The customer service was the best I’ve experienced! Ali was super nice and understanding. I went in and had him fix the front and back screen of my iPhone XS Max and he did an amazing job with an extremely low price. Previously I had broken my phone and taken it to their competitor Stop-N-Go and Stop-N-Go gave me back a phone with sharp edges. When Phone Doc gave me back my phone it looks like it’s new! I have absolutely no complaints! If I ever break my phone again, I will definitely return here and I suggest if you need your phone fixed you go here too! Cracked my screen New Years Eve and called New Years Day. The owner took care of it within an hour that day. He was very knowledgeable, affordable and extremely kind to work with. I will definitely go back in the future if needed and recommend to everyone I know!!
Dropped my iPhone off to get the screen repaired, got lunch, and it was fixed by the time I was done. Lowest price that I found and he threw in a new screen protector at no extra charge. Very friendly.

The service given to me by the guy working their was fantastic. Literally took less than 24 hours from when I dropped off my phone to when I picked it up. The only reason it wasnt done the same day was because he had to get my screen delivered. My phone screen was shattered and it looks like I just took it out of the box now! Would definitely recommend anyone to go here!
Went to see what was wrong with my phone after it not charging at all,the man running the store told me he would fix my home button and see if my battery needed replaced which in the end it did. He changed my battery and fixed my button in no time at all and explained everything he was doing. He even gave me and my mom bottles of water while we were waiting and seemed like a genuine nice guy! Servicewas amazing and I will recommend him to friends!

Took my iPhone 8 Plus with a completely shattered screen expecting a costly and long repair. 15 mins later it was 100% fixed and works perfectly. And take lessons on customer service. Ali was great. Offered drinks and made me comfortable. Wooing be foolish to look anywhere else.

Went in to get my phone fixed, and after putting the new screen on it still wouldnt work. Ali gave me a great price on a new phone and a new case, and didnt charge me for the screen he had already replaced. I wont go anywhere else for anything phone related!
Horrible, rude and inconsistent. The guy with the huge nose give you different pricing before and after repair.
My experience was great ! i came in with an iphone 11 and it had a broken screen, and they were able to repair it in under 20 minutes. I previously had to get my iphone repaired and went to a different location and the guy here was extremely friendly and showed me how the old phone screen was a knock off, and how there phone screens they had were premium and actually made for iphones !! I definitely recommend going here to get any device repaired!!

My phone screen was completely cracked and black and wouldnt come on. Called this place and the guy there said u can bring it right now and 45 mins later and only 120 bucks my phone was back on working and like new again. He was a life saver since I had everything on this phone I couldnt get back if I had to buy a new one. He is awesome and got my phone fixed in no time. He also, threw in a screen protector just to be nice. U dont find many caring nice people like this much more these days, so Im very grateful for all his help. Other phone places will keep ur phone forever and charge u out the butt.Not this place, this place is fast and at a fair price. Definitely recommend this place over any other in Erie. This is the 2nd time Ive stopped by Doc Ali s. The first time it was to fix my iPhone screen and just recently my MacBook Pro 💻 for a battery replacement. Couldnt have been a better experience! The owner could not have been more helpful and friendly answering all of my questions. Did the repair right there in front of me. Even offered me a brand new phone case for free just for stopping in. Best electronic repair and customer service in Erie... Hands down.

2022-06-25I just had an iphone XS Max fixed by Ali. What a great experience it was. The customer service is on point, the quality of the repair is great and the prices can’t be beat. I’ve tried other phone repair services around Erie, but Phone Doc has the best prices, customer services and quality of repair. Stop looking around, I can’t recommend this place enough. 5 stars across the board.

2022-03-30Ali is the man! Got there while he was on lunch, he answered my phone call and came right back to meet me. Very knowledgeable and so fast! 20 minutes and I was all set. He even hooked me up with a case for my new iPhone 13! Highly recommend, as someone who lives downtown it’s great to see these businesses open and flourishing!

2022-07-17Ali was extremely helpful. I had water damage to my iPhone as well as a cracked screen. He was able to explain what was going on with my phone screen and the glitching. He fixed the glitching screen, replaced my cracked glass as well as sanitized my phone and cleaned my speakers. I would highly recommend him for any phone issues you are having.

2021-12-10Unbelievable fast turnaround on my phone repair. Great pricing, friendly. Other repair stores couldnt fix it for 3 or more days. I had it all fixed in 24 hours. I had to have parts ordered. Wonderful store with many extra accessories for all phones. Plus phones for sale. Go check them out ! You wont be unsatisfied.
