I cannot rave enough about the Puppy Palace! We were originally searching for a clean and reputable facility for our pup to safely play with other dogs to get out some of her energy - the Puppy Palace has exceeded our expectations in every way! Not only does she always come home from daycare bone tired, but she is so loved by the staff and gets tons of enrichment. Pictures are posted throughout the day and the dogs get to participate in fun seasonal activities, too. I couldnt imagine trusting anywhere else with our little girl!
Larry is a really nervous dog, but the people at Puppy Palace are so kind that he warmed up in no time!! His teachers are patient and sweet, ask questions to make sure they can interact with him, remember his name whenever we come in, and take the time to let him get comfortable instead of just tugging him around to get him to the play room. Larry loves his school days, and were so lucky to have such a wonderful team and facility so close to us!
I cannot praise this place enough. They are kind, well trained, compassionate staff. My two dogs LOVE going to daycare, and we have found the saying true, A tired dog is a good dog. I recommend them to everyone I know who has a four legged child.
The staff is great and truly care for the puppies in their care. Great socialization for our dog Zuri and is one tired pup after having a great day with the other dogs.
My wife and I and all our puppies love this place. Great owner and staff that take care of our four legged family. Lots of room for exercise and play. Definitely a five paws up review!
Cant say enough positive things about Shannon & team; they treat your dog(s) like one of the family. Never had any hesitation dropping off my pup for a day of play. His tail was wagging from the second we arrived in the morning until pick up time!
The Puppy Palace is a great place for dogs and a good value for the owners. They have several different pricing options and discounts for bulk buys. I barely get my boy into the car before he passes happy and tired from playing all day. Very courteous staff and photos of the pups are posted throughout the day on their Facebook page.
Puppy Palace is what every doggie day care should be! The owner, Shannon, is a treasure, and her staff is incredible. The facility is impeccably kept, the staff is warm, fun, and well trained. My dogs and I couldnt be happier!

The employees are always very friendly and helpful. After a few visits the owner was greeting us by name with a smile. Good customer service is getting harder to find but Puppy Palace gets it right every time. The ONLY downside... they are closed weekends.
I love taking my puppy G there he always comes home tired which is a very good thing . The people are great there I love the way they wrote the report card when G was a bad boy it was actually kind of funny . I definitely recommend this place for your dogs .

This place is doggie paradise. The wonderfully hyper Obi is KNOCKED out! Happy pup, happy owners, and a nice spring evening to relax after work. You cant put a price tag on this! See you guys again soon!
Great place! The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and my dog cant get from the car into the day care fast enough. I would recommend The Puppy Palace to anyone.

2021-03-11Very friendly people. they are very on top of all dogs behavior and safety even sending updates throughout the day. very inclusive to even the most timid dogs. on my dogs first day he was a little shy and a bit nervous, they helped him get accustomed to the environment and he ended up having a blast. and they even put him in their newsletter. the doggie report cards at the time of pickup are super helpful and so cute. love this place wish I could work there!!!

2018-06-12Best family for my puppy when hes not with me. Everyone is amazing. Luca loves his days at daycare! They even celebrate holidays with the pups.. They are so special, so caring, so loving. 2019-10-15Not enough stars!! Puppy palace completely blew me and my pups away and we love sending them here. I’ve never seen my dogs so overjoyed to be leaving me! They upload pictures very frequently during the day to their Facebook which is a lot of fun to see and was a major selling point for me. Every staff member we encounter knows our dogs names (we just started going here!!) and our girls are over the moon when they interact with them. The pricing is fair, and our girls always come home completely tuckered out and are always SO excited when we ask if they want to go back. Fortunately we don’t even have job schedules that require us to send our dogs to a daycare every day, but we make it a point to send our pups as often as possible because of how enriching and fun it is for them (and we love getting the photos of their shenanigans each time ❤️) definitely give them a try!! Your dog will love it. Two paws up.

2019-07-29When it comes to puppy daycare, just about the only thing that matters when you are assessing whether or not you would suggest the service to the friend is whether or not you feel like a good owner for using that service.Puppy Palace does everything they can to make sure I feel good about leaving my boy there for the day. The staff is friendly and helpful, get to know your dog do they can alert you of changes in behaviour, and take photos throughout the day so you can go about yours knowing your dog is in a safe, fun environment.However, there are a lot of dogs here and the owners will no hesitate to turn you away if your dog is presenting threatening or problematic behaviour. However, that just ensures that all dogs (the problem child included) are safe. They will host grooming, exercise, and specific diets if necessary. I cant think of anything more they could do to make me feel better about leaving my buddy there for the day. 5 stars well earned.

2018-08-01Our Mae loves going to The Puppy Palace. She gets to do what a dog loves to do: play and have a good time! The staff are so friendly and know the dogs very well. Mae even eats her lunch at daycare. She comes home at the end of the day exhausted and tuckered out. 😀

2020-11-19Amazing doggy daycare facility. Shannon and her staff are innovators and genuine in their love for dogs. Zoe runs regular programs that benefit the dogs and are fun for the owners. I enjoy looking at the daily photo montage, even if Mickey isnt there.This may sound strange, but the love and care is evident when they post obituaries for dogs who have passed over the bridge. Genuine affection for the pooch and their people. Plus, they regularly support food drives for area shelters.
