Trustworthy; forthcoming; and took the time to really help me understand what was going on and each part of the cost. Most importantly, I got a quote before the work was done (unlike the last company we used). Rocket will be our go-to from now on.
They are like every other plumber out there. The plumber who showed up at my house tried to get my wife to pay over $3K and when I came home and said how ridiculous it was for the amount of work, he changed it to $1K. The quality in our situation was good (although he couldnt fix my faucet, though I dont hold that against him) but they play the same game as every other plumber. Personally, I will go with another local plumber with the same review score for future plumbing work.
I had a Terrible experience with Rocket Drain & Plumbing Inc. I Had to have to job totally redone 4 months afterwards. “The PVC piping and the use of threaded, pressure fitting connections (commonly known as compression fittings)” (theirs) fell apart while plunging. And they justified it to me by stating that I should of done this and that like as if it was the first time I every plunged a backed up sink.BUYERS BEWARE!

Wow! Being a first-time homeowner, having an issue with my sewer line was the last thing I wanted to deal with. But Rocket Plumbing and Drain not only came to the rescue quickly, they were able to do it at a wayyyyyyy better price than another company. Theyre also super great to work with and Ill be using them for all of my plumbing needs moving forward. Finding them was definitely a silver lining of this whole thing.
Steve from Rocket Plumbing was very responsive when it came to the leak in our shower leaking into our ceiling. We called 5 different plumbers and only one was able to come out within hours. Everyone else took days and we needed this resolved. Steve arrived promptly on time notifying when he was on his way. He assessed the issue and gave us a direct quote on the spot. Once accepted, he was able to repair the leak and made sure we were satisfied before he left. Price was fair especially for an emergency on a Sunday. We highly recommend Rocket Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!
We had Rocket in to fix a cracked pipe. From booking to the actual work, they were super helpful and polite. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly and got the job done within a few hours. Will definitely use again if needed and highly recommend!
Our experience with Rocket Plumbing was SHOCKINGLY BAD!The technician was supposed to arrive between 8-9:00 am. I called shortly after 10 am to confirm that he was coming. He arrived about 15 min later. This was the least of the issues and would have been overlooked if the following hadn’t occurred.We requested their service to replace a kitchen faucet. We provided the faucet. After the tech looked at it, we were shown an electronic tablet with two pricing options. One was around $1200 and the other over $600. It was only until we said we were not interested in paying this amount that the plumber offered us another plan for over $400. We felt pressured to accept one of the plans. A google search suggests the installation should take 1-2 hours. Our son had installed a new faucet in his home in New York. He took less than an hour to complete the job. If we had accepted the higher priced plan and it took two hours to complete the simple job of installing a kitchen faucet, we would have paid $600 an hour. Even if we had accepted the lowest priced offered, the cost would still have been over $200 an hour. We felt that even that was exorbitant. When we questioned the high price, we felt that the plumber was sarcastic and unprofessional. Since we were not going to pay that amount, we paid an $89 fee for his travel time and told him to leave.Shortly after that we received a call from a woman from the company. She told us we had a credit toward future plumbing work. I clarified we would not be using the company and would not be reviewing them favorably. She became agitated and I gave the phone to my son. She proceeded to tell him that they have a “retained lawyer” who would sue us for threatening them. When he asked how we were threatening them she said we were threatening them with a bad review. He clarified this with her, and she repeated that she would contact her lawyer if we gave them a bad review.We have since hired another plumber who was professional, friendly, and efficient. He installed the faucet in under an hour and charged us $120. This is less than 10% of the initial price we were quoted from Rocket.We were appalled at Rocket Plumbing’s pricing, the pressure we felt to accept an outrageously expensive plan, the unprofessional response of the plumber when we told him we did not want to have him install the faucet, and the threat to contact a lawyer if we gave a bad review. Obviously, this is not a company we would recommend.
Rocket Plumbing and Drain saved us from our basement nightmare that many experienced during Hurricane Ida. Our sump pump failed in the middle of the storm and the water was quickly rising in the basement. I called around desperately to have an emergency plumber come out and Rocket was the only one who not only immediately answered my phone call, but showed up and switched out the sump pump in the middle of the night. Steve was great and Debbie went above and beyond in several ways while we worked with them. Thank you!

Steve was great! Did a Sewer Lateral Inspection. He had alot of knowledge and was able to give me some recommendations for the issues I had.
I had a leak at my rental unit, and I hired Rocket Plumbing to provide the initial consultation (Estimate) and then I hired them again to perform the actual repair. Coordinating all of the scheduling with Deb was a breeze and she was really responsive to all my questions.Steve was also extremely knowledgeable in explaining his professional opinion and give honest and forthright estimate of what it required. Once we identified what caused the leak, Steve worked to complete the repair as agreed upon in the estimate.Its never fun to deal with an unexpected plumbing repair, but I was glad to work with Deb and Steve to resolve my issue.
I had a leaking hot water tank and called a few plumbers. Rocket was the only one that got back to me. Steve came out to address my leak, confirming l needed a new tank. After coming back the next day spent quite a few hours replacing my tank. A couple of challenges, but thankfully it was fixed. Debbie also provided great customer service and was able to address some concerns. Glad to be able to support small businesses. I would recommend them.
Debbie is amazing! She is a real down to earth person who listens. I love supporting a local business. Steve installed our water heater on his own in just over an hour! I was amazed. They came out the next day and installed a new water heater. Took them only 4 hours to complete the job. Great work, very clean installation and Steve the installer walked me through how the new heater worked. This is a very good service. I would call on them again for any other plumbing service I need.
They responded quickly. Updated us as to an approx time. This was an emergency call as the clog made things back up into the shower and toilet. Theybwere here over an hour and worked from outside in until the clog was cleared. They were very nice and professional. It is hard to get service late in the day so even though it was $$ it had to be done and they were able to help us right away which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely use this company again.

Steve came to fix a leaking pipe and to install a shower head. He was on time and work was done correctly. Steve had a high level of knowledge and explained things to us as he worked. Appointment was easy to schedule with Debbie, and you can tell that they care about their customers!

If you find yourself panic-stricken, searching desperately for a plumber in the middle of the night as sewer water pours into your basement, look no further! I cannot recommend this company enough. I found myself in the situation described, and after calling more companies than I can count and getting half-promises about arrival times that never came true from other companies, Rocket Plumbing saved us. They were responsive, provided a realistic estimate of arrival time, and efficiently found and solved our problem. This is truly a great company of people who work hard to provide quality service. The only plumber we will call from now on!
Steve was extremely prompt and very friendly. He came out the same day I called. He showed me what he was doing while he was doing it. He gave us a few options before performing the work so we could decide what was most economical. Fixed the problems in two hours and gave us peace of mind.
I called on them when our water heater stopped working. They responded the same day and helped us within 48 hours to get the water heater replaced. In the process we found there was a problem with our shower fixture. They were able to help us resolve that as well. I know they had to fit us into their existing full schedule, but we were thrilled to have hot water in the shower again.
..Steve was on time , actually a little sooner than the expected time. I had a clogged sewer line and they literally unclogged it in less than 10 minutes. It wasnt a major job but still. Prices were in line with the average plumbing service. So YES, I would recomend them!
We wanted a specific brand of water heater and the mfg recommended Rocket. We could not have asked for a better experience! Steve and Debbie care about their Company and it starts with the customer! We contacted Rocket on the recommendation of our Allstate agent Andrew Beaver. Found a leak in our tub drain and found two of the pipes rotted through. My wife contacted them and spoke to Debbie and within a little over an hour Steve and his son showed up at our door to check out the issue. About an hour to an hour and a half later they had run out for the parts, came back and the job was done. We will definitely be keeping their number handy for any and all future repairs! After calling multiple plumbers late in the evening for an emergency with the main sewer line, Rocket was the only place willing/able to assist that night. Owner showed up on time (at night), cleared the sewer line and did it for a fair price. Next time, I’ll call Rocket first. -B.E.

Being new to Chester Springs I was looking for a plumber that I could count on and trust. I have found that in Rocket Plumbing. They are extremely friendly and professional, their work is of the highest quality (I grew up with my neighbor being a professional plumber so I have some experience on the matter), and their are very reasonable with their pricing!If the need arose I would trust them with a key to my house. I can not think of a higher endorsement than that.
We had a great experience with rocket they came out the same day to unclog our kitchen sink I tried to do it myself but didnt have the equipment nessary for the job very knowledgeable and easy to work with got text messages about arrival time and email receipt.

Very happy with the services i received. They were able to fit me in the same day for an emergency, talk me through every step of their review and potential fixes, and ensure that all my questions were answered. I would not hesitate to use their services again, or recommend to anyone.
Fast service. Charged $250 for sewer line snake machine that they used, on top of normal weekend fees. The total was $600 and they were here about an hour. I will call different company if I need help in the future and discuss fee structure.

2022-01-18As first time home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing... Zero knowledge of how to go about services combined with insurance claims and insurance adjusters. We had to get a full replacement of our main sewer drain on our 120+ year old house.Debbie, the owner of Rocket Plumbing and Drain, helped me maintain my sanity through this entire process. My initial phone call with Debbie immediately put my fiancé and me both at ease. First, we had a service performed by Steve (Debbies husband) to unclog our line, flush it, scope it, and a few other services. He was friendly and explained everything he performed before and after. About a month later (insurance chaos delays), our main sewer line was dug up and replaced under in 5 hours. The crew was great and respectful of our home. We were concerned with the new radon mitigation system because it was located so close to the problem drain, but it was not effected at all. The sidewalk blocks were replaced directly after their work was complete and there was minimal disruption to the lawn.We will be calling Rocket Drain for all future issues/services.

2022-05-31Steve from Rocket Plumbing is awesome! He replaced 2 leaky shut off valves coming in from the main water supply and upgraded the valves to the handle type which are much easier to use. He needed to turn off the water main at the street in order complete his work. He was neat and responsive. Scheduling with Debbie was easy. They are a great team!

2022-03-14In less than 24 hours from my call, their plumber was here checking my water pressure. The water pressure regulator was faulty and had to be replaced. They were back the next day with the replacement! Debbie, the owner, is knowledgeable, professional, and it is obvious that customer service and satisfaction is her #1 priority! 2021-12-13We had Rocket Plumbing over to replace a faucet and fix a clogged drain. The man arrived looking very professional with a mask and booties on. Once he looked at all the issues we had, he provided us optional pricing to fix all the issues and even address some we didnt realize were a problem. We dont typically hire plumbers so I wasnt sure what to expect. We are very happy with the results! The pricing was more than fair for the work that was done and the work that was done resolved all our plumbing issues. I would highly recommend Rocket Plumbing as well as Steve and John who were at our home. Great company to work with! We found our plumbers when we need one!

2022-02-03After several calls to various plumbers (many didnt return the call), another plumber who wasnt able to hepl with our issue recommended Rocket Plumbing. Steve answered the phone and quickly set-up a time to review our sewer line clog in an old house. After working several hours in below freezing temps, it was determined that the drain to the main needed replaced. After getting a gameplan, Steve completed the project of removing a large section of a concrete walkway and digging down to expose the drain pipe. It was a much larger project than we hoped, but were thankful that Steve stuck with it and now our drain pipe will be good to go for another 50 years.

2021-12-13Steve and his team of plumbers have come to my rescue multiple times with multiple issues. Every time they come out, they are priced fairly and do what they say they are going to do. Our first experience with Rocket was when our water heater broke over the long holiday weekend and we had a lot of out of town people at our home. We called multiple 24 hour plumbers and no one answered the phone. We called Rocket and immediately the owner answered the phone at 5 am and helped us to shut off the water. They came over within the hour and found that our water heater had rusted out. They had one in their shop and within two hours were back and replaced our water heater. Our out of town guests never even knew we didnt have hot water in our home...We never got any return calls from any of the other plumbers we left messages for and we found Steve and Debbie to be extremely helpful and honest. Its hard to find good service people that care these days and we are thrilled to have found this company.
