Just when I thought all hope was gone RWB Auto lifted my spirits from what could have been a very low point in my life. My credit in the dumps due to past mistakes, no money down, and a vehicle trade of a car that I was unsure would even get me to the dealership! The gratitude I have for Marianne and all at RWB is beyond words. I now can keep my job, have a safe and reliable vehicle to have my 2 year old in and thankfully one more struggle in life I got past! My husband and I have had negative experiences with car dealerships in the past. Our experience with Red White and Blue Autos was unlike anything we had experienced before. There was no pressure. Every single person with whom we communicated was so helpful and patient with my MANY questions. It was easy to communicate through phone, text, and emails. We love our Honda CR-V, but it was really the warranties and work of the dealership that set our minds at ease. After we pay off this loan, I can easily see myself purchasing future vehicles here.

So I had an amazing experience with these guys! My motor in my subaru went bad and it had alot of issues, on Thursday it broke down, on Friday I got approved for $0 down and on Saturday I was driving my car off the lot, they are very good and they work with you and their customer service is top notch, Jennifer and Michelle are amazing! I had a very great experience purchasing my first car here! The staff was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process of the pre approval and buying the car. I was interested in looking at two cars and I was allowed to test drive them before making my decision to really get a feel for the cars. Paperwork was done online and was fast and simple! The service I received from Melissa at RWB was fantastic. I called the night before I picked up my vehicle and she worked quick to get my paper work through. The vehicle I was getting didn’t even have pics online yet and she made it a point o get a couple so I can see it. From the service to the down payment was tremendous from them all.
My wife and I bought a car last April. It was nice outside and we were using the air conditioning, which worked fine. October comes around and it’s getting cold let outside so I go to turn on the heat and it did not work. It was blowing cold air. So we call in only to be told it was working fine for them and we were no longer covered under the warranty. So pretty much they were telling us they couldn’t be bother with it.We bring the vehicle in to get serviced and find out it needs a HVAC box replacement which is 2000$. They most definitely knew the heat was not working before they sold the vehicle to us. Now we are stuck with a 20,000$ payment plan and a vehicle that needs 2000$ worth of work.
The easiest and fastest experience I’ve ever had. I originally applied because my family needed a second car so I applied mid morning and was approved and signing paper work that night to test drive and pick up my car the next morning ! Quick and easy approval. I was amazed just how fast and easy from preapproval to vehicle delivery happened. From the time I applied to vehicle delivery was within a 36 hour window. And granted I live over an hour away from the dealership and they went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle. I couldnt be happier. My Mother and I recently dealt with RWB Auto and decided on a Kia Sorento. From the first point of contact until today we have had PHENOMENAL customer service!!! Honestly the smoothest vehicle transaction I have ever had! I filled out the application online, got approved by the next day. Picked out my vehicle and had it delivered TWO DAYS later. My credit is not the greatest by any means and I was able to get a gorgeous vehicle from them and the payments are average for those even with no credit issues. I can have auto payments biweekly or monthly so I never have to worry about being late again(which happens because I’m super forgetful!) I definitely recommend RWB auto!

This is the fourth time we have purchased a vehicle from red white and blue !! We absolutely love the staff, the customer service, the warranty that comes with the vehicle and the piece of mind you get when you purchase a vehicle from them!!! They put pride into there business and I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle again !!! Well 2 weeks after I purchased this vehicle I had a major issue with the vehicle it was in there garage for 3 weeks and the general manager decided that he was gonna let me get a different vehicle because there was no way of knowing how long it was gonna be in the garage . So I told him what I was interested in and he went above and beyond to get me the vehicle that I wanted !!! With no hassle and drove off the lot with it the same day !!! Best dealership ever !!! This is our second vehicle from them and it’s always a fantastic experience! The 30k warranty is icing on the cake for me. As long as you pay your Bill and take care of the vehicle this place will do everything in their power to keep you going. If you have below average credit and don’t want the judgment because we all know, life happens, this is the place to go. This place and the staff are WONDERFULL!!! Ive been trying to get a car for over a year now and Ive been turned down by everyone because I dont have enough credit and I dont have a cosigner. Red White and Blue Autos accepted me and got me in a gorgeous car within 2wks of my application!! I didnt even need a down payment or a cosigner! Plus they offer great incentives such as oil changes, inspections, etc. If you need a car and have not so great credit, you are low on cash for a down payment, and you cant get a cosigner, this is the place for you!! SOLD US A LEMON! We got a car from them and a few weeks later it needed to go into the shop. They said it was an engine problem. The car has been in there for 2 months. During them 2 months red white and blue had us continue to give them payments on the car knowing we didn’t have the car. they wouldnt help us with some type of rental until we got the car either. they told us we have to pay 4,000 to get out of the lease from the LEMON they gave us!! That car is the only way for my boyfriend to get to work because he works out of state monday to friday. I originally made a review on them and they called my boyfriend and said if i take down the post they will pay ONE car payment for us. And thats only because i made a bad review!! We have payed soo much money to get him rentals for all week long for 2 months. once he picked up the car from the shop 2 months later it was okay at first, when he was almost home it started acting up at the red light like it was gonna stall. And now the car says “engine power reduced”. He couldn’t take the car back to the shop right away because he had our baby in the car with him..But i do not recommend.

If you want to be robbed of your hard-earned money, then Red White and Blue is the place for you! My friend was just sold a car that they sold to someone else for $13,999 two years ago and they sold it to him for $16,999 after the prior lessee put 20,000 miles on it. What a bunch of crooks! The car is worth about $8,000. I warned him they would rip him off, but he didnt listen. Dont go here thinking these people are trying to help you because they are not. They are crooks.

This is an amazing company. Like so many other people you never plan to miss a payment but things happen. I actually ran into some pretty bad financial issues and got behind a lot. They worked with me allowing me to make extra payments every week until I was able to catch up. I have bought two cars here before and they where wonderful no problem at all got new car nothing but problems had to have the brake hubs on each side replace and then there check engine is in then off. So I called took it to the place I was told and they said RWB is not going to pay for it. I been telling them about the issue since I got the car but no one remember it. I think I got a lemon. Hope I dont need to put anymore money into this vehicle.
We got a 2016 ford focus. The first 24 hrs we had it it went into the shop. It was the oxygen censors. Red white and blue fixed that. Had small issues with it. The 4th month it broke down, the motor went in it, we asked if we could just get another car. Kept getting the run around. Red white and blue fixed it. Got it back on a monday that thursday it broke down again. We again asked several times fora vehicle i can count on for work cause apparently i couldnt count on this one. The motor went in it again. It got towed to a ford dealership, they had it a month, still didnt do anything to it. Me getting fed up cause i had that car less than 6 months and they kept giving me the run around about another car. Kept making excuses. Managers were never available to talk. This was effecting my job and my pay. When i finally told them i dont want it back cause i cant trust it for my job, i got a letter in the mail stating they repoed it, are not going to fix it now and send it to auction, and the remaining balance is gonna go against me. Which is complete bull. They couldnt do what they could to keep a customer happy and safe to get to work by letting me get another vehicle. Instead they disappointed a customer that never missed a payment. Very disappointing. Will never tell anyone to go to them for a vehicle.
To start, the staff was fantastic. Super friendly but very professional. I’m not sure if she would want me to mention her by name, but the woman that helped me was superb. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and empathetic to my current situation. Top notch. If you go in, her desk is to the right. I’ve never been to a car dealership quite like this. I was in & out with a car in a half hour. That’s pretty much unheard of. A first for me. I’ve typically spent 3-4 hours at a dealership. So that was a plus. There is also an extensive inventory to choose from, so there’s a good chance of finding something you like. Unfortunately most of them have higher mileage and overall their vehicles are more expensive. However, they are providing a unique service and I got the impression they are willing to work with a lot of people who would have trouble getting a conventional car loan. I would recommend them.

This was by far the easiest time I have ever had to purchase a vehicle. The girls in sales were a huge help. Very knowledgeable staff. Even with my less (and i mean less) than perfect credit they got me the car i wanted at a price i could afford with very little money down. I didnt even have to go to the dealership. I completed the online application (sunday night) and had an offer the next morning. The vehicle was delivered at a time that worked for my schedule. Havent had a problem with red white and blue itself but the car I picked itself has problems from the factory been in the shop more then my old car was in 5 years and Ive had it under 2 years battery cable was defective dumped the whole coolant system while driving with no warning this has not been a good car
My wife and I got a car from here a month ago. Put on less than 2000 miles on a 2015 Chevy Equinox. We already have to have it put in the garage for a burning smell. We are now out of a vehicle for three days while we have to continue to pay there extremely high bi-weekly payments and pay out of pocket for a rental. I wouldnt suggest Red White and Blue Auto to anyone. Its outrageous that they dont provide rentals for people a month in on there lease. I could see if I was a year in on the lease. But I literally made my second payment yesterday and Im already without a car. Please do not send your friends or family to Red White and Blue Auto. Starting to think they only have lemons.

I have been a customer of RW&B since January 2018. I had a 2005 Saturn ION and the car had no issues the whole time I had it. The inevitable happened, a CAR ACCIDENT. Even though my damages looked minor the insurance ruled it as a total loss. I was afraid and scared thinking i was without a car and I called red white & blue, Melissa and Kathy both were nice and comforting in my situation they took care of me fast and by the next day 8 am they were calling me telling me all the good news that I was going to be able to get a 2014 Chevy Cruze. They are great they processed our paperwork very quickly and had our car delivered to our home a day an a half later and we love it. It has a 30 month/ 30,000 mile warranty, free oil changes and inspections till June 2025. I cant say enough great things about them.

Just purchased my first car through Red White and Blue Autos. I submitted my application for pre-approval and heard back almost immediately. When it was time to complete the next step Michele was so helpful in explaining everything step by step. I did almost the entire process online with the help of Michele on the phone if I needed help. - Doing this all online was so much easier and way faster than in person, and I absolutely love it. Please keep online an option after the pandemic is over. - After everything was done and I was ready to pick up my car, I signed a few papers and was out on the road in less than 30 minutes total. Everyone knows that buying a used car can be a bit of a gamble. With Red, White and Blue it was a winning bet.I was looking for a van to use as a work vehicle and found a great deal on a Chrysler mini van, and bought it off the lot same day. Unfortunately sometimes little things can go wrong and I ended up having some issues with the vehicle as I drove it home to Seward. I called Marcus and Toby at RW&B and with no questions asked they said they would take care of any issue and they didnt leave me hanging. They were solid and simple to work with, no double talk or run around, very straight forward. They worked with my local mechanic and payed for the repair with no fuss. I didnt have to lift a finger they took care of everything. In a time when its easy to be put on hold and forgotten about, these gentlemen took care of business the old fashioned way, up front and honestly. Even though RW&B Autos Inc was located some distance from me I was able to use their very friendly website to find a vehicle to purchase. The listings gave all the pertinent information about each vehicle that was easy to find and understand. Once I decided on which auto I was interested in my sales rep (Jennifer) was fast getting me the approval and then the terms of the loan. The paper work was easily done on line through email. I didnt spend HOURS waiting around a dealership. Due to the distance I chose to have my GMC Terrain delivered (At NO charge to me). The driver text me when he was 1/2 hour away and arrived right on time. I have NEVER had an easier time purchasing a vehicle from the beginning to end. They report to all 3 credit bureaus which is allowing me to rebuild my credit. The purchase also includes oil changes/state inspections for the life of the loan. Anything that should happen to my Terrain there are specific numbers to call for assistance/guidance. NO other dealer I have ever worked with has ever offered these services. In fact once I have purchased an auto it was as if they never even heard of you after the sale and you drove off the lot. To say RW&B Auto has gone above and beyond my expectations is an understatement.

First off let me say this place made buying a vehicle so much easier than most dealerships. They have a great selection of vehicles. I was looking for AWD or 4WD and they had about 40 different models to choose from. Most of the work we did was through emails making it a breeze, much better than sitting at a dealership for hours on end. The staff was amazing and patient and really wanted to help get me approved. I thought I was never going to get a car that can get me and my kids around and one I feel safe in. The feelings amazing!
This was the best choice I made to go here. They were very helpful and kind. And the van I got is pretty nice. I got it on Friday and so far it’s been doing good. Have to call service in the morning because the back tire has a flat spot so it makes nose when I’m driving. But all in all my family is happy with it. Even the kids because they are not Cramped in a little space. A lil sad that the window done roll down but it’s fine. Thank you red white and blue for being so kind and helping us out.
Getting my car here was the best decision I’ve made. I usually hate car shopping but they made the process quick and easy. Everything was done online and they even delivered my car to me. I have less than perfect credit but they got me into a car that’s affordable and I love it.

Really love the white chevy Cruze we got from RWB the Delivery driver was very respectful, and a joy to talk to. RWB is the best car lot ive delt with, people please look at there cars. They dont push you to buy but they do work with you.Nothing beats getting your car Delivered to your front door😃
The cars are junk , we had to get 2 motors changed they told us it was a new motor and come to find out its not , the car had problems since day 1 and kept leaving us on the side of the road they brought the car to the shop to tell me theres nothing wrong with it and I had to pay for the towing and go pick it up an hour and half away.. Now the transmission went out and ofcourse we have to get it towed to a garage for them to tell me that the transmission is junk waiste of my time and money were told its not under warranty so we have to pay out of pocket!! Unbelievable!!!

Staff went above and beyond to do what they could to get me approved for as much as they could. They answer you very promptly. They were very polite and helpful. It only took two days of communication and verification, started late Friday afternoon and picked my car up Saturday. The vehicle was so clean. It was a very quick process picking the vehicle up. I couldn’t be happier with the vehicle or my decision to choose to go there. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car.

David the driver was very thorough and patient and answered all my questions and encouraged me to take my time test driving my new vehicle! I didn’t feel rushed or pressured and they delivered my car to my office which was an added convenience! 2022-07-03Just bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee yesterday, definitely love it! Red white and blue auto made the buying process super easy and quick! My son has medical issues and his specialist are all the way in Philadelphia. My previous car was not reliable at all , so it was critical we found a reliable vehicle ASAP. Also, I never had to wait for a return call or be placed on hold during the transaction. 2022-04-27Red, White, and Blue is absolutely AMAZING!! If you are in the market for a used vehicle, don’t think twice about using them! Just do it! I live about an hour and a half away from the dealership and not once, did I have to drive out to them. I work the exact same hours that they are open. Makes for a very difficult experience. Well, not with them. We did everything over the phone, texting, emailing, and then they even delivered my car to my house! I’ve dealt with buy here pay here dealerships before and they were ALL, AWFUL!! Even the driver that dropped off my new car was amazing. He was so polite and informative. It literally couldn’t have gone smoother. I’m so happy with my purchase and don’t regret a single decision. If you’re still reading this trying to decide what to do, STOP!! My credit isn’t the best but they worked with me to help finance a car and now I’m driving a new car from them. And with the warranty they offer it’s extra comforting to know they’re still gonna be there to help and work with me. I highly recommend buying from them.

2021-12-25I went from walking to driving in no time. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful in making sure that I got the vehicle that I wanted. She was also very helpful when it came to crossing the T’s and dotting the I’s on all of the paperwork. The website is very easy to navigate.
