Prestige Auto sales was very informative. We spoke to a Man name Mike. He let us know much about what we need to know to finance car. Was very patient. Answered our Questions!
I decided on Prestige auto due to some Good reviews and research online and they didnt disappoint. Van the man and Gee helped me out and did great making me feel welcome and comfortable. They didnt pressure me and made sure that I was completely satisfied before I signed anything. Gee got a great rate even with my credit and looked out for me every step of the way. If youre looking for a dealer in the greater Philadelphia area I definitely recommend checking them out.
The quality of service I received from Prestige Auto Sales was the best I have ever experienced. From my initial contact with Ms. Jenelle, she was very studious and displayed a positive attitude. Although I have credit issues that could make it virtually impossible to secure a loan, Jenelle almost guaranteed that a concerted effort would be made to secure a car loan despite these issues. With-in 20 minutes of my visit to Prestige, Ms. Jenelle and another Manager(name unknown) inform me that I was approved for a car loan. They even drove me to the bank to withdraw the funds needed as a down payment on my new car. This experience, by far was the best customer service that I have ever received from any company. If you are looking for a company that has excellent vehicles, and amazing customer service, Prestige Auto Sales is the place.
I will just start off by saying this was the BEST car buying experience ever. Customer service was amazing and honest. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Prestige Auto Sales in Philadelphia. As usual, we had an extremely great experience with the purchase. Our salesman, Mike was very knowledgeable about the auto we were seeking. Further, he and Ron jumped through MANY hoops trying to find the right fit for our needs AS WELL AS financing and trade-in. As I told many of my friends, we will NEVER buy a vehicle anywhere else unless we have TOTALLY EXHAUSTED all options at Prestige. Truthfully, between the previous custom service experiences we have had with other dealers, there is NO logical reason to shop ANYWHERE else!! The sales staff try extremely hard to ensure our satisfaction and needs are met in every way possible. Keep up the GREAT work Prestige!!!
I spent about 3 weeks researching different dealers and it was ultimately the reviews about Prestige (plus the large selection and that it was not far from my house) that made me decide to go there. I initially made contact with Ron Miraglia, the finance specialist. I explained my situation and he assured me that everything would turn out fine. I had worries about my credit and not getting approved for a car as well as how the trade in and payoff on my old car would work. I set up my appointment and went in. He set me up with Mike Butler. They definitely let you be to look around and not feel any kind of pressure, which is great! He gave tips on what type of car to essentially look for to better the chances for bank approval. Lucky for me, I already knew what vehicle I wanted and was able to find it. I was shocked when they said I can test drive it alone. I fell in love with the car immediately and was driving home with it that night. I was extremely happy with my experience and will recommend everyone to go there.
I am very happy with the great service I received from Alex at Prestige Auto Sales when I purchased my Toyota Camry. They have the best selection of gently used cars for sale. He made the whole process easy including the financing. I will be back to this used car dealer here for my next car.
I bought 2013 ME/BE C300 from Prestige end of May, 2015. I am from NY, I could not find this car in NY so I took a bus to PA. They picked me up at bus station. They had few C300. So it was hard to choose but I got the one with sport package. Also they got me pre-approved and I was kind of worried if they will be able to get me financed, since my credit is not perfect. Many places say pre-approved but once you get to dealership terms change. Not at this dealership. It took 2 hours to sign all papers and drive back the car, which I thought a little longer than usual. They said its longer because of temp plates. All around I am in love with my car, no problems. I took it to Mercedes service and all was good. The reason I am writing this review, is that I received a call from Prestige to find out hows the car and if my experience with them is satisfactory. It moved me. I was not expecting it. All I can say that I will recommend to them my friends and family, and will buy my next one with them. Thanks Ron and Van the man.
Well, to make it as simple as possible this auto lot only cares about money. They could care less about their clientele or your needs. I had set an appointment with the owner (Dan) to see a vehicle after work clearly made it noted that I was I pretty much going to purchase this vehicle I just wanted to test run it first. So i stop at their Lawnside location after I just got done work (I have a hectic schedule) to meet dan and do some paperwork to come to find out they sold it to someone else.. I had my heart set on this vehicle and their absolute disregard to even inform me they had sold it from under me told me all I need to know about prestige. So if you like to be treated well as a customer this isn’t the place for you.
I purchased last week another 2014 Chrysler 300 vehicle from Prestige Auto sales. I went back to them because of their prices, understanding of what the customers needs and what they want are. Last year my salesman was Mike this year is Wally who got me a great deal and I was in and out quickly and stayed within my budget. Special thanks to Tom and Gee in the Finance Dept. It was a pleasure dealing with Wally, Mike, Tom and Gee.
I usually don’t write reviews but my experience with Prestige Auto Sales in particular BIG MIKE was excellent. He was very professional, he was well versed on the vehicle and whatever he said he made it happen. I highly recommend Prestige this was by far the best experience I have had with any car dealership ever. Customer service is Best!!!
Im not the type to write reviews, but I will definitely make and exception for Alex of Prestige Auto. I cannot say enough good things about him and my car buying experience. He is an invaluable asset to his company and he made my car buying experience stress-free which should be emulated by other dealers. No pressure, every question answered, tons of patience - my impression is I made a wise and informed purchase versus being sold. He picked me up at the airport (on a Saturday!) and allowed me to test drive the vehicle at my own pace with no rush. I must mention the exemplary service AFTER the sale AFTER I drove the vehicle home eleven hours. When Im in the market for a new vehicle Alex will be my first call, period. End of Sermon.
Ive been to 10 other car dealerships and niether of them could help me. i came here to Prestige and they exceeded all expectations. It felt like a family vibe being in here, and they did everything they could to get me the car i wanted. Writing this review right from Prestige to brag about the car my brother getting. As I am waiting for my brother to get plates for his new 2011 Escalade. Me and my family bought 4 cars from Prestige. I always wanted to write a review about Prestige, but Google is not making it easy to do it from my phone. The team of Prestige takes all the drama out of buying a car. Actually they got this Escalade for us special order, black all out exterior and interior, 3rd row & TVs. Their financing options are very competitive I could not get a better deal anywhere else, All around very Happy. And their cars are certified, they upfront with all questions, and do take care of problems if they any. We actually had a minor issue with our previous purchase, it was fixed, no questions asked. Definitely, Ill be considering Prestige for my next car purchase! I recommend this place to my friends and family.
I looked in, what seemed like every car dealer in Philadelphia try to get a bad credit car loan. Philadelphia can be a tough place to look for a used car. I was lucky when I found Prestige Auto Sales. They fixed me up with a 2013 Honda Accord with an easy financing deal that was perfect. I am very pleased with the sale I got from Prestige Auto Sales.
Poor customer service. The guy saw me driving a Chrysler and said I look cheap I cant buy a car I needed which is a range rover. I then swallowed my pride and said Id get s Ford explorer, he told me a price which definitely he knew I would not accept. Its their car and dealership. I left it for them. Be warned, youll be judged there.
I found a nice car for a reasonable price and the staff helps EVERYONE! Im also able to raise my credit when I make payments which is a plus. They also make you feel like family instead of a customer so these guys are awesome ❤

For me to get a loan for a car in Philadelphia is a small miracle. To get a loan for a late model BMW is more than a miracle, it is a blessing. I did not expect to walk out with my 2015 Hyundai Sonata. Thank you Tom and Wally. I did not have credit history or much of a down payment but I knew this would be the only place I would resort to. My mother bought her car with Wally. She found them on google. Actually they have very nice website, we learned a lot of things from it. I recommend checking it out. The other dealerships we had gone turned us down and insisted that there was no way for us to purchase a car. The application process was simple and painless. In conclusion, I definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. Btw the car is beautiful and under full warranty, can’t be happier.
I had been to every used car dealer in Philadelphia trying to find a late model Honda Accord. I was about to give up when I was told about Prestige. I called first and the sales person said he had exactly what I was looking for. I took a ride there and came home with the car. They handled all the financing and it only took an hour. They also pay cash for cars so I am going to sell them my old one.
I was turned down by every car dealer near me when I wanted a used car. Mine needed an expensive repair job that was not worth it . When I finally talked to Prestige Auto Sales they got me approved right away. The next day I drove to work in my white 2011 Camry.

We needed a car and visited several car dealerships in the Philadelphia area and could not find what we were looking for. After visiting Prestige Auto, I found a 2014 Audi A3 only 35K miles on it for a great price. I purchased it the same day and we are both very happy with it.
Thanks to Gee and all, I am now driving my dream SUV. It was hassle free & fast. Everyone was amazing & attentive. From the time they greet you when you walk in till you get to Gee in the financing dept. Every single person wanted to make sure I was well taken care of. I feel cheated that I never came sooner. This still continues to be the worst possible place to purchase a vehicle. I recently purchased a car from Prestige Auto AND thought I was getting a good deal. The car turned out to be a complete lemon. It is now sitting in my garage and needs a new alternator, a new ac compressor, new intake gaskets, possibly a new radiator, and an entire paint job.When I attempted to contact the dealership about these issues they were extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been forced to now take legal action against this business. They have even threatened to cause harm to my property. I strongly advise you to stay away from all business dealings with this company, and go elsewhere to buy a car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have nothing good to say about Prestige Auto. So after I made a deal with these guys for $311 month plus a $3000 down payment for a car advertised for $15,995. I was told three hours later that the bank rejected that offer.. So they came at with a $525 a month payment on a 2012 Nissan Maxima. I was like, Oh HELL NO!! When I asked why wasnt I told the this three hours ago before I gave them my $3000 down payment. The owner said the Internet was down....WHAT!! Umm that what phones are for. Unprofessional!!
We just bought a Cadillac and absolutely love it! Our salesman, Charlie, was super nice and went above and beyond to show us every option that we asked about (even in the pouring rain). The price was right, no downpayment, the car is spectacular. We will be back to Prestige.

But then I get a call from Bruce asking how much I’m willing to spend I gave him my price & that wht he stuck too.This is the best place to get yourself a good clean that is clean inside & out car. I purchased Chrysler Pacifica from these guys last month and i have to say with my credit situation, previous repo and divorce, they made it happened. I did had to pay $ 1500 down, but i was expecting this. My monthly payment is a bit high, but since my credit situation is no good that is fine. Overall experience was good. Originally wanted to get more expensive car, but bank only got me approved for 10KWell, that is better than nothing. Cant expect much with my credit :)
Among all the car dealers I have worked with, this company stands out. Their service is amazing and their salespeople know their job without doubt. Also, they offer vehicle loan in very decent conditions. All in all, a great company run by careful people.
Yes they got me in a car and I was very happy but two months down the line the double charged me for tax, tags and regristration and overdrew my bank acct $1400. Check your finance papers its all inculded. How many other people have got over charged?? They were rude on the phone and hung up on us several times. Once you get the car they dont care about you anymore. Its been a week and im paying on my car and cant drive it. This cost my husband a week of work and we might lose everything because of this. They dont care. Everyone needs to read over their contracts and watch everything u sign. They will tell u that u forgot in the excitement of getting a new car. Like your dumb and would forget 1400 coming out of your bank acct.
I was looking for a used BMW for sale and found Used Car Dealer Corp. They had just the car I needed and at a very good price. They were also very helpful and welcoming. I recommend them.
Purchased an online listing of 01 Jeep from the Hollywood FL store. Was listed on ebay and contacted Alex for condition. Described as perfect so paid an agreed price. Shipping was $400 my cost. On arrival brakes locked completely and was not safe to drive. AC not working. Power window not operable. Mechanic reviewed and need all 4 brakes. Warped rotors and pads down to metal. Leaking master cylinders. A/C need charge, flush, and pressure switch. Cost of these two $900. Return policy required my shipping (another $400) So it made sense to repair and ask for adjustment. Sent invoices to document but no resolution. No response. Buyer beware!!!
I just recently purchased my vehicle, Nissan Altima, and it was an overall really great experience. They went through the hassle of making sure my payments were reasonable and affordable! They also made sure everything was up to par on the vehicle and made sure it was clean. They even had the car running and the heater on ready for me to get right in and out of the cold!!!!I love my car and so does everyone else! They have a huge selection of 2014 & 1015’s vehicles, they had 6 Altima’s to choose from. I was sold. And my salesman Mike was superior. BTW my Altima came with Nissan bumper to bumper warranty. Be back in 2 years.

I got a great deal on a Dodge Ram pickup at Prestige Used Car Dealer. I had visited the Dodge dealer and pretty much every truck dealer in the area without success. The trucks with low miles were priced high everywhere I went. I found Prestige online and checked their inventory. There was the exact truck I wanted. I put in a quote request and the price was right. I immediately drove to their location and bought the truck. I was very pleased with the way everything went so smoothly.

Helping my son buy a car on eBay - we unfortunately met up with a businessman with exceptionally limited scruples. Purchased a SUV that the brakes went on due to substantial undercarriage rust. Tie rod gone, rear window off track and other issues led to $1000+ in bills within the 1st two weeks. We asked for 1/2 reimbursement. Serge countered at $350 and then reneged his settlement offer when the time limit was up on eBay to leave feedback. Long distance transaction - my bad for not paying someone to look at car 1st - but the fact that he reversed a PayPal transaction (which we believe is fraud) and never followed through on his word goes directly to his character and his business practices. If you must deal with Prestige Auto - be prudent and do your due diligence and dont trust him at his word!
I always wanted a new Audi but thought I could not afford it. Prestige showed me that I was wrong. I found a 2015 Q5 a price that was too good to pass up. I was only a little more than 300.00 per month. I am now driving the car that I always dreamed of.

This place is pretty good. I went there and check out their cars but didnt see what i wanted. I sat down with one of the saleman and he help me find the car I wanted. I had to put 1,800 down because my credit wasnt so good. It took them a week to get in the car i wanted. Im pretty happy with my 2012 Honda Civic Si.Thank you Prestige!!
They got me into the truck I wanted but they lied and stole money which cause me to have a higher car note then what was previously told to me. They changed the price on the truck last minute. On January 23, 2014 I purchased a 2007 Toyota Prius from Prestige Auto Sales, LLC. Approximately two weeks later I received the car from them. It was shipped from one of their other business locations in Hollywood, Florida. Upon receiving the vehicle I then took it to a local Toyota dealer to have the car fully inspected. As a result of the inspection it was determined that the vehicle had a leaking water pump and a defective ABS Brake Actuator Assembly which needed to be replaced. I contacted Alex and informed him of the problems that my Toyota dealer found and I faxed and emailed him a copy of the repair estimate from the dealer. A few weeks after that I had the water pump repaired at a local auto repair shop and paid for the cost of the repairs out of my own pocket. The repair bill was $276. I then contacted Alex again and he assured me that he would work with me to resolve the problems with the vehicle. Alex agreed to send me a check in the amount of $276 to cover the cost of the repairs on the defective water pump which he did. Alex also told me that he was going to find me a used ABS Brake Actuator Assembly and that he would also pay to have the ABS unit installed in my vehicle at my local auto repair shop. After waiting two more weeks it became apparent to me that Alex simply did not care about resolving this issue as I still had not heard from him during that time. I then located a used ABS Brake Actuator locally and emailed Alex and informed him that I had found a used ABS part for $275 and that the labor would cost $300 to install it. In order to resolve the issue as it had now been almost two months since I purchased the car from him, I suggested that he simply send me a check for $575 to cover the cost of the used ABS Brake part and the labor charges. I sent Alex and email and he agreed and that he would mail me a check for $575. Alex claims to have mailed the check to me on March 19th per his email to me. Today is March 26th and I still have not received the check from him. Alex lied and he never sent the check to me. It only takes 4 days for a check to arrive from Hollywood, Florida to Goose Creek, SC. I have sent Alex three emails through eBay over the past three days and he has not replied to any of my emails. I plan on leaving him negative feedback on eBay if the check does not arrive here by Friday March 28th.
The people in this dealership are very nice and helpful. I had several car options in mind before I came there. They narrowed down my choices and helped me with financing. I left in my Nissan the same day.

The sales experience went great until i found out after two months they had a killswitch device secretly installed on my vehicle. The representative was very nasty with me over the phone, and told me to enjoy life. Make sure, if youre a female, take a male with you or theyll try to trick you. When my husband called later he appeared to be very noce to him. But of course continued to lie about mentioning the device.
Wow! These guys jerked me around for 2 days, because I lived far wasnt in person, even though they had me fill out an application on line. If you go in person, they will heard you in and out like cattle. This is a typical Bait & Switch set up with the lure of a low down payment, then the real deal later. Yes they can get you financed, but with the amount down you could buy the same exact car at auction just like they do. Its a shame they take advantage of people. Dont fall for their approach, avoid them all together.

He was so pleased with the transaction that I had to check out the site. I wound up buying a 2014 Honda CRV with low miles for a great price and with a low interest used car loan. The best part was I never left my house. The car was delivered and was exactly as described.

I was very pleased with the way Prestige Used Car Dealer Inc. treated me when I was in looking for a pre-owned Mercedes Benz. The Mercedes Benz dealer staff were not accommodating at all. Prestige Used Car Dealer was the contrary. They went out of their way to please me. Lyle the salesman located a car for me and brought it in. It was the perfect car at the right price and came complete with a factory warranty. I am now the proud owner of a Mercedes Benz thanks to Prestige Used Car Dealer.

We made a deal on a car && I got everything together (money, insurance, etc) && was suppose to pick up the car today && the man who sits right by the door as soon as you walk in, tells me that he sold it. Even after he promised to hold the car. I don’t know if he is lying but that’s really corny...

2022-06-10Everything was designed to get you through the sales than Everything fell apart I had to get over 4000$ of repairs done. Fuel lines were rotting away, put just enough freon in it to make you think it had AC, vile and dishonest do NOT buy your used car from this company they will scam you

2022-01-30I was knowingly sold a faulty car. The check engine light and EPC light came on the same day I purchased the car. Also a shield behind the brake pads came loose and started making a loud noise. I told the salesman about the problems the next day. A day later he told me to bring it in the following day for maintenance. I brought the car back to the dealership and it took three days for somebody to tell me something about the car. Nobody called me. I had to call them. I finally spoke to the dealerships mechanic and he told me it would be ten days before he could even look at the car. I asked the salesman for a loaner car while I wait and I was told there are no loaner vehicles available. Now I have to pay for a rental car. So I told the salesman I no longer want the car. First they tried to force me to keep the car. Then they showed me other cars but the cars that were showed to me were all junk cars and not worth buying. I asked to just be let out of my contract and refunded my down payment because I was sold a faulty car that could not be repaired in a suitable time frame. I was told by the manager that they dont do refunds. The bank never finalized the deal so I should have been able to be refunded my money for being sold a faulty vehicle.Dont waist your time and money at prestige Auto Sales in Huntington valley.

2022-02-06Dishonest car dealer. His name is Alex. He keep my $295 deposit and did not apply it to the purchase price of vehicle. Then he said all delivery cost would be included in sales price, but when it arrived at my house the transportation company informed me there was a $500 COD fee I must pay to get car unloaded. I had already wired money for vehicle to seller. He said he would pay me back on PayPal, but never did.

2020-08-30I went there to get a car after being turned down from many places because of my credit. I had filled out an app and got a call from Remy not only did he say I was approved but for a 2017 Elantra Hyundai unfortunately I found out my License was suspended and I had to return back the car. I went got my licenses restored and was put into a even decent car a 2017 Nissan Sentra sv. Remy, Andy and Bruce all took care of me. If your looking for a car and great customer service and ppl who mean what they say get with them. Many place will tell you anything to get you to come in and leave with nothing but this places they work with u. Thank you always a forever customer

2015-09-16I recently bought a car from Prestige, my sales representative was Van the man ::) and he was a pleasure to work with, very helpful and professional. I and my family love the car we bought and it was a good price. I give Van and Prestige both a big thumbs up. And I highly recommend buying from here!!! Their selection of cars is huge. We fell in love with more than one but were only be able to afford the one in our budget. I took it to my mechanic and he said very good buy that he sees new brakes, recent oil change and car is in perfect condition. I was also told that car is still under original manufacturer warranty. After my mechanic inspection I felt like writing a review for Prestige. And here I am. Thank you Van and Prestige again. Will be back.

2016-06-18Have bought many cars but this is my 1st experience with Prestige & it definitely wont be my last. Mike was my salesman and can honestly say this was the best car shopping experience Ive ever had, he was knowledgeable, honest, and truly listened to me when I told him what I was looking for in a car. He took the time to answer all of my questions and showed me cars that I hadnt even thought of but had everything I wanted and more. I bought a 2012 Honda Accord that I absolutely love thanks to Mike and his finance manager Gee. They made my experience at Prestige A.S. great I would definitely recommend requesting Mike to my friends and family should they want to purchase a vehicle. Prestige is lucky to have such a great all round employees.

2015-10-13The overall experience at Prestige Auto was fantastic. I found Prestige through Google, and decided to check it out. I was set on the 2014 Malibu that I saw on their website. The salesman, Wally, was able to quickly and smoothly take us through the purchase process. Our APR is 5.99%. I would highly recommend Prestige if you are interested in low stress, haggle free car buying. Thank you Tom and Wally for the straight forward transaction with minimal worry, you guys are great. Actually, all the staff is friendly and made us happy. The car we bought is perfect, even though it has 37K+ miles. They even washed it right before we took it. This is by far the best experience Ive had at a dealership. I recommend the Prestige to anyone and everyone.

Ron was absolutely the best person I have ever bought a car from, hands down!! Polite, friendly, personable and respectful. Explained everything very well to me and got us financed & driving. 2018-04-03When I can find the best cars for sale at the best price at Prestige in Philadelphia, why would I look anywhere else?? the system is great. you go on line, pick a make and model, get the best price and have the car delivered to your home. How easy is that?? I got my new BMW 528i last week and I am very happy with it. I recommend Best Car Sales NYC as the best place for pre-owned certified cars anywhere......
