All of the above. Went to the NoLibs spot and the Walnut St spot both guys were friendly, no BS, cost was affordable as far as phone repairs go. They don’t try to rip you off, they’re quick and do a great job. I won’t go anywhere else. Dropped my phone and cracked it and it was fixed within an hour including getting across town.
Highly recommend for the thoughtful and patient service here. They really know what they are talking about and are great help.I went to another repair shop twice for the same issue and paid for repair to no avail - after coming here, I received a detailed diagnosis of what could be wrong, recommendation to get to the root of the issue, cost for expected repair and risks even with repair, and some additional cleaning in my phone for no cost - left me to decide on new phone or repair. I have previously gotten my screen replaced here as well - same day, quick replacement. I will definitely return for future issues with my phone for a knowledgable assessment.
I gotta say, Phone Repair Philly cant be beat. I cant imagine a cheaper, faster service. Joseph fixed my phone in about 5 minutes even though he said it would take 15. The kits cost $25 and they fix it for $50, its a no brainer to pay $25 to get it fixed. They were super nice, I walked in and walked out. Its taking me longer to write this review than it took for Joseph to fix my screen. Id recommend them to anyone.
Called to get a quote and thanked them. Then they call me back sounding eager and offering discounts… thanked them again but said no thank you. Then tried to convince me to sell my phone to them when I clearly didn’t want to and got angry and hung up. Learn to be more professional I just wanted a quote.
*BEWARE* update : two weeks after posting this review I now have a crack at the upper right corner of my iPhone 8 Plus. I have not dropped it & the screen protector is completely intact. Called Philly repair & ask about their warranty to see if it could be replaced since it’s only two weeks and they informed me that their warranty does not cover the replacement of the screen; only covers manufacturing damages to the phone. My advice pay the extra money and go to the official apple store or at least someplace who’s product will last more than 2 wks. I was given the option to fix again at a price, this store was a disappointment. I referred my friend the same day who also got her phone fixed some time later. Trust and believe I will NEVER recommend this place again. And do note; this was supposed to be the more expensive “quality “ replacement screen. What a joke.Great service; fast and quality. Brought in a cracked iPhone 8 Plus and it was fixed within 20mins!! Paid $110 for the higher end quality screen and it was worth it!! I’m from a different part of Philly so wanted to add parking advice if you’re not within walking distance. Do note off street parking only at 2 hrs is available with many small side street parking available. I would definitely recommend and return!! And I’m big on face mask with my reviews at this time, store is small with limited seating options to wait but everyone Complied with wearing masks.
Easily Philadelphias best screen repair shop. Ive had screens repaired in the past and never went to one that had the ease of Philly Repair. I asked Joseph for a screen replacement that he had to order. He didnt even ask for a deposit, literal blind faith. I recommend this store to anybody that needs a new screen.
This place is awesome! The guy Joe was super nice and he even put on the screen protector on for me which is great because i suck at that. Haha. Also way cheaper then any apple store… Joe replaced my screen in 20 minutes and put on a screen protector.. super fast and also a cool guy. Definitely going back here to buy me some airpods.
I needed a new repair store to replace my screen. I used google to find the closest place to me and I found this place and figured I’d give it a try, it had to be better than the last place I went at least I hoped so. And to my great surprise I met Mike at the walnut location, and he had my screen replaced super quick! Like it literally took him about 4 mins! No joke. I was so happy with the service and I encourage anyone that needs a new screen, go to this place!! Thanks again Mike! 6 stars all day!!
Apologies to the owner, I didnt have access to seeing this on desktop- thought it was deleted review with the star rating revised, because a tech reached out and unfortunately a few other big things came up. And I had intended on seeking the businesses repair services again when I had the chance to figure the most pressing matters out. I appreciate the techs kindness and I had no idea there was still the review until this reply. I apologize for the oversight.
Great communication from Joseph and was able to give me fair and reasonable prices including military discount. Call in advance to see if they have your model as I had a galaxy s10 5g he had to overnight to get part but only waited and got my phone after 1 day. Will be back again!
This is the second time I had to get my phone screen replaced. The first place I went to screwed it up so I was on the hunt for the perfect spot. With a little research I discovered this place. Went early and was attended to right away. 20 minutes later and I’m back online. Very friendly, fast, and affordable. They have multiple options and always stocked. 10/10 will bring my future broken phone here.
They replaced my 2-y.o. phone battery, but battery life is no better than before! I am very unhappy with this repair. After the repair when I told them about the problem, the employee gave me a lot of reasons why the poor battery performance is my fault (old phone, not an iPhone, corrupted phone, cheap phone, using wrong cables and adapters, etc.) but when a person gets a new phone battery, better battery life is expected. Another problem is that before getting the repair I was required to give a deposit in person, instead of over the phone, causing me to make an extra visit to the shop (very inconvenient).
I got my iPhone 11 fixed in 15 minutes ! Called before hand, the phone was answered quickly and got the answers I needed. Had to call back and didn’t get an answer but received a text message giving me their website where I could find hours, pricing, and more. Very professional. Quick service !
Handed him my shattered phone and his face was priceless. He mentioned a possible issue with my fingerprint while also somehow sliding in a compliment to my secure delivery of the shattered phone in a bag. I sipped on coffee for 10 minutes while he fixed my life’s most precious limb. Great customer service.Convenient, affordable and user-friendly online appointments.
I walked in as I was waiting for my food next door and Jary greeted me as soon as I walked. I had an old iPhone 7 Plus with a cracked screen that I wanted to fix and give to my father and he brought it back to life! Brand new screen in 15 minutes with lifetime warranty!!! Amazing job and he even put a screen protector on it for me! I would definitely recommend and come in again. More than a happy customer from Jersey to Philly :) Thank you so much Jary!
I thought my phone was beyond repair. I sent an email to inquire on their services. They gave a reply and a quote. I was shocked. Today is Sunday!I was able to schedule a time to come in.I couldn’t say more about Joseph. He was very professional, personable and offered suggestions. He took calls, handled walk ins and repaired my phone effortlessly. If you have a phone that needs to be repaired or have a friend that needs phone/ iPad repair. This is the place to go. Their prices are consumer friendly.Along with having several locations to service your needs.
Quick and easy process for fixing my iPhone 6 that had a cracked screen, took about 30 minutes. Customer service was ok. The gentleman that worked on my phone seemed a bit nonchalant, but he did factory restore the phone for me after I had trouble doing it. No major complaints though, especially with the reasonable prices and the discount for leaving a review. I’d come back.
I found Phone Philly Repair on Google after calling several locations listed. I chose them due to their reasonable pricing for my cracked IPhone 7S screen. They were considerably lower than others I called. I could not believe the cost to repair a screen was so outrageous, but not at Philly Phone Repair. Very affordable. The technician was very friendly, and the turnaround service was quite quick. Thanks guys!!!
Came in to get my iPad screen repaired. Guys working there act frat brothers, didn’t tell me when it would be finished, just took it and told me they’d get to it. I had to call to find out when it would be ready. Picked it up and within an hour the screen was pulling up because it wasn’t completely glued down.Came in to get THAT fixed, and when I picked it up, the guy insisted the ripples in the screen are just from the clamps and will fade in time. Ripples still, and the screen is less and less responsive.Don’t be tricked by the good reviews, they give a discount for positive reviews.EDIT: it’s been a few months since my review, and I wanted to update it. Still one star. The iPad is basically useless now because they rushed though the installation and didn’t check their work. Screen no longer responds to touch and I have go out and get it replaced AGAIN. All because they were sloppy.
This is a long but detailed reason why I gave 1 star.I dropped my phone at work and the screen would stay black. No cracks but I could hear my phone getting notifications but the screen wouldnt turn on.I dropped my phone off on 2/20 and was told itd be done by 2/23 possibly 2/24. Cool no problem. They took my Sim card out and gave me a loaner phone til it was fixed. 2/23 I find out they sent the wrong replacement screen, but the correct one had 1 day shipping so it would be done 2/25 maybe 2/26, but someone would call. I told them I would be out of town on 2/26 for a funeral and would most likely pick up on 2/27.2/26 came and no phone call saying it was finished. 2/27, 2/28, 3/1 morning...no call so I call at lunch. They had to do microsoldering to the motherboard because something was messed up. Guy said they would wave the $30 soldering fee because its been a headache. Cool. Whatever. Was told it would be done by 3/2 or 3/3.3/3 comes, no phone call. 3/4...no phone call. I called on 3/5 and he says well we emailed you on 3/4 saying it was done. I found it weird they chose to email when all correspondence was done via phone up til then. Whatever, no big deal. Told him Id be in after work.I apologized for calling so much (3 times in 2 weeks). He says in a smart tone, yea usually when we tell people were gonna reach out, we do. Cool, but you never called AND I gave you 3 extra days. Oh...well sometimes hes bad at that. Yea, apparently.Get there and the screen comes on, everything works great (or so I thought). He then notices that my stylo is missing. Made some comment about having the guy who microsoldered it drop it back off for me. I told him dont worry about it. Ill chalk it. I never used it nor would I probably ever use it so whatever. He goes to put my Sim back in my phone and it wont read it and wont connect to AT&T even though it worked fine before and also in the loaner phone. After about 5 minutes of trying he literally says, well at least we fixed what you brought it in for. Yea well now I have a new problem that I didnt have before and essentially have a worthless piece of glass and plastic. His response, well you should probably take it to AT&T because it probably needs a Sim swap. Go to AT&T and do the swap. AT&T says its not the Sim but something on the motherboard because its not reading the Sim at all.Call at&t to file a repair claim and the guy tells me that apparently my service issue post repair is a very common thing. Says he found out the hard way about phone repair stores as well and it cost him $600.So here I am on 3/8 with a fixed screen, but having the same issues with the Sim and I also noticed yesterday the back wasnt completely resealed. Theres a gap at the bottom that clicks when pressed. Great. My experience was terrible which is disappointing. Im a contractor and am pretty hard on phones as are my coworkers. I was honestly looking forward to having that go-to guy for stuff like that, but I guess Ill just stick to my carrier for repairs.Oh and remember that $30 fee they were going to wave? It was $40 and they didnt wave it.I paid $400 for a broken phone with an issue that I didnt have before, that is now missing parts (stylo), and not even resealed all the way. Between that fiasco and the poor communication, Ill take the loss just so I dont have to deal with chasing people down for updates, blown deadlines, and new issues that I didnt have before.Tip: Im a contractor with clients. Dont give a deadline you dont think you can meet. Leave it open ended with a hopeful date. And at the very least, keep them informed about progress. Good or bad. It conveys to them that you care even if you actually dont.
Very professional and great atmosphere, fair/reasonable pricing and quality repairs, as well any other mobile electronic needs youre seeking. Quick and reliable assistance, intelligence, and communicated with me on a level that I was able to understand. My experience there was hands down a great one, and I felt comfortable in all the procedures needed to repair my mobile device. I did not feel as though i was being taken advantage of, as though I was just a person they swindle a few extra bucks out of. I give this place two thumbs up! (Id give 10 thumbs up if I had that many thumbs) I recommend this place to anyone seeking any kind of mobile or electronic needs. You wont regret the decision to stop in, youll certainly leave a happy and satisfied person.
Place is really friendly. If I have an issue again, I am definitely taking for my phone to them. Turns out my phone was an easy fix (took about five minutes to get lint out of charging port) so the service was on the house. They have the right idea when it comes to customer service. Everyone should use this business to fix their phones or other devices
Terrific customer service! First, reliable, and very affordable iPhone repair. I will never go anywhere else but this wonderful place. The gentleman who works there is courteous kind friendly and knows his stuff! If you have anything wrong with your phone from cracked screens to water damage, Philly iPhone repair is your store to go to! Definitely a five-star facility
Matt was great and fast. Walked in and was done in 15 min. I appreciate Matt explaining the quality of the screen I was buying and adding the glass shield For me. Everyone should buy a shield. Its saved my phone many times in the past. I will be recommending people to this business. Awesome experience.
I had the opportunity to work with Taylor at Center City location for an iPhone 7 screen replacement. He was extremely helpful and attentive. My screen broke and 1 hour later it was back to new! Highly recommend their service and help. Professional, fast and accommodating.
I was able to get a prompt repair of a very badly cracked screen on my LG Stylo 4. The staff at both the Walnut Street and N. 2nd Street locations were very helpful and the gentleman who did the actual repairwrepair atvat the N. 2nd Street location friendly and informative. I felt that I got excellent service and value. I was impressed and would definitely return as well as highly recommend this business.
The highest of recommendations to this establishment specifically Raymond who took care of me. I cracked the screen to my LG K30 and less than a week after taking it to Phone Repair Philly had it restored to like new condition. Because I had a new model phone my screen had to be special ordered which was honestly the longest part of the whole process. Raymond on site fixed my phone within 30-40 minutes and did a fantastic job. Extra kudos for having That 70s Show reruns playing to keep me occupied while waiting. Highly recommend Phone Philly Repair for all of your electronics that need to be serviced.
Very good experience with diagnosing the real problem of my water damaged phone showing me in details with the impact. Since the diagnostic person said its irreversible damage and he cannot provide any solution thus he didnt even charge for detecting the problem. That was the best doing business ethically and earn customers respect, very impressed!
Completely shattered my screen and now it’s brand new! Went to their Northern Liberties location and Nelson helped me out. He was so kind and very professional. I was able to drop my phone off and it was ready in 20 minutes. He even helped me pick out a new case. There’s also a one month warranty if anything goes wrong with the screen based on their replacing it. Would absolutely recommend this company for any phone repairs!
This place is amazing! I purchased a screen replacement a couple months back, my screen just started going crazy, I couldn’t read my emails without a million different apps opening. I went into the center city location and the gentleman there fixed my problem! I would definitely go there for all my repair needs!
The employee who helped me was friendly and very professional. Very quick service. He repaired the broken glass on my iPhone 6 Plus in approximately 20 minutes just as he had promised. He was able to keep his estimated completion time despite the fact that he was also helping 2 or 3 additional customers during that time. He also gave me the Labor Day 20% off discount even though Labor Day had already passed. After the discount, it ended up costing me about $85 to repair the broken glass screen (the LCD screen was not damaged). In addition to all of that, he threw in a free plastic privacy screen protector. Overall, I would give my experience with Phone Repair Philly an A+++ rating. If needed, I will definitely utilize their services again in the future!
I had my phone damaged with water and I brought it to these guys. They did an awesome job and gave me a discount for being a local business owner. They actually do care about their customers and arent just trying to make a quick buck. They really hooked it up and are extremely nice!
I had a great experience today fixing my iPhone 6 cracked screen. I called on my way over and the gentleman said it would take 10 minutes waiting time to fix my cracked screen, and he got me in and out in 10 minutes. He took the time to explain all my options with replacing the screen and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this store & location!! I saved enormous time from attempting to fix my screen with Apple and/or other companies! Im extremely satisfied and would refer my own friends and family without a doubt!
My Galaxy Tab A needed a new battery and screen (I brought a new battery that was $40 alone) and really just needed that installed and a new screen since mine was cracked on one corner, The guy repairing my device said hed charge me $80 in total. After 4-5 days went by the repair guy tells me the battery was a defect in one corner and it wont sit right and he can do alterations to make it fit in place, I agree for him to do that if it means my tablet will come back to life again. After he got the battery in he said he installed 3 galaxy tab A screens in total because it kept cracking in one spot of the tablet and he didnt know what else he could do so he recommended I go to a different repair store to get it fixed and didnt charge me $80. A few weeks later the tablet is lifeless again and just shows the battery logo like it did before when it had a bad battery. Im better off getting a new tablet....
I was visiting a friend near by when my phone dropped and my screen cracked terribly. I was super upset and I needed my phone fixed as soon as possible and I went to this store to get it fixed. Let me just start off saying the workers definitely care about their customers and helped me through the whole process and we nice as can be even though I myself, was pretty angry that I dropped my phone. Secondly, the prices are easily affordable and the amount of time it took for my phone to get fixed was basically none at all compared to the amount of time I expected. I would easily recommend this place if in need of a repair.
Im writing this review to acknowledge the service provided by Alex and his team. Although they couldnt fix my water damaged iPhone, they were professional in their service. They told me upfront that there is a 50% chance it wont work. Regardless, they are honest guys and sincere in the way they run their business. I appreciate that!~ Sudev
Alex really looked out!!!! I had an issue with not only one but TWO guys that fixed my phone. I needed to ship out my old phone by Friday, and today is Wednesday if it was not for him I wouldve been stuck and fined my phone company!!! He fixed my phone and explained where did both men go wrong with fixing my phone! He talked to us on a business and personal level and I loved that! Thank you SO much Alex and I definitely will be having more people come to you! If I ever have an issue, Ill be returning back. I recommend this place and business! The space is so cool and different. Thanks Alex! Btw, I love the fact that it closes at 10. Its very convenient in case all the other sack stores are closed.
Came in for a Samsung S9 unlock. I was losing hope w/ other places because they were not able to unlock my device. Called this place to see if they were able to help me. This guy is really good and super friendly. Not only did he unlock the device, he also did it quick and easy. Price is great and the service is superb. Would definitely go to him for future phone problems.
I have had so many issues with my iphone 8+ but this place has been a lifesaver. i have gone to the other locations but the nolibs one is my fave! The worker there with the nice kicks and baseball hats is the bombdiggity!!! Super sweet, knowledgeable and most important EFFECTIVE AF! I highly recommend!
Walked into Walnut Street location without an appointment and only 30 minutes from closing. My daughters iPhone 5s was in need of repair and Apple Store wouldnt help because we had opened up the phone. Situation was assessed in a few minutes and phone repaired in 20 minutes. Great customer service!
These guys are legit. They took the time to get my phone back up and running. Alex tested 5 different batteries and two screens until he figured out why my phone wasnt turning on. Also stayed after working hours to make sure he got the job done. These guys are dedicated to their job and really know what they are doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I went to these guys to get my phone fixed because I cracked my screen, yea the Cost wasn’t that bad but a few weeks later my phone started cutting off and on, on it’s on to the point I had to buy a new phone. Yea the process took about 10-15 min but I don’t think these guys are Professionals. Friendly customer service, But not professionals.
Do not believe their warranty for glass replacement for an i phone. I had mine replaced and less than a month later a crack developed in the new glass. It had not been dropped, sat on, or in any way stressed. When I went back I was told the warranty was for defects, not cracks!
I brought my phone to this location to repair a cracked screen. They fixed it, but later that day the bottom part of the touch screen was not responding to touch. I came back the next day and they replaced it no problem. About a week goes by and I run into the same problem. I return to the store and the gentleman informed me replacing the screen wouldnt work and that I probably had a bad motherboard and it would need to be sent out to be repaired for two weeks. He was able to diagnose this magically while working on another phone and not even looking up at me. He also informed me this will cost $150. This is on top of the $80 I already spent and the tip that I gave thinking that I had been provided a professional an expedient service. I suggest you take your phone to a more professional establishment as advised by other reviews or you could be out of money and stuck with a broken phone like me.
I’m willing to give another update on this review but as of now I’m giving only 1 star. We showed up for our appointment and the store is completely closed, not a single person inside and all lights off. When I tried calling it just told me to leave a message. Very unprofessional
I called on a Sunday afternoon to inquire about fixing my phone. The gentleman Alex explained to me that they did not provide the phone fixing service that I needed. He gave me a few suggestions on what I can do and where else I go seek for help. He took his time and was very polite and detailed when helping me. Ive never been to the store, nor have I had my phone fixed but as an over-the-phone customer, I felt well taken care of. Such service as such is very rare and hard to find nowadays, especially if you arent spending money with the business. Thank you Alex!!
Do not go here. Spend the extra $30 and get your phone repaired correctly at the Apple store.I went to this store with a cracked iPhone screen because of the high reviews. I didnt realize that this store offers discounts for customers who leave reviews on the spot, without having a chance to ensure that their repair was done correctly. My screen was replaced and all seemed well, until two days later when my touch screen stopped working. I took my phone to the Apple store, where they said that I received a faulty repair. For only $30 more than this store charged, apple fixed my phone correctly. I called the store the request a refund and they refused, were rude, and recorded the call without my permission (which is illegal).Spend the extra $30 and get your phone repaired correctly at Apple.
Use at your own risk. I was very pleased with the service initially, until one day after my phone was fixed it got a crack near the earpiece. It looked like a crack due to negligence on the repair. I did not drop it. I told them the situation and even tried to make a deal where they wouldnt have to buy the expensive screen on my phone again.I knew the screen for my phone was expensive and I knew it was a hard repair. That is why I paid to have them do it. They messed it up and took no ownership. It was extremely unprofessional.
Brought my daughter’s cracked iPhone 7 to have the screen repaired with the premise of trading her phone into upgrade it. On the way to cell phone store she realized her touch screen isn’t working. When she touched her screen nothing happens. So we go back to tell the gentlemen who repaired the screen it isn’t working. He tells us he has other customers and it’s going to take an hour in a half because we just walked in... as if we are inconveniencing him by returning with the phone he fixed improperly in the first place. He was very rude and arrogant and provided TERRIBLE customer service.***It’s the next day and someone from the company sent my daughter a text asking if we were writing fake reviews. Our experience was very real and I hope whoever thought it was ok to text my child contacts me next time.***
Going to these guys was a horrible experience. Alex is an arrogant, unprofessional tech bro who cant be bothered to return a text for two days at a time. I needed a very simple repair of a power button so that I could turn my phone on and off again. I was assured that, however, Alex was the only technician working there who knee how to make the repair. And Alex only works about two days a week it seems. And the part hadnt come in by the time I was told to pick up the phone (the next week) . Yes, Im sure it was the fault of the suppliers. A week later the phone was fixed and immediately went haywire two days later when I was on a week-long camping trip. Alex again didnt answer calls or texts for two days. I finally got the chance to bring the phone back to him ( on a day he was actually working) and he told me the technician who installed my button had been fired.I dont understand why they hired a technician who didnt know how to fix phones. Well, Alex fixed it again, and by the time I got home it was not working again. No, i didnt drop it, bro. You didnt fix it. Again. By the end I was out a load of $$ and just bought a new phone. My time off is valuable and scarce and I spent 5 evenings crossing the city on the trolley to get run around by these clowns. Seriously, save yourselves the trouble.
Recording phone calls without consent is ILLEGAL in the state of Philadelphia. DO NOT COME HERE. THEYRE RUDE, THEY DO NOT HAVE RESPECT FOR PRIVACY, the service is a scam with faulty parts from China, if you just so happen to be a person of color they’ll give you the worst customer service Youll ever experience, he picks and chooses who’s money he wants but don’t take my word for it Look at the one star reviews and compare it to the “5” star reviews 🥴 the proof is in the reviews 😘
View my review on yelp. I can’t repost it here as my review is too lengthy. This place is really asking for a lawsuit. When you call in the store your convo is being recorded WITHOUT any consent!Recorded calls without both party knowledge is illegal. Pennsylvanias wiretapping law is a two-party consent law. Pennsylvania makes it a crime to intercept or record a telephone call or conversation unless all parties to the conversation consent.Overall this place you get what you pay for. Cheap prices for cheap Quality.Additional bonus. A very rude and arrogant Manager/Owner whatever he wants to go by.
My experience was a great one at phone repair philly. I did a walk in and the guys accommodated me instantly and repaired my phone and they gave me a discount and offered me products to protect my phone. I would recommend them any day any time. Great service and customer service.manrepaired
Their first screen replacement had touch screen glitches. So I returned, and they replaced it, this time incorrectly positioned, causing the screen to emit light around the edges.I also believe their product is more fragile than Apples standard screen. I dropped it after repair (with a leather Apple case to protect it) approx. 3 feet onto a wood floor and the screen shattered.Youll spend slightly less money here, but likely more time, receiving a lower quality installation and product. In summary, go to Apple.
Some days ago,i dropped my cellphone, one of my friends recommend this store,it was about 9 oclock pm ,it is still open ,that guy fixed my 5s within 30 minutes, amazing,it looks like a new one again, will give him 10 stars if i couldThank you very much for your helpGreat service
This place is amazing!!! Alex fixed my phone iPhone in 15 minutes.... best prices in philly i called 4 other places and they still provided me with a quality screen. the office was really cool too. they gave me free sodas!!! definitely coming back here if my phone breaks again.
Wasnt as fast as I thought it would be -- took about 35-40 mins- and the guy almost forgot to register the screen/warranty, which was a bit unnerving, after he upsold me the premium version. They are supposed to do a lot of testing before to make sure that its just a screen repair but he blew through the checklist in front of me. It made me wonder if he had really gone through it. One day later and my phone has been acting a bit glitchy. Not sure if Ill have to go back.

2022-07-15I stopped in to see if they had my phones screen, so I could come in for a repair the next day. It was after 5 and they close at 7, but I wanted to specifically schedule when Id be without my phone during the workday.Well not only did they have it in stock, but Connor said he could fix it in an hour! He was friendly & super helpful, did the repair efficiently, and even put my cheapie screen protector on (which Ive owned for 2 years and foolishly had never used).Outstanding service!!! And always a fair price. Im grateful to have a trustworthy place so close by! Keep up the great work, guys.

2022-07-10Great shop. If you want an iPhone repair done right with OEM parts for a fraction of the Apple price, that’s what they do. Connor was the tech I had. Even though things didn’t go perfectly, he made it right. Great experience. I can genuinely say he gave me hope that the youth isn’t doomed.

2022-05-16I brought my iPhone 7 and girlfriends iPhone 10 in today to 612 N. 2nd Street location without an appointment and Jerra was able to have both screens replaced in under 20mins. The phones look brand new and the brightness is excellent. Extremely professional and friendly. 10/10 Highly Recommend

2022-08-05Edit: Phone screen cracked immediately and when I got it re-fixed somewhere else, they told me Phone Repair Philly gave me the lowest quality screen possible on the market and left on the wrapping tape on parts of it, which is sloppy work.Original post: so relieved! less than 15 minute repair for a pretty cracked up screen. not sure if it’s got longevity but at least for now i’m relieved

2022-03-09This friendly, expert service turned my whole day around! I walked in (1528 Walnut Location), no waiting, and my cracked iPhone 11 screen was repaired right before my eyes, along with friendly conversation. Nobody wants to go through the experience of breaking their phone, but if it has to happen, at least these people are there to help! Thanks, Andrea!

2022-05-08Went in to get my VERY broken screen fixed. Connor spent more time than needed to make sure my screen fit perfectly and was very courteous. Highly recommend!

2022-04-18They did a really nice job on the repair. Only deducting a star because I scheduled my repair at one of their stores but they then didn’t have the part needed for the repair and sent me to a different one of their stores.
