My husbands car was towed by Robs after a cone hit and smashed his windshield on 95. After getting the car back to the shop, the driver took my husband home, over 45 minutes away. We hired Safelite to fix the windshield the next morning and went back to Robs to pick up the car after hours (in the rain), only to find that the windshield wipers were not replaced correctly and didnt work at all. At the end of his day (it was almost 8 oclock), the manager at Robs turned the lights on, pulled my husbands car into the bay and fixed the wipers so we could get home! I cannot thank everyone at Robs for their excellent customer service and for going out of their way for us!
When I broke down on the PA turnpike, AAA was not authorized by the turnpike to tow my car. I was forced to use Robs to tow. The tow truck guy who came to pick me made it sound like he was helping me out with the cheapest options available to me. I chose to have my car towed to Robs to be repaired and they wanted to charge me $150/hr just to diagnose my car. Customer service is awful. They have literally 8 different phone numbers and no messaging machine if you call after hours. This company clearly does not care for their customers.
My husband was in an accident about 3 weeks ago. This was our 1st accident between to 2 of us. I had no I dea where to start. My husband went to the hospital and our car ended up at robs I spoke with Cris words cant express how at ease he made me feel from day one. He explained the process assured we were in good hands he even handled everything with the insurance company. When i say this entire process was painless i literally had no worries. We just got the car back and it look beautiful im so impressed. They even detailed the car my car look like i took it fresh off the lot.!!!! The piant job so great. I could go on for days thanx Cris and to the entire Robs auto and collision i am definitely spreading the word work like this is hard to find
Just had my SUBARU inspected and brake work done and I found the employees to friendly and very professional. I also found this to be the case when I had work done on my corvette last fall. When I went to pick up my vette, it was clean and shiny, very nice touch! The employees here really do love cars. Its great to find a place like this in which you can trust the work will be done as stated and at the price they quoted. They handle all my work from my daily driver to my high performance baby.
The service is extremely professional. Ed and Chris are great and will go the extra mile to help their customers out. My 2008 BMW 7 series was rear ended and towed to Robs. I decided to have them take care of all the repairs and they had my back 100%. They dealt with the insurance company and kept me updated on the process every step of the way. Although the impact was minor, the damages were extensive. Robs fought on my behalf to have the insurance co. of the other driver cover 100% of the parts and labor they needed, as well as the cost for a rental vehicle. They also used brand new OEM parts ordered directly from BMW. The end result is fantastic. The car drives as well as I can last remember and the work order receipt is extremely thorough, and they even checked all of the electronic components in the trunk compartment for possible damage and other small items like sensors, as a courtesy they also removed the few existing dings and scratches I had on the doors. The turn around time was also quick, especially given the uncooperative weather throughout the month of February. All of the work also came with a lifetime warranty.I am 100% satisfied with the service and results I received and would go to Robs again for all of my future repairs. I highly recommend Robs Automotive to anyone that has been involved in a collision.
So my VW car was backed into a few months ago and I took my car to Robs Collision to fix it. I worked with Mike. I told him exactly what I wanted and he was great about working with me and the insurance. When I got my car back it looked great! I had a very good experience here.
Very professional, wasn’t waiting forever for the tow to reach me, and when the operator got there he was a tremendous help to me, I wasn’t familiar with the areas and Brian went above and beyond , witch shows me this company is A+ when it comes to professionalism, but also has amazing and good people working with them.
One name is all u need when u go through the doors of Robs Collision. That name would be (Ed LeVan) he’s the Production Manager and not only is he that he’s a caring, down to earth, respectful, kind hearted,Just as cool as he can be type of person. Like really hands down he really is all that and some I can go on for days lol. Don’t kno him personally at all but just talking to him the last 3 days was like we was family he made sure I was taken care of without a problem or a care in the world he made sure I was back out there driving so with that being said if u ever make a stop at Ron’s Collision just ask for (Ed LeVan)
Drew Kropnick gave me excellent service today and went above and beyond to make sure that I was safe. He changed my tire and towed my car. He was extremely polite and courteous and was a pleasure to interact with in spite of a scary situation on the turnpike. I highly recommend this company and him!!
Got a flat tire at the grange fair. Called this place because they were the only place open at the time. Car had to be towed because my lugnut lock broke and I couldn’t get the tire off. They took my car that night and I picked it up the following afternoon. When I went to get my car it was COVERED in grease and dirt. The guy at the service counter wasn’t helpful and said it was like that before they got my car. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!! Mechanic filthy handprints and marks all over my WHITE car. I don’t know who the service guy thought he was fooling but there’s not way u can try and convince me that the mechanic oil grease and marks didn’t come from that mechanic shop. SUCH A JOKE. Because I felt like I was getting no where arguing with him I just said forget it and decided to leave. When I opened my car door to leave the inside of my driver side door was filthy as well. Looked like someone rubbed their hands all over every inch of my driver side door on the inside. I was worried that they had messed up my car but as soon as I got home I spent an hour cleaning my car inside and out. Totally unprofessional and I will NEVER go here again. Warning to anyone that goes here..they don’t care about your car and they just want your money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! Save yourself the hassle of being mistreated and lied to.
I had some trouble here getting information and 5 business days my car sat waiting until I had it picked up by another shop. The price from Robs $4,700. The price from the other shop: $2,600. And that actually includes a longer warranty too. Theyre friendly, but I wouldnt recommend if time and money are a concern, which for me it definitely is.
Decided to take my 93 Civic here for inspection because they had the best hours for a shop with a dyno on a Saturday that was open for state inspection. I have to say, I was impressed with the service I received.I made sure that I would pass inspection by reading the law beforehand (its an OBD 1 car, so it needed to pass emissions), and I brought it to the shop worrying about failing over something silly. The car ended up having a burned out tail light bulb and they didnt bill me to replace it.The tech who serviced my car seemed amazed at the fact that my brakes were all brand new. It took about two hours for them to warm the dyno up, run the car on the dyno, and do safety inspection. I passed with flying colors and was very pleased with the customer service. Thanks Robs!
We took my wifes car here after an accident. Took much longer than it was meant to. When It was returned it was obvious the work was sub standard. There were wires hanging out of her overhead console. A giant scratch in her dash from being removed. Another chip out of her steering wheel. The lights on the dash didnt light up. We made them take it back. After two times of it going back it was still returned without the dash lights working. We took it to the dealer. Robs collision hadnt plugged it in. This place is a joke and no one should trust the safety of any family member with them. They had replaced all the airbags in my wifes car and couldnt figure out why the dash wouldnt light up and it was because they didnt plug it in? What does that say for the quality of the work that was done? What does that say for the reliability of the repair on her air bags? Dont go here.
Well we had a breakdown north of philly by Bensalem. These people were called out. He tells us our air dryer was broke and he could make a temporary fix until could get to a repair shop. For his call out and perhaps 15 minutes work we got charged $256. Well the temporary fix didnt work as an airline broke and we got stuck again this time in philly. They came again. This time while attempting to do yet again a temporary fix with the airline he broke a metal fitting and thus made it necessary for us to be towed. For them coming out and basically breaking our truck even more they charged us $312. And then they suggested they be the ones to tow us to a repair shop. For trucks/trailers in Pennsylvania the requirement is they be towed separately. They quoted us $1500 to tow truck and trailer. Now Im really trying to not be cynical and think this guy broke this metal fitting intentionally so thus hoping to get the tow. We said no. Got someone else. No offense to these people, maybe all these repair companies in Pennsylvania and New Jersey all charge exhortation charges. But perhaps for anyone seeing this you might want be extremely careful who you contact for help.
We had 2 accident on our street Mitchell Rd and we find out from police that company was Robs Automotive. We would like to say that the company did a lousy job cleaning after themselves. They left a lot of stuff after and didnt clean properly. We called the company to address this issue but they dont want to address it. We are hoping the company would take in consideration our feedback and changes.
Girls at front desk are not very hospitable. Kaley In particular was very short and brief and claims adjuster adorna was not hospitable either..5000000 auto shops in the city..AVOID THIS ONE .. for a company that needs your service to thrive you’d think they’d be more friendly/empathetic
After,Three weeks, I picked up my truck, and then found paint leaks on my fenders plus paint imperfections on my bumper. Now they’re taking her back to fix that, but that’s very inconvenient for an $8k job. “Bristol, PA”. Plus, the compound was on all the door jams and door seams. And the kicker is... after opening my hood, the two fenders didn’t match in color.
Whoever was driving the Robs truck on 276 westbound today passed about 5 cars on the right shoulder to get to a call faster than everyone else. I had my kids in the back and he road our bumper then passed myself and 4 cars on right which was not a lane. I have a video cause it was absolutely ridiculous!! Dirt, rocks and debris from shoulder flew into the lanes on 276. All to help a person who had a flat or something.
You cannot believe the professionalism that I experienced at Robs Automotive.I brought to them my 1956 Chrysler New Yorker Convertible show car that needed the hood replaced and the front fenders repaired since after winning at a auto show as the Best American Auto out of 150 cars a friend was driving it and forget to latch the hood..It flew up but didnt hit the windshield.Rob L. found one in South Dakota and had it rushed in.Within ten days the car is back to looking brand new and the cost was shockingly reasonable.
Returning from Pennsylvania I had an accident with a tire and I saw this place nearby on google maps, when I call they sent me a crane and everything seemed to go pretty well until when I arrived at the workshop I had to deal with the people who attend the site. All without exception are pretty rough and uneducated people with the client, apart from this they made me lose half day waiting for my car to be fixed, I felt they didnt care much about fixing it because they told me that it would be the first person to be treated and I when I come back to see if the car was ready, they had not even got the tire to replace it, telling me only to return in an hour, I returned and the situation was the same the car was still parked in front of the workshop and nobody had touched it. Obstinate of the bad attention I began to look for other fence sites, I find a very close place whit very good reviews Tire Center is like 5 minutes walking distances of this workshop. As soon as I entered this site, it was full of clients. A very nice lady attended me, I explained whats happened to me and once they took action on the matter and, in less than half an hour a mechanic was already changing my tire, the treatment of all People here was spectacular the mechanic confessed that many people ended up in Tire Center after being badly treated in this place. At the end they left car perfect and paying less than what I was being charged here.Returning from Pennsylvania I had an accident with a tire and I saw this place nearby on google maps, when I called they sent me a tow truck and everything seemed to be going quite well until when I got to the workshop I had to deal with the people who attend the site, all without exception They are quite rude and uneducated people with the client, apart from this they made me lose half a day waiting for my car to be fixed, I felt that they did not care much to fix it because they told me that it would be one of the first people to be treated and when I had some Three hours in the place, they had not even gotten the tire to replace it, telling me only to come back in an hour, I returned and the situation was the same, the car was still parked in front of the workshop and no one had touched it. 2022-05-02We live in our motorhome and had to get a hotel room. They worked us in quickly and got the transmission service completed during advised timeline. We also had them check out an issue with our slide. The 2 RV specialists couldnt agree on the issue, so they said best to take RV repair shop. They didnt want to make it worse. Appreciated their honesty!

2022-08-05Great place. This shop is a VW/Audi/Mercedes certified bodyshop, which means they will use genuine parts instead of after-market parts to repair our cars. This time I am taking my Audi Q3 to this shop after the accident. Instead of fixing the dent suggested by my insurance company, Orlando from this shop insisted to repair the car with new hatch lift. The people here are really responsible, trustworthy, and friendly.

2021-12-17Great group of guys. Car was towed here by chance from an accident with a good bit rear end damage. Car took a while to repair, but the guys kept me posted along the way with straightforward updates. They sorted out all the issues, and the car came back looking and running like brand new again. Cant complain with real results.

2021-10-18Rob’s straight up lied to my face. Told me to pass inspection I needed a new control arm/ball joint, plus an 02 sensor. 600 dollars in labor to install said control arm.I held off and went to a garage closer to me. Turns out I didn’t need a control arm or a ball joint. All I needed was front brakes, and an 02 sensor. So yeah. They lied to me. And that means they’ll probably lie to you too. Do yourself a favor and find an honest mechanic that will fix what you need. My car is great now, inspected, and my total was half of what Rob’s expected me to shell out for this imaginary control arm. Will never go here again.

2020-12-23My VW Golf was rear ended on Thanksgiving day. There was some damage on the bumper. After search VW certified bodyshop, I found this one. Surprisingly, many VW dealers are not in that list. I called them asking for their hour, hoping I could find a time working for both my wife and I to drop off the damaged car. The receptionist told me they may give me a ride back. So I went there, Orlando gave me the ride back. In fact, he was the guy who has been handing the case. Although the insurance company quoted a after market bumper. Orlando negotiated on my behalf and ordered an OEM part from the dealer. After a week, the car was repaired, which looks like new. I am very satisfied with their service. I am recommending this bodyshop to everyone.

2020-06-11Took my vehicle here for no heat.Had my car from 9 am until they closed. The job still wasnt completed. They rigged it so I would have some heat in the car. They tried blaming part of the problem on the control head for the HVAC. The control head was replaced with a factory-refurbished control head right before and was working fine with the A/C, so theres no issue there. Robs charged me nearly $1,000 for a job that wasnt completed! When I contacted them about completing the job, they were going to charge me even more! I would not take my vehicle here. Definitely go somewhere else!
