Lived here for two years. The free heat is pretty hot. The free roaches are plentiful. Last year before the cameras were installed the pool house was a party house every night for the junkies who live there and the maintenance guy who let them in. He also broke into my building one day with a crow bar cause he forgot his keys. They go in you apartment without notice , even when your there sleeping ... They stopped supplying dog bags and went from two dog trash cans to one thats always full. Its shady. I thought it felt like home till it didnt. Its not terrible if you dont care about stuff. Raids happen alot. Cops are always around. Fun times. Parking lots and yard flood bad with rain too .Also. Pool was never opened and I legit moved here for that lol. Also now they wont respond to my emails if I am getting my deposit back 😃. They never did a final walkthrough with me donte just never showed up. They didnt give me a statement what they used it for. They did this very illegally and I cant wait to contact the new owners.

I would give NO stars if possible. I lived here for years, thank GOD I moved out. As soon as I was moving out, management changed & I was unable to even contact anyone to return my key! I finally got it worked out by catching the manager on her way out. My point is, I want to warn any new potential residents that this complex and (updated junior 1 bedroom) was the most disgusting place Ive ever lived. Riddled with roaches, mice, random assortment of other bugs. No control of heat, sketchy and all outside doors easy to break into. This place is an absolute disgrace- just a serious warning- AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This company changes their staff just as much as I change my underwear,EVERYDAY!Office staff is extremely unprofessional.Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand does! They are constantly avoiding responsibilities!There is absolutely NO HEAT THIS WHOLE WINTER! Regional manager is the most arrogant person I spoke with. Hope someone above his pay grade reads this and they provide him more training as no one should be talked down to and there is ZERO reason for voice to be raised. Raising a voice at a TENANT , who is paying over 1k in rent is absurd. I wish this place had old owners as it has been nothing but a nightmare under the new ownership. Maintenance requests are being closed without notice. Issues are still outstanding and when questioned broken promises are given. “We’ll be right there”, “ On our way to your apartment now”. “ I understand this is an issue and we’ll get on it right away” ! YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED HOW YOURE TREATING YOU TENANTS ! People are working hard for their money and they pay their bills on time, the least you can do is fix their heat!P.S EMERGENCY PHONE LINE OPTION WAS DISCONNECTED AS THEY DONT WANT TO BE BOTHERED!UPDATE——>NOT TRUE, I WAS NOT OFFERED A SPACE HEATER!THERE IS STILL NO HEAT AND MANAGEMENT DOESNT CARE! THEY ARE NEVER IN THE OFFICE NOR DO THEY RESPOND TO EMAILS ! When you do get them on the phone they are straight up ignorant! AGAIN, train your staff as no one will be renting from you as no one deserves to be treated like s*hit! Someone from the higher up needs to come in and resolve all these issues!

Please do not, the lady is so unprofessional and ghetto. She also has the tendency of some fraudulent behavior. Her name is Sierra, I believe. She negotiated a size-able apartment to which a down payment was given making it a binding contract. She proceeded to give the apartment to someone else and even using white out on the money order provided to her. The bigger apartment went to a “friend” I’m only to assume since she said the tenant had been living there 2 months but I just saw the upgrades still being worked on. DO NOT rent here. If you do see and physically stand in your unit before giving any money.This should be reported to the BBB.

Dirty, no pool laundry room and hallways and outside are disgusting maintenance is some what good if u want to wait or do it yourself

Ive been here almost 3yrs.not to bad kool neighbors except for the Heavy Mom above me wit the crazy kid who never stops screaming,they shouldnt be on the 3rd floor! and Heat issues alot like right now at this moment.

I have really enjoyed living in Grandview Gardens. I recently moved out to live with my girlfriend, but I have to say I was very happy living here. The apartments are very nice and I hardly ever needed to call for repairs. The office staff is great and very helpful. The maintenance guys are very friendly and work very hard. The grounds are always clean and nicely landscaped. Neighbors were very friendly and quiet as well. I would be happy to move back there if I needed. I certainly would tell anyone looking for an apartment to check them out.

There is no management or service at all. After many emails and phone calls nothing has been fix, not even a response. Online payment center for the monthly rent is not occurrate and when you emailed the office they only told you that is handle by the third-party company, nothing been fixed. Very frustrated.

If youre looking for a nice place to live DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE!!!! they do NOT up keep with maintenance!!! The laundry rooms are beyond disgusting, washer & dryers are so old and rusted, They dont keep up with extermination, theres been roaches & mice. The Management there are rude & nasty, no professionalism at all, Ive never encountered someone so obnoxious. Save yourself your time!!!

Neighbors are generally quiet, however if you have people living above you, you can hear every step they take. Grounds are clean, people are nice. Only thing I dislike is that it was supposed to be no smoking inside yet several of our building mates do and the smell comes into our apartment (gross). Other than that definitely worth the price.
