A little pricey, but best and most convenient place to go for name brand dog toys, treats, and accessories. Some have the banfield pet hospital attached, and they have wonderful prices for animal plans and pet insurance for your furry family members!
Always find something I need for the furry kids. The only thing I wish would change would be the toy prices do they were in line with competitors.
They are very helpful. I always ask for Nick Princeton pet mart . He is very nolageble. He knows all about all bet food . Dog cat , fish bird food and small recipes. Visit him.
I went there today with a long list and found everything I needed. Petsmart prices are lower than Petco which is also a good thing. With the supply issues I was pleased to see things I needed were in stock.
DANIELLE grooms my cat Thomas. She hands down is the best. When we rescued Thomas he looked like this. She made a cat that hated the world become such a lover. He cant get enough love now. She makes him look amazing. DANIELLE ty for everything truly.
Would give zero stars if I could. this is the absolute worst petsmart I have ever been to. Very unprofessional, please do yourself a favor and take your animal elsewhere. The store manager doesn’t care how her employees behave.
The groomers are great. They take great care of my elderly cat. Her summer trim is great.

We use Petsmsrt for the day camp and overnight stays. Overall very satisfying with the staff and accommodations.My dog always comes back happy and tired. Very convenient for grooming and nails during his stay. The staff goes out of their way with any special needs or requests for your pet.

Nice Store. They have a variety of pet food, supplies, toys and treats. There is an adoption center here. Also a pet medical center. They also do grooming. There was a sign saying nail trimming is a walk-in service now. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even when the cashier had a difficult customer, she stayed polite and patient.

Very nice store. They had a wider variety of prescription cat foods than at a Princeton store (Nassau Blvd). I liked they encourage mask wearing by having a tray with clean masks free to take and hand sanitizer.

One star is too generous we boarded or 15 year old dog for first time here. He went in ok. WE check on him and were told he was eating and going to bathroomWE picked him up and he was very sick. No vet was advised nor were we advised so that someone could take him to vet. So bad we had to have him euthanized. My biggest regret is that I do not know how many days he was suffering.

Place is clean the folks who work here are friendly, and knowledgeable of most of their products. 😊 some of my questions about cat food was not the answers I needed. But thats what going on 🐣 Google🐱🐢 is for overall they got lots of supplies and support for your furry critters.
Manager smells like cheese, I almost died. She was so rude and disrespectful and refused to give me the service I deserved. Shorty has blonde hair that needs deep conditioning and a grandma cardigan. I will never step into this establishment ever again. They refused to let my pet rat Steve stay at the hotel and he was stuck in the streets.

Oxford Valley location is a nice one. Well stocked and knowledgeable staff. This is a great location for the best selection of sweaters, coats and holiday costumes and toys.
The first experience was awesome with our newly rescued pooch. This time eh..... she is very uneven. Her paws look like duck feet, her ears a cocker spaniel.(she is a standard poodle and we showed pictures of what we liked and don’t like). And they charged me an xtra $15 and she needs a lot of fixing.

I havent shopped at petsmart in a very long time, the app gave me a hard time registering which was quite frustrating, it made my shopping process a lot longer than expected. It wasnt too easy to locate everything I wanted online. I searched for some items, they didnt come up, I assumed they didnt have these items but then they popped up as a recommended item based on my choices..🤔...aside from the website experience, the curbside experience was positive and it was done rapidly. They said up to 4 hours but it was 15 minutes...when I arrived, they were right out with my order.....based on this experience, I will order again and see if the website will be better....
Do not waste your time with curbside pick up at this location. Waited 30 minutes before going in purchaseing the item and they still had it sitting at the front and hadnt tried to bring it out to me an hour later. Had to warn the nice lady that had been sitting there about 5 minutes less than me that they werent coming out for her either (after i finished my purchase - about 50 minutes into arriving).
I placed my first order online and pick up in store from petsmart. There was one item that I really needed but I ordered other items since I was already going to be going there. Up until the last minute the item showed as being in stock. I wasn’t notified until 12+++ hours after they told me the order was ready for pick up, that the food I really needed WASN’T in stock.
They have a large selection of toys, collars/ leashes, food, and grooming supplies for cats and dogs.I recently decided to move to a medicated shampoo (over the counter/ non- prescription) for my Vizsla who has some environmental allergies. He’s already on a daily allergy medication. One of the team members happened to also have an adopted dog with allergies- she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and was able to give me additional insight on products I hadn’t considered previously.I’ve been to this location several times and have always had friendly service. Lines can get a little long in the evening, but I’ve never had to wait longer than 10 or so minutes.
Went in to ask about a turtle. They tried to sell me the whole shebang before the turtle was big enough to even think about a big set up. I get it, you dont feel like being there, its covid, but still give the customers the answers to their questions before thinking about your upsell
Pet smart is very clean and has a lot of supplies but it would be nice if it had more pets to offer. It does have a wide variety of fish 🐟 it would be nice if it sold dogs and ~or~ cats.

I adopted my first dog this past fall and naturally I’m completely in love with her and want to provide her with the best care. The employees at PetSmart have made me feel very comfortable bringing her to be groomed, taking her to doggie day care, and bringing her to the Pet Hotel. I appreciate the Covid precautions this location takes.Though I can’t be with her when she‘s groomed, she appears to be very calm with her groomers. I took her to be groomed recently after she rolled in some poo in the park and was smelling extremely ripe, and they weren’t phased at all! She came home smelling fresh and clean.I know she loves doggie day care because she literally runs through the door and straight to the day care entrance when we arrive. The staff there is wonderful and you can tell they really care about your pets. I’m excited for the Mother’s Day theme day when I’ll get a paw print keepsake. The packages are pretty affordable, too. I may sound like I’m gushing, but they’ve been a big help while I’m working from home and I can relax knowing my pup is being well cared for and playing with her day care doggie buddies.I only wish my dog would tolerate wearing clothes because they carry some really cute outfits!❤️

Went looking for a friend for our cat, Seven(7)...no luck. Either they were bond sets of kittens, or to young, or dont like other cats...so now we wait till the weekend to see what comes from other vendors.
Our Pup loves daycare here and we love the flexibility of their hours plus its so much more affordable.
One of the better petsmarts in the area so I bought a leopard gecko from newtown and the lack of knowledge and care really showed when I went to Fairless hills and seen and talked to the employee in the reptile department there if youre looking to adopt a pet consider going there for them they are better taken care of

Went in for a cat carrier and they only had one option in the size I needed for $37, so I bought it. I ended up returning it the next day. Ordered it from Amazon for $25. Sorry PetSmart.
I went to ask questions about their birds for my daughter. The quantity was very limited, the staff member wasnt very knowledgeable about the birds to help out. Ill will be going to a legit bird shop in New Jersey to get a bird..
Very helpful staff for me and my new puppy. Only part I did not particularly like is that it was quite warm in there. The staff were friendly and sweet to my new puppy and they were very helpful with recommendations for him. I will be returning when they fix the AC
Just used on line ordering and pick up from Pet S,mart. It is quick, easy and convenient for anyone who does not want to venture out in a crowd. My items were delivered directly to the trunk of my car, no direct contact with anyone. Great Option for people with pets.
The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their great to the Fur baby I bring with me, whom loves strolling the store.
Staff is rude and everyone looks so miserable. If they are that unhappy where they work, they should find a job elsewhere. The system had pricing wrong and when I went back in for a price adjustment after verifying prices online, I still was not returned the correct amount of money. Have never dealt with such a horrible experience at a Petsmart store. Completely disappointed.

My chocolate lab stayed at their hotel last year. He had such a great time, the stuff was great. I called while on vacation to see how he was doing. They took the time to answer my questions about how he was doing. Booked him again this year. Also I love their groomers also. Had a couple different ones for him. All did a great job . Would recommend the grooming and hotel to anyone.
They waited until I got to the salon to let me know they have to check the puppy for matting. They didnt say a word about this when I called half hour before I went there. I had brushed the puppy well and had taken almost all the knots, yet they want to be lazy and just shave the puppy. They didnt want to take the puppy in for a bath and a nail trim which is what the appointment was for. Instead, they made lazy excuses that they cant brush her but need to shave her down to her skin. This is crazy and not called grooming. I took my puppy home, brushed all the knots away, trimmed some and gave her a bath myself. Why cant a grooming salon do this? These girls at PetSmart are amateurs and should not be working at a grooming salon.
We just got a new puppy I have been to several other pet stores checking them out, doing research and just getting to know different products. Visiting petsmart was by far my least favorite experience. Everything seemed to be significantly more expensive than other stores and they wanted $20 for a coupon book others stores freely give away. When I told the clerk no thank you he was frustrated with me since he already opened and scanned said book. I will absolutely not being returning to this store or any other in the chain.
The woman helping us with the guinea pigs was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us pick out all the things we needed to get started and let us know what the best deals were in the store for the items we needed. She didnt try to sell us items we didnt need and was genuinely kind and helpful. We love our new guinea pigs!
I found a good 25% off top fin filters today so I decided to upgrade to the Silent stream 40. Rated for 40 gallons at a rate of 200 gallons an hour filtration. Replacing the stock pump. The silent stream 20 rated at 120 gallons per hour. In my 20 gallon Hexagon. The stream is strong and is creating a nice current with the sponge filter attached and a air stone. Everything is close in proximity so it works as a good team. Great oxygen and water movement..Im impressed with the performance of my upgraded filtration set up. The Top Fin 40 was only $26 and Im satisfied with the value of this product. Check out Petsmart today for the latest sales and promotions.

It seemed to be ok. There were customers who werent following social distancing but that isnt petsmarts fault. I found what I was looking for. Checkout was a little long than necessary since the cashier had to answer the phone and handle the curbside pickup orders. But again, out of their control.
Took little dog for a grooming with the same groomer since he was a puppy. Always great. Other store staff like Arsenio is always very friendly and helpful. Cant mention the groomer because then they will be booked up when I want to get my little guy groomed.😉 My advice find a groomer you like and stick with them only. The manager there now is not friendly and not a team player like Sean the former store manager was. I liked going to this location and I knew the staff and they knew me by just a friendly hello how are you?
I like petsmart! It never smells bad when visiting any of their locations. The prices are good. The fish are well taken care of. I never bought a fish and had it die from here. All the fish I have bought from here have lived a year or more. Great selections too.
The customer service in this store exceeds expectations. All the staff are really friendly and the groomers take really good care of my pets. When it comes to grooming, I will go out of my way to bring my dogs to this location.
Called before I went in, thankfully they had what I needed. Had actually called quite a few other stores prior, looking for a puppy toy with a simulated heartbeat, none of them even knew what I was talking about. Thankfully I got someone who really cared when I called this PetSmart. They helped me out, actually grabbed the product and held it up front for me. I was more than grateful, then when I arrived, I was greeted by two super friendly associates who just wanted to help! Thats what Im talking about!! And when I started saying I had called, out from behind the counter comes the toy, exactly what I was looking for. On top of that, they reminded me to check their website, and it was almost 10 bucks cheaper there. 10 out of 5 will come back again, even if its a bit further than some other stores!
Always love pets, and PetSmart is definitely better than Pets plus. Their display is very bright and open, the associates seem very knowledgeable of their stock, especially guinea pigs. They even offered to treat my piggy during the 2 week period when I found out that she had ringworm
The only place that can cut my dogs nails without too much stress. I was SO worried that she was gonna freak out, but she handled it so well. Thanks so much to the grooming staff for being willing to LITERALLY hug my dog during the nail cutting so she wasnt scared. I will definitely be going back!
Nice to finally have a big pet store in town. I personally love the fish and reptile departments but they also have all your canine and feline needs met. Training and grooming are also done on premises. Of course theyre pet friendly so we always bring our dogs.

My dog was staying at the pet hotel for 12 days, at the separate room which is much more expensive. Unfortunately when I picked her up she was sick, she is still sneezing all day, her nose is hot. I don’t know why, maybe it was too cold inside and she got cold. They didn’t let me see where she’ll stay when I bring her there. :( it was my first experience with PetSmart, I don’t think if I’ll trust them again. All previous experiences with another places was better and cheaper. Disappointed.
Took my Siberian Husky in for a defurminator bath and brush. The prices can seem a little steep, but its worth it for me to not have to get the whole process started. Nicole/Nikki (?) Was her groomer and she took good care of my pup. Everyone was helpful, professional, and polite. I recommended calling ahead or booking an appointment online, as it seems to get busy especially when dogs are starting their shedding season.
I took my dog for grooming and they did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend them. Staff is very congenial.

I just saw a lost and found post that told how someone brought in a Matty little dog into PetSmart that appeared to be lost. No one from the vet hospital or the manager from the store even checked the dog to see if it had a chip, gave it food, or water... Really? Why?It was sent to the SPCA... I hope they take better care of him there and get him scanned. It looked like Benji (Google the movie).
Dont buy canned food here, prices too high, but they do have a vet service there for special needs animals and prescription canned foods you can only get with a prescription. A Doggie daycare too, plus they used to have adoption fairs involving local shelters.
I have a dog who is eleven years old and at times he gets back pain due to arthritis. I brought him for 3 nights and doggie camp. I expressed to them that at times he may limp or he might need to rest . I gave them medication for pain as per my veterinarian. I suddenly checked on him the next day after the first night and I was told he didnt want to go out for a walk. I told them to let him rest and that I will call back to check. Later the day I called back and I was told that he was doing well no complaints of limping and that he was having a great time. I told the associate that if she was sure. She said yesShe call me back in a panic to come to pick up my dog that he couldnt get up and that it was too much liability to assist him to get him to the bathroom. I wasnt able to pick him up right away but instructed to provide medication and rest. The manager got on the phone and said the same. The point that I am trying to make is that I have given them his history and medication there was no reason to lie number one and number two to kick my dog out right away. I was here with my children in a small vacation then I had to cut it short. Because of people who are not train to handle small situations.

Victoria specifically was very sweet during the time i was there as well as very helpful! some guy named devin i think, who also works there definitely felt the need to mansplain everything to her which was irritating and he sounded slightly like he was talking down to her which is wack. This review is for the grooming salon, I have brought my dog here several times with no complaints however last 2 times the work has been terrible . Maybe they changed groomers or they care dont anymore. My dog was Bad trimmed and mediocre work.1st time I can understand but 2 times in a row We must change groomer

I go here for all my dogs and cats needs. They got good prices and also match competors prices. They have a cool hotel for dogs inside and you can watch the doggies play. They have a cst adoption center if you need a kitty cat. Everything is usually in stock and easy to find. The workers always help you and have a amile on thier face.
I can almost always find what Im looking for. Has a grooming salon, doggie day care, pet hotel, and training. There is even an attached vets office. I went on vacation for 3 days and left my small dog at the hotel. While I was gone he got to play half a day with other dogs (not by his size but I think it goes by his energy level/temperament), had an ice cream, and the day I picked him up he had a bath and haircut. He seemed very happy and healthy when I got back. There were many options I chose from which affected the pricing, and I was able to choose the above based on how well I thought he would do ( in my case his not having been away from me that long before). I like that the play area has a large glass window so you can see the dogs interacting. And you can bring your own dog food and bed.
We recently got my son a fish tank for his birthday and having had no prior experience the staff was helpful in getting us started. Good selection of fish and materials, did end up getting some equipment cheaper online.

The girls in the grooming center are efficient and very nice. Thats certainly not a job I would want. The store is well laid out and they carry just about everything.
1-2-19 update. So someone reached out to me on the official facebook of petsmart. They were concerned with the fish and contacted the store manager. From there I had a lovely phone call with Nicole who was very helpful. I think the holidays probably just made things super crazy for all the pet care. She had told me the original place of the bettas she didnt like because it was in fact too cold and they really do care about the fish. Since then, they looked to have pulled all the fish except for 3. Probably to make sure they were all ok and or treated for ich if needed. They gave me a care package for the inconvenience of all of this and were super kind. I want to say also I made sure to work with them and I was really patient about all of this. I never felt like I was being mistreated or not taken seriously and this truly is a situation of amazing customer service.-*update* I bought two when I was in there and I got the tank and everything ready for the girls and as soon as the light hit the other one I noticed she has full body ich. Way to go guys. Please check your fish department and help any other neglected fish. Ich is preventable and for a betta to get ich alone in a cup is legit crazy. Full body ich. Like this fish was clearly neglected and no water matinence done or temp control. The whole display area of this shelf was dark. So you couldnt see its colors let alone spots. Again, please check your fish-*original review*I went in for a betta fish and left with one I legit rescued. The containers they keep them in should not have the holes punched out. Betta fish are jumpers and the one I found practically dead was a jumper. The female betta was laying on the lid. I thought she was dead. I poked her and she moved! I frantically tried to get her back through the hole and she flopped onto the floor! I was legit upset and freaking out. My boyfriend helped me get her cup lid off and back into the cup. She came home with me. I know big chain stores have issues and its been forever since I had gone into one since I moved. I told the staff in the department and legit I think I scared them. I am sorry about my intensity but atleast I didnt belittle them. Simply said um hey yeah no you shouldnt have them like that because of reasons stated. I even told them they can be trained to jump through hoops apparently lol. But honestly if more people knew about just how amazing betta fish were, maybe we would stop treating them like simple desk ornaments.
I am getting very disappointed with PetSmart. They cant help or serve customers if they keep discontinuing products. I purchase Blue buffalo food. I specific items for my dog. I went there on Saturday to buy Blue buffalo Beef stix. I buy 2 packages a month !! The item was just discoed. The second item in a month or so. My girl loves the Beef stix. No wonder why Stores are losing to Amazon.
Staff here is friendly and the store is clean. It is usually pretty busy in there, but they always call for another cashier very quickly. I always enjoy picking up pet food here.
I enjoy going to this PetSmart as does my 14 year old Bichon Buttons, he likes to look at the birds. I hope you guys are able to see my pics I posted! The staff is always friendly and sometimes there is a gentleman that hands out great coupons, hes not there all the time but, Ive seen him there like three times within this last year. I also like how there is a Pet Hotel, Grooming and a Banfield Veterinary Group. Although, I have not gotten my dog groomed here and he has also not been seen by Banfield or has stayed at the Pet Hotel. I think it is very convenient to have all three Under One Roof.😊🐕🐱🐩🐶🐈🐠
I like this PetSmart because they have the daytime dog boarding and cat adoptions so my daughter can see a large variety of animals when we get supplies for the three we have. I use the store brand dry food for my pups and am very happy with it.

Not happy with them, they lack giving full report of issues found. Also they seem to always suggest expensive options without having exhuasting less expensive alternatives to confirm their hypathesis.

The Pet Hotel is ABSOLUTELY HORRID. I really love the Banfield Pet Hospital at this location. I also really like the people who work on the retail side. But as for the hotel, I was lied to about my dogs staying in the same kennel for their first trip of 6 days. Then the second time around for 3 days I was told they had to be separated because my one dog is a Pitt. The general manager of the pet hotel then yelled at me and cut me off when I was trying to talk to her and tell her my situation and what one of her managers said to me previously. My dogs will NEVER stay at this location again, which is unfortunate due to the convenience of the location for us.

My dogs loved the doggie day care! They both come home completely exhausted from playing all day long. Neither dog was hungry, thirsty, or showing any negitive signs from the hotel. I even got a report card showing what they did and their visit went. We are so happy with the service and knowing my dogs were be treated so well. Prices were fair with many additional add ons. A+++

My dog has been there since he was a puppy we did Training with Devin who was great,also he has gone to camp one or two times a week.We also used the hotel for him and one of our cats it has all been great,Turk loves camp ,wish they did insulin injections at the hotel we have to board our other cat in a kennel,thats my only complaint I would like it if she could go there,this is the Fairless hills locatiom
I have two small dogs that have issues with getting there nails done. So I take them to petsmart because they could always do them just fine. But that was in NJ and when I moved to the langhorne area and I needed to get them done they could not. They said that they could not do their nails anymore because they nipped at them. Dogs will do that if they dont like there nails done. I told them that when we went in. So now I dont know what to do. I dont have the equipment to do my dogs and now I have a new one that is the same way with her nails.
I boarded my dog from 11/11/16 to 11/13/16 at the Fairless Hills location. When I took my dog, he was very healthy. Upon picking him up, he was not able to keep any food down, and has diarrhea terribly. I just took him to the vet (the very next morning after picking him up) and he required fluids due to how dehydrated he was. I supplied his food so this illness cannot be blamed on this. I should have been told that my dog was ill. The level of dehydration he experienced is unacceptable. Additionally, when I picked him up no one was cleaning up the fecal matter in the smaller pet room. There was an attendant in the room holding a puppy but ignoring large puddles of urine on the floor. I watched four other dogs traipse through the urine. I was standing there for over 10 minutes. This is also why dogs can get sick. Not telling the owner about the illness is unacceptable as he was exhibiting signs of illness the second I picked him up. I should be compensated for my stay at the hotel and my vet bill.
Extremely friendly staff! A surprising selection of Freshwater Fish that you dont normally find in Chain Stores! Frequent sales that make the prices excellent!
They are fantastic there ! Always going over and beyond. I highly recommend Daniel at the Langhorne store she has the gift to calm my wildcat down instantly to do her nails:)
Nice place, bring your pets shopping. Prices are a bit higher but selections are very good, staff are friendly and helpful. Sales are helpful when trying the more expensive higher grade pet foods that your pet may not like.

I started working at PetSmart a couple months ago and its a great place to work and shop! They do everything they can to make it a comfortable workplace for the employees and a fun place to shops for customers.
All pet items are entirely too expensive.we all love our animals and want our furry children to have the best but its ridiculous the price of all pet items that i see.I personally have to get hills prescription cd cat food for my cat that cant eat anything else.there is never any sales,discounts nor coupons for this food and ive been purchasing it for 8 yrs.the pet perks we get nothing.if your naive enough youll end up thinking your getting some kind of a deal when your not.i have 3cats and 2 dogs so i wish petsmart could throw us a bone every once in a while with personal discounts and coupons.we shop here all the time but i may change to Amazon or one of those mail order pet stores eventually.too pricey Petsmart!
Beware of there doggie day care program. Your dog will spend most if not all day in a cage.even if make a reservation it doesnt matter.they take as many dogs as they can and only 20 dogs are put in the play yard.the other dogs are put in a cage until its there turn comes,if it does.Complained to the manager and put a complaint in.the manager could care less and rhe corporate site wouldnt even responde to me. This was not our first problem with this. This place sucks find somewhere else to put your dog

Had my Bell groomed there,Shannon did a great job,my Bell is almost 12yrs old with arthritis, Shannon did her in no time flat saving her pain from standing so long.
Paid $120.00 for puppy classes and did better myself... waste of time and money. My advice if you can’t do it yourself than pay a professional. Might cost a little more but at least it would be worth it
Had dog groomed! Kathy with pretty hair helped me with questions abt food. Then Kate groomed my dog. Shes looked great when finished!

Very nice store, wide variety of pet food, beds, toys etc. than anyone would ever need to select from. Products available for birds, dogs, cats, rabbits, small creatures, fish, etc. Grooming, adoption, training and kennel services too!

Awful Experience with the Fairless Hills Pa, Petsmart Pet Hotel!!! STAY AWAY!!TWhile my dog Vanity (a seven months old French Bull Dog) was staying at the Petsmart Pet Hotel in Fairless Hills Pa, She was treated terrible!!!! Vanity came home sick! and none of the extra services I added, were provide to my dog, even though I paid for them!!Petsmart didnt know that my sister was coming everyday on the days Vanity was suppose to be out in the doggy day care, to make sure the Vanity was being let out to play on the days I paid for, and Guess what? Vanity was never out playing in the doggy day care like she was supposed to be! She was left in her create the whole time we were on vacation, even though we paid for the service!!The manager was not available so I left a message for the manager to call me back to address the situation and my concerns but he never called me back! So that made me realize that the manager is the reason that our pets are treated awful during their stay at this Terrible place Petsmart Pet HotelMy believe is that If the manager dont care about the treatment our pets get when they are under their care, why should the employees care!!!Be smart make sure you pets are getting good treatment and the services you pay for when you go on vacation!If you love your pet, PLEASE STAY AWAY!!

Always check for coupons! If you buy something here at full price you are doing it wrong. They have a really good rewards/perks system and they also have a ton of services at the store.
Very expensive, dog beds are to much one had real nice soft sides and no padding on the bottom. We spent over 100.00 on dog food and PS gave me a hole 5.00 off.
This location was very clean. The employees were very friendly, by the dog section was a lady that recommended a brand for my German Shepherd and it was a hit, my Service Dog is a picky eater UT this food was the one he liked.
Cashiers are always grumpy but this time particularly so. I only come in for rx food since my vet is a drive. Petsmart as a chain discriminates against pitibulls by charging more for grooming and if they are boarded they have special rules so I avoid them overall if I can. I love my pitibull so dont love her dont love my money.
The staff at this Petsmart is great. Great customer service. Our dog Jorgie stays for doggie day camp which not many offer. Definitely a must for dog lovers.

We use their grooming services a lot and they are always great. The store has everything you need but seems a bit messy sometimes.
I have not used their pet care services, but they have a wide selection of pet food and pet supplies. Makes for an easy shopping experience, just not cheap unless you catch a sale.

Went get special food for my cat. Was having trouble finding the item. Looked for 15 minutes for store employee and had to wait in line at register to be told where find an employee and of course no around to answer questions. Customer service suck at the Fairless Hills store.
Their registers are slow. Checking out is a tedious process when you buy 72 cans of cat food.
Had a return to do, the crew there made it so easy and they were really polite. They were awesome

2022-05-09Came here from Bensalem to get my grandmothers mini Pomeranian her food. This was the 7th pet shop I had visited to try to find it. PetSmart did not disappoint. Thanks so much for keeping up on your inventory! Her dog thanks you and now thankfully wont have any stomach irritations.

2022-06-18I took my cat to petsmart in Fairless Hills and they were the worst. They tell me 11 am on the phone but put 11:30 on the website and calls me at 11:10 to yell me it was 11. They have my cat in there with dogs and wonder why his anxiety level was so high. They did a choppy job on his fur. They stated they were able to clip his claws but he became to aggressive (my cat doesnt like his paws touched). They said they couldnt do anything else.These Children were very rude from the minute I had verbal and physical contact with them.I will stick with Cats Just Cats grooming the lady has many years of experience and stated my Cat was a sweetheart. Petsmart didnt want to groom my cat from the start.I do not recommend them for cats.

2022-05-11Waited 15 mins to be helped (there’s 1 other customer in the store) then when the girl finally came over she helped the guy that just walked up. Also when did petsmart become fish connoisseurs?? Another couple walked up and were looking to buy fish and got interrogated on what they were going to put them in. The guy already has an established tank and just wanted to buy more fish. I would not recommend this store for fish at all.

2022-06-27It was not so good. I had ent there foe gold fish to put in a pond. I walked over to them and seen in one tank the fish were swarming. I asked a worker why and they just said ‘’oh uh yea they are basically dying, there is nothing we can do.’’ I was with family and one asked them ‘’ what happens when you put a net in it?’’ The worker said ‘’ oh they all swim away’’ it left me confused as why they couldn’t jus put the net in there but it wasn’t my problem so i just bought goldfish from another tank then left.

2022-03-06Petsmart is slipping. 3 if the staff were standing upfront and as the line grew, none of them were helping the trainee or more importantly, us customers get the line down.More importantly the guy training the new associate had NO CLUE what good customer service was. There was an issue with a coupon and instead of doing the right thing and making the customer happy (there was an issue with a duplicate account) and processing the coupon under her other account he again held up the growing line and made us all wait while he got approval to accept the coupon which he had the authority to do without someone higher up.If this is policy then that policy must change.If he was afraid to make that decision then you need to reevaluate or retrain your trainer!Customers always come first.

2022-02-09Teddy is 9 and doesnt socialize with other dogs very well so he needs some extra attention and I feel safe leaving him there because I know he will get all the attention he needs and will be well cared for so when I have to go away I know if I leave him at Pet Smart he will be well taken of during his stay and get pampered.
