Bought a washer and dryer 3 and a half years ago for $150 each. Still working great. Their warranty was good. Came to fix the dryer within the time frame for free. No problems since then!
I just recently brought a fridge from here less than 30 days ago this fridge does not work they already been to my house three time trying to fix the problem they than gave me another fridge that still does not work properly i do not recommend this place. 300$ down the drain and still need to get a new fridge. Word of advise never purchase used items for important appliances in your home.
They had a washer that could fit in my basement and when there was a problem someone came out to fix it .
Wish I could give 0 stars. This place is a total scam. They sold me a stove that didnt work and is missing the center burner plate. They also sold me a dryer that never worked properly and has required numerous repairs and it has been close to impossible to get them out for. Save your self the headache and the wasted money and go somewhere else.
Had a good experience purchasing a gently used oven and refrigerator. Delivery as quick as same-day with A 3 month warranty for repairs. Be mindful there are no refunds so only repairs within that 3 months.
I Googled used Refrigerators and this place was the first result and only 15 min away so I gave it a shot. He carries a wide range of options ranging from fair condition to excellent with pricing from $100 to $1000.I required a fridge deep enough to accommodate three 22 1/2” mixing bowls for my fledgling fresh dog food business, and lo and behold he had one fridge that fit the need. I paid the man $270. It was clear at the time of purchase that there are no refunds but every appliance came with a 90 day warranty meaning that if there was an issue, they would attempt to fix it, and if they couldnt they would replace it.We slid it into my SUV, I took it home, plugged it in and after 4 days of running on max cold I couldnt get the freezer temp below 30° and couldnt get the fridge temp below 40°. So I called and Mr Reyescame out with an assistant two days later. Apparently, after moving a fridge, which requires tilting and laying it flat, you have to wait two hours before plugging it in to allow the refrigerant oil to settle to the bottom of the system. He emptied the system of refrigerant, then he had to replace a regulator which required blow torching, soldering, and some pretty serious appliance repair skills. After an hour and no charge, my fridge is now running at a solid 33° and the freezer is at 0°.This place is cheap, the owner is a rockstar, they keep their promise, honor their warranty, and deliver grade A skillful repair service when needed.Big thumbs up for this store.
Don’t do business with this store. A piece of junk. I bought refrigerator and not even 2 months use and its not cold. They refused to fixed and will charge for the service.STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
Reasonably priced used appliances. Bought a stacked washer/dryer unit and paid to have them install it for me. I live on the second floor of a row house, with narrow stairs and halls. They took out the old unit and installed the replacement in no time. Paid with a card and got a receipt.
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!! I didn’t have my washer & dryer no longer then 6 months an they both broke on me. The warranty only last 3 months just enough time for you to wash a couple loads before it break down. The lady that answer the phone is rude & very Unprofessional. I will never go here again or recommend it to anybody I know
My refrigerator came quick n i was happy with their service but with my dryer Ive been getting the run around and a couple lies. I bought it on Tuesday they said delivery was Wednesday its Thursday. They said it would be here by 7 we see.
I got a fridge from these guys for $350 that never worked. They came to fix it once and tried to charge me when it still didnt work. A few months later I had to go to home depot for a new working fridge. Not worth it!!
If I could, I would give no stars. This business is a rip-off - stay away. Bought a refrigerator and it stopped working after two weeks. Company replaced the first refrigerator with a second one that stopped working after 2 months. Ignoring calls and becoming nasty when confronted. Go somewhere else.

Stack washer dryer/ refrig, now deep freezer. Theyre AWESOME! Fair pricing, delivery men are great and hook up everything. Theyre my GO TO. GO!
Prices are good and products work well great customer service if your appliance break and you call them they send someone out to service it within 24hours great people
When I walked in the gentleman greeted us and took care of us tested my Appliance made sure it worked I got an electric dryer and was extremely happy with my purchase he was kind and courteous
Brought a pretty good looking used stove. The oven worked right up to the day the warranty expired. They never came out to look at it or nothing. Done with that place!!
I brought a dryer from here and it didn’t last a year. They want to charge me just as much to fix then I paid for it!

We talked about a delivery for today, which they kindly agreed to after over 2 hours of waiting. I was told it would be Monday and this is after I had to contact them.

I called this store with a lot of respect and the person who attended me was neither pleasant nor professional how costumer service she seemed to be offended by me asking about the owner and it was only to talk about merchandise that he had told me he had and I was interested in buying at that time and she said Im the owner too, you can talk to me and she started laughing mockingly because she didnt even understand why I especially wanted to talk to the man. I felt discriminated against and believed that I was doing something wrong because of her ridicule. I do not recommend that business for the reason that what happened to me will not happen to it 😞 it was very sad to hear a young woman make fun of a lady for a simple question 😞

2022-03-25Very satisfied. Purchased a fridge here years ago and it is still chugging, and recently purchased a washer and dryer. While there was an issue with the washer, but one phone call and the repair was made two days later.Friendly folks, good selection, and reasonable prices for the appliance and delivery. Will shop again.

2022-03-23We went to buy a dryer and were helped by a very nice woman. She showed us all of the gas dryers, we chose one with delivery, and itll be here tomorrow! Great service and great prices. Ive shipped here before and Ill definitely go back when I buy my deep freezer. They have a 90 day warranty on which theyll come out and service or replace your appliance. Great store.

2022-06-13I won’t purchase from here again! Great prices and super helpful when you first make a purchase. But if something goes wrong with your appliance they won’t care! I purchased a refrigerator and a dryer from there. Great prices. After 4 months the refrigerator stopped working I called for a repair I was willing to pay for, they rushed me off the phone, took my number never called. I called back same treatment and I called again. They never came to repair it and I got a guy off Angi to do the repair he said the motor was bad, the parts are bad and there was a leak. I needed a new refrigerator. They clearly know some items are junk or they would come and repair it! I was upset, had to pay Angi $250 and they couldn’t repair my $500 appliance and now I still need to buy another one.

2022-04-06Hello Good people.I ordered a Stack washer and dryer from this place and have never experienced worse service anywhere. They took my money, came up with delivery excuses, when they finally delivered they tore the banister going to the second floor right off the wall and said they would not repair or pay for repair, the reason they gave was it was loose. They delivered the washer to the wrong apt. and took a week to take to the right tenant in the same building. I finally got my money back after dealing with a very argumentative and disrespectful fast talking woman doing sales. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy and fortunately I dont have enemies. STAY AWAY FROM REYES APPLIANCES.

2021-06-27It’s not the prettiest/fanciest store but, the staff are friendly and super helpful and the prices are great. Purchased stacked washer dryer for less than any other used appliance store and it was delivered next day (delivery charge was half what other stores wanted also). No issues with the machine and it came with 90 day warranty

2022-08-18First purchase was great a refurbished refrigerator (delivery guys needed more training/staff) item lasted four almost five years..not bad for $160.00 went back recently to purchase a refurbished washer it died after two cycles and I have been unable to contact the store phone always busy ..

2020-12-24Great customer service! I couldnt go to the store. The lady that answered the phone was very nice. Asked what I wanted what color and size. She picked out a good used washing machine for me. Price was fair. It was delivered and installed. Broken one taken away. 3 years still works excellent. I would buy from Reyes Appliances again!! Thank you!!
