Manny and his team have completed two separate jobs at our home and both were done at an expert level. The level of professionalism is top notch, their prices are very fair (prior to working with Prestige I shopped around for several quotes) and his crew shows up on time every day and works very hard. I highly recommend this company!
I could not find a company who would come to Port Richmond and cut my neighbors tree off of my property. No one wanted to deal with the small street and alley way but Prestige came and looked at the job on a Tuesday, said they could come on Thursday. They came on time, did the job in about an hour and cleaned up everything. I would use this company again, call them for no aggravation!
Prestige Tree Service is not a bunch of hobbyist tree cutters who got together to form a business. This is a legitimate Tree Service business. From the moment they came to give me the quote (thanks Manny) they exuded professionalism and experience. They were great to work with from start to finish. The estimate was reasonable, the workers who came were amazing (great Prestige shirts by the way guys!) and efficient and the whole process was painless. They came well prepared too. Their trucks and equipment are heavy duty; my only problem was that the stump cutter was bigger than my entry way to my yard. But that’s not Prestige’s fault. Overall A+ service. I would definitely recommend these guys AND use them again when I need them. Keep up the stellar work Manny and crew! God bless and be safe!
They did an amazing job on my yard. My yard was extremely over grown and it was a lot of work. The guys were great with all the work that needed to be done! They knocked on the door and informed me they smelled gas in the yard and thought it was coming from the garage. I am so glad they did because when my husband moved the grill in there out of the way he forgot to turn of the propane tank and it was leaking out which could have been a huge disaster! They were even truthful about a tree I have that needs to be cut down from bugs eating it when they could have kept it up and kept pruning it each year to make the money! I really appreciate their honestly. They did a great job cleaning up! I can’t wait for them to come back in September to cut down my bug invested tree. The free estimate and scheduling was easy. I had to call a couple times to get an exact time they were going to come out and cut the tree down the day of service. Their workers were very professional and left the area cleaner than when they arrived.
I had a pretty complicated job because I had two trees that were very tall and hung across a couple different yards. No problem for these guys. Prestige worked fast, did a good job, and was really thorough cleaning up. All I had to do was help them get a spot to park the wood chipper truck and then they went to work. They were also careful not to damage any of my or my neighbors property (fence, side of the house, all that stuff). Would definitely use them again. Give them a call!
From the time I called for an estimate until the tree was removed, I had a positive experience. The crew did such an amazing job on an incredibly large tree. They were efficient and caring. Even the job cleaning up was much better than I imagined. We highly recommend this tree service to anyone who needs a referral.
Had the pleasure of having Prestige trim, cut and remove trees in the backyard. The team was on-time. Very professional. Very SAFE. Asked to use the driveway if needed. They made sure we had permission to enter neighbors yard to clean debris. I would recommend using Prestige for Tree Service. I will definitely be calling them again for tree services in the future.
The team was great from estimation to cleanup. We had 2 large trees removed and one medium size tree. The team came earlier than expected (big plus on my book) and they were extremely professional throughout the process. I have a bunch of mature trees on my property and I plan to use them again. Prestige tree definitely has my recommendation....
On 4/29/2021, I had trees trimmed in my yard. I left work and paid for the job with cash. When I returned home, I found my Butterfly Bush heavily damage. I contact Mr. Morales immediately and included pictures. He responded he would replace the bush. I purchased a new bush within days and forward him the receipt. I am talking less than 40 dollars. He reassured me I would be paid. After multiple contacts and reminders via e-mail, I still have not been paid, today is 9/12/21. I think I have been more than patient.In addition, he removed trees from my neighbor and took the branches etc through my yard - no problem. The problem is, they left my table and chairs in disarray on the grass instead of on the patio where they were and left me a wheel barrel full of branches and trigs.
Got estimates from a few companies, decided to go with Prestige. The person who did the estimate told me that the job would require using a crane and that theyd have to schedule with PECO to turn off the power. All fine and good.The day finally arrived and the crew showed up along with PECO to take care of my trees. I asked if it would be possible to remove another tree instead of pruning it, fully ready to agree to a new price because of the change. They told me that they couldnt do it without a crane and they hadnt scheduled a crane for the job despite having said theyd use a crane from the beginning.I called their office and was told that they would never use a crane for that price, the amount they had quoted me. They said theyd come out that day and do a new estimate, but it would roughly be $2500-3000 more than the initial quote. They never showed and havent called. Guess they decided they didnt want the job.Edit: They decided to call me a few hours after this review was posted, but Ive already scheduled the work I need with another tree service.
Called this place late spring of this year. Had to call 3-4 times to get someone, never got a callback. Set an appointment with them to come on a Thursday, a few days later. Specified time was given as well. No one showed up the whole day, no call. I went out of town for the weekend, and sure enough my security camera sent a notification on Saturday with someone holding a clipboard waiting outside my door knocking and looking visibly frustrated. Nothing I could do, and the person made no attempt to call me either. Now, months later, I’m getting text and email solicitations asking for a review. So here’s your review: thanks for not showing up just like 90% of the contractors I’ve tried to get during COVID-19. Don’t put people you never followed up with on your marketing lists either.
The best and most honset tree service company around.The customer service is excellent.That is what lead me to give them a try.They staff was there on time and cleaned up after themselves.They were kind and courteous to my Mother and the neighbors.May God continue to Bless the company..the employees and their families.
Prestige tree services did a wonderful job cutting dangerous branches from a tree that was hanging in our backyard . Everyone was so friendly and professional. We highly recommend to anyone who needs tree service 👍👍
These people are the BEST!Not only did they remove the tree, but they came back 3 more times to finish removing the stump before I had some concrete work done! I would use their service again, and refer my friends and family!!!
Manny and his crew are by for one of the most professional groups Ive dealt with. Not only were they SUPER fast and clean, their price was significantly better than other estimates I received. Usually, when the price is really good...its to good to be true. NOT IN THIS CASE!! They really are the BEST!!
Manny and his team were amazing. They were able to get all of the trees that I needed cut down. They are very professional and I could not have found a better company to clear the trees in front of my house. I will definitely pass there information family and friends.
I called these guys on a Saturday they were out on Monday to provide a very acceptable estimate. They gave a one week away date to complete the service. On the date of servuce all work was completed by 1030 AM with picture of finished work forwarded me, this was also done when they did the estimate. There was no need for me to be at the site, all work efficiently done to specs.
I received a quote, and wanted to move forward with the job; however, no one ever responds to emails or calls.
We had Juan and his crew out today to trim some trees and clean up a few others. They are on time, work fast, great clean up and do an excellent job. Juan is easy to get a hold of and he gets your job done quick and on time. Highly recommend. Thanks guys....this was probably our 3rd or 4th time using this company and will continue!
Prestige tree service staff is very friendly, professional and punctual. They answered all the questions my husband and I had related to getting our tree cut down. The owner is very responsive and friendly. The service was top notch. I will be a repeat customer.
I cannot give these guys enough credit! The owner came over to look at the trees I was considering cutting down and gave us a quote on the spot, which was about half the price of the other quotes we had gotten. He always responded quickly to my calls/texts. He also provided proof of insurance. He came back a few days later with some more men to cut them down. We had three HUGE trees in a tiny back yard in the city and they had them all down in one day. The whole crew was so kind. Some of my neighbors were home while it was being cut down and said they swept their backyards after they finished to clean up any debris that had fallen (our branches extended in to multiple backyards). If I had any more trees to cut down I would 1,000 percent use this company again.
Hired this company to trim my tree. The price was great, they were super easy to deal with, cleaned everything up when they were done. I will definitely be using them next time!!

I hired these guys to cut down 5 big trees in my backyard, after I had to reschedule my appointment 2 diff times. Did a great job and cleaned up all the mess. Def will be using them again for the front yard!
Had an appointment for Monday Nov 1st between 11am and 3 pm. Never showed up or called. Poor customer service.
This company is awesome!! They respond fast an get the job done. After cutting down my big tree they even cleaned up after the mess it made. 100% worth you money an time.

Im leaving a Zero score because this company came and worked on a tree 6/21/19 @ 930am at 2147 Montrose St 19146, they were chipping the branches over top of cars and a huge mess that they did not clean up. Cars were trashed, left trash on sidewalks, and home fronts. Dont hire this company at all

Called for an estimate. To my knowledge, never showed up. Called again and was told someone would be there that day. Have not received any response. Just tell me if you dont want the work. Dont waste my time!

2021-11-24We had a big job to remove 2 large and 3 smaller dead/dying trees that were a hazard to power lines and roads, plus 2 brush piles. Omar arrived and gave me an estimate on the spot with photos and prices (nice software). We paid a deposit and scheduled a date. The work crew actually came a day early. They have high quality professional equipment including a crane, chipper, bobcat and chain saws. They also brought a dumpster. I never saw men work so hard! They started around 8 am and were done by 3 pm. A truck came and got the dumpster the next day. Would HIGHLY recommend Prestige Tree Service.

2021-09-13Omar was great to deal with.. and the service was great too until I needed them to come back and grind down the tripping hazard in my yard that they left. Called twice and was told I’d be called back but never was and no one has followed up since. There was a huge mound of wood chips and dirt left in a massive pile but that was fine because I was able to spread it out evenly myself.

2022-03-08I had two huge tree stumps to grind down. It’s still early in the season but they scheduled me in the same week I called. The crew was on time and respectful, and the owner was very responsive when a problem came up. I really appreciated how quick he was to fix it!

2020-09-26Pure rediculousness from this company. Several neighbors and myself woke to being trapped in our PRIVATE DRIVEWAY by this company, without our knowledge, thats until the blaring woodchipper sounds outside of our window at 9 am. Not to mention My husband, and 2 other neighbors asked to be let out so that our vehicles wouldnt be damaged.. and no response from the on site workers. I had to call PPD and get a #dc number stating that they also asked them to move. Neighbors have paint chipped /scratched off cars and everything from flying branches and woodchips. One neighbor called and a guy named Manny told her that she didnt own the driveway and that they would clean the cars. Completely dismissive. The receptionist who answered intially was polite however. Nevertheless, we do OWN THE DRIVE WAY, we PAY property insurance for the driveway and 4 feet behind it.. so theres that. None of that should have had to be explained to a company clearly in the wrong, yet no one cared about the residents while performing this work . Not to mention the property they were treating was one block over, easily accessible to workers who didnt want to cut corners at the inconvience of others. In a sad attempt to clean our driveways one worker walked through with a leaf blower sending chips flying into our garden as well as our back door walk ways. Ive never seen such madness. I would hope that this company has proper licensing and insurance because this whole incident was unsafe, and careless in regards to residents property. Well be sweeping wood chips from our patios as well due to these huge trucks squeezeing in our small PRIVATE driveway.

2021-05-10I shopped a few other tree service places before deciding to go with Prestige. They we able to do exactly what I wanted done with the best price. The office staff was very polite and friendly when calling. Ended up having Omar come out to give us a quote and he was able to book us the following week. They came out and took care of the tree. I will use their service again and recommend them to anyone who needs tree service!
