They take your kids..lie in court to make their case against you sound good..then go on vacation. Its almost like taking your chikd to the hospital is a mistake or confiding or asking for help is wrong. They only out for themselves not you or your families. MONEY MATTERS nothing more.
I absolutely hate this department. I was adopted through them to a women who just wanted the money that was offered. They never checked on me and allowed this women to adopt me. Now that i am older and the money stopped coming I was kicked out of the home with no help from DHS whats so ever. Then on top of that, I can not get any help from the state for college so now Im basically on my own i that area. I am not allowed to get any information on my self, nor am I allowed to contact old case workers. They do not care what happens to the child, they just want to get them out of the system. I am living proof.
Where do i go for the best honest help with dhs. I really need someone to be on my side and the kids side. I never get any real answers. The blame is always passed and lies are always told. Please help
They make trying to do the right thing absolutely impossible. Some of you need some sensitivity training. Some people honestly want whats best for children.
I lost my kids over 11 years I was a single parent raising 4 kids thank God my mom helped me the best she could I didnt take drugs,disnt abuse my children I had truenece on me my 2 oldest didnt want to go to school and I asked DHS your here to help me they place my 2 older ones away I had 5 kids age range from 12,11,5 and 8 months I said use dont need to take my 2 younger ones my 5 yr old was in kindergarten and the baby was a babyThey said they had to take all them because they are a family bullshitMy kids had a beautiful home ,brand name close food to eat bedrooms when there ppl out there selling there kids to men and women to get money for allowing strange ppl to have theyre way with these innocent kids so they can support theyre drug habits .They destroyed my life messed my kids heads up bit I made arrangements to where my kids where with my family then from me loosing my kids I got on drugs and got into trouble went on the run for 14 yrs my own family would get 5,000 a month for my kids and my brother In law wanted to sleep with me and I told my sister well he had the upper hand I havent seen my son since he was 2 months , which is now 10 and my daughter since she was 2 now 13 I hate DHS they need to investigate them good bless use all who got DHS on use and I will keep use in my prayersMARYANN MALLOY ,PHILA ,PA
If you are reading this review & you recently had issues with DHS, CUA, city solicitors &/or child advocates lying, falsifying reports, violating your rights, violating court orders & stealing your children away for a profit please join us on Feb 12, 2019 from 10am-1pm at Philadelphias City Hall room# 400 for city councils hearing regarding the illegal operations within the agencies. The hearing will be televised on cable, it will be live streamed & it will be made available on all social media sites as well. You are permitted to make & bring posters, signs, etc bc they are permitted in the hearing room. Transparency & accountability is what we need & moving in numbers is how we will see results & stop these agencies from destroying families & children. Thank you💪🙏😉Just some more FYI: if you have an issue with any social workers on your case whether they are from DHS or CUA & you are given a card with the number for the Commissioners Action Response Office (CARO) DO NOT CALL THEM/ TALK TO ANYONE FROM THERE BC ONCE YOU DO, THE RETALIATION GETS REAL!!!!!!!! THEY ARE ALL CORRUPT!!!!!!!!
I would like to say one thing these people are nothing but liars to keep children from their families! They removed my grandkids from my daughter, but would not give them too family that stepped up , they choose to put them in foster care for over a year . Separated the brothers . Still don’t have my grandkids because they are making big money off of them , being my one grandson is special needs and is 24 hour care ! They are making a killing on him . So why reunite a child that can’t talk or walk with family. They have put the biggest wedge in between two boys and there family they still can’t see there aunts, uncles , cousins. Disgusting how these un humans can get away with doing this to family that love and care for these children !

Look dhs needs to go to anmarie oueslati cause she is all hi and her kids been missing school also her social worker from dhs was buying her foodstamps but the people who need to eat cant get the stamps if you go today her urine is very hot with drugs...im very ill and all she does is call my house slurring and has all kind of guys living in her home. now I know over 100 people who know im writing this and they are very interested in what the out come will be....

2022-05-14I’m happy I wasn’t on investigation for child abuse it was the opposite party but dealing with Mrs.English was a terrible experience.She was miss informed had the wrong paper work , giving legal advice without a degree,very bias, lazy and overall unprofessional.I’m pretty sure something’s she did handling the case was illegal. Honestly hope she was fired. Not to mention all her personal life was displayed for her clients. I feel bad for the children depending on her, and I couldn’t believe she had children of her own.

2022-04-16These people are corrupt and surely will burn in HELL! The corruption on this level, unheard ! They lie and Gabriel is one of the WORST I’ve ever seen , and ole tall girl too! They LIE and I believe take money and that is the side they are on… I’ve tried making this known for years ! They should be sued but they are protected and it’s sickening! They actually ruin lives ! They interview 4 yr olds up to 10 times and in office with ONE person ( red headed chick too.. your awful) no kind of documentation! I pray someone steps in that can actually do something but either way God is watching ‼️Oh yes and He sees it !!!!

2021-08-25This place is a joke and not a good one either. Ive heard multiple stories where DHS doesnt care about you or your kids. Tried reporting an incident the other day, was immediately shutdown, gaslighted, and belittled. Unacceptable. For a place that truly cares about children, it really does speak aloud.Im just hurt and displeased, thats all.

2021-09-28I am heartbroken that such people are placed in a position to help kids and they dont. People who should not have their kids keep them, and the ones who should lose them keep them. This system is broken and has been for years. Its time to make some noise, All KIDS matter!!!

2022-03-29Overall they aren’t the worst but they have been Stealing kids Social Security money for years than go to court and decline that they have ever received social security money for their kids I just received a letter stating that my benefits have ended and it was addressed to Philadelphia DHS they have stolen over $57K from me since October of 2013 up until September of 2021 please help this go viral they can’t continue getting away with what they do

2020-05-13Recently my wife had to go to Philadelphia to check on her 2-month-old granddaughter and her parents it was far worse than she imagined and social services was already there when she arrived The worker Mr Gabriel Lee was a tremendous help to my wife with his concern for the infant she obtained temporary custody between her and her daughter who lives just across the border in New York we have had continuing contact with Mr Lee to update him on the progress of the baby and how she is doing and to obtain resources that were available to her son and his girlfriend which they did not want Thank you for social services being there for little children who cannot speak up for themselves and making sure that they are in the proper environment

2016-05-16Dhs is a fraud!!!!! They take children from people who love and want their children and keep them in the system to make money..... If they didnt have peoples children they wouldnt make money! They say they are there to help but they dont!!! They do nothing but make peoples life a living hell and steal children. The kids they really should be helping dont get the help!!! They rip children from loving parents!!!!! This department is a disgrace!!!!!!!!

2018-04-03My children are safe, healthy and happy. They were there for me and never made me feel like less of a person because I was going through some things and I needed help. So in my opinion they help people, especially children
