I should have written this review a while ago but let it slip my mind with so much going on. I had won a gift certificate at a wedding show and the certificate was for a three hour Chauffeured Service ride. When I called up I made a special request that I thought they would not be able to accommodate, but was pleasantly surprised that they made it for me. They were on time and very professional. I would use them again when I need to use this type of service. Thank you so much for all of your assistance and look forward to using you again in the future.

I guess its true when they say everyone has their own experience. My experience was phenomenal!! Considering they came through with short notice was just the beginning of the great experience we had with them. The vehicle was spotless and detailed. So much so, we have pictures next to it and you can see clearly the reflection on the vehicle. Awesome! The driver was incredibly professional and punctual. I thought their rates were fair and its common practice for companies to have slightly higher rates during their peak season. I dont think thats unfair. Highly recommend.

This past weekend our Pastor was married. We rented a beautiful 12 passenger limo from Premier. The office staff was awesome, helpful and very courteous. The drivers were professional and patient, in spite of some mix-ups on our part. They were on time and friendly. Their prices are reasonably and well within our budget. I highly recommend Premier to everyone. I know we wont use anyone else!

We rented a 12 passenger Sprint Van and a luxury automobile for our wedding on 8/15. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. I was in contact with the driver at all times and they were early for our pickup. On a stressful day it was wonderful to not have to worry about transportation on the many stops we had. WE thank you again and will be using them in the future for other business events.

Premier Luxury Rentals made our wedding experience a life time day to remember, Im going to try my best to describe the great service they provided. A friend of mine from church referred me to PLR and I went over to their website to check out their limousines. I was so impressed with the Chrysler 300 ten passenger limo, after talking to Max I was able to get a good deal a week before my wedding. Curtis, the limo driver was exceptionally helpful throughout the day even after last minute changes. He was flexible with us during our last minute changed schedule and that gave us relief in the midst of all the stress. I will recommend PLR for their exceptional customer service and for being flexible when needed.

We booked a 22 passenger party bus is September with a down payment. I paid the final balance 1 week before my wedding as per our contract. My aunt talked to Cheryl the 3 times the week of the wedding to confirm catering odds and ends. I called again to change the pickup time from 2:45 to 2:30 at the Loews Hotel. On the day of the wedding, I was running late but my mom went down to check for the bus. It was not there. After my husband and I had first look, the entire bridal party, 3 photographers, and a videographer were waiting in the lobby of the Loews for the bus- it was now 3:10- the bus was not there. My mom called Cheryl and informed her of the situation in which Cheryl said she would contact the driver and get back to us. 5-10 minutes go by without a callback. My mom calls again and Cheryl informs her that the driver got the date wrong and is 40 minutes away with the bus- now it is 3:30. My photographers, husband, and I decided to uber to Broad Street so we could maximize the time we had left. Cheryl ended up sending 2 busses which was nice but- the bridal party had to be split, the catered food was almost bad, and the bridal party was not able to be in as many pictures as possible. The worst part was that IF WE HAD NOT CALLED, WE WOULD HAVE STILL BEEN WAITING THERE.

Thank you to Mark at Premier Luxury Rentals. You gave me a Great offer and provided me with a Beautiful Limo Bus. Everyone loved it. Great state of the art TVs and definately a Great Sound System. It made the Bachelor Party for my friend an awesome experience. The serivce of the driver was great. Very nice and respectful. I would highly recommend your company. Great Job and Thanks again. Had a limo set up for my sons prom. Called the day before to make sure the limo and time were in fact still for the date. They say everything is still worked out. The day comes and they come to pick up and the limo is the wrong one. Told us they could go back and change it by this time its already late . We decide to skip it and just our car. Horrible

I called five diffident limo services and limos arent cheap. Premier Laxury was the best deal and really easy to work with. Our Driver Kurtis was unreal. He called way ahead of schedule and also asked if I needed him to grab anything before the pick up. Definitely will be using this company again.

The staff was friendly and helpful, we rented a luxury car for our sons prom and the driver Gina was everthing... she made my son and his date feel comfortable. I was very pleased with her customers service... this place gets 5 stars from me... and not for nothing its a minority owned business which means a lot to me.... I just recommended a friend to Premier.... Im happy and grateful they helped make my sons day the best....
