it twice. Get up in the parking lot and we see nothing other than some cones in the middle so my son drives around them and comes back out. Failed. It seems there are other things you are supposed to do as he said we didn’t go around the cones right or use any turn signals…there are no legible lines to follow in the lot so I couldn’t even tell my son what he did wrong. What a complete waste of time. Never going back again.
The service here varies depends on who you are working with. They were having an issue with their credit/debit machines and I was told Id have to come back with a check or money order. I was working with someone named Cory and the response I was given when asking if they had another method of entering card information was pretty rude. I was also attempting to get a real id and was told by Cory that I wouldnt be getting a new photo which I thought was odd as I was also renewing my license and the real id is supposed to be a pretty secure piece of identification. When I came back with the check I worked with a woman who was very polite, got me processed quickly, and got me set up with a new photo for the new id.Overall this is probably a case of one bad apple spoiling the bunch but its pretty frustrating to deal with on the customer end.
My husband went for two reasons: to renew his license and to get a Real ID.We arrived at 10 a.m. on a Wednesday because that was supposed to be a less busy time. He was able to renew his license in less then a half hour. Then we waited to be called into the other room for his Real ID. After being there for over an hour, we heard from others that the process takes each applicant 20 - 30 minutes. There were still four people ahead of us. We didnt feel like sitting there for possibly two more hours before his number was called. We left. I will say that the women at the drivers license and photo desks were very helpful and pleasant. But, really, should someone have to wait three hours or more for a Real ID ??
Its tough to pass a drivers test when the instructions are given by somebody that doesnt speak the english language. This was just brought to my attention. It figures, corruption at the DMV. Corey, the one person that seems to be the center of attention at this facility for failing all, receives a kickback from the local driving school. Does it make sense now? Yep!
In my heart of hearts I hate writing poor reviews, but this center serves a county of how many people? And there are two people working, if your lucky...if you have a lifetime to wait for what you need, then by all means go to this DMV. Penn-DOT seriously needs to renovate and hire more people at this location.
We were here two weeks ago and then today for my daughter to take and then retake her drivers test (she messed up the first time) and Corey - the examiner - was great both times. He gave complete instructions, engaged in conversation, and did his job well each time. The negative reviews are funny because hes not there to give an At Least You Tried license to you (or your kid); hes there to make sure we have competent people on the road. His job isnt easy at all so have some empathy.
On a Friday afternoon I was shocked to be in and out of here in literally 5 mins! I came to renew my drivers license. Pulled into parking lot and there was 1 spot open. People were parked in the grass too! I was actually just going to turn right around and leave but Im so glad I didnt! Inside was fuller then the parking lot. Not a chair open to sit in and 4-5 people standing around waiting. I got my number to wait to be called, was called right away, gave my papers, sat down and got my picture taken right away. The lady said it will be a minute for my license to print and she wasnt kidding. Had my new license and out the door I went.
Unfortunately, they close drivers servicing at 4:15 during the week and thats the time most people can get in there due to work/school. The wait times are extraordinary due to that fact. Working with the public, especially those who are annoyed with the long wait, isnt easy but the staff are very grumpy. The exceptions in my experience were the security guard, who was friendly and accomodating and the counter person next to the one we got. He was super nice to his customer and also to us.
The DMV in Lebanon had approximately 12 people in front of us waiting outside the building. It took approximately 2 hours just to reach the inside of the building, only to have to wait another 45 minutes inside the building. The processes inside the building are very inefficient and has significant room for improvement.
Over the years they have really improved the system so that wait times arent as long. They earned a bad reputation over the years, but I will say that they have improved a lot! The last 2 times I was in for my drivers license photo, it was hassle free and a 20 min wait. Parking really is terrible though.
Government agencies always get a bad rap. DMVs are notorious for lengthy wait times, bad service and hostility. I always feel this way and would rather eat worms than deal with this stuff. But today.... I am going to play the lottery when I get home because I had the BEST transactions getting my name changed on my license . I made what I consider a poor choice in deciding to go during my lunch hour, especially when i am a 20 minute drive from the facility. The number I got when I came in was 65. They were on 55. OK...I can handle this. I was in there within 15 minutes. The gentleman that helped me was so nice (And had a cool mustache). He did everything so quick and handed me my card which I then realized meant I now had to wait again to get my photo done. He knew I was on my lunch break and he suggested I see the girl at the counter and mention that to see how long the wait would be. She took me immediately. I was floored! They were all so nice, no complaining, no grumbling, no fake smiles - they were all genuine. I rarely see that anymore. They sit in those rooms dealing with people who dont even bother to get out of pajamas or wash before coming in and they still remained pleasant. I say, KUDOS to you. The reason it wasnt 5 stars was that someone needs to clean, deodorize and paint that place. :)
This place is absurdly slow. Waited in line for over 6 hours to take a permit test. Only one person working on a Saturday who moves embarrassingly slow, almost laughable. People are waiting outside in sweltering heat for a transaction that only takes 5 mins. Can’t they use all the money they make to expand their building and hire more employees? I wouldn’t even give this place one star if google didn’t make me. Penndot needs to make a change. We work to hard during the week to spend a whole Saturday here.
Yes Corey still works here took the test today and he failed me for rolling a stop sign and “speeding” is going 25 mph to 26 mph speeding to u? I stopped Before the stop sign counted my 3 seconds and pulled up like how you are supposed to I did that for for every stop sign. I already read these reviews and knew that my chances were very slim. I was a bit far but in the parallel parking space he got out and checked and he said yur a little bit out but I’ll give you a chance. But when the test ended he told my dad that I failed the parking. Very incompetent man he should be fired or he should voluntarily hang it up because this is ridiculous. Avoid this DMV at all costs.
I took my 18 year old daughter to take her skill test there today. She got Corey. She was perfect with her parallel parking. When they returned from the road test and parked, Corey didnt say anything to her. They got out of the car, and he walked up to me and told me she had to work on a few things. He told me she rolls her stops. She apparently did it three times. I know as I know AS I KNOW, she is GREAT with her stops. I told him that. But his reply was that we needed to call the number to reschedule. We went home, and she immediately called to reschedule. Even though shes eligible to retake the test in one day, the skill tests are booked out a month. Which I guess is good considering we waited 3 months for this test. I called the main DOT number to file a complaint. I was told I needed to walk in to the location and ask to speak to a supervisor. So I did. I returned to the location and asked the nice security guard at the front if I could talk with a supervisor. He walked me to one, and there was Corey sitting nearby. Thank goodness, the supervisor walked me to where no one could hear us talking, and he was also nice, and professional, and he took time to hear my complaint. If it wasnt for the nice security guard and supervisor, I wouldve rated this place 1 star. My primary issue is I feel my daughter was unfairly treated by Corey. Corey flat out should not be there. Hes not truthful or fair! Plus, she should have passed today. Now she has to wait another month. The supervisor told me if we didnt want to wait, there are private companies in PA where you can pay to take the skill test. There are papers with a list of these private companies near the front door, so I took one. We called a few, and all the fees are different. Theres one in Ephrata, and their first opening is three days from now. Their test costs $100 which includes the licensing fees. Im so thankful the supervisor told me about those places because thats what were going to do. $100 is a small price to pay to avoid Corey. Especially now that he saw me return to talk to the supervisor.
My daughter went to get her junior driver’s license and she was blessed enough to get this lady as her instructor. My daughter was so nervous cause we had read so many negative reviews from the male instructor(Corey) and the first time my daughter went he failed her, but this time she got the lady who I can’t recall her name but she was very nice and patient. The person who was in front of us, and the person behind also passed their driving test. We were there for less than an hour and took care of everything. So next time you go for driver’s test pray that you get the lady and not the man that works there. We went on a Wednesday so I don’t know if she’s always there on Wednesday.
Slow and poorly organized. Their OWN website says they accept cash, then you get there and there is a blazing huge sign that says ALL transactions are check or money order ONLY! There are also 2 dispensers to take a number depending on what youre there for, but this is confusing because the door on the left has 25 huge signs about taking a road test, the other has 1 sign about getting your picture taken. I just needed a renewal, so I took a number for the picture line. After waiting 40 minutes, I was called and told I should have been in the other line for the business side. I had to take another number for the other line and start over. They did not have any signs indicating your renewal must first be processed in the business side, (THEN you come over and wait again on the picture side) the signage makes it appear as if the only thing happening on the business side are road tests. The business side moves even slower than the picture side. I waited for another 30 minutes, and they only got through 2 people in that time. If you go here, youre better off marching right up to the lady and just confirming what youre supposed to do and which line to be in.
2nd visit of the day due to long lines. Only to find out contrary to the instructions on my licence renewal that they are not doing RealID right now. Wasted 2 hours. Luckily a rep came out to ask who was there for what or I would have been standing in the hot sun for at least another hour or longer and for nothing.
I live In Hershey and drove 45 minutes to get there. I literally waited 2 hours and 15 minutes just to end up leaving because they took too long. Only got 2 people done by the time I left. And to top it all off the one guy kept taking a break every 5 minutes. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! Horrible service and when we talked to the lady about it (several people multiple times) they did absolutely nothing about it. Never going back here again.
I never had a reason to complain about this place. My instructor was Corey, and be states I ran 3 stop signs and never signaled coming out of parking. I did not want to argue back, but he was very nonchalant about his feedback towards me. He basically said in these words, soooo, as we were driving, you ran 3 stop signs and did not signal out of parking, so all in all you failed. You can call call and reschedule. When I say, I literally stopped before each stop sign before the white line and waited, I really did. I was so patient and super over the top attentive. I signaled every turn I had and in and out of parking. I looked over my shoulder when needed. I was caught off guard when he said I ran 3 stop signs. Its crazy because us passing or failing is literally up to the instructor. So even if the instructor, Corey, is having a bad day let personal things get in his way, I feel its taken out on the person taking the test. Now I have to wait 6 months to take another test? Smh it truly is unbelievable. I dontd feel like Corey enjoys his job, or he picks and chooses who to pass. I needed to pass this for a job and my family. And I know with out a doubt I did not pass any stop signs, but we cant argue with them smh.
Instructor Cory was very rude and unfair. There were three cars ahead of us and he failed all three cars. When my daughter asked him a question he gave her an attitude. She was told she hit the curb when she paralleled park, i was sitting in the car she never hit any curb. He should not be working there. After reading all these comments he should be fired. I will not be taking my daughter back there again , i will be going to wofes driving school, i heard they have a better reputation.
Yet another negative experience with the same examiner mentioned by others. And its the same complaint as everyone else - he seemed to have decided my daughter was going to fail before he got in the car. My daughter nailed the parallel parking and completed the road test. When they got out of the car his exact words were she didnt pass because she went 27 or 28 in a 25 MPH zone. She needs to work on her speeding. My daughter was shocked because she knew where the 25 MPH area was (we had practiced there multiple times) and she was sure she wasnt speeding.I dont care if this location is the closest to you - avoid it because you risk getting an unfair examiner. We then went to the testing center at Lancaster County CTC in Brownstown. You have to pay 100 for the test but the examiner was very professional and my daughter passed without a problem.
This place deserves the biggest zero ever! This place is the biggest joke! There’s a line of 15 plus people standing in line outside in the freezing cold and it’s raining. Waiting over an hour and here we find out the guy calling people in went on lunch break and didn’t have the decency to come out and tell anyone!!!!
Went to take my driving test and I got points taken off for stopping behind the stop sign for ~ 3 seconds then I drifted forward to get a better view and stopped again because a car was coming. My instructor claimed that I was in the middle of the road. The instructor also made things up such as me not turning on my turn signal even though multiple witnesses saw me leave the dmv with my signal on. The staff is lazy id only ever go here for a permit and even then i wouldnt go.
Everyone was pleasant from security who gave me my number to Joe who was very helpful getting me set for the real ID. The ladies taking photos and giving the license were efficient and while thier was a line the numbers kept moving quickly. Much faster than going to Harrisburg.
I dont understand why people dont suggest that the location open up a half hour early. If I get there am hour ahead of time but 10 people go stand in a line outside in the cold, the location doesnt open any earlier. But now because I wont risk my health standing in line in the cold for an hour, I went from being the first person here to being the 15th person in line.
👎😴😡😢😭Went to take drivers test. Lousy driving course and instructor was nitpicking for mistakes. He said that I was driving too close to the yellow line and that I was taking the turns not wide enough. I think he was just looking for a reason to fail me because I was a picture of perfection in driving that time. Not realistic at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! They WILL fail you! Also, their wait time is ridiculous!! Plan on being there an hour or 2!!
Wow!! I did not read these reviews until after my son had failed his road test. Who was the instructor? Yeah, you guessed it……….Corey!! I really cannot understand why they continue to employ him there. He clearly has his own agenda, and will fail these kids based on nothing. I really believe he has it in his mind prior to even taking off from the parking lot. I get it, young drivers are a risk and we certainly don’t want an unprepared driver on the road, at any age, but if they are clearly ready, you don’t fail them because you’re having a bad day!! This is not an isolated case…….wake up PennDot.
Worst driving instructor ever. bald, old, miserable man who i did not catch his name, but im sure its the same guy as the other reviews. failed everyone before me which already seems unfair after reading the reviews for this place. tells me AFTER the test i failed to signal in and out of my parallel parking spot which my guardian with me saw me do. i don’t understand how i could even possibly fail for something some minuscule. even if that was true, why did i continue taking my test? way to waste my time and make life a little more complicated without a license. never going here again. made up his own statement to fail me. should not be working at a place where salary is paid by tax payers if someone is not going to properly do their job. he is more interested in keeping young people off of the road. believe the other reviews, i didnt until i went. they are true.
Absolutely the worst experience. I would gladly go through a second vasectomy while getting a colonoscopy rather than come here again. The guy behind the desk(one of only two) acted like he was bothered by me walking in. When I asked if there was any way to expedite my camera card since I was flying and my license just expired, he says you have to wait the 10 days. Only after more prodding did he say it would be $5. Thank you. Of course i needed a check or mony order so I had to come back and get a new ticket and wait another 45 minutes...no better way to spend my afternoon.
Its a DMV so the people dont seem motivated to hustle, but that is the norm. however I will say that its nice to go to a DMV in such a small-ish town it takes hardly any time at all. (compared to how long it takes in a city) I used to live in a huge city with 3-4 DMVs around but even still it was an all day affair. at least at this DMV its only a small portion of your day usually.
Very poor service!!!!!! Not enough parking space, very little room in the office, a lot of people are standing for about 2 hours. Waiting time is about 2.5-3 hours until you get called to the counter. If it was possible I wouldn’t give this place any stars at all. I just got out from the dmv and it took me 5 hours to renew my license. I would suggest not to use this office horrible experience ever!!!!!
The place is like a jail admittance center. You come there for various reasons and youll have no idea where to go or what to do. When you ask someone you get a reply as if you are there getting sentenced for child rape. The drivers test instructors are terribly strict. And also this review would not be complete without mentioning the crowd. Come there 2 or 3 hours after opening and therell be 500 people ahead of you in every line and good luck finding the right line for that matter. Basically avoid this place till every other possible option is exhausted.
Do not take your drivers test theres!!!!! There is a examiner named Corey and he lies and makes things up to fail people. He said my daughter didnt use her turn signal to pull out of parallel parking and that was a lie because I watched her to it and I seen her turn signal on. Then he said she drove over the yellow line in the development they drive through. Thats why she failed. So I had my daughter show me on the way home where she drove over the yellow line. There is no yellow lines in the development!!!!! So thats another lie!!! He must get off on failing kids that worked hard and stressed about taking there drivers test. I hope Corey is proud of himself
Took my 18 year old daughter for her drivers test. This man named Corey failed her because her parallel parking was done perfectly with only 1 driving up/backing up instead of 3?I am so angry. I have pictures to prove how perfect she parked. This is going to the attorney generals office. This man needs to be investigated
Spent hours waiting in line. At least 15 people ahead of me waiting at 8:15am and they open at 9am. At least another 10 people behind me now. This place is a joke. Not the employees fault but something has to change besides our increased fees. How about using that money and getting a bigger facility with more employees. We all pay taxes yet for years there has been the same ongoing overcrowded issues with this place...
I went there to get my Cdl permit and had forgotten my birth certificate . And it was getting close to closing time .The one guy said i dont have enough time . But Joe got me started while my wife brought it . He was very kind and helpful. I give him A plus .I passed my test thanks. Brandon Snyder
The proctor for the driving exam (I believe his name was Corey) failed my boyfriend three times for small things like being a hair late to stop at a stop sign, not having a turn signal coming out of the parallel park (which he did, in fact, have on), etc. He clearly has some agenda as he failed another friend of mine twice. Upon her mother inspecting, she saw him moving the curb for parallel parking intentionally out of the way so that she would fail. This man should be fired for being unprofessional and unethical. I get that it must suck having to sit and grade people all day, but dont just intentionally fail people because you hate your own life!
Recommend firing the test examiner due to rudeness and disrespect. Needs to update and organize system. Very unorganized. Needs all new employees and a new building due to disrespect of the employees to cousomers and a distugsting building. If I would believe in sueing I would.
Moves fast, and can take care of alot in 1 trip there. Anyone who complains or rates low, either went at the end of the month (which I say DUH!) or never went to the previous Penn dot! Hello people! Dont wait til the last freakin minute! Option, mail it in or go online!
Wait time was 106 minutes I’ve been here for 220 minutes and the numbers only moved by three. THREE!! That’s barely one every hour. An extra guy came in and ten minutes later went to lunch. This is absolutely pathetic. I’m basically counting on being here close to 5 hours.
On February 4, 2015 I went to PENDOT located in the address above. My biggest complaint is the lack of cleanliness with the eye test machine. At least have alcohol wipes to use after each person uses the machine. I sincerely hope that you read this complaint and will let me know if a correction of safety will be implemented.
Will Make-up things to Make you Fail :( Dont go here if you want to pass your driver test.. Even if you do everthing right . They will fail you by making-up the following things #1 you got to close to the yellow line #2 did not look both directions at stop sign., #3 made to wide turns. How I know that is because he told numerous people the same thing. The day I was there they failed everyone that was attempting there Drivers Licence
Took over 3 hrs to get seen this place needs a lot more workers cause waiting that amount of time is ******* crazy to put it nicelyNot enough of parking what so ever to park had to park across the street and walk overIf there was a negative star rating it would get a negative 5 for sure

2022-07-30I had my driving test here a few hours ago. I had Mr. Mike as my instructor. He was polite and so calm. Which is helped me a lot. I passed my first try. The man at the door to the ladies at counter 1 was very helpful. I did my driving test at 12:45, got my drivers license, and walked out at 1:25. I highly recommend this place.

2021-11-30I needed to renew my DL.. completed most of that online and printed off my paperwork.. got photo card in the mail and stopped by the office.. took a few tries as they were closed for Black Friday and also on Mondays.. so Tuesday I stopped by to a full parking lot and little seats available inside.. however by doing most online I was called pretty quickly.. and again for picture time.. all in all I was there maybe 20min which was a lot faster than I had originally expected when I saw the parking lot and waiting room.. so Id recommend completing as much as you can online to make everyones day go by better.😁

2022-04-15I needed to renew my drivers license and obtain a Real ID, I went to Lebanon hoping it would not be that busy. I arrived 20 minutes early and there was already a line outside waiting. Once the doors opened we all went in, got our ticket stub and sat down. I was in and out in little over an hour. Actually most of us were on our way out by then. Everything went smoothly, no complaints from any one. I would advise others to wait till 10, should be lighter in numbers by then.

2022-03-01They need a larger facility and more staff. No parking available in parking lot and long wait times. Lines going out the door and so full inside that it was standing room only inside.I do like the feature that they will text you once you are 5th in line but the link where it was supposed to show where you are in the line did not work. Another observation, it took 30 minutes from my first notice till I actually got helped. On a good note, Joe was very kind, pleasant and helpful. He made the experience more pleasant.

2022-06-13Everybody from the man at the door to the gentleman at counter 5 was very helpful and respectful. Everything we went to take care of was addressed the first time. Our Saturday afternoon visit was very positive and surprisingly simple.

2022-07-27I had the most wonderful time not having to deal with all the headaches that I deal with down at the Harrisburg Pennsylvania department of transportation. The Lebanon office They were so polite it was so quiet in there I got in and out in a matter of 15 minutes that is my new office thanks to the workers there for their kindness and the courtesy and treating the customers to bad Harrisburg office can’t take lessons from them!

2022-03-09If possible try to arrive before it before 10 AM to get the work done, whatever that might be.. After school lets out, it gets very full which is understandable. Staff is very helpful and works hard to get you out of there as soon as possible
