Mr Pepper removed two decorative, Road King Classic flaps from a worn out seat and stitched them on a brand new, Harley Davidson touring seat. The work was outstanding. Impeccable. The seat looks like it came from the factory with the flaps already sewn on it. Amazing work. Thank you!

I cannot give a lower review to them. Bonnie and Ed were the worst business people I have ever dealt with. I took my 1968 Firebird to them for a convertible top in August 14, 2020. I tried to be an excellent customer. I retrieved my car in January 20, 2021. They did nothing on the car. Bonnie and Ed repeatedly gave me false information. I dont know why. Do not use these people or you may have the same horrible experience that I did. I am a dentist and cannot give a lower review

Everyone was super nice through the whole process. The job didnt take long, and my new convertible top looks absolutely gorgeous. They explained everything thoroughly and well and helpfully explained options to me while I was looking for a new convertible top. They even fixed a door panel that had come undone on one of the clips. Couldnt be happier with their services. Quick, very good quality, and extremely helpful people.

0/5 - Very unprofessional. Dropped off cushions for chair to be reupholstered on May 2nd. Started calling to check on status 2 months later - no return calls. Started calling weekly in August - was told that it would be ready the following week each time I called. The last call I was very upset - no apology, explanation for chair being there for 4 months with nothing done. Was told to come and pick up chair because they didnt want to argue with me about it.

Originally went to Premiere for a convertible top replacement, which went well. While there I browsed furniture re-upholstery fabric samples & wound up having three antique pieces re-done. Bonnies advice was so helpful & the workmanship is excellent. Pick up & delivery was politely & carefully done. Im very pleased with all their work!

I had my passenger seat foam re- placed with new foam by Premiere Custom Upholstery. They reinforced the padding in the drivers seat of my Honda S2000 roadster 2 years ago and did such an excellent job that I returned when the passenger seat foam broke down. I neglected to ask what ti.e the shop closed on Fridays and arrived 15 minutes after closing time. My trip was over an hour, so I contacted the owners via facebook messenger about my predicament. I had planned to enter the car in a show on Saturday. The owner was already out of town for the weekend, but contacted rheir son, who also works there. He messaged me and returned to the shop to get my seat to me. Excellent customer service!

The website might lead one to believe that they can do anything your mind can fathom but once through the door their favorite word is NO! I paid several visits to Premier over a few months and each visit made me feel like I was imposing on their funeral wake. Ive never been treated with such negativity by a business. I literally had to beg Bonnie to have her husband look at my upper instrument panel before telling me to completely pound sand. I simply asked for a few minor blemishes to be addressed then cover it with vinyl. The husband agreed to do it, said it would take a few hours and I promptly paid the deposit, that was first week of March 2017. I had also asked about trimming a headliner in unisuede but their price was more than double what Ive paid in the past, I went with a guy I used before and was more than thrilled with the results and price. Fast forward several weeks, I also was interested in having some seats trimmed in unisuede, called Premier on a Friday afternoon to inquire and was told to get them to the shop as soon as possible because they were a month or so out. I took them in (an hour drive) on the next Monday around noon and before I could even blurt out why I was there, Bonnie is shaking her head NO and telling me it will be at least 3-4 months before they can get to it. Thanks a lot. Oh and my dash was still sitting on the counter collecting dust 2 months later. I should have just grabbed my dash panel while I was there because here it is more than 3 months later and they still hadnt touched it, i went back today to pick it up and get my deposit back. Must be nice to be so busy and popular to treat paying customers this way. My advice is to save them the time and find an upholstery shop who actually WANTS your business.

An absolutely wonderful experience with Premiere Custom Upholstrey! They did a truly professional job repairing the headliner on my 1968 Firebird and even took the time to explain to me what the issues were to my headliner and how to avoid them in the future. Everyone there is warm, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about any type of upholstery that you can imagine. If you want excellent upholstery service from an honest and very respectable business, I would strongly recommend Premiere Custom Upholstrey!

I own a highly modified 2003 Nissan 350Z that has won best in show at large auto shows. I wanted some upholstery work done on my seats and door panels so that they would match the exterior of my car. After reading up on several places within a 50 mile radius on my home I deciced to go with Ed and his son Ed at Premiere Upholstery just south of Butler, PA. I left the car with them for a week while I traveled on vacation. When I picked the car up, the work just blew me away. Ed and son had done an awesome job in matching the color by ordering the closest color leather and then dying it further to make for a perfect match. The workmanship is very professional and I am extremely satisfied. In fact, my wife has some furniture that needs re-upholstered and we plan on taking it to Premiere. I love the look of my interior and would recommend this shop without reservation.
