Arrived, was promptly greeted, and given paperwork to sign. Waited less than 10 minutes for nurse to take vitals. Dr C Smith, a young energetic physician examined me, asked some questions and thoroughly explained my treatment plan. All in all very pleasant experience. This was my second visit-the first was for employment testing. Received the same level of care both times.
First time going and I won’t be going back. They were no help on finding out what could possibly be wrong. I had to tell the male doctor to take a urine sample. He said they would send it out to get checked, and he let me know they will call me back in 2-3 days. It’s been a week no call. I called today. The doctor doesn’t seem my results. So to me they didn’t care about my visit. This is sad. I wasted my time and money. Don’t go here
The receptionist and the nurse I dealt with were so kind and on the ball that it can almost make me over look the doctor’s indifference to how ill I was feeling. Just happy to give a non rapid Covid test and the numbers of other doctors in the area who can’t see me for a week.
We are new to the area and very happy to have found Express Care. The nurse (Rn Smith) was outstanding and Dr Dietrick spent at least 30 minutes talking to my wife about her symptoms before he began to come to any conclusions. We have children and more than our share of Urgent Care Experience.. The degree of knowledge combined with the intense engagement and time from an Urgent Care Staff was superior to anything we have experienced before.
This place is wonderful. I went on a Sunday morning and was seen within about fifteen minutes. They were very thorough, and explained the medications that they were putting me on, the reasons and side effects. Two days later, the doctor herself called to see how I was feeling. They were very empathetic and their treatment was exactly what I needed.
My boyfriend was extremely sick the past couple of days so we decided to go to this urgent care. I was a little weary because I had a bad experience at the urgent care on Ridge Ave. Although, this place was amazing! Very clean and a great staff who are extremely nice, fast and efficient!
Went here once with my daughter and had a pretty good experience. I decided to go back today for myself. I wanted to get in early because its my day off and I have errands to run. I arrive at 9:10 to find the doors locked and the lights off. As Im reading the sign someone in scrubs walked up and said oh theyre not open? I replied no and proceeded to walk back to my car. The person then unlocked the doors and went in. Im not sure what her job title was but she did not offer me entry or an apology for their tardiness. Ive worked at 3 urgent cares in the past and office staff should be there 15 mins to a half hour early to turn on machines, prepare and stock rooms and be ready for the first patient and open on time. This was very unprofessional and Im not sure Ill be returning.
Came here because the AFC was crazy full- Nobody in the waiting room - was seen in the middle of the day, very quickly without a wait. Questions were thorough and they researched which medicine would be appropriate with breastfeeding. Nurse Cindy was a gem and the doctor was polite and concerned. All in all this was easy and painless. Thank you !!
Took my wife today it’s been two hours! yet only one other patient here in the waiting room we the only three here first thing when they opened. The doctor and nurses were more interested in talking about to the beach this weekend than taking care of myself or the other patient. we both got up and walked! Piss poor service and bed side manner. Do yourself the favor and go to PCOM on city ave they at least care about you! Damn shame I thought RMH had change I guess not!
Went here post car accident, after developing pain. Front desk lady was more concerned with insurance paper work and claim numbers, than patient care. The fact I also have private insurance, was not addressed. Or that I could pay out of pocket and worry about reimbursement later. I was sent back out the door in pain. So just know patient care is not the priority when you go here.
The front desk attendant needs a serious attitude adjustment. Seriously, if you dont like your job or working on a Sunday, do us a favor...go somewhere else to work. When people visit this place, the last thing we need is to be greeted by an attitudinal, immature, front desk clerk.
They suck! I am a employees of the health system, I cant image what they do to other patients. I came in at 11:56 and it is 2:20pm and I have not see a physician yet.I came in with a fever of 100.6 which is now 101. This is unacceptable, I will be reporting this back to the hospital. My concern is for other.

2021-12-23I loved going here! I saw Dr. McDonald and she was a real treat. Actually, that goes for the entire staff! My nurse and reception was so sweet too! I was in and out within an hour on a Sunday evening. They were apologizing for the wait, but it was actually much faster and smoother than a normal doctors appointment. Everyone here truly listens to your concerns, patiently with respect. Dr. McDonald has excellent bedside manner and I will continue to return! Thank you!

2022-01-15I have gone here before and had good experiences. Unfortunately 2 days ago I went there as I have had flu like systems for last 10 days and been very sick. I tested negative for flu and was given a pcr covid test as well. When I went to leave the office I tried to pay but was told their computer system was down. I left my phone number to receive a call to pay for my visit. I went home back to bed. I never received a voice mail requesting payment. Today I called to get results and to pay for my visit and I was told my sample was never sent out to the lab as they had not been able to process my payment. I find it truly unbelievable that this was done. What a disgrace. Shame on your office.

2021-07-03I am usually skeptical about urgent care, but this place was fantastic! The staff was friendly and the receptionist accommodating when I asked her to call me when it was my turn so that I could wait in my car due to difficulty breathing with a mask on. The facilities were spotless and modern. I probably waited about 35 minutes, which I think is pretty good for a walk-in. The doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly. He efficiently and patiently explained the reasons for all of my symptoms, gave me options for treatment, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Im happy to know that this place is nearby!

2021-08-04My Mother is not an overly-sensitive person AT ALL, but when I asked about her visit today to this urgent care center (as I drove her there and waited in the car), the first thing she mentioned was how extremely rude and condescending the nurse was to her.My Mother asked the woman’s name and her role/position, as the nurse just started asking/collecting relevant info w/out acknowledging my Mother or even introducing herself! Moreover, when my Mother asked the nurse care-related questions, she answered shortly or not at all.It is worth mentioning that the nurse’s attitude was completely different towards the KIND office manager/receptionist, which means her UNKIND, unprofessional behavior was shamefully intentional and pointed towards a patient.I rarely write reviews of this nature, but nothing burns me up more than when our elders and/or the sick are mistreated - especially, in this case, by someone who, by profession, is SUPPOSED to offer a certain level of care to ANY/ALL patients.

2022-06-07Website hours say open. Also when you call say open. Arrived and doors were locked with no sign or reason why it is closed.

2021-06-25I waited for an hour and was seen. The doctor treated me like a human being. He referred me to a dermatologist that could probably see me soon. Afterwards he even checked up on me. I was treated for my skin condition within 2 hours. If I went to a regular PCP I would have had to wait a month just to get an appointment.

2021-05-11I found all the staff amazing. The receptionist was pleasant, the woman who took my vitals helped me with prescription medications memory and a booklet. The doctor was pleasant and efficient!

2018-02-14I had the flu this past Saturday and was really sick. Didnt want to go to emergency or other Urgent Cares I had read about. So I tried this place. And I am so happy I did! The receptionist was really nice and very helpful. There were four people ahead of me (one was a sweet little boy and his mother - I felt so bad for them!). There were two doctors working and within half an hour I was in to see a doctor who did a good exam, asked excellent questions and really listened to my symptoms. It was the flu and I was in time so a script for tamaflu (?) would help. He called in my prescription and another one for a breathing problem and I was out the door. I am so impressed with their professionalism and caring attitude! They are now my go-to people when my family doctor is not available!

2021-06-24A white man and his son came AFTER me and was seen before me. When called back, I threw my hands up in confusion. The lady seen me and was I here first I said yes, as him and his son sat back down without a word said. About 3 minutes later the receptionist comes out and says he was “already checked-in but stepped out” yet when he walked in and went up to the window, he “checked-in”. You can tell she was favoriting because he was quiet the entire time, he know she was wrong but since it benefited him, of course he wasn’t going to be honest about arriving after me.
