This is my home truck stop, and it is getting better every day. The people are really nice, and the food from the outside vendor is awesome. Its not what we are all used to, but it has that home feeling to it.
Friendly staff on-site food cart for Philly cheese steaks and stuff like that hamburgers and fries and sodas are open until 9 at the food cart facility is 24 hours and they do allow parking is $20 for 24 hours unless your company is a member here already highly recommend clean have bathrooms E-Z Parking
I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at Bensalem Travel Plaza who went above and beyond there duties. I am a 48 state truck driver who had a load that dropped in philly and called my FM and explained to him i was having chest pains and need to get somewhere he sent me here to drop my trailer. I then went inside to find the closest hospital when the people there offered to take me i told them i had my dog with me and was worried about him they told me not to worry they would take good care of him. these people got him out of the truck and made sure he got fed and took him out one guy went as far as to take him home so he wouldnt be alone i come through here a good bit and never really stopped by but you can bet it will be a regular stop for us now i cant say thank you enough for people like them god bless all of youThanks AgainM. TTHIS PLACE STINKS!! I tried to have my truck worked on 3 times. And they did nothing but waste my time and fuel. The first was to replace an altenater belt. After making me wait (under load) for 3 hrs. they said they could not find the belts anywhere on the face of the earth. I was able to get them myself at pep boys less then a mile away. The second time, I wanted to replace a u joint. I went at 8 am.They said come back at 10. I did. after waiting another hr. they said I needed new drive shafts.The truck has over a million miles on it. Some play is par for the course.The shaft is heavy, It was hot out and the little wimp mechanic didnt want to do it.The third time, I needed a pinion seal and a motor mount (they recomended) along with inspection. I took my truck there at 7 am (I made an appointment) 4 days beforeThey took another truck in front of me. When I complained they said my truck wouldnt pass due to the shafts. THEY KNEW THAT WHEN I GOT THERE!!! and said noting. Bottom line, They wher unhappy that I brought my own parts. When you cant get 2 belts form them, What choice do you have? SO LIKE SPITEFULL LITTLE KIDS THEY DIDNT GIVE ME A STICKER. I wasted 4 trips and a least 11 hrs. of my time They also claimed the mount I brought them wasnt the rite one, Funny Its on the truck. Even more amusing, I took the truck somewhere else and they had no problem with the shafts or anything else. THIS PLACE IS A FLAT OUT CLIP JOINT STAY AWAY OR GET ROBBED OF MONEY OR TIME LIKE I DID
If you expect more than parking and a truck wash forget it. Not really a plaza just a huge lot... Really huge, and a cash only sandwich place thats a food truck style.Also a Cat scale... Not sure how that works, didnt use it, but maybe guard takes weight?

Dont park here guys!!!! I was parked my truck 10:20am and i came back 11:50am they charge my not for 2 days overstay they charge me for 3 days only for 1 an hour 30 minutes i payed 20 dollar more!!! Stupid rules

2016-10-17If your company does not have parking privileges at this place , do not come here . The only reason this has two stars is because the little food stand has outstanding food. The Rundown building does have some facilities like old couches to sit on and it does have laundry facilities. When you pay $20 to park you must Park outside of the security fence in the farthest lot from the building. It doesnt seem to be secure and it has no lights whatsoever.

2015-08-25Not a bad place at all when you need a place to stay for the night. Shower is open till 6 pm but personnel was nice enough to stay a bit late so I can shower. Good people.Stop complaining about everything drivers. Be more positive, enough with all the negativity and hostility lol.

2015-02-16The worst truck wash ever and it was 100$👎👎👎👎👎 and 1hr 30minutes they say its not detail shop. At least get the dirt off for $100 wait I also ask Engine wash and they opened a hood and closed it they dont even showing me or asking me and when I opened the hood myself it was not touched and I asked them to wash it. Never ever ever again!!!

2017-09-01Seriously, I wouldnt even think to come in here except that is the closest place to my shipper. Fenced in with security, but its a dirt lot, set up by trucking company, if you can find a spot after you plunk down your $20.00/night, youd better grab it. Lock up your trailer too folks. There are porta-johns & a food truck, put not much else. I will be sleeping with one ear & eye open...smh.

2020-05-16-0 starts. $20 parking a day if 3 minutes come to late charging another $30. It’s crazy not friendly security.Needed change security very rude person.Make sure put recorder in cab when you park. I am not come back this place.

2018-12-15Im here 3 Mornings out of the week to fill up place is 24 hrs..But it be nice if they have washer fluid n paper towels...For us truckers....
