I was very pleased with my appt,I didnt have to wait long,my cleaning was explained to me,I very comfortable in their care.
I see Dr Kayla Richardson and Absolutely Love her! I had had some not so good experiences there. My new Dr was Dr Kayla Richardson and to my surprise she has turned out to be one of the Best doctors I’ve ever had! She’s young and Excited to be a doctor which is SO refreshing. She’s very thorough and concerned about your health and makes you feel like your a member of her own family. She will send you for tests and actually discuss what comes back herself. And, talks about the results in terms you understand which I Love. Also, if you call in with questions about your visit or medications she gets back with you quickly. If, your looking for a doctor and one who really cares about her patients make an appointment with Dr. Kayla Richardson!! She’s Great!!
I have been struggling to find a dentist that genuinely cares about my teeth and situation. I wasn’t able to get in as a patient anytime soon and I’m in excruciating pain. Went to two other dentists that told me my tooth was cracked. Came here and they showed me that my sinuses were basically touching the roots of my teeth. I was prescribed antibiotics immediately. The hygienist (I’m so sorry i can’t remember it was either Christine or Chrystal) was absolutely amazing and I look forward to this process they’ve started me on. Although I’m in pain I feel like I’m in good hands. Thank you so much river valley health.
Very satisfied with service. DDS was upfront with all my extractions. Talked to me about if I was in pain.
My visit was a walk-in for a Covid Booster shot. I only waited about 5 minutes. The nurse was very efficient and professional. I was out the door in 10 minutes. Definitely the place to go.
The security guard is very rude and unprofessional. He sits right in the opening of the office on his phone watching movies drinking Pepsi all day. I asked for a mask he looked up at me and looked right back down at his phone. I thought maybe he didn’t hear me so asked again. He blatantly ignored me. I then walked in and I asked if he is always this rude and the door screener said, “Yes, sorry.” She apologized multiple times for his behavior.
Nicole, the dental navigator was so friendly, informative and a pro at wrangling my 13 month old and vanishing and examining his teeth! Definitely glad I took him to River Valley.
Dr. Dangle and her staff are very kind and helpful. She listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions and offered solutions. She and her staff are wonderful and I highly recommend them.
It was ok the Dr was very polite but I couldnt really get across that my feet n ankles killing me they tell me only to take ibuprofen and Tylenol . Was hoping maybe to guide me elsewhere.but they did not
RVH has been coming to my daughters’ school all year long and they absolutely love it. It has been incredibly convenient considering my busy work schedule and not having anyone else to take them when I’m out of town!
Always professional, excellent medical service, very friendly staff, very attentive to patient needs, and great doctors. I would highly recommend that anybody go here as their primary Care doctors.

Since the rebuild of RV, its now a One stop shop, got your MDs, dentists, chiros and everybody in between! I would recommend it to everyone!

Just retired and had to change providers. Contacted insurance company and found RVHDC was listed. Called and was able to be seen that afternoon and I knew the doc and staff there. Quick,friendly, staff and service. Great experience all around. Thanks!!
Scheduled my appointment online 30 minutes prior to going for my Booster vaccine. I didnt have to wait in line at checkout. Very short wait. The guy that gave me my shot was very nice, never felt the shot.
I always get very good service at River valley health and dental. Ive never had an issues no long wait times doctors and nurses and dentists are always professional
If you need behavioral health treatment do not go to Dr. Cruz-Luna. I went to her because my psychiatrist has retired. I have been treated for many years for mental health issues. I have been diagnosed and successfully treated with medication and therapy. I went to her to continue that treatment that worked for me for 20 years. She decided that I didn’t have what 2 psychiatrist diagnosed me with and sent me on my way telling me I’m depressed. She gave me meds that I got before my diagnosis. I get depression when I don’t have medication. I was desperate for help and she pretty much pushed me out the door. She did make sure I knew how to dial 911 in case I wanted to harm myself. Please do not go to this Dr. if you want professional help and understanding. She drew a conclusion of my mental health needs by looking at the meds I have been prescribed the past 10 years. Are you kidding me. She had no interest in anything but that. I expected so much more from someone that claims they are a psychiatrist. I wasted my time and hers. I now need to wait until I get an appointment with a psychiatrist that cares about and that’s educated on mental health.Dealing with not having my medication is awful. Her demeanor wasn’t caring. I believe I was wasting her time. She made me feel like I was making up my mental health symptoms. I wish I didn’t need care from any psychiatrist but the truth is , I do. I would not make up a condition just to get medication. I need that medication. If she would have read some of the records from my psychiatrist she might understand. So if you want compassion and an educated diagnosis DO NOT go to Cruz-Luna
Not bad doctors, just bad management. More about turnover, than a patients concerns. Not at all interested in how dangerous it is to make a mental/behavioral health patient switch between multiple doctors, psychiatrists, and mess up their entire therapy. Drove me into a spiral and almost cost me to relapse. Nice building, but no concern.
The express care center comes in handy, and theyre alright for childrens medicine. Other than that, in the 5 years Ive been a patient at River Valley, Ive not had quality care. One physician assistant sent me for a bunch of tests, and then misdiagnosed me. The issue persisted, so I told my mom what was going on and she told me to drink more water. The problem was then resolved in 2 days. Ive seen several physician assistants (PA), but not one MD in the entire 5 years Ive been going here. Ive requested to see an actual doctor, but was told I had to see whomever I was placed with. Two years ago I was diagnosed with a condition, theyve still not helped me with. Im tired of tests and wanna be doctors. Google has been more helpful than the people here.
Dr. Richardson is the most amazing doctor. I dont think she accepts new patients anymore because she is the administrator. So ha ha 😝 you cant have her!ANYWAYS, the womens health staff are kind, helpful, thorough, and discreet. They really put in the effort to make sure you feel comfortable.Dental service stole my tooth and I didnt even know. I was sitting there still waiting for my tooth to get pulled.I used to be very skeptical. I always referred to this center as the Medical, Dental, Steak, and Oil Change I figured since there is such a variety of specialties, the quality of care would be deluded. The reality is, these departments are equipped with knowledgeable doctors that are good at their field of medicine. Supplying all this in one location is helpful and convenient.
I love my Dentistry work,they take there time and do good work! Patti or Patricia is my Dentist 4 years,( No Complaints)! My Doctor was Karen Petterman,whose retired now),Preferably my new Dr. will be as thorough as she had been since 2007. God bless us all!
I have going to river valley health and dental for years and it’s a very nice place with friendly people and service and keep their business clean and help anyone in need of the Covid shot at all But personal i go cause the people are nice and so is the service and they keep their business clean
I want to give an enormous thank you to Dr Patty and her staff for continuing excellent care of my dental needs. I have terrible anxiety when it comes to dentistry. Dr Patty is the only dentist to ever make me feel not ashamed and that gave me the courage to follow through with the appointments needed to restore my smile! Great place for a one stop health care check up. After another great visit I can’t say anything was wrong with the experience Professional, prompt and kind are the only words that I can think of.
My experience with my initial doctor was normally very useful and I felt the level of care was sufficient. However, since he has moved on, I have been assigned to a new doctor who would not assist me with the medical issues and the pain I am having for 8 months due to my terminal issues. Not only has the medical care changed, but I have been trying to contact anyone by phone to no avail. Even left the message for a call back but its been weeks and no one has called back. Dont bother trying to get anyone to answer the phone during business hours as they dont answer the calls and I know someone has to be available at least 20 seconds of the day to make an appointment??? All representatives are currently busy my arse....

I always feel listened to, ND taken care of to the best of someones abilities, and I get a LOT of services done here - healthy, dental, reproductive health, AND chiropractic services. Everyone does such a 10/10 that I never even loathe going to the doctor. Its just so simple and easy and friendly here.
When I went in to get some information about my follow up COVID vaccination, the staff was very professional and knowledgeable about my situation.They had me in and out within 15 minutes and there wasnt any problem with receiving the 2nd shot even though I have gotten the 1st shot several months before. Alls well, thanks again.
Thi facility is awesome! They are kind, attentive and respectful. They work with you to find a convenient appointment. The dentist and dental techs were all friendly and professional. The other thing that matters to me is cleanliness. The staff is meticulous. All the rooms, including the restrooms, are always sparkling clean. I have referred 3 people there so far.
Quick & easy ability to schedule my COVID booster shot online. Completed some paperwork at arrival and was seen within a few minutes of my appointment time. Pleasant experience overall.

I walked in this morning (11-15-21) to inquire about receiving a Moderna Booster shot. Less than a half hour later was on my way, with my shot! I was very pleased with the service I received, especially considering I had never been there before. Thank You

Right now I would give river valley health and dental 10 Stars because I have my family doctor that I have had since the late 80s and he retired in the early 2000s and havent found another family doctor like him. He wasnt very old when he retired and wish she wouldnt have because I went a while trying to find a good doctor like him and could not Now hes working again at River Valley Health and Dental. Hes been my family doctor again since 2017 he knows all my past health history and wouldnt want to have to find another family doctor because no one would be able to replace him. They all would have to go over my past Medical history without actually knowing me like he does. So River valley Health and Dental please dont ever let him go you guys have a very good doctor there for me. I dont mind doing telephone visits with him if thats all I have for now until the virus is under control. So as long as hes there Ill give River Valley health and dental 10 Stars. But if hes not there I dont know what kind of review I would give the health side of there Family Practice organization.Now for a review of their Dental part of their organization I give them five stars so far. Theyre the first to ever fix this one tooth of mine correct. All the other dentists that have fixed it in the past havent fixed it correctly. So now I have to just get the other three teeth of mine fixed buy them so I can give them a firm five star review
I have been going to River Valley Health and the Dental for years now. When I went to my appointment last week the dental hygienist and dentist I saw were not very professional. I am having tenderness in the tooth the dentist treated and I am a little apprehensive to go back.
Dentist was great. However the receptionist needs to get some customer service skills. I travel from Sunbury to Williamsport. My GPS had me turn off the main road way early. And the GPS was rerouting me. I ended up going to be late.I call to tell them. and the receptionist yells at me. I am sorry its out of my hands. I explain the situation. At this point Im notbyet late. But knew I would be. I wanted to make sure I could still be seen. Due to attitude and the way she talked to me. i said go ahead and cancle the appointment. She yelled at me and said as long as you are here by this time. But if its a minute after dont bother..Mam I cant promise that just cancle it.. Moments later i get a call back from.a different person. Come on up I moved your appointment to a different slot. And If your running behind thats ok to. I understand your situation, and dont worry about it. I appreciated her and the way she handled it. But the 1st one needs to learn customer service skills.
The staff & the Doctor both made me feel very comfortable. They took care of my tooth emergency quickly & professionally. Would definitely recommend.

Usually really nice, but went to urgent care and they refused to even help. I got sick off of somebody with a bad virus and their doctor tested them multiple times for covid and they were negative and I told the nurses it was negative but since my symptoms are “too similar” even though I’ve been severely ill. i get protecting staff but denying customers even when they are clearly ill.
I had an appointment with Amy today for smoking cessation .I left my daughters home and drove to Williamsport for what I was told and believed was with Amy to receive counseling and nrt products. Only to have Amy not even let me know that someone else was seeing me. And after telling Amy on the phone that I didnt want to or like telephone counseling, I am told that this person would refer me to the quit line. This clinic is terrible and lying to people just takes the cake. Rethink your decision if youre considering using this place.

I had a very good experience with Dr Patty the Dentist , she is very patient, helpful and gentle when it comes to removing a tooth or any thing else. I really appreciate her care from 1out of 10 I would give her a 10
I had to confirm a appointment 3 times. (Text,email,&finally phone call) I arrived and was told my appt was canceled. She apologized and rescheduled the next morning 8:30 a.m. I got home and hour later my phone rings its RVHDC. They say why did u reschedule another cleaning? In complete frustration I ask how do I get my tooth filled? Her response was to call daily after 2:00p.m. for a appointment. Absolutely absurd and un professional!
Was very pleased with the booster shot process. Everyone was there to make it go as smoothly as possible. If it wasnt for the 15 minute wait for a possible reaction Id have been in and out in 5 minutes.
Both the medical and dental care are personable and accomplished in their fields. I have always received excellent care there, and I will not hesitate to return.
I absolutely love Brian Webster CRNP as my provider. He cares and spends a much as time as I need with me. Serena, Philip and all the staff are amazing!! Highly recommend River Valley for all your healthcare needs!!!!
My experience overall was fantastic. Dental hygienist Kathy was very personable and kept my dentist anxiety at bay by holding conversation with me. The dentist was fantastic as well. I forget her name. The only complaint is the fact that I broke my tooth months ago. It took me nearly 2 months to get seen. Then, when I go I thought I was getting the tooth filled that day, however was told it was only an exam and xrays today. Now I have to wait until December for an appointment for my tooth to be filled. I’m not sure what’s going on with scheduling here, but it’s extremely worrisome as a patient. Does this facility take on more patients than it can handle? Do they need more dentists? I hope there’s a solution to the scheduling there soon!

I get anxious when I go to chiropractors and when Î told the nurse, she was empathetic and professional. The doctor explained everything as he did it and he was gentle. The staff at check in and out were very friendly and efficient. I would recommend this office to friends and family.
I finally got into RV Health and dental! Covid made it near impossible but finally I got in!I am so glad I did! The check in process was easy. The wait time was minimal. The staff was lovely and made me very comfortable.They gave me a comprehensive plan for care which I am elated about. Thank you RV Health and Dental! I’m excited to come back!
My appointment was for 4:45 PM and I arrived at 4:30 to sign in. I was in the waiting area for just a few minutes. I was taken to the dentist chair and was greeted with a how are you. Within a minute Dr. Pat came in to do the work on my tooth. It was drilled and filled and I was in my car by 5:05. She was very good and very pleasant. I had the same dentist for 30 years and he retired. It was hard to change to a new dentist but River Valley made it easy. I am glad my insurance company sent me to them and at 72, I found a dentist to take of my needs.
So friendly! I haven’t been to the dentist in way longer than I would like to admit and I was so nervous! I went in because I broke my front tooth in half and they were able to get me in next day and get fix my tooth! They were so nice and made me feel so comfortable. I will now be taking my children here and recommended them to my family and friends!

I went in for a shoulder issue. The people were all friendly and listened. The doctor told me the different issues it could be, explained why it wasnt certain problems. She gave me a referral to an orthopedic doctor who can further take care of me.I appreciate the knowledge, openness, and friendliness of all the staff, as well as their adherence to the Covid protocols.A good experience.
Never had any issues except trying to get in sooner on a bad tooth I need out immediately. The staff is nice The place is clean, I like my dr. cleanings seem to be short but maybe thats how they are these days. I would still highly recommend.
Went there for a pre flight Covid test and was able to get in immediately. Had to wait due to staff shortages but those who were there were wonderful! Had my results before I left the building. Thank you!
I have been a patient at River Valley dental for over five years and when the pandemic hit my appointment in March got canceled and then later I was called and it was rescheduled till September. I had a broken tooth that needed to be fixed before it got worse and I told them that. At the beginning of July I was reading through the web weekly and they were excepting new patients.my appointment was rescheduled till September I was a little upset that being a patient already I was pushed back so far. In the meantime my tooth had broken more so I called and they actually got me in within three days. I think they should have taking care of their patients that needed work done before they are excepting new patients. All of the workers there are very nice and the doctors and the dental hygienist are very nice and do a fantastic work. Thank you for getting me in.
Would have given this place a 5 star BUT yesterday I went into my normal check up apt and my awesome P.C sadly informed me she will no longer be working there come November. You made the wrong choice letting her ago and I am devastated by this news. First health care provider in years that I have felt comfortable with. She actually listened and actually cared and was never in a rush or negative mood. You lost a good one, the best one in my opinion.

River Valley Health and Dental Center gets an A+ from me! I took my toddler son to the dentist and the entire process was a wonderful experience... from start to finish. The woman that checked us in was pleasant and efficient. The dental hygienist, Debbie, was AMAZING and so good with my son! Dr. Patty was great. They had the area set up to cater to kids and didnt mind showing him things and letting him touch things. My son LOVED his first dental visit and has already asked when he gets to go back. The staff and Dentists are all very friendly and patient with their patients. I have gone here for four years and love the quality of care and compassion for your little ones as well. my son is very anxious about going to the dentist and the staff were so patient and kind with him by the time it was to go he was excited to come see the ladies in the pediatric dental area again. Contrary to the negative opinions, I had a very good experience with the staff this morning at River Valley Dental center. I havent been to the dentist in longer than I should have been, and after experiencing major tooth pain throughout the last few weeks, I walked into their office before their official opening at 7:30am. The reception was welcome and helpful and, after learning that I was in a lot of pain, they squeezed me in just before 8:00am despite being a new patient to their practice.My hygienist was friendly, had great bed-side manners and patiently explained and offered answers to the several questions I had. While my visit was unexpected, I felt extremely grateful to the staff for taking the time to help me when I needed it.
In January I had my first visit at River Valley for a covid vaccine. I was so impressed with everything, from the person that first answered the phone and so politely made sure the call was transfered to the right person, Barb scheduled the appt, to checking in and being dirrected to the next area. Unfortunately I dont remember who did the injection, but she was friendly, caring and it was totally pain free. The space used ( the dental peds area) was clean and spacious. I was impressed from start to finish.
My dental Hygienist was the best one I ever had since being a patient. Ive never had a bad experience there Dr. Patty is the best. She fixed my front tooth which was damaged from a fall when I was a pre teen and even though no one noticed it I did. She repaired a job that another dentist did. The staff there are amazing
I have been seeing Dr Patty since the dental clinic first opened. I went there once when I had an emergency many years ago and it was the only dentist that I could find to take me on short notice and she was the most amazing, kind, and wonderful dentist Ive ever been to!!! The rest of the staff is always friendly and on point with everything! I cannot say enough good things about this establishment!!!

Excellent dental care by Dr Patti Bozza & her assistant/staff. If youre having a problem they will find a way to work you in & handle the issue in a prompt, professional manner. Very grateful to have such a kind & compassionate dentist.
I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Due to COVID-19, I was screened at the door. The waiting area was set up for social distancing, and properly worn masks were required. My exam and cleaning were performed efficiently by a hygienist and a dentist, both of whom wore required PPE. COVID aside, I have been coming here for 4 years and would never consider going elsewhere. The staff is professional yet friendly. And the billing office is willing to work with payment scheduling.
River Valley Health & Dental has the best staff. Right from reception, nurses, physician, financial/biling, pharmacy and transportation department. Very kind and helpful staff throughout. My elderly parents was seen too right away and all possible assistance was provided to them smoothly. My heartfelt Thank You 🙏 to all of them.
The service was professional and of excellent workmanship. They seem to have an efficient system. Although I personally enjoy a little more individuality and less of a conveyor belt feeling. However since I suffer dental fear I do appreciate their efficient time factor and I appreciate their policies on paying my bill as well. I would advise my friends to try them.

The staff and providers are knowledgeable and very professional without being stuffy. I first began seeing Dr Piotrowski, the Chiropractor, because his hours worked well with my work schedule. Ive now transferred my medical care to one of the excellent Nurse Practitioners, and will be scheduling with one of their dentists in the near future. I also use their pharmacy, so its truly one-stop shopping. I love it.
I was so happy with my care from Brian Webster. He was more invested in my health during an express care visit than my actual specialist. Thankful for the care I received!
Some of the staff is disrespectful. Told two different things one over the phone n then when I get there. One doctor I felt like she really didnt look at my daughter or check my doctor out all the way. Have had issues with this place for a long time I mean her doctor is great with her but its other doctors n the staff that has me looking elsewhere for care for my child
I have only experienced the dental office. Check in staff most of the time- not always very friendly. We (the boys and I) love the hygienist that we have met, only schedule with her. Peds dentist is great! Check out staff most of time, are friendly and very helpful.
I love my doctor!! Dr. Jones is the best doctor I have ever had. He always listens to all of my concerns and health needs. Also the nurses and the staff are great in person and on the phone! ! I would never ever choose another provider or office. Nothing but positive vibes and great people at River Valley Health.
Dr. Bozza is excellent. In 28 years of my life she has provided the best experience you can get in a dentist office. No pain whatsoever and the fillings I’ve gotten have been perfect so far.
I was throughly impressed. Never even realized the place was there. All the staff was super friendly. I wish I knew the ladies name who signed me in and checked me out because they were sweethearts. Let me know everything they have to offer. The doctor was great too. She was thorough and when we were done asked if I had any questions about anything she didnt ask. I will be using this facility for the foreseeable future. My kids as well.
I absolutely love coming down to any appointment that my family has! The doctors and the staff there are amazing. I have had trouble with one check out person she made a Inappropriate comment about a situation we were in and it was breaking the Hippa law!! I never did anything about it because she did call and apologize but it still sticks in my head my husband and I were really embarrassed and very thrown off by her actions!! But otherwise this place is amazing!!! I am allowed in both offices with the children’s dental and the medical part!

Dr. Leung was a fabulous doctor for my daughter, and the other health care workers at this facility all did a great job. Unfortunately, this office has the worst office staff of any medical practice I have seen or heard of. It is nearly impossible to contact the office by phone unless you have 20-30 minutes to wait on hold, the people answering the phones are rude and often make mistakes, and most recently they delayed sending medical records and wouldnt update me about it until I threatened to report them to the Health Department. We will miss Dr. Leung very much, but we are overjoyed to not have to deal with this awful office ever again.

Not a single gripe they were amazing!!! Dr. Bartlows nurse and himself were very thorough, kind, caring, professional, and just downright SWEET. They both took the time to listen to me even though they were behind and busy and they gave me time and courtesy which is getting rare in the healthcare field anymore.
I have just started to come here with my new insurance. I had a tooth that broke off half way, they got me in right away to Dr, Patti( she had a cancelation). I have had the best treatment. The staff has been working with another problem tooth, they are very caring and Dr. Patti is also great. She is concerned about how I am feeling. I am so glad my insurance sent me here. Would recommend to anyone!
My doctor is excellent, the nurses are caring and attentive, and the reception staff is always friendly! However, when checking out and scheduling some other appointments I was asking questions about where to go and what each appointment was for and the receptionist was annoyed with my lack of knowledge about the hospital and what the appointments were for. I’ve never had an ultrasound, bloodwork done, or been to the main hospital for anything and it was inappropriate for her to be annoyed with me for asking simple questions. I also am not impressed with how long it took to get my lab results back, especially after calling everyday for a week. Everyone I spoke too at the front desk couldn’t get me any information, were unwilling to transfer me to someone who could and I had to call the after hours nurse in order to get any information sent to my doctor about wanting my results ASAP. After speaking to the after hours nurse I got my results the next morning 1 minute after the center opened. This tells me that my messages were not being given to my doctor or her nurses which shows a blatant lack of concern for my healthcare from the reception desk.
The experience getting my vaccine could not have been better. Everything was organized, clean, and friendly. The nurse administering the shot was the best!

Not disability-friendly. Scheduled an appointment for my 5 year old son. Went in on the day of and when they saw that he has Down Syndrome, they refused to treat him. I was planning on scheduling an appointment for my younger child, but now none of my family will be going here. Would give 0 stars if possible.

They always let me in the room any time my kids go back to the pediatric dentist to get any and all work done. The dental staff are very nice and we never wait to long until we are called back. They dont lecture you hardly about cavities and the kids seeing the pediatric dentist get laughing gas if they need dental work which, really calms their nerves and makes the experience go a lot easier. I definitely recommend Dr. Devan and the office for kids.
Provides a very kid-friendly environment even for children not being seen for an appointment. Staff are friendly and professional. They also provide access to specialty care for people who are on Medicaid. River Valley provides a much needed service to our area.UPDATE-we were told that my grandson needed extensive dental work that would require anesthesia. We were thrilled to find River Valley Health & Dental. Hes had some of the work done (much of what we were told was exaggerated) with only local anesthesia. When I asked him what the difference was, he said, Theyre just so nice. The girl who helped the dentist even talked about Pokemon with me. She plays it too. Thank you River Valley!
Excellent care in both the dental & chiropractic departments.Just be advised they require you to confirm your appointment by 2:00 the day before. The problem with this is, its nearly impossible to get through to someone and they dont always return your call. I suggest you try calling 2 days before, just to be on the safe side.
Made my appointment, showed up and checked in with my child clearly sitting beside me. Then we wait a half hour until my name gets called. Went to walk back and the woman said I couldnt go because I had my daughter with me. The check in lady couldnt have told me that so I didnt sit there and wait a half hour for nothing? The receptionist I made my appointment with couldnt have mentioned it on the phone so I would have known to take her to a sitter? Ridiculous. Guess Ill now have to take ANOTHER day off work.

I am a new patient. The registration process, hours of operation, quickness to be seen as a new patient were fantastic. The Hygienist was welcoming and good. The Dentist never introduced himself. That was disappointing. He spent less than 60 seconds with me. That needs evaluated.

I was there for a cleaning. I was not pleased with the service I received from the hygeniest. She did not use a apron when taking x rays, she did not give a final floss. It was like a rush through. However I do really like my Dr.Dan.
I saw Dr. Patty on Monday morning for a chipped tooth. She is very gentle when she was filling the tooth. Her Hygienist was also very nice. I came back on Wednesday morning for my scheduled appointment and had a different Hygienist and she was kinda rough when she was cleaning my teeth.
I read the reviews but thought, surely theyve changed their practice an scheduled an appt for my 4 year old and waited 40 min past the appt time. Then we get to the room, the nurse went over the chart, asked if I had any concerns then told me I can wait in the parent waiting area. I was surprised theyd expect me to leave someone so young with a complete stranger. I was very cordial when I asked her why they do that, she replied for confidentiality for the other patients, it was dirty back (there) and that eventually Id have to separate myself from my child like at school/day care. By her own admission, it was a dirty environment and she was going to have her fingers/hands in my childs mouth. No thanks.We came from a dental practice quite the opposite where we werent allowed to leave our children unattended at any time. Also I had had some issues with a crown (was supposed to be a root canal but going in found the cavity too deep) for my other child that the dentist was having trouble getting it to set on correctly. Theres no way Im going to leave my child with a total stranger or let someone else make health/dental decisions on my childs behalf. How would I know, when my child came out to me in the waiting room, what truly happened back there? With all thats going on with children being trafficked and abused, Im surprised they arent doing more to protect themselves from a liability suit.Thankfully Ive just found a dental clinic 1/2 hr away that allows parents to stay with the child.
I have been having a hard time leaving review. I make it delete it go back. The dentist that worked on my child is no longer there for some reason and thank God for that. She put a solution in my child’s teeth called SDF. With this solution comes drying and isolating area. Which she did not do. Resulting from that. The top row of my child’s teeth are black from solution. The dentist just painted it on top teeth no drying no prep nothing. Painted on and we walked out. I found it odd but trusted and shouldn’t of. Be careful
I have called this office three times and even sent a request on the website to get in to see a dentist and I have yet to receive a call back or an email. Very unprofessional and leaves me unsure if this is where I want to get my dental visits done at. May change my review depending on if I can actually get an appointment and get seen. Very frustrating

They are not knowledgeable, and they often misdiagnosed or miss a diagnosis all together. I went to there with pain in my back. I was told that it was just chronic pain. Come to find out I had ganglioneuroma cancer in my spine. I had to leave Williamsport and go to Philadelphia for cancer treatment.
The wait to get seen is typically about an hour after a scheduled appointment. Our doctor gave us some very bad information that scared us tremendously about our daughter, but when we saw a specialist we were told that information was completely false. He caused us an extreme amount of fear and emotional turmoil completely without any basis.
I was able to get the care I needed. The doctors were not overbearing and we both had ideas which were taken into consideration.Only a 4, because doctors want all control at times, but they should really listen to the patient. There is so much information out now. I can diagnose myself.
My daughter had her checkup this morning. With Dr. Steven Leung he is an amazing DR. I love his humor and the way he interacts with my children. By far the best dr for children I would recommend him to everyone.

Im not sure whats going on in this place but their pharmacy is a mess and that should scare people.My wife changed insurances and its now been a hassle to get prescriptions filled. My wife is supposed to get generic versions of 2 prescriptions. The pharmacy says our insurance only covers the name brand while the insurance company says they only cover generic.They also failed to fill one prescription and our insurance said no prescriptions were sent. Despite my wife handing them our new card, they sent them to our old insurance and still filled one but not the other.If this is how bad the pharmacy is i wouldnt recommend gambling your life with one of their doctors.I was going to start going here but now its back to looking for a new doctor cause this place must have one heck of a body count.Update:Had my own appointment there because i was forced to for a referral for a diabetic doctor. I found it weird to be lectured and prescribed medication and dosages by someone who does not specialize in diabetes. CRNP David Peterson was pretty annoying, impatient, and just interested in saying what he had to say and just being very generic and useless. I was then told to pick up my prescription on the way out and of course, it wasnt sent over yet. So we can add slow on top of that.Then despite getting the referral I needed, he still demanded I go back to see him with an update. The only reason I can think of is so he could charge my insurance for another pointless visit.Its a nice scam David Peterson and the folks over here have going. If you want to trust your health to people of his professional caliber, hey, its your funeral.
Every time I go in here, Im greeted by the same smiling faces. One in particular she sits to the left when you walk in shes so kind. Dr.Harris seems anlittle rough around the edges BUT he really is a FANTASTIC dentist. Hes very gentle and takes time to work up a treatment plan for ya. I have a few favs in there I highly recommend. Beth (Elizabeth) she does wonders on teeth cleanings. Also Sharon and Andrea those ladies lol are also wonderful. I love this clinic. Dont hesitate make an appointment and see for yourself.
Whats THAT needle for? I said, looking down at the tray. I had just handed him back the sunglasses he gave me so the procedure light wasnt blinding me... I thought we were done.Oh, said Dr. Dan. I gave you a Novocaine shot before we started drilling. I felt not a thing - and that needles not a little guy.The noble cause is one thing, but a clinic with friendly, energetic (and very competent) staff that is eager to help even the lowest of the low is unheard of. Its funny, if you grew up poor, you know social service professionals usually go by their first name - like Mr. Rob - but usually not the doctors. Dr. Dan seems to have decided differently.You wanna see the welfare lifers get up off their rear, get a job, and stop mooching? Show them they dont deserve to be unhealthy, dont deserve to be treated differently by professionals, just because they are broke. That their contribution matters.
Not worth your time. Just waited 45 minutes for the Dr. before leaving. Also Ive had to yell at them for not getting heart medication that I called in 5 days in advance. I literally went a whole day going back and forth with them and the pharmacy to get medicine. Also never leaving a voicemail with the reason except to say call us back.

I’m a college student so my academic schedule and work load is not very forgiving. It’s a good thing the folks here at a RVHD are. I’ve had to reschedule appointments last minute and they are nothing but understanding and helpful. Also Dr. Bartlow is the best doctor I’ve ever seen. I am very comfortable knowing he is my family doc.
I went here to have my wisdom teeth checked out, as well as a general check over. The assistant, Tammy, was very personable and answered all my questions with care. I was particularly impressed with the dentist, Dr. Coyner. He looked at my X-rays, and diagnosed what he felt would be problem areas-from the x-rays alone. When he took at look at my actual teeth, I heard him verify and validate everything he had said looking at the X-ray! I am so impressed with how knowledgeable Dr. Coyner is. I was referred to an oral surgeon (wisdom tooth removal) and as we discussed the options, Tammy told me not only the positives to each location, but the negatives as well. I really appreciated that kind of honesty. Im so happy with the quality of service here, and I can say for sure that I am looking foreward to my routine cleaning appointment.
Dr.Allison and her staff was very professional and they just made you feel welcome in their facility, which by the way is a walk-in clinic. So I look forward to visiting their Main Office soon.
Updated: Dr. Vanaskie and Dr. Green are gone, it is impossible to get a dental appointment (even if youve been a patient for years), getting an appointment for the pediatrician has become extremly difficult (ever since they started scheduling different), some of the receptionists are rude, one of the reproductive nurses are very opinionated (worry about your own fallopian tubes), it has become an awful place over the past couple years.

Dr. Pat, Amy and Jody all went above and beyond to help me. I do wish the clinic offered oral surgery. That’s what i need next but the closest place is 2 hours drive one way. It’s practically impossible for me but i need the work done. I have no idea what i’m going to do about that yet...but i’m incredibly grateful for the local clinic and these three very kind, very gentle, very helpful and very caring staff. They are exactly what you would want/hope for. Your smile never stops being an important part of you. Thank you Rivervalley. If you can add on oral surgery at some point, that would be really great as well!

After being with a dentist for 34 years, it was hard to start over with an other. I was greeted, had exrays and my teeth cleaned in a modern clean office. I was happy with the service and will return in 6 months.

Staff is friendly and helpful in person but whoever answered the phone today was rude, short and sounded like I was bothering her when I called. The PA I saw didnt listen to me, she cut me off every time I tried to speak. Ive been trying to get my meds straightened out but cant get anyone to call me back. Im ready to jump ship. My doctor there is great but after treatment like this, Im fed up and looking for a new doctor.
Are there ANY procedures performed at this facility? Beginning with an abscess of a wisdom tooth on July 13, 2019, I made an appointment to have it pulled. When the appointment date arrived (in late August, early September) I was given a referral to an oral surgeon in Dubois, for extraction of all my teeth. They had a facility in Philipsburg, which is closer. I made an appointment there, an had to drive out for an evaluation. At that time, an appointment was scheduled for the procedure, for which I had to gave someone take me tgere.Upon completion of that, I was told to return to the Hepburn St. facility for an exam after a month. I did so, and was referred back to the oral surgeon to get bone removed from my lower jaw. I then scedule an appointment to drive back to Philipsburg for an evaluation, set another appointment, have someone take me there and wait as in the prior procedure. The bone shaving was performed Jan 7. 2020, and an appointment given to return Jan 14 for a checkup of healing and suture removal. At the conclusion of that visit to Philipsburg, the Oral Surgeon said I should wait a couple weeks, then go get dentures. I called for an appointment to have impressions made for dentures, and was informed that dentures are not handled at that facility, but down in Lamar. However, the dentist wanted to check the healing progress (whoch the Oral Surgeon had said was fine). The appointment for that was Feb 5, 2020, at the conclusion of which I was handed a referal ti a DDS on 4th St. I now have to set an appointment with another person (at least one, probably more before anything is actually done), and still dont know, seven months later, when or where dentures will be gotten. DOES THIS FACILITY DO ANYTHING BESIDES COLLECT MONEY AND OUTSOURCE ALL THE PROCEDURES???

My experience at River Valley Health have always been professional from the administrative staff to the Doctors and nurses care. My appointments have always been administered in a timely manner, the staffing there wiil help you in any way they can including giving information on the best eateries and vacations spots around the world. 😂
The staff is absolutely amazing I have never came across someone mean in till Dr.Baines! He is awful! U cant be a recovery doctor if u really dont intend to help people!! Hes not friendly he dont listen he dont take the time out to talk about anything going on in ur life.... Its absolutely a disgrace to ur facility!!!! I had some problems at River Valley Dental. I am a paraplegic who cannot walk or stand, and I need assistance to get into a dental chair from my wheelchair. One of the women at RVD complained to me about needing to help me get into the dental chair while she was cleaning my teeth. I found her behavior to be very rude if not cruel. As a result of her abuse, I went for a long time without visiting the dentist. When my teeth started bothering me, I had to go back to RVD. I was asked to bring somebody with me to the dentist which is illegal for them to do. By law dentists must have assistance there for the disabled.Anyway, I did get my teeth cleaned at RVD recently, and they provided most of the assistance although I did bring a friend to help--something I didnt need to do.
Ive had dr. Harris at a different facility before he came here and I only want to ever see doctor Chad Harris.And Amy is very helpful also as she gave me guidance when I referred my neighbor and her children to your clinic

Went there on Friday for a cleaning and the doc said he found 3 cavities. I have been having sensitivity in my right lower canine tooth, but thats not one he said has a cavity. By Wednesdays I started having excruciating pain in my right upper teeth, where the doc said the cavities were. It continued to get worse so I went in to get an earlier appointment. Oh my appointments are not for 2 months later. I have one the Monday a week after the original appointment, but my question is why dont they have an emergency spot. They could even stay a little late to squeeze a patient in that has severe cronic pain. Looking at my molar all the way in the rear on the right side it looks bluish. Kinda like it is bleeding into the tooth. If I get bacteria in my blood I will be pissed. I am also seriously thinking of filling a lawsuit for negligence. They need to prioritize more severe patience over ones coming for a cleaning. Its like going to the ER who should go first a person who cut their hand or the person who has been shot near their heart. I think the latter.

There didint seem to be anything out of the ordinary there. Check in was normal with a short wait time. The dentist cleaned my teeth very thoroughly and was friendly. The appointment was also for an impacted molar lymph infection. Then a doctor there examined it. He found cavities, and also referred me to Geisinger Health System for surgical extractions. That appointment is tomorrow 10/30/2017.

Dr Patty Bozza is a gem! She made my fear of Dental procedures a thing of the past. She was patient and extremely gentle and I appreciate her calming demeanor. I highly recommend!!
The only thing good about this place is the financial services department that will help you find insurance. Aside from that their doctors are horrible. They will give you the bare minimum in care, if they even do that and the wont even try to address your concerns. I am the patient. If I want a CBC done to see whether or not I may have cancer then thats what a doctor should do. I have made many bad choices in the past twenty years that directly effect a persons health. I feel I may have throat cancer, but my doctor refuses to order any blood panels that can show whether or not I may be in serious trouble. So instead of doing anything to ease my mind she refused. Now if there is a real problem I will just have to sit languishing in anxiety over whether or not it exists, and wonder how much worse it will get, if it doesnt end up being too late, before I can actually get some real help from a real doctor.
I wouldnt recommend MR. Petersen if you have EVER took ANY narcotics or if you are in recovery. I merely MENTIONED pain and my back being out and he blew me off. I am on Zubsolv for an addiction, he knows that and has for two years and I know narcotics arent the answer so I wanted his opinion on what to do and got blown off like I meant nothing. I already put my stuff off for way too long. I needed it checked and got absolutely nowhere with it. JUST BECAUSE I WAS/AM AN ADDICT DOESNT MEAN I DONT DESERVE PAIN RELIEF. He is INSANE if he thinks otherwise.
This is my very first time up in this area and when I was sent to River valley its a nice place and the nurses and doctors were very kind and I look forward to going back and there hospitality was great.
This place is a joke. Rude customer service reps and apparently you dont even get to make your own decisions on dental care. Waited over a month for tooth extraction appt to find out they incorrectly scheduled it for a filling and was told I could not change the purpose of the appt? I had to cancel and reschedule but would have to wait another 2 months for a new appt.Then on top of that they scheduled me for a second appointment I didnt even know about? But claim I was given a card that said it...reality determined that was a lie.
Its always at least a 15 minute wait on hold to even speak to someone even if you call right at 8am when they open. The doctors also give up easy. Ive had medical issues for a decade, ive been going to this office for close to 5 years and still havent found the root of the issue and now every time I make an appointment my doctor acts annoyed to see me again. I go without meds for my Fibromyalgia meds because I just keep getting passed off to pain management which isnt help me at all. My first pain management doctor wrote me scripts and pretty much did nothing else unless I told him to and my new pain management doctor wrote me a script my insurance wouldnt cover and told me if I still had issues in 3 months hed look for fluid on my hips. Never mind Ive already gone 4 months having issues walking because I have rediculous joint pain along with my normal burning Fibromyalgia pain all over my body and have had nothing to relieve any of the pain. I cant bipass the doctors and see a specialist because my insurance doesnt allow it. Where is the adequate health treatment because we are not getting it here.
My last visit with Dr. Yekalo Beyene was horrible I was not treated with respect, dignity or compassion and Above all, I was not delivered care in the manner that best suits a patients needs. He barley came in the door and the first thing he said was Im not doing that he never asked me how I was doing or what was going on about why I didnt want the shot and wanted on a different medication then he threw it in my face he said you can go now I got to figure out how to return this 2000 dollar shot that you dont want that we already ordered and have. He told me to go get on methadone for 2 years and i said I dont want to get on that stuff its horrible then he said well thats my Recommendation and thats when he said you can go now. The whole meeting with Dr. Yekalo Beyene lasted about 60 seconds if that. He didnt care at all if your gonna be a recovery doctor you should care about people a little bit.
PARENTS be warned!! They do not allow parents in the room with children in the dental office!! There is NO WAY I would allow my 10 or 5 year alone in that office! (Clearances dont matter; I have seen plenty of incidents involving people who have them!) They need to provide sufficient space to accommodate parents!

I love the employees here at RVH and D center, they help calm people who fear going to a dentist and those that wouldnt have the means to take care of their dental health which is important overall to physical as well! Their are like family at River Valley Dental and Health Center!

Terrable dentists. I have had multiple appointments to check out a tooth that I was worried about. They examined the tooth twice and took x rays. Their advice was to get a mouth guard to sleep with and said the tooth was just sore. So i made an appointment at my family dentist and they are now sending me out for a root canal because the nearve seems to be dead. Not sure how these dentists could have missed this MULTIPLE times!

Good service, nice staff, short wait times mostly and 2 offices in one. Only problem really is appointments can tend to be out pretty far, luckily, the cancellation list helps shorten that duration.

Are family love going there they are all so nice and we love having the on doctor patty there she is so nice and sweet and me and all are family are happy to have her . Thanks patty and her staff keep up the good work lady’s 😊
Never have a problem at this office doctor is very courteous and knowledgeable and knows my case while Im talking to him same thing for the nurses
I love this dentist wish they would have pulled my teeth there but thats ok they where very friendly and they explained everything to me they even referred me to an oral surgeon to have my teeth pulled and they even helped set up the appointment I would recommend more people go here and as far as I know they accept most insurances
You drive over an hour to get there and they NEVER do anything but say they cant fix the tooth you want fixed. They do every other tooth thats not causing an issue. But say you can come the next day to get it fixed. REALLY??? This place is a joke!!!!

My appointments have always been with little waiting, the nurses and hygienists are professional, knowledgeable, and cordial, and the doctors and dentists have been extremely skilled and informative.
I was brought back in to the room in a timely manner and the cleaning was done in a professional manner.
I love River Valley Health and Dental! Dr. Sarah Updegraph, listens to her patients and makes them feel comfortable. She is a asset to the staff at River Valley Health and Dental!
DR. MILES IS AMAZING AND I LOVE HER AND HER NURSE TO PIECES. FIRST DOCTOR I EVER HAD THAT TREATED ME LIKE A PERSON AND GOT ME THE RESULTS I NEEDED. 🥰

2022-07-05This is a great place Dr. Richardson is the best! Dental and Pharmacy are great! Friendly and professional staff. Unfortunately when it comes to behavioral health I honestly can’t say the same thing. The Psychiatrist I used to see was great, very professional and most importantly non judgmental! Unfortunately he’s no longer there. The second one I saw just once was judge mental and after just one visit I left in tears. They got a new one who was great and I really liked her but she was ordering blood work due to lost of weight in a short time and I never received the paper to go get blood work. I was left without my medication 2 times once for 3 days the other for 5 days. The pharmacy reached out but for some reason I went without my medication during those days and without my medication I lost my job it became too much to handle without my medication and working in a toxic environment. When I finally got it I received just enough to the following appointment which is ok but when you add everything else it’s not ok. I did miss an appointment and called to reschedule then they called me to reschedule because she wasn’t feeling well, then my next appointment happened to fall on the same day that I started a new job. When I called to schedule an appointment they told me I was suspended. So I’m left to suffer on my own and I wasn’t going to talk to the lady in charge of behavior health because last time I talk to her after leaving there in tears due to the other Dr. I seen once and was very judgmental to me I was told there’s other providers out there. My jaw dropped when she said that to me. I was in disbelief that basically because I complained about the doctor I was told in other words go elsewhere!!! I loved this place and never had a problem other than that but that’s no way to treat a patient of behavioral health.

2022-05-17I went for my first visit last Friday and I enjoyed my visit.. I have PTSD and Im terrified of dentists. But the nurse amd the dentist were so nice and gentle they made me feel really calm believe it or not regardless of my really high heart rate. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family..

2022-06-13I love my Dentist Dr.P Bozza. SHE IS AWESOME !!! My tooth was cracked, had a hole in it, it was horrible. I was in so much pain. She did an amazing job and I would most definitely refer her to ANYONE!!! I’m not a fan of the dentist. But she made sure that everything was good with me and made me feel comfortable!!! And I can’t forget her dental assistant,as well. I don’t remember her name. I apologize,but she was great too!!!! YOU LADIES ROCK!!’I am pain free now!!!Thank you soooo much!!!

2022-08-23This place violated my HIPPA rights! The doctors also verbally abused me! Made false accusation about my caregiver! The only way to stop them from this kind of malpractice is to take them to court. They all should be ashamed of themselves. SEE YOU ALL IN COURT!!!

I had an appointment and no one even bothered to let me my doctor got called away for an emergency, I took time off a new job to make it and now I will get a point.. . I am looking into a new Doctors office
