We were greeted immediately, friendly, and respectfully offered assistance, we are just browsing we said.. he left his name, and walked away. As we walked the store and saw it all, we were interested In a bedroom set. The employee approached us then And assisted us in buying our brand new bedroom set. Financing was available and easy to apply for. I. I would definitely recommend this company For any Furnishing needs.
This store was fantastic. The customer service rep was respectful and informative. He gave us a store overview, allowed us to compare options independently, and then touched-base with us. When we asked for comparable items to something we saw, he knew immediately where to go and did not waste our time in the store. We had an issue with the outlet price being wrong, so he dropped our delivery costs. Overall, the customer service was fantastic and our experience was exactly what you would want.
I wish that I could give 0 stars. I’ve spent tons of money at Raymour every year. I’ve purchased everything; wall decor, patio furniture, dining room sets, basically just about every room in my home has been furnished by this chain including my basement. I recently purchased a bedroom set from this location and Noel was my salesman. The delivery guys put holes in my wall while bringing in my set and left without bringing the damage to my attention (super mad because I tip these careless individuals). Took 2 weeks and several calls on my end in order to get the repairs done, Charles was GREAT!!! Website says 45 day mattress comfort guarantee, apparently you have to purchase some additional coverage which was not explained by Noel. Called and spoke to Anthony who told me that he’s not willing to eat the cost of my very uncomfortable king size mattress if I returned it, even though I was willing to spend the additional money for a more comfortable mattress. Doesn’t matter how long you’ve been a customer or how much money you spend, you are not there problem once the purchase is final!WORST place ever!
Mohamed was very helpful for the purchase of bedroom sets both of my adult children. I would recommend. This is our second time visiting this store. We are happy that there is furniture that can be delivered within a week. There are other reputable furniture stores that make you wait up to 4 months for deliveries. We should’ve gone with Raymour for everything. Good quality furniture too.
I had such an amazing experience buying my living room set here. Sadaf is such an incredible sales woman. She continued to be a great help even after I left the store. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. I will 100% be shopping here again, and recommending her and this store to anyone looking for furniture!!
I was very impressed with my experience!My sales agent was fantastic in working with me. He asked me my preferences and showed me items that I would possibly have interest in. No pressure tactics. No trying to change my mind. No maneuvering me to a higher priced item.I HIGHLY recommend dealing with him and will specifically ask for him, next time I go to buy furniture. Noel are salesman Not only was very informative and knowledgeable about the furniture he was very easy to work with let us take our time and showed us all of everything that we were looking for one two three four five different samples and was calculating what we were spending kept us in touch with our budget and was simply outstanding salesman. And on the personal side he was quite the gentleman and very well-spoken and spiritual and just somebody that you would like to do business with. I strongly recommend them to anybody looking to purchase Quality Furniture! Raymour & Flanigans should be very proud of having him as a representative of their store!!!
From the moment I walked in the door, I was met by the most pleasant sales associate, Noel. He carefully listened to what I was looking for and was determined to find the specific furniture that met my needs. He periodically asked if I wanted water. When he had to step away for a moment, he indicated that and came right back. Needless to say, I found everything I was looking for, dining set, living room set and TV entertainment console. What will really make my entire experience wonderful is if I can have my items delivered by the approximate date given as theres a backlog due to COVID!! Im anxiously awaiting for my furniture and I know Noel will do his very best to periodically check-in on the status of my furniture delivery :)
So you hear the ads on the radio and TV, and you need some furniture, you figure what the hech Ill stop by the store and take a look around. Suddenly you are a bit overwhelmed by all the choices you have. If your lucky youll meet with a salesperson, like my wife and I did, who can help you with your selection. Mohammed was a pleasure to deal with. There was no pressure, and his knowledge of the inventory helped him to show us the best selection to meet our furniture needs. Three rooms of furniture later and here I am suggesting that you give them a look see if you need to get some new furniture. Also, the other people at this store that I have had the pleasure to deal with, and everyone else Ive come in contact with, have been nothing but professional and accomodating. If you are considering some new interior decorating, consider giving this store the opportunity to meet your furniture and decorating needs.
From the moment we entered the store, our experience with R&F was nothing less than smooth and stress-free with friendly, knowledgeable and non-pushy staff. Although online mattress sales are the norm, we preferred the touchy-feely experience that comes along with visiting a brick-n-mortar retail store. And when investing a sizable chunk of change in a mattress, it certainly raises the comfort-level when you know youre dealing with a retailer of good reputation who will properly support you if something goes wrong.The mattress was delivered and set-up less than 24 hours after leaving the store.So far? All smiles!

The gentleman helping us out was quick to assist in helping us find the chair in the showroom that we saw online. We found it on our own but wanted to look around to see other options. The salesman quickly pushed for our information when he saw we had found it and began the?sales process. We did not sat we were set on the chair. I felt a bit pressured but I also like to shop independently. I do not like pushy salespeople. Otherwise the place is nice, overpriced in comparison to other stores.
When my wife and I arrived at the store we were greeted by Chris with a friendly smile and asked if he could help us. We told what we wanted and he knew exactly where to find it. We tested the product to see if was comfortable and we purchased the product. We were in and out in less than an hour. I would recommend this place for anyone
Hi all, I bought a $1,100 mattress with an adjustable base yesterday, it was delivered at 9am this morning. Impressive, the delivery staff were friendly and professional also super quick with set up. Noel was the our sales associate and from the door his introduction made us fill welcomed. Neol asked the right questions, and gave us space to explore while giving us options base on our spending budget. Im usually the negotiating type. This was awesome because I felt he was on my side.
I bought a sectional sofa from Raymour and Flanigan in northeast Philadelphia. Delivery was AWFUL. Not only were the completely clueless! While trying to get the couch in they broke my banister, took huge chunks of paint and dry off my walls, scratched my stairs and more. The couch was redelivered and this time the new people had no problem getting it in! This was over a week ago and i keep getting the run around about getting my home fixed!! I have notnot even been able to speak to a manager! Keep getting told its everyone elses responsibility besides who Im talking to! WORST Customer service ever!
Our experience was great! Uriah, our salesman was wonderful! He knew what he was talking about, he wasn’t pushy and he didn’t “stalk” us. He came around when he saw us looking at something for an extended period of time, right there with the info needed to helpUs make our decision.All in all a good experience!
On Sunday, 09/20, I went to your store in search of living room furniture. Ms. Nancy Rivas, furniture Consultant, was very helpful in showing me individual pieces of furniture and giving me much information I needed to make my selections. Ms. Rivas was very professional and personable. She was very well-informed on all the product lines and immediately retrieved information throughout the entire process. I was very satisfied with the wide selection and professional service I received at the Raymour and Flanigan Store. Thank you, Ms. Rivas.
There is nothing good I can say about my recent experience at this place. I bought a dining room set paid for a new dining room set not for a used one and instead I got a used table upon delivery. The next day after the delivery I visited the store to have the situation rectified and I got the run around from the Customer service department now I have to wait to have a technician come to my house to fix the table. I tried calling the store manager several times and 6 days later I am still waiting for her phone call. I hope to have my situation rectified and resolved.
I regret purchasing from Raymour Flannigan. Prior to ordering I was told by a stores sales rep that ordering online is the same. However now that I need help non of the stores can help me because my “order isn’t associated to a specific store” I have been waiting for almost 4 months for my furniture. Every time I call I received a new date that the furniture is expected to be in. First my couches were to arrive in Octobe, then November, December and now January which I’m sure will turn into February. I understand delays from covid but I cannot accept the constantly changing arrival dates I spent over $4,000 on furniture and I’ve been sitting on the for in my new place. Unacceptable. They told me to cancel but I already have some of the furniture pieces which arrived very late as well. At this point we’re going on 1 year of covid, a good business would of figured out realistic delivery times instead of continuously moving the target date. Its very frustrating. I expected more from a large business like this, I am so disappointed. I also recommended Raymour to a friend prior to realizing that my furniture would be so delayed. Her dressers took a long time too but she received them before I received anything (I ordered 5 pieces). I will make sure not to recommend this store again.
We purchased a warranty on furniture we purchased several years ago. We called for a repair, and the call was handled promptly and the furniture was fixed. After the last call our furniture was deemed unrepairable. We were issued a credit for the piece and were given a credit to buy a new sofa or anything else in the store. I still cannot believe how quickly, kindly and easily the situation was resolved. Everyone is nice to you when you are buying--thats easy. Its how you are treated when something goes wrong that makes a company a great one.
Im so glad we walked into the showroom! Not only did we save literal thousands of dollars, we also took advantage of 0% financing for 36mo.! Our Sales person Sharif Ali, was not only patient, and extremely helpful, but truly wanted to find us our best fit. The customer service was worth much much more to me then the savings. Rare these days. Thanks Guys keep up the good work!
Floor salesman very helpful and very nice! Placed sofa on hold due to need to measure wall. Called back to cancel because sofa too big and the order was placed. Started receiving confirmation order emails. Put on hold 8/13, called to cancel due to size 8/13. Called again 8/14 after receiving email and Fanny told me she could not cancel had to go to manager? Nice sales people but don’t put anything on hold.
First, Nancy was outstanding as our sales associate. We had some issues with the delivery crew but Anthony and Uriah went above and beyond to correct the problem by coming to my house during their dinner break and addressing and taking care of the issue...It’s nice to know they care about their customers. I’d recommend Raymor & Flanigan to anyone seeking to purchase mattresses or furniture!
We have a difficult configuration in our living room and our salesman Noel Amir spent over an hour showing us every sectional set they had until we found one we liked and fit our needs.Do to an error on our part when it was delivered today we found that it was not the best fit. The sales manager took care of us to exchange for the correct size. I would recommend this store to anyone who wants a good deal and excellent service.
This store is the best. we always are able to find nice furniture without breaking the bank. the customer service is also outstanding as there is little sales pressure. and the zero interest financing is always a plus. overall a nice expereince everytime we shop here. We visited the Franklin Mills location desperate to get a power lift recliner for my mom. Our saleswoman Kim understood our situation and quickly made it happen. We are greatful to her and will definitely recommend her to everyone. And we will be back. I spotted the sectional I want next lol 😆 Thank you Raymour and Flanigan, and Kim !!!!
Never shopping here ever again. After waiting 2 months for delivery.. that was rescheduled twice..I finally got my bed..DAMAGED. Delivery guys told me I can get it discounted or replaced. Called the store spoke to Ashley. she said there was going to be no discounts but still send me an email in 5 minutes and to respond with pics of the damage. Email never came..Called the store 3 days straight..was put on hold forever each time.. no one picked back up each time. 6 days later..I havent been able to reach anyone and no email has been sent. Never again.. no even worth my time going to the store. I truly hate I have a store card but certainly never returning to this store.
My wife and I have shopped at Raymour & Flanigan for many years. We stopped in to purchase 2 living room sets and some decorative pieces. Mohamed Sayed help us with our selection and purchase. Mohamed was a great help and ensured that we were very satisfied with everything. But due to our current situation with Covid-19 the delivery is beyond the 3 day guarantee. Overall great experience!
Noel was a tremendous salesman. He went out of his way to help me my son and his family to find new bedroom furniture. He even came in on his day off to make our shopping experience a joy. I love their furniture they have so many different styles and colors. The sales reps are extremely nice and helpful they work with you to ensure you get what youre looking for and within your budget if you have one. Will definitely be returning when Im ready to purchase a new bedroom set I brought a new living room set and I love it is very comfortable hopefully it can withstand 2 children LOL
I have purchased several pieces of furniture from this location and the sales staff is always very professional, helpful and patient. More importantly, they stand behind their product. My sofa was defective and they first attempted to repair it and when that didn’t work, they replaced it; exactly what you expect from a premium furniture store. The manager was rude and difficult to deal with when I went into the store to set up the sofa exchange (which their service department had already authorized), but the district manager was very easy to deal with and was apologetic of the managers’ attitude. Overall, a very good experience.
The salesman Mohammad told us the mattress could be returned during 30days, and could be exchanged up to 45days, so we bought a Beautyrest Platinum mattress there. Yet, there was a sink on the mattress just after 1-night sleeping and couldnt get recovery after we waited almost 2 weeks. We went to the store to ask return. However, the same salesman changed his words and told us that the mattress CANNOT be returned, he NEVER told us the mattress can be returned, and it SHOULD be us who misunderstood! (I got a Master degree in the US. I dont think I would misunderstand a simple Yes/No answer, let alone to say both I and my spouse were there and double checked with him!)He introduced a manager there to us. However, that manager did NOT introduce himself to us and showed even rude manner. While I and my spouse were both standing and facing him, and I was explaining to him, he did not watch us but find a sofa to seat by himself!The manager insisted that he was there and was beside us on the first day we came to the store, and the salesman didnt tell us the mattress can be returned. However, can you image that a customer was serviced by both the salesman and his manager in the store at the same time?!I felt so disappointed on both of them and on that store! We will NEVER buy anything from there!!!
I bought a bed & mattress set. A lovely woman by the name of Nancy assisted me. She did not pressure or push me into anything. I gave her a price point (thinking it was on the low end) & she never batted an eye but instead showed me my options.I will not hesitate referring people to the Franklin Mills location & telling them to ask for Nancy.
The salesman was great and helpful but I never received any information regarding how to pay my financing bill. All I was told was to pay monthly. That is great an all but what is the due date what is the account number for the loan, etc? I was told was call the 800 number. It is 2019, calling a 800 number for help with no digital options is stupid.
1st no close date to get the furniture delivered, agreed for self-pick up from the showroom but the item wasnt delivered to the showroom on the agreed date. Lack of professionalism/commitment. Would do business with them again!!! Wish could give no star👎(2nd comment) And as of Aug 14th, still your Philadelphia Mills location is making false promises for the availability date of my purchased item! What a pathetic service...you guys need to do better job, the same way you charge us...
Raymour and Flanigan is my go-to store for all my furniture needs. I have been going there for years. A few days ago, I needed to purchase a new mattress. The salesman, Rich, helped me find the perfect mattress. He was knowledgeable, professional, and patient with my me while I tried an assortment of mattresses. I couldnt be happier with my purchase!
Had a great experience. The salesperson Kim was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. The delivery personnel did an excellent job and were very friendly. UPDATE: Changed 5 star review to one even though I wouldve liked to have gone lower. Ordered custom chair to be delivered in 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks later, no chair, no call. I called them, set 2nd deliver date. Date came and went, no chair, no call. Called again, explained main problem for me is lack of communication. Store MANAGER said she would call in 2 days with definite delivery info. After 4 days, NO CALL! I called, spoke with manager who STILL did not have delivery date. Canceled the chair. Comments on BBB showed numerous others had same or similar experience. End result, I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER, SHOP AT RAYMOUR & FLANIGAN! Save yourself time, money and headaches, shop ANYWHERE else.
We purchased a beautyrest black class c luxury pillowtop mattress from here last week. It was way more than we would have liked to spend on a mattress but it was worth it. The manager on the other hand is bad for business. Our salesperson initially was amazing. He tried everything he could to work with us. The only mistake he made was getting the manager. She told us that she would throw in the adjustable base and pillows for free. We were charged $99 for the base which is not a bad price but thats not free. After all was said and done she said that if I were to find it at a cheaper price she would give back the difference plus 5%. I did so and went back to the store where she told me she could not honor that because she gave me such a great deal. Im not trying to say I didnt but she is not a woman of her word so be careful making any deals. Do not walk away with any open ends because they will not be honored.
I am beyond impressed with the services that Richard Einhorn provided us!Me and my mom were shopping for the Bedroom set for my (in-laws) studio, and Richard guided us through everything and made the whole process run smoothly!I never enjoyed buying furniture because I always assumed it was very time-consuming and tiring. However, Richard made the whole experience very pleasant in a way that me and my mom did not want to leave the store once our purchase was complete.Richard was very knowledgable, attentive to detail, and patient with us. It was not good from the start...because I live in NY and called thestore at the Franklin Mills Mall in Philly. From placing the order for my 3 grandchildren, (3 mattresses & a bedroom set) until this morning when the 2 of the 3 mattresses were delivered...wrong ones!! Plus the paperwork they gave my daughter NOT FOR MY ORDER..But for someone elses order.. I will never order or recommend Raymour & Flanigan to anyone. Not even worth 1 Star.EDIT FOR ABOVE REVIEW: After speaking with my daughter andrealizing the 3 mattresses were after all the ones I had ordered it was because of the RECEIPT HANDED TO HER...she was going by what it said on there and come to find out... it was someone elsesorder and not mine.. :( So, I am changing my STARS REVIEW from1 to 4...because Im waiting until they deliver my granddaughters4 pc. bedroom set and see how that goes..
“My Experience was poorly I order my bed room set three weeks ago an I was suppose the receive it two weeks ago I receive a call from the driving saying they only had my headboard an foot rails I never received the foot rail or the headboard. In the system they have that I receive my order which I did Not. I recently contact the store an spoke to someone about it an they rescheduled my order to be sent out once again.
Horrible experience. Cancelled my order. Sales rep neglected to tell me the customer about a item being considered clearance and the discount didn’t apply. Also neglected to even mention there was a clearance section in the store while shopping. Wasn’t until I paid bill next day that I noticed no discount was applied. When I asked why they never mentioned this, they had no answer. Very sneaky sales tactic
As far as the experience my wife and I shared on our recent visit to the Philadelphia Mills store location; we both agree that Cindi Zdance was a perfect sales person; polite, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We also agree that the store was bright and clean and well appointed with good selection. We purchased an adjustable bed frame and a headboard/footboard as well.I’m sure we’ll be returning there for any of our future furniture needs.
I went to this store and bought a sleigh bed. The sales clerk was Kimberly Curnow and she was super! Today I went back and bought a table lamp and specifically asked for her. This store has a lot of great furniture at very reasonable prices. Ask for Kim and you wont be disappointed!
I love Raymour and Flanigan furniture, I have been shopping with them for many years with no disappointment, this time around, I had the opportunity to work with a very nice gentleman name Noel, he inquired on what I was looking for which was a King size bed and a mattress that worked for my husbands back problem, Noel gave us just that and educated me on the specifics of the bed and mattress which I appreciated very much, I am very happy with my bed!!Again - thank you Noel, this experience is 5 stars, I only gave 3 stars because of the delivery guys who refuse to take my mattress because of stains, I mean it’s really hard to prevent stains if you have kids and a mattress for several years.
My salesperson at the Franklin Mills Raymour & Flanigan was Noel Amir. He was very helpful, honest and kind. I stopped in to look at dining sets and Noel helped me. When I decided to come back and place an order, I came back to see only Noel. Easy and good experience.

The store is a nice size with varieties. I had a special situation with my recent move-in where my sofa couldnt get through the door but I was assisted by Cindi Zdance who helped in every way possible. Ultimately I didnt find what I was looking for here but she recommended me to their outlet on Red Lion road and I was much satisfied with the outcome! Thanks Cindi!
Sharif Ali at Franklin Mills location is a wonderful salesman. Hes patient and understanding and wants to really help you find exactly what you want to suit your needs. A true asset to their team. Mike the manager was readily available, if necessary. I worked 30 years in retail and know excellent customer service. Im very satisfied with my purchases and highly recommend Sharif.
Entertainment Photographer:Well, we just moved into a new home and we have been back and forth spending thousands in this store. - The sales people have all been great but they seem to have one customer service guy that looks like he just rolled in from the Jersey Shore (complete with paper night club bracelets) -In not listening to what we were saying to him, he ran our financing through the wrong company and proceeded to embarrass us in front of other customers.He does not look at you when he talks to you and that was enough to set us off. - I explained to him the we are simply NOT the type of people that ever have problems with our credit but his condescending eyes never left his screen.Someone did figure out the mistake and we made our purchases, however we will not be finishing the house via this store (unless the pretty boy is gone)
We moved a few weeks ago and have been purchasing new furniture. Sharif is the person we have been working with and he is terrific! We came looking for a dining table and chairs, however we purchased a living room , set and outdoor furniture for our rooftop deck. All the pieces are top quality and we could not be happier. Go see Sharif!
Sharif was phenomenal, couldnt have asked for better service from a fellow veteran. So happy we got him to help and I recommend him for anyone whos considering picking up something thatll be a staple in your house for years to come. Buyer beware. Never believe sales people no matter how nice they are or what they tell you. If its not in writing dont believe them. My saleswoman Janelle lied straight to my face about the financing...she said it was a 6 month finance free promotion....i would have never financed with them and risked deducting points off of my credit score...i have plenty of available credit on my own credit card of 9% vs theirs at 28.99 %. Beware of Janelle and other sales people like her. Also, my sofa cushion came ripped at the seam, didnt notice that till the next day....they didnt do anything about that either...I had the service repair plan, you can tell where they fixed it. Dont depend on ramour and flanigan to resolve any issues.
High prices. No real sales. Salesman hit you up as soon as you enter the store but if they cant make a sale right away they leave you and dont come back. Then when you find what you want they try to sell you every extra they can. Also once you find what you want you have to hunt a salesman down, then once they see you are buying they surround you like a bunch of sharks.
Very poor customer service. without my permission manager (Antony) canceled my order because they could not deliver me my order on time. when I called them they could not explain the reason to me. terrible service. it’s not possible to get through always put off by waiting. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 and why I went to this terrible store, although there were so many choices.
Love the store this was always my favorite store but Im not liking Raymour anymore so my home some always been filled and are still filled with their furniture which Im selling by the way contact me.. because all the furniture now is real dark contemporary kind of cheap looking sorry :(
When to just look a living room set and come to find out this so call customer services person. Felt the need to first lie and say it just a price quote than wait for you to leave to put you on a lay way plan now mind you when you say your not going to wait 6 to 8 week to receive something , and say that you dont want it who gave you the right to go and do a lay way anyway than you get a payment plan in the mail for over 2.000 dollar and have to be told more lie when you call the store
Place is horrible, sales people are very nice, they are supposed to be, it’s a commission based job it’s how they make their money. Managers and delivery people are sooo rude it’s pathetic. 2 separate occasions we ordered furniture and both times it comes broke, when asked to rectify the situation it was like pulling teeth and attitudes from everyone. Place is garbage much like the people working there from the secretary to the managers
The gentleman in customer service was terrific I came in with 2 issues I had a TD Bank issue with my statement and I also needed to have a service for one of my items he was able to assist me with both problems he was very kind and respectful solved both my problems in a instant he was very helpful.

2022-02-06My 3 star rating is an overall feel of my past 2 experiences with Raymour. Last two purchases have been mattresses and both times I had an upsetting moment. The first time upon delivery they broke my box spring and didn’t think I would inspect it after noticing their reaction when they were taking it out of the truck so they had to come back with a new one. With my most recent purchase, mattresses again, the sales man ordered a mattress that I didn’t settle with. The mattress he ordered was the “plush”version of the brand I wanted, I originally wanted “cushion firm” due to current back problems and my husband not being a fan of soft beds. (Crazy part is we were sitting on the bed I wanted throughout the entire check out process so I still don’t understand how he mixed up the mattresses.) After noticing my order slip my boyfriend convinced me to just try it out since we have 45 days to do so. Another situation I had was the salesman took it upon himself to add the mattress protectors to my order without consulting with me first. $250 for both. Upon check out another sales man asked if I purchased it and he said yes, again it would’ve been nice to ask me first without assuming I wanted it even though I would’ve liked it. I don’t like being taken for granted and is part of the reason why I hate dealing with sales reps. I feel like I can never get an honest sale without feeling pressured into something or blindsided with things I didn’t want.

2022-03-31Purchasing my mattress and adjustable base was fine the sales person was very helpful. When my mattress got delivered the delivery was unprofessional. They had broken the elevator in my building and never told me until one of my neighbors told me. I was also promised a gift card and every time I call I keep getting the runaround saying how they have to look into it. How do u have to look into it when I was told at the time of purchase that it was a promotion and I would receive it within a week after my purchase. Here we are a month later and still no gift card I only get the runaround. This will be my last time purchasing furniture through them because of the unprofessional service between my delivery/etc. There delivery people need to take a training class on how to be careful of when delivery furniture and not damage things that home owners have to pay for!!! Bad experience and I am done with this company.

2022-03-05After a terrible experience with Bed, bath and beyond, Raymour and Flanigan to the rescue. I ordered a great mattress and it was delivered the next day and they took my old mattress. Anton and Idris made sure I was comfortable with the new mattress and everything. Seemless and satisfying transaction. Customer service was great too. Highly recommend Raymour and Flanigan for quick and easy, no hassle experiences 👌

2022-07-07My husband and I were looking for new dressers etc for our bedroom, Amber greeted us at the door and told us to let her know if we needed any help. Walked around found something we like, Amber answered all our questions, set up delivery, checked out on our way home in record time! Thanks so much Amber!

2022-04-16The staff was nice , manager and customer service. Small problem with the sectional , we picked it up ourselves , got it in the house went to screw in the little legs on the bottom , 1 did not screw in at all , the other 1 kept spinning, that brings me customer service, she was nice , set up appointment, guy comes out knowing he had to repair and or replace 2 inserts and possibly other hardware, insisted it was our fault the way it was , not a chance it was a manufacturing defect. I guess that made him feel a little bigger. He didnt have the knowledge to repair the 2nd leg, cause he claimed it was cross threaded, he left , I ended up repairing it myself. Needless to say, he was a joke, and we wont be purchasing anything from there anytime in the next 10 to 20 years.

2022-01-22The sale man was awesome. He was pleasant and just patient with me in selecting what dining room set was best for me and my family. Again, all the furnitures are beautiful and its hard to make a selection. Overall, I selected a georgious dining room set. Thank you Raymond & Flanigan

2022-03-27Moving can be a miserable experience. Dealing with annoying sales people, shopping around and not knowing if youre getting a good deal or quality. But having gone to Raymour now for the second time, I can honestly say Ive had nothing but good experiences. Kim Halbherr has helped us both times and each time she has helped us in a way that didnt feel like a vulture circling its prey. She was knowledgeable, friendly and a blast each time and helped us find the perfect furniture.

2022-02-21Our salesman Mohamed was extremely helpful in showing me just the type of recliners I was looking for which saved so much time. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, polite, but not at all pushy. I welcomed that gladly. If you can I’d ask for Mohamed if you could !!The Richardson’s
